October 10th and must be returned by 700

can return your ballot by mail or drop
[0:37] it off at one of the 24-hour drop boxes.
If you return your ballot by mail,
[0:42] please remember that postmarks do not
count for the deadline. In North Glenn,
[0:47] a 24-hour dropoff box is located next to
city hall in the old recreation center
[0:52] parking lot just north of the Veterans
Memorial. If you need to use an
[0:57] accessible voting machine, please visit
a voter service and polling center.
[1:01] These centers open on October 27th.
Here, residents can also register to
[1:06] vote, request a new or replacement
ballot, and drop off your voted ballot.
[1:12] Colorado allows voter registration up to
and on election day, so it's never too
[1:16] late to participate. Voter registration
is also available online at
[1:21] govotecol.gov.

[3:36] My name is Nicholas Walker and I'm
honored to be running for reelection to
[3:40] the North Glenn City Council in Ward 1.
North Glenn is my home. I've lived here
[3:44] for eight years and I've been actively
involved since day one. From shoveling
[3:48] snow for seniors through the snowstormer
program to caring for flower beds in our
[3:52] parks, serving on the liquor license
authority, the police board, and now on
[3:56] city council. I'm running again because
I care deeply about this community. And
[4:00] we still have more work to do. When you
told me speeding was a serious concern,
[4:04] I listened and acted. I authored the no
need for speed ordinance, which doubled
[4:08] fines and led to a,200% increase in
traffic enforcement. That's real impact
[4:13] directly from your feedback. I also
helped secure significant raises for our
[4:17] police department, a key step in
reaching full staffing levels and
[4:20] ensuring your safety on economic
development. I worked with city staff to
[4:24] help bring in businesses like the
Painted Tree and Pros Brewery, both part
[4:28] of revitalizing the marketplace and
boosting local jobs. If I'm reelected,
[4:33] here's what I'll focus on. Expanding the
no need for speed ordinances to areas
[4:37] like Larson Drive, where new concerns
have emerged. We've slowed down Fox Run
[4:41] Parkway and we'll do the same for
Larsson. Supporting public safety and
[4:45] our police, including new tools like
drones and more motorcycle traffic
[4:49] units. protecting your tax dollars by
continuing to vote against any budget
[4:53] that doesn't deliver essential services
or a strong quality of life. Beyond
[4:58] Northland, I'm committed to broader
issues that affect us all. Adams County
[5:01] has the highest rate of domestic
violence in the state, yet still lacks a
[5:04] family justice center. I've long
supported this effort and will continue
[5:08] working hard to bring one here. And here
at home, we've already built great
[5:12] projects like the recreation center and
the netzero city hall, but there's still
[5:16] more to do. I want to transform the
remaining CI civic center land into a
[5:20] vibrant downtown style destination just
like you have asked for. It's been an
[5:24] honor to serve Ward 1 for the past four
years and with your support I'd be proud
[5:28] to keep working hard for all of North
Glenn. Let's keep building on what we've

[5:38] Hello, my name is Joshua Severs. I'm
running to represent war on the
[5:43] Northland City Council. I served in
combat zones as a United States Marine.
[5:47] I played music in front of 2,000 people.
I've jumped out of a plane, not once,
[5:51] twice, but three times. I will say
asking for your vote and your support is
[5:56] the ultimate leap of faith and shot of
adrenaline. I grew up in a workingclass
[6:00] family where your word has to be worth
its weight and gold. You aren't given
[6:04] anything. You have to work for it. I
plan to work for you, for me, for the
[6:08] city of North Glenn. Radical
transparency, clear and honest
[6:11] communication, and my word, being as
good as gold, that matters. Delivering
[6:16] for North Glenn matters. In the Marine
Corps, you learn to adapt and overcome.
[6:20] When challenges arise, you figure it
out. Being relentless, focused, and
[6:24] fearless make a hard target and a fierce
fighter. I'm not a politician. I'm a
[6:29] member of the community. One that wants
to serve for the greater good, to give
[6:32] back more than I take. This is really
less about me and more about the
[6:37] community. I want to be one of the
reasons why people have faith in
[6:40] government in a sea of murky waters. I
want to be a lighthouse. I'm never going
[6:44] to claim I'm the subject matter expert
on everything. No one is. What I do
[6:49] promise is to use critical thinking
facts and have the courage to ask
[6:53] questions, push back on flawed
proposals, and do research that's
[6:56] necessary. Every day, new challenges
arise from sources within North Glenn to
[7:01] challenges brought by municipalities
neighboring the state and federal
[7:05] governments. North Glenn cannot print
monopoly money like the federal
[7:09] government. When we ask for an increase
in taxes and increase the financial
[7:13] burden on people, my promise is to you
that we will have done all that we can
[7:18] to cut the waste and make the current
dollar stretch as far as humanly
[7:21] possible. We are in this together. This
is about returning power to the people.

[7:34] Northland my entire life. I'm a mother
and I've worked in our schools for
[7:38] almost two decades. And my kids go to
school right alongside yours. I
[7:42] understand the everyday challenges
families here in Northland face because
[7:45] I live them, too. I'm not a politician.
I'm part of this community just like
[7:49] you. I know what it's like to want safe
neighborhoods, fair use of city
[7:54] resources, and a council that listens.
Too often, our city spends time on minor
[7:59] infractions while bigger issues like
real threats to public safety,
[8:03] supporting families, and keeping our
neighborhood strong don't get the
[8:07] attention they deserve.
My priorities are about people, not
[8:11] politics. safer neighborhoods through
real community policing and stronger
[8:16] neighborhood watch. Smarter use of
resources, focusing on what matters, not
[8:21] ticketing families over small issues,
supporting local businesses, and making
[8:26] sure North Glenn grows responsibly
without losing its sense of community.

