[0:00] that time. Even though our clock on the wall doesn't say so. [0:04] » Joe is supposed to have that thing running on time. I know. [0:08] » All right. We will call courts on public safety committee to order. Could I have [0:11] a roll call, please? >> Mr. Banks [0:15] » here. >> Mr. Hardy [0:16] » here. >> Mr. McCormack [0:18] » here. >> Mr. Ericson [0:19] » here. >> Mr. Walker [0:20] » here. >> Very good. Thank you. Uh, entertain a [0:24] motion to approve the minutes from June 11th, 2026. [0:28] » I'll make that motion. party support [0:31] » support McCormack. All in favor say I. >> I [0:35] » oppose the same. Very good. Any changes to the agenda? [0:43] Hearing none. I'll entertain a motion to approve the agenda. [0:45] » So move. >> I'll second. Hard. [0:49] » Mr. Hardy. Thank you. Uh any discussion? All those in favor say I. [0:54] » I. >> Oppose the same. [0:57] Agenda approved. Uh any public comment for courts and public safety? [1:03] Hearing none, prosecutor Baison. Uh grant acceptance and budget adjustment. [1:10] » Thank you very much. Um so I believe the board is aware that we became eligible. [1:15] It's kind of an interesting thing how we became eligible, but that's a side [1:18] story. Um but we became eligible for what is uh being called a local [1:22] prosecutor grant. Um the board did indicate that they would like us to try [1:27] to get it. So we did make an application. It was approved. The the [1:31] application and the plan were approved. So as happens with grants, um the money [1:39] is there and available subject to state funding. Um [1:47] there are conditions and rules for the use of it. [1:52] It's not just something that we can just do anything we want with. It's it's not [1:56] just a handout. Um the intention of the grant is to deal with what is identified [2:02] as a backlog. Um on on a positive side, they are [2:07] allowing us to define what a backlog is because I'm going to I was honest with [2:12] them. I'll be honest with you, I don't think that we have what most people [2:15] would call a backlog. We are pretty efficient in our resolution of the [2:19] matters that do come before us. Um but we have volume. Um, as uh those of you [2:26] who have ever been to Silver Lake know, it gets busy this time of year. Um, we [2:31] just had our forest festival event. Um, that produces business and we are going [2:38] to use the funds to reconfigure our cubicle layout, which I know has been [2:44] the same since I came here in 2007, and I suspect has been the same going [2:50] back to at least the early '9s. Um I could check with some people if it [2:54] really matters, but we're going to change the cubicle layout and um we're [2:58] going to um bring in a contract employee who has been in our office before, knows [3:04] how how our office functions and um utilize a that for a clerical person to [3:12] help us input cases into the system so they can get to Kevin and myself sooner. [3:17] And we're hoping that it'll be a a good process. We have we're very optimistic [3:22] that it's going to work. Um I did prepare a independent contractor [3:25] employment form for that person. If you need to see it, I do have it here. Um [3:31] but um that's that's pretty basic. And uh as far as the budget amendment, this [3:37] is a reimbursement grant, which means that we have to have the funds [3:41] available. Um there is a process. Um Heather in my office has already started [3:46] talking to the treasurer's office to make sure that [3:51] items look right and what we're going to need. We are going to have to [3:54] demonstrate before we can receive reimbursement for money spent. We have [3:58] to demonstrate that it has been paid and that the check has cleared and then the [4:06] Department of Treasury will reimburse the county. [4:11] Um I am told that our plan for use I did talk to a lady by the name of Sheri [4:18] Brunma who is the executive director of the prosecutors association. The manner [4:24] in which we are using our funds has been one of the most streamlined methods of [4:31] using these funds by other counties that have had this before. It is expected [4:37] that these funds will be available through 2029. [4:43] However, that is subject to state budget. [4:49] If you have any questions, I'll answer any questions you have. [4:52] » Yes, Mr. Mr. Bison, [4:56] with that being a contract for a contract employee, [5:00] do we need to pass a resolution approving that contract? Normally [5:05] contracts with the county have to be approved by the county board. [5:08] » Um, I am not always sure whether you do or don't. This is part of the reason why [5:14] I'm trying not to surprise the board with anything and be upfront with you [5:19] and say this is what our plan is. I I I have absolutely no [5:25] I like the plan. Thank you for looking into it. Thank you for doing it. I like [5:29] the plan, but I want to just Tracy with that being a contract. Do you think we [5:33] need to approve that a contract? >> Um I have it on the agenda for approving [5:39] the grant. So, um if you want to put add in there the grant and the um grant [5:48] agreement. Do you want a copy of the grant or I'm [5:52] sorry of the contract so that you can >> I believe I added it. I thought I added [5:57] that in the agenda. >> I don't know if I gave you the contract [6:01] » for the for >> Why don't Why don't we have a copy [6:04] because we'll have a >> for for the for the board. [6:07] » It's in there. >> It's in there. Okay. For for the board [6:11] members, do you have an objection? um changing that uh that we also uh [6:19] approve the contract that the prosecutor is entering into just to make sure that [6:23] we covered right. >> I don't see any harm in doing that. So, [6:28] » thank you. >> Yeah. [6:30] » Are there any other questions about this this [6:34] » um how far do we get into it before we get reimbursed? How how frequent do you [6:41] request reimbursement? We will send the request as soon as we are eligible to [6:46] send the request. Um reimbursement from the state is always a interesting [6:52] process. Um a another county attempted to you um at least what I was informed [7:01] by the people that I talked to another county tried to use um the funds to [7:07] provide raises for existing prosecutors. And that had a lot of hoops and ladders [7:14] that they had to climb through. And um the reinforcement process was extremely [7:20] lengthy. um based on an experienced base um [7:27] informed from the people that I talked to Miss Brunma who has experience [7:32] working with various prosecutors on this using the funds this way has been fairly [7:38] streamlined and that is the most um precise definition I am able to give [7:45] you. So you request reimbursement after 6 months or after a year or [7:53] » my understanding is is it will be more frequent than that is as as the bills [7:57] come in and we can work with the treasur's office to demonstrate that the [8:02] checks have cleared. We can we can process it. Um, [8:07] » Tim Tim. >> Yep. [8:10] » Tracy, I imagine you will set up line items, a specific line item for this in [8:15] the in the budget. >> The treasur usually sets up the chart of [8:18] accounts uh for those and then um I'll be doing the budget adjustment to cover [8:23] those and we'll just um it'll be a um balance between your revenues and [8:29] expenditures. >> Yeah. But but we'll have a specific line [8:31] item for this grant >> and the [8:33] » that is what we would like. Yes. >> Yes. and the grant [8:35] » make it easier for everybody. >> Yeah. [8:37] » Um talking about uh reimbursement, um we can usually have their checks are [8:44] usually cleared within a month. So it shouldn't be that long to be able to [8:48] submit that to the state for reimbursement. [8:51] » I would just No, I know. >> So I'm just thinking how how much we [8:55] have invested. If it gets rejected, okay, we're not you're not qualified. [8:59] We're not going to pay you. We've already spent the money, you know. So, [9:04] how much maybe it's not much risk, but how much risk do we have if they don't [9:09] if they decide we're not going to get reimbursed? Well, [9:12] » I have similar concerns and what I've been told is the way we are using this [9:16] that the risk is not high. >> Good is what I've been told [9:21] » based on the total amount of the grant for 90ome,000. [9:25] it it's not going to be that great, you know, [9:29] you know, if if they're processing the the bills all the time. So, [9:38] » good. Seems reasonable. >> Any other questions? [9:42] » Very good. >> Thank you, Mr. B. [9:44] » Um, so just to be clear, you you you are or we're expecting that you're going to [9:48] want me to sign this. >> Pardon me. You are expecting that you're [9:52] going to want me to sign the agreement because I have not signed it. I I wanted [9:55] to make sure that the board was yes on board. [9:58] » Sure. >> We we will do all of the approvals at [10:00] our 11:30 meeting. Yeah. It'll be all >> Thank you very much. [10:05] » I don't see a I don't Does anybody see a problem? [10:10] » As always, if there is anything you need to ask me, I'm available as needed. [10:14] » Thank you. >> Thank you. [10:15] » Thank you, >> Sheriff Schiller. We have a uh school [10:22] resource officer conversation. >> Good morning everyone. [10:26] Thank you. Um I know there's not a resolution or a contract or there really [10:30] wasn't any paperwork in your packet and I I spoke with Miss Bard about it and um [10:35] so it's just a discussion item on the agenda today, but I I know there were uh [10:39] a couple of questions uh about the potential partnership with Hart Public [10:44] Schools and so I asked Mr. Brad Jacobs, um, superintendent, newly, uh, incoming [10:49] superintendent for HARP to come in today and maybe to answer any questions that [10:53] you guys might have. Um, obviously, you know