[3:10] we had uh an architect look at the lobby

[3:17] $54,000 worth of work. Uh the county is
[3:20] splitting that cost with us.

[3:26] we did solicit three quotes and you can
[3:28] see they're all within reason. The uh
[3:31] estimate was actually $75,000 from the
[3:33] architect. So they're below that.