Easterling Babin. I am your candidate
[8:55] for W 3 to serve on city council in the
upcoming November election. A little
[9:01] intro about me. I'm originally from a
small town in southern Mississippi, just
[9:05] north of New Orleans. I moved to North
Glenn in 2020 right as the CO shutdowns
[9:11] happened and ever since then I have
fallen in love with this city. That's
[9:16] why I've decided I want to be a new
voice for all of North Glenn. Everyone's
[9:21] voice deserves to be heard and no part
of North Glenn should feel like the
[9:25] other neighborhood which I've heard from
from residents when talking out and
[9:29] about in the parks. I believe in
leadership that talks to people, not
[9:34] down to them. I am an honest, straight
shooter who's not afraid to tell even
[9:39] the people closest to me when I disagree
with them. I currently serve on North
[9:44] Glenn's diversity, inclusivity, and
social equity board. I am the co-chair,
[9:49] and I have been on the board for about
two years. So, I have worked with
[9:54] council members, with the mayor, with
the police department, and I know the
[10:00] people to talk to and how to get things
to the right people when residents are
[10:05] talking to me. So, with me serving on
the diversity board, a lot of people
[10:11] often think inclusion is only about
protecting rights related to race or
[10:15] sexuality or gender, but it's so much
more than that. Regardless of identity,
[10:20] we are all just people living our best
lives, trying to do our best. When we
[10:25] lift one, we lift up all. It's time to
get rid of self-serving politics in
[10:30] North Glenn and start listening to the

[10:35] » Hi, my name is Rich Condo. People have
often asked me why I serve as a council
[10:39] member and why am I seeking reelection
again? Well, I'll tell you, I never
[10:44] really harbored any political ambitions
despite having served our nation in the
[10:47] Navy and society at large in the life
sciences industry.
[10:52] But in the spring of 2022, a council
seat had opened up. Meanwhile, my mom
[10:58] had passed after her long battle with
dementia while my wife and I were
[11:01] caregivers for her for several years.
And you know, profound personal loss can
[11:06] be a catalyst for huge changes in
people. And for me, that was certainly
[11:10] the case. And so with the newfound
energy and a sense of purpose, I decided
[11:14] to apply for the position and council
appointed me to serve for 18 months. And
[11:19] boy, let me tell you what a ride that
has been. Now having been reelected once
[11:24] and learning the ropes for three and a
half years from colleagues who have gone
[11:27] before me, I firmly believe I possess
the knowledge and skills to be a strong
[11:30] team contributor so that council can
effectively set a clear vision and
[11:35] direction for city leadership and staff.
My contributions to reliable community
[11:40] centric services such as public safety,
good roads, highquality water,
[11:45] environmental sustainability, and youth
recreation programs are successes I am
[11:49] most proud of. Responsibilities as board
secretary at the Denver Region Council
[11:54] of Government, as well as board
president of North Metro Fire Rescue
[11:57] District, enables me to represent the
city's best interests in the greater
[12:01] Denver metro region.
There's much work to do to sustain the
[12:05] positive trends that we are on and for
these reasons I humbly ask for your vote

[12:21] Ward 4. I am a stay-at-home mom for my
two children with disabilities and I
[12:28] absolutely love the community that my
family has found here in North Glenn. A
[12:33] few years ago, I began volunteering at
my kids school and that's when I
[12:37] discovered how much I enjoy community
service. Since then, I've served on
[12:42] committees, I've organized fundraisers,
and I've worked as an election judge for
[12:46] Adams County. Now, I would like to put
my skills to use for my city. My
[12:51] priorities for North Glenn are to
improve traffic flow and safety,
[12:55] decrease rent prices, and to improve our
energy and water usage. I would love to

safe, vibrant, and affordable city where

[13:17] educator, community member, and I am
proud that I have spent the last two
[13:21] years as your Ward 4 city council
representative. I grew up playing soccer
[13:26] on the fields of Northwest Open Space
and going to the North Glenn Mall with
[13:29] my family. Now, as an adult, I've had
the privilege of calling this community
[13:33] home for the past 22 years while raising
my own family here. I believe I am a
[13:38] good city council member because I am a
strong listener who truly hears the
[13:42] concerns of our community. I work hard
to find solutions that benefit our
[13:46] residents. I am approachable, honest,
and never afraid to put in the hard
[13:51] work. I believe in our city and in
helping it be the best that it could be
[13:55] for everyone that calls it home. With
that in mind, I believe there are three
[13:59] top issues that will be facing our city
in the next four years. Budget, safety,
[14:05] and business retention and growth. As we
enter a tighter budget season, we will
[14:10] have to tighten our fiscal belts. We
must be fiscally responsible and
[14:14] intentional with our spending. We need
to prioritize infrastructure needs and
[14:19] the needs of our community over once.
Safety remains a top priority for many
[14:24] in our community. Fully staffing and
funding our police department is
[14:28] essential along with supporting projects
like improved lighting, flot cameras to
[14:34] enhance safety in parks, shopping areas,
and public spaces. Finally, we must
[14:39] continue to attract and retain
businesses in North Glenn. Supporting
[14:43] local business growth and encouraging
residents to shop locally will help
[14:47] strengthen our economy and community. I
believe it is important that we focus on
[14:52] budget safety and business growth. It
will not only set Northland up for
[14:57] success over the next four years, but it
will ensure a strong future for
[15:01] generations to come. On November 4th,
