[15:43] Interested applicants should visit the village's website to learn more about the position. [15:50] I would also like to thank all of our departments for a wonderful autumn fest. [15:56] First, congratulations to all these outstanding athletes here tonight. [16:02] And lastly, unfortunately due to the weather yesterday, we did have to cancel our national [16:08] cleanup day. [16:09] Just stay tuned for a new date. [16:12] And that is all I have this evening, Mr. Mayor. [16:14] Thank you. [16:15] Trustee Crosi. [16:16] Thank you, Mr. Mayor. [16:18] As everyone said, thanks to everybody for Autumn Fest, Public Works, the REC Department, [16:22] police fire staff was very well attended. I remember it seemed everyone had a good time. [16:28] Congratulations to the softball team. As it again, Andrew Savannah. I know Savannah's [16:33] parents. I know she gets all her athletic ability from her mother, not studying itself. [16:38] That's okay. You'll get there. Just a little report from public works. I'm just going to [16:45] catch up with the director on some updates for construction on Sir McRoe with a train with the [16:51] Frank Drax and then 17th Avenue update if you can. [16:55] All right, so Chicago, let's see a little bit of the area. [17:00] On the railroad crossing on Harlem Avenue, [17:03] we just got this notice on Friday, [17:05] that's why it's not in the report. [17:06] These schedules to repair the railroad crossing [17:09] on the Harlem Avenue to south of 26th Street. [17:12] So Harlem Avenue will be closed from October 19th [17:17] to October 23rd for those repairs. [17:19] This is all weather-dependent, and they are rerolling traffic to Sermay Road, and I've been in. [17:27] I doubt that the fantastic job to do this, since the bridge is already down the one lane, [17:32] I don't know if we're thinking when they have to plan this, but that is what's scheduled right now. [17:38] And then, couple of November, they're planning on redoing the crossing at Perst Avenue, just north of Sermay. [17:45] So, Perst Avenue may be closed. [17:48] Hopefully the bridge is deleted by that time, it might have been deleted by that time. [17:54] So then we won't have a huge influx of traffic, especially on the west end. [18:01] And then we have an update and then report us as waiting for issuance of permits for 77 watervisions for bed. [18:09] Yeah, we applied for permit through the Illinois APA. [18:12] APA, they responded with some questions, which is entirely normal. [18:16] This is the process. [18:18] Divine engineering responded to his questions, [18:20] and we're having issues with something first. [18:23] Once the permit is issued, we could go to bid. [18:25] We have to advertise the bid for 11 days. [18:28] Once we received the bid, [18:29] we can begin construction and replace the water man [18:31] on the 22-wit, 23-hours-and-blocks-and-subtiv. [18:35] All right, thank you. [18:36] That is all I have. [18:37] Thank you. [18:38] For respondents, Madam Clerk. [18:39] Yes, there is correspondence. [18:42] We have a thank you note from Chicago Suburban Radio Association to the village of North [18:48] Riverside, thanking the village for allowing them to use Cummins Park for their field days. [18:55] They thanked the mayor, the trustees, the family members and myself for coming out. [19:00] They said it was a great turnout and they thoroughly enjoyed being here and having everyone [19:06] when comes so they can talk about what they're so passionate about. [19:09] And because I have the floor, I'm going to continue for a minute. [19:12] Of course I am. [19:14] I'm going to start with the girl softball team. [19:16] I had the pleasure of going out there and watching both of your games. [19:20] I can first of all not believe how hot it was and anybody who knows me knows that he is [19:27] not my thing. [19:28] I'm standing out there dripping and sweat and all of you are out there on the field and [19:33] all your gear, running on, running off, sharing each other on, you did not miss one beat in playing [19:42] the game and being supportive of each other, even though it was so hot out there. It was my pleasure [19:47] to watch you determine working hard, putting forth your best effort, being great teammates to each [19:55] other. And whether you win or lose, and obviously the goal is always to win, but whether you win or lose, [20:01] you do it as a team. And that's what I saw in both of the games that I was there to watch. [20:06] Congratulations. You were amazing for everything that you did. And then to the coaches, [20:13] to get these girls to run the bases without turning and looking at you like, really, I should run, [20:22] just to get them to go when you say go, that's respect and that's admiration and that's [20:28] working really hard. So coaches, congratulations because these girls are your team. So it was [20:35] really great to see. Congratulations girls. [20:42] And then Savannah, I am an extreme American [20:47] Ninja Warrior fan. Big fan. Love everything about it. And when I first started watching it, [20:54] it was extremely nail-dominated. And then to see the women slowly coming into these obstacle [21:01] courses and to see all the girls on the sideline watching them. It was amazing to see that they [21:08] started to take over. So when I heard you were going to be here, I had to find you and see what you [21:16] did. So are you savvy ninja? Uh-huh. I went on Instagram and it was like a rabbit hole when I started [21:23] watching it. I had to keep watching all of the things that you did. You are amazing and you don't [21:30] have a team behind you. You are out there doing these things on your own. So it is your [21:36] determination and your self-talk and your concentration that gets you through these things [21:43] you do. Aside from physical strength, it is mental strength, 100%. And I loved watching [21:50] everything that you did, and then I read your interview and you now are the guiding [22:00] force for all the future ninjas. I'll say that are obstacle course lovers that will [22:06] be coming up, and I like your words of encouragement to others just try it because you tried all [22:13] those other sports that you said that you would ask your parents going, do we have to go [22:17] Again, is it over? [22:19] Can we just stop until you found this? [22:23] So number one, I'm glad you found your passion [22:25] and you're inspiring others with what you say [22:28] and in this day of social media with what you do. [22:31] And I love watching all of it. [22:34] It was just amazing. [22:35] So thank you and congratulations. [22:39] I mean, how I'm done. [22:44] I'm going to talk on the clerk. [22:45] I usually don't get to talk. [22:47] So if you have like heep but she also doesn't turn [22:49] on your air conditioning. [22:51] That is true. [22:53] That is true. [22:54] All right. Approval of bills. [22:56] Trustee Sarah. [22:57] Yes, I would like to make a motion to approve the list of bills in the amount of 487,608 [23:04] dollars and 19 cents, which are as we paid out of proper funds when those funds are available. [23:09] Here's our second. [23:10] Second. [23:11] Thank you. [23:11] I have a motion made by Trustee Sarah. [23:13] Seconded by Trustee Chicosi to approve the list of bills. [23:15] in the amount of $487,608.19, which are to be paid out of proper funds when those funds [23:23] are available. [23:24] The question? [23:25] We'll call vote please. [23:26] Sure. [23:27] Trustee Chucosi. [23:28] Yes. [23:28] Trustee Candace? [23:29] Yes. [23:29] Trustee Chica? [23:30] Yes. [23:30] Trustee Santucci. [23:31] Yes. [23:31] Trustee Sarah? [23:32] Yes. [23:32] Motion carried. [23:33] Thank you. [23:34] Ordinance hasn't resolutions attorney passie on you. [23:38] No. [23:40] No. [23:41] No. [23:42] business. Any new business? And I have a motion to adjourn. So moved. [23:50] There's a second. All favor. All right. Thank you. Thank you, everybody. [23:54] So all air follows your phone. [23:56] We have three.
