special assessments process for
[6:59] delinquent storm water fees are included
in the packet. Letters providing notice
[7:03] of the public hearing were mailed to
property owners on July 29, 2026

2026 to pay the delinquent amount to
[7:15] avoid assessment to the property.
It looks like right now our list

properties that are still unpaid. So,

Uh this 36-acre property was recommended
[14:02] for approval by the Planning Commission
5-0 during their July 20th Planning
[14:07] Commission hearing.
One person spoke, uh the landowner to
[14:10] the southeast,
uh unaware that the 81 Speedway was sold
[14:15] to the Sartains and was wondering who
these people were. So, there was really
[14:18] no public comment.
