[0:39] or consideration of the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and the
[0:43] disposition of public held real property, where discussion in an open meeting would adversely
[0:48] affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body specifically,
[0:53] including, but not limited to, the acquisition and disposition of real property. And b 2.2
[0:58] dash 3711 a 78 of the code of virginia for the purpose of receiving legal advice and
[1:03] status update from the city attorney, and legal consultation regarding the subject of actual property litigation and specific legal matters requiring provision of
[1:11] legal advice by the city attorney specifically included, but not limited to, discussion
[1:15] regarding the legal requirements of certain federal criminal justice grant
[1:19] conditions. Eight usc 1373 ob public law 119 through 21, and other private litigation and
[1:27] legal matters requiring advice of the city attorney and c 2.2 dash 3711 a one of the code of
[1:33] virginia for the purpose of discussion pertaining to performance, assignment and appointment of specific public employees of the city of petersburg specifically,
[1:40] including, but not limited to, discussion of the performance, assignment and appointment of