that we, uh, currently are [10:57] providing an SRO to Shelby Public Schools. Um and there's a a contract in [11:02] place there um currently and uh we would really probably take that contract and [11:09] um customize it for for HART um if if that's uh the direction and we [11:15] ultimately end up going um actually if public schools uh ends up going with us. [11:22] So um if uh if Mr. uh Jacobs would like to answer any questions. I I'm sure he [11:29] he's happy to. He he has a a strong understanding of uh of SRO programs and [11:36] uh what they bring to, you know, school districts um that he's been at in the [11:40] past. So, Mr. Jacobs, >> thank you. [11:45] » Good morning. >> Good morning. [11:47] » Morning. Welcome. Thank you. >> My name is Brad Jacobs. I'm the new [11:52] superintendent. A few of you I I know. Um, but excited to be here. But yes, uh, [11:58] as Ryan said, looking to possibly partner with the sheriff's department. [12:02] Uh, full transparency, we are interviewing a candidate from the city [12:06] from city police. We're looking for a fit. So, it's more important to me to [12:10] have the right person rather than department. I can work with either, you [12:14] know, I know an very well. I know Ryan and Craig very well. So, I'm comfortable [12:17] working with either entity. We just want to find that right person. So, that's [12:22] kind of what I had reached out to Craig and Ryan on um early few weeks ago just [12:28] to see if it was a possibility because like you said, um I know or like Ryan [12:32] said, you currently partner with Shelby. So, we just wanted to see if that would [12:36] be an option for us as well. >> So, [12:41] is your current contract with the city of heart? [12:43] » It is, but just it's up through this year. So, it it's done as of now. So, [12:47] and like I said, we are interviewing a candidate from them, but we'd also like [12:51] to interview a couple one or two candidates from the sheriff's [12:54] department, too, if if possible. >> Gotcha. [12:57] » So, and I like Ryan said, I have so I was up in Indian River uh for quite a [13:02] few years, and we were one of the first schools up north probably back in 2018, [13:06] we um partnered with Tuscarora Township Police to have a full-time SRO. We were [13:12] one of the few schools up there, and we were very small. we were 600 kids in our [13:16] district. Um, so very important to me. School safety is very important. Looking [13:20] forward to working with Ryan and Craig and the whole and everyone just to make [13:24] sure we're doing what we can to keep our kiddos safe. So, [13:29] » Mr. Ericson, how long were you in Scottville? [13:31] » I was up there nine years. So, we did a ton up there with uh school safety, [13:36] Oscar Dilla, worked very closely with him, former heart student. Um, we were [13:40] one of the first schools. So, I was the high school principal, [13:44] Mace County Central. We were one of the first schools to have a active live [13:48] shooter drill with students there um in the state and that was probably back [13:54] 2015 16 something like that. But we did it in partnership with the Mason County [13:59] Sheriff's Department and went extremely well. Had a number of districts in the [14:04] state call us on that just to see how we did it and how we implement it and [14:07] things like that. So, yeah. No, since >> since my time up there, it's been very [14:12] very important to me for school safety. Unfortunately, you know, back in 1990 [14:16] when I first started teaching, safety was not [14:21] on the forefront. It was teaching math and all that and obviously life changes. [14:26] So, we adapt and go from there. >> Tim, [14:30] thank you for your comment about interviewing with both. My background [14:35] was in police work and uh as a matter of fact I have I was a licensed police [14:41] officer for 51 years in the state of Michigan. [14:44] » Okay. >> So that tells you that [14:47] I'm close to being a senior citizen. But uh your comment that you are [14:52] interviewing somebody through the city of park into the Oceanana County [14:56] Sheriff's Department and the decisions going to be made [14:59] » gives me a lot better feeling than if we just all of a sudden move from one [15:06] agency to the other one, right? >> You know, so everybody's in it appears [15:10] to me that everybody's involved with this. everybody knows what's going on [15:14] because I I I know that often there are comments made what was this shift made [15:20] what was done you know what was going on and all of this and you've taken care of [15:25] that by you know talking to both administrations and interviewing from [15:31] both departments so that that takes care of the concerns that I had and thank you [15:36] for that >> Sure absolutely [15:39] » so Skipsky is not or Skipsky you may >> he not so and that was not any my [15:45] decision that was made with previous administration to not um go