[11:32] children deserve to be safe and have an opportunity to thrive learn and grow in [11:36] an environment that Fosters Health development and whereas child abuse and [11:41] neglect is a serious problem affecting every segment of our community and [11:45] finding Solutions requires input and action from everyone and whereas child [11:51] abuse can have long-term psychological emotional physical effects that have [11:56] lasting consequences for victims of abuse and even future generations and [12:02] whereas effective Child Abuse Prevention activities succeed because of the [12:07] Partnerships created between Joe Children's Advocacy centers child [12:11] welfare professionals law enforcement agencies Education Health Community and [12:17] faith-based organizations businesses and families and whereas we acknowledge that [12:23] we must work together as a community to increase awareness about child abuse and [12:28] contribute to her to promote the social and emotional well-being of Children and [12:32] Families in a safe stable and nurturing environment and whereas prevention [12:37] remains an essential function of preserving the bright future we hope for [12:42] all children and families and now therefore the Pike County Commissioners [12:47] who hereby Proclaim April 2023 as National Child Abuse Prevention months [12:53] in Pike County and urge all citizens