forward with [15:50] him >> and again I can't speak to that I wasn't [15:53] here whether it was a fit thing or we're getting what they want I'm not sure I [15:57] just when I came aboard we needed a new SRO position so again I wanted to I like [16:04] to have all my options on the table and again I want to find the best person [16:07] because I've worked with outstanding SRO's um so I just want to make sure we [16:11] get that right person in there. So, it takes a special person to work with with [16:15] kids. It's not, you know, >> I'm not sure we can get you as good a [16:19] dancer as Tim Simon. So, >> well, like I talked to Ryan. I you know, [16:24] his his mother taught at heart, so maybe maybe we can get him over here, but Mark [16:28] Olmstead wanted nothing to do with that. So, yeah, that was shot down right away. [16:33] » You don't you know, there's a lot to be said of what Paul just mentioned. Yeah, [16:38] » Tim does a phenomenal job and Tim lives right here. [16:43] » So, he's available and sometimes when you don't live in here, you're not [16:48] available for those sport sporting events, for the dances, for everything [16:52] else as much as an SRO needs to be, >> right? Absolutely. [16:58] » Every every kid that's in that school needs to recognize that face and needs [17:03] to know that person as deputy so and so or officer so and so. every single [17:07] moment. >> Well, and I I I'd like to for the room [17:11] to know that I really truly appreciate what Skipsky Kevin has done at our high [17:16] school. You know, he had a good rapport and he was there and readily available [17:20] and uh if he's not coming back, I wish him well and and you know, hope we can [17:26] find the right fit. >> Yep. [17:28] » Mhm. >> Yeah. [17:29] » Cuz it is important. I mean, it really is in today's world. And when my wife [17:33] taught special ed in her high school, there were many times that it would have [17:39] been best if she would have been able to have taken a student right down to an [17:42] SRO >> and to go through the counseling system [17:45] and to go into the mental health side of it and all the things that we have. [17:49] » Just the presence of an officer. it. If you spent so many years in Mesa County [17:54] Central, you realize that every school district can't have a mark like Lington [17:59] had to take care of the everyday operations and have the rapport with the [18:02] students. >> Yeah. [18:04] » When I was on Lington Police Department, we worked a lot together. [18:07] » Yeah. >> And we had Mark Boon and Hart when he [18:12] first graduated. Boon rode down with Porky Newkerk and the rest of them [18:17] » and taught in Hart. >> You're dating yourself there. [18:19] » I I had [18:23] Everybody should have known Jim O'Neal knew. So, [18:26] » yeah. >> All right. Any other questions? [18:30] » Best of luck. >> Thank you. I appreciate it. [18:33] » Thank you. >> We probably if uh depending on what the [18:37] next few weeks looks like, we would likely probably have something in your [18:41] next board packet. I think that would be the hope. So if that's [18:45] » well I again I'm sure [18:50] for me any minor concerns that I had have been taken care of would [18:56] » Excellent. Oh that's great coming in today and talking to us about it. Thank [19:00] you. >> Okay. [19:01] » Thank you gentlemen. >> Thank you. [19:07] » Let's see here. Uh, Minister Byron, uh, childcare budget approval and [19:14] submission. >> Um, each year we present the child care [19:19] budget um through state to you all and we're asking for um approval for 533,582 [19:29] um the budget approval and submission to the state. [19:34] Mhm. >> We have to do this ahead of time to [19:37] coincide with the state budget budget. >> Any questions, discussion? [19:46] » Very good. Any department head reports? Guess we don't have [19:50] » Yeah. >> Uh public comment as we close courts and [19:54] public safety [19:57] hearing. None. We'll adjourn. [20:03] I'll try and talk really slow. >> Yeah, [20:07] » I'd like to call the order of finance administration committee. May we have a [20:10] roll call, please? >> Mr. Hardy [20:15] » here. >> Mr. Banks [20:16] » here. >> Mr. McCormack [20:17] » here. >> Mr. Ericson. [20:20] » Yes. >> Here. [20:21] » Mr. Walker >> here. [20:23] » It ask for approval of the meeting minutes from June 25th, 2026. [20:27] » Make a motion to approve. >> Support. Motion by Beg, support by [20:31] Walker. Um, all in favor? I >> I oppose. Same. Motion carried. Any [20:38] changes to the agenda? [20:43] Hearing none, I'll ask for approval of the agenda. [20:45] » I'll make a motion to approve. >> Motion by Begs. [20:48] » Support. >> Support by McCormack. Uh, all in favor? [20:51] I >> oppose. Same. Motion carried. Is there [20:55] any public comment at this time for the finance administration committee? [20:59] Hearing none, I'll move on. Administrator Bard [21:03] administrator review selected claims for payment and administrators report. Uh [21:08] claims for payment have been provided for you. Are there any questions with [21:12] those? [21:16] If not, um I've provided a report in your packet for um the administrator's [21:22] report. Um, however, I did want to add that um I left a um summary or [21:29] anformational piece um on your desk this morning um with regards to the separate [21:36] tax um limitations proposal that is on the ballot. Um this is anformational [21:42] piece only. Um we are not um we are not ad advocating for correct advocating for [21:52] anyone to vote a certain way. This is just information only and if you would [21:57] like me to email that on to you I can do that. Um anyone needs copies or anything [22:03] like that let me know. Um please look that over and if you see [22:08] anything you would like changed we can do that as well. [22:12] Is it appropriate to send that uh out to the media? We're not [22:20] advocating anything. >> No, we're not. [22:23] » I think so. >> I think it's fine. I mean, [22:26] » it's an explains very well. >> Excellent explanation. I think it should [22:31] go on. >> I think it would certainly u information [22:34] is great. So, >> yeah, [22:36] » you know, I don't see a problem because again, we're not advocating either way. [22:39] We're just kind of explaining what that actually is. So I think that would be it [22:44] » and that just from my own personal experience on social media the the [22:50] question is already being interacted with. Um and I I engaged a few [22:55] conversations this week to kind of dispel some incorrect information. Um [23:00] you know uh at the same time there are a lot of taxpayers residents that are [23:05] asking so does a no vote mean my taxes will go down? and and that's a very real [23:10] I mean and it will um but I also actually explain what services will [23:15] disappear uh if that if a if a majority of people say no it's just facts [23:22] » um you know and uh it's pretty bleak facts in my opinion I I don't like [23:28] property taxes any more than anybody else uh probably less than most uh but [23:34] » if it if it's not a constitutional mandate it's probably going to disappear [23:38] And if it is a constitutional mandate, we're probably going to fulfill the [23:42] minimum required on that mandate. >> Mhm. [23:45] » Yep. >> And it affects the townships too, [23:48] » right? >> Well, we've seen it for solid cost [23:52] cutting up a district 10, you know, there was automatically [23:56] changes made. >> Yeah. So, [24:00] » I think it's a good idea to get it out there and [24:05] » you know, Craig, on the administrator's report, [24:10] would it be appropriate that I could bring up something with that that Tracy [24:13] and I talked about yesterday and that's the internship? [24:17] » Sure. >> We have a the sheriff's department has [24:21] had interns for ever. you know that it's interns are really part of the licensing [24:29] for to uh balance for police officers and they do that. We have another [24:35] department now who is going to an internship program. [24:40] About two years ago was it that there was some changes on internship programs [24:45] where they have to be compensated and paid under certain conditions and [24:49] everything. And Tracy and I talked about this other department that has gone [24:53] ahead and started an internship program. And [24:59] Tracy said it first, but I concur with Tracy that we probably need a policy and [25:06] a procedure on internship program and before those people can actually start [25:11] working. the things that have to be dealt with in the administrator's office [25:18] the same as if they were an employee to make sure that we are covering ourselves [25:22] under the new regulations and everything and going forward. [25:28] » Tracy, did I put that well? >> Yes. [25:31] » And uh Tracy is going to work on with her [25:37] office on a policy on insurance. >> Okay. And it we we [25:45] it it should also cover the people that are coming in to ride with the sh [25:53] department. We may have to have some variation there. But for liability [26:00] reasons, for workman's comp reasons, for compensation reasons and everything, I'm [26:06] sure that before it comes to us, it can go to the department heads. But I I [26:11] really think that we should not be having interns come in [26:17] and if they're doing work over and above an internship program, find out we're [26:22] going to get build for all of their labor down the line. [26:27] Maybe I will check with a few other counties and see what they have for the [26:31] » I already sent an email out to my administrators. Um I did [26:36] I I want to make this very clear. I'm not trying to do away with internship [26:40] programs. I will do internship program, but there should be some [26:43] » buties and I'm not taking any any >> I'm not commenting about any specific [26:50] department. I did mention the sheriff's department because they are the biggest [26:54] one to do it. I even even with that department, I think we should have some [26:58] type of a guide guidelines. We can't tell the sheriff how to staff and what [27:03] to do, but we can make sure that the paperwork is filled out, you know, and [27:09] we have that done properly. >> Yeah, great. [27:11] » Would our attorneys have some useful information, too? [27:15] » Um, with regards to the sheriff's department piece, because we do have [27:19] some that, um, we've been sending to for schooling. Um, we wanted a an agreement [27:26] um, set up so that these people that if we're training them, we're paying for [27:32] that training. We don't want them to be leaving [27:36] out the door right away. So, >> um, that is that that's an agreement [27:42] that um they're they're working on that for us already because they've already [27:47] had some other counties do it. That's kind of a separate issue [27:51] » than the internship. But we have a deputy at our sheriff's department now [27:55] who has to pay back the sheriff's department in Monomony County for [27:59] sending him through Northern Michigan University to to get his uh licensing. [28:05] » And I think what he told me when he first came here, I think it's about [28:09] $5,000 he has to pay back over a period of time. [28:13] » Mhm. >> So [28:15] » So that's already been sent to them and that's being worked on right now. So, [28:19] » and and that that that's one that I'm sure Tracy is going to work on very [28:22] closely with the sheriff >> and the under sheriff, but but as far [28:26] as, you know, the interns, you know, >> right? [28:31] » They kind of, you know, intertwine, but they're [28:35] they're two separate issues. But, >> you know, it it seems like every every [28:41] time the courts make a ruling about something or make a change, we we've got [28:46] to do our best to try to keep up to make sure that we're following those rules. [28:50] And that's that's >> before you step in the big hole. [28:52] » That that's that's all this amounts to. It's not, you know, it's not a shot at [28:57] anybody at all. It's just that we need to keep up with what's going on. [29:02] » Great. Anybody else? Um, I do have something in addition. Um, [29:10] we received bids um for the stairs just outside the door from Chris. Was it [29:16] yesterday or the day before? I sent them off to the building and grounds [29:21] committee to review. Um, and we received um one of those back. Um there are three [29:29] bids and the one is actually um the lowest bid is actually a local local [29:35] company. So um we with the approval of the building and grounds committee um [29:41] we'll be bringing that back to the next board meeting if they want to move [29:45] forward with that. >> It it it's a fabricated system. [29:49] » Um did you have a chance to look at that? [29:52] » Yeah. So that that was a good um good idea. Paul suggested triberry because [29:58] they're significantly lower than the other two quotes we got cuz those are [30:04] out of state guys that are just kind of you know they're just expensive. But um [30:11] yeah, Triberry gave us a good price for it and a couple options with the the [30:16] treads and so >> I mean at my first review I mean [30:22] » and they do they do great work. So >> yeah, they just look like they're the [30:25] way to go. >> Is it a metal system of some type? [30:28] » Yeah, stainless. I think it's stainless uh frame and then the treads are an [30:34] option. I mean, we have to pick what tread we want, galvanized or aluminum or [30:38] stainless, but um >> I I I don't know who came up with the [30:43] idea of doing a fabricated system like that. [30:46] » Bed Paul. >> Is that Paul? [30:49] » Well, Chris was talking to some other companies already. [30:55] » Yeah. And then when um he brought it up to them, Paul Paul mentioned [31:01] » um the local company to check with them. So, yeah. [31:04] That that that was a nice option. >> Yep. Great idea. [31:08] » You you can't beat Jim Leaport. >> I'll say it right now. He is as good as [31:12] any in this business. >> So I will be if [31:17] » if they are with their approval, I'll be bringing that. [31:19] » I don't I don't know about the fabricated steel ones, but I can tell [31:23] you arways stairways, I love selling those. [31:28] I I did one arch stairway in our arway stairway that was $38,000 [31:36] and that was 20 years ago. >> Oh, good. [31:39] » So, >> okay. [31:41] » Okay. >> Um, all right. Moving on. Any department [31:45] head reports? Hearing none. Uh, any public comment at [31:50] this time for finance and administration committee? [31:55] Hearing none, we will adjourn the finance and administration committee and [32:01] start the regular meeting at 11:30. >> Did you time in on that? [32:07] » I didn't. No. >> Yeah, that's [32:09] » Well, I bet you still beat the road. >> That's true. the contract. You know
