[0:04] We, as you're getting settled, we heard a rumor that Susan might be on a plane. [0:11] Oh, I just thought I'd mention that to you since you're vice chair. OK, I'm sorry [0:17] for the short notice. I only heard 15 minutes ago. Who did I see, uh, walking out? [0:21] She was here for, um, Thought that was Susan. That was Wendy. Wendy, yeah. Is she [0:27] coming back in? Well, there's a problem. She's not, she hasn't, she, she needs, how [0:34] would you say, um, something happened with her paperwork, so she's not signed in [0:39] yet. So, do we have a quorum with just as Josh Josh shows up, yeah, if Josh shows [0:44] up, we're hopeful. Anybody got a number for him? Yeah, I do. Could you, I'll give [0:50] him a call because he usually dials in. So, OK. Let's give him a call and see if [0:55] he's dialing in, please. You got the, uh, why don't I, why don't I give him two minutes [0:59] because it seems like he dashes in at the last minute sometimes. Like he, he dials [1:04] in a lot of the time too. Yeah, we do have that we can get that link to them. Yeah. [1:18] I'll give him one more minute. [1:52] What's new? Yeah, it's been busy. [1:58] I just left the food bank. I hadn't been in there forever and eating people. [2:05] Zipped in there for the day, for the afternoon. [2:38] Yeah. [2:40] I saw the fire trucks coming out there and out that way when I was. [2:52] Had to go in and have different [2:56] uh I This some kind of spam call. Only dilate the eye. Um-hum. [3:05] I says I got to drive. Yeah. [3:09] Well, I had an eye [3:17] test last and they got a new thing that they did do. Hey Josh, this is with uh your [3:18] eye there. We're looking forward to either your dramatic entrance into the door so [3:22] we have a quorum or flashes. Perhaps you're planning on joining us online, um, if [3:29] you need that information, give a call. Um, I'm on my personal cell. It's [3:34] 406-210-4787, but if you could let us know what's up, that [3:42] would be great. Bye bye. [3:47] How was that? Everyone was so silent. [3:55] If he calls back, it's on our website. Oh, might be the easiest place for him to [4:02] go just to to go to our. Um There's a packet. He's out plenty early this time. [4:10] It was here last week or earlier this week. I kind of figured people would get the [4:14] packet and if they couldn't make it, they would let me know. Um, yeah, no, yeah, [4:19] it was good. You had plenty of. Plenty of notice for this one. [4:26] Well, thank you. I'm, I'm glad for the feedback [4:32] she just didn't answer. OK, what about Susan? Uh, Susan, uh, we heard that Wendy [4:38] said she's on a plane. On a plane. Yeah. She could sit in the airport. Didn't we [4:46] have somebody do that once? Uh, I think David's done that. It was David. [5:02] I guess I'm moving over here. Give it until 5 after, I guess. Do that. [5:13] If we, we would set up a time for another meeting, it wouldn't make sense. OK [5:31] And at one time they had looked at changing the requirement for a quorum. You guys [5:38] were gonna talk to the city and the debt, anything ever come of that? There's nothing [5:42] that has happened there. Yeah. I [5:49] Yeah, we've just been so overwhelmed, but yeah, I don't think we want, I don't think [5:52] we want to combine boards like they were talking. Right, people, yeah, I know we're [5:58] going through, um, our current, we we're going through our municipal code. Uh, with [6:05] perspective changes, um, Like I think we have a couple more weeks um and maybe that's [6:12] something I can look at um I'm not sure how that will. So part of that involves the. [6:21] As well, so it would be some of the cooperation. Yeah, and then, and then there's [6:27] some in state law as well. [6:33] Not that I'm sure we'll need to, but if you can go ahead and silence your cell phones. [6:45] All day without it ringing and I didn't realize it was still on. Yeah. [6:51] I turn it off at church so it doesn't wake me up. I mean. [6:56] It doesn't disturb the, I'll, I'll forget to turn it back on all the time. The emergency [7:00] bypass rings. [7:06] How was your day, Chuck? Good. Busy. Did your project go well? No. No, it fell apart. [7:13] We got winded out. [7:17] That's what afforded him the luxury of being here today. And it's not going to be [7:22] any better the rest of the week. [7:28] No. Well, the medium link is working. The link is working. I'm sorry. So if Josh [7:35] was on, he'd be able, because he usually dials in. [7:41] Yeah, yeah, I went right to his, I'm Gemini voicemail, so I don't know if he was [7:47] on his phone or what. We're about to go. OK, it's Gemini. Hi, I'm Gemini. We're about [7:53] to go live where you can. [7:58] What's this gentleman take over the world. [8:04] It happens. Yeah, one of the automated assistants. [8:11] So we need to have 4 to have a quorum. [8:19] All right, let's give it till 1:00 just in case then if everybody's here, a few more [8:24] minutes won't hurt. Uh. So. [8:30] Wendy Wendy just had to go across town or something? Uh, there's something wrong [8:35] with her paperwork, so she can't officially vote tonight, so her speaking here wouldn't [8:39] help. Yeah. Yeah, we got to sign every, every year or so. Reaffirm. Every other, [8:47] just other like every year. Yeah, every other year reaffirm. I could try texting [8:53] him. Yeah, shoot him a text. I think it might be a text. He's usually pretty responsive, [8:59] uh, [9:11] I [9:17] Now where did, where did Ford move to? He left the town. [9:23] Uh, I think he moved south. He moved south. OK, too bad. Do you want me to just get [9:30] the, [9:36] Right. [9:40] Oh, somebody. [9:46] Hi Josh. [9:52] Just checking to see if you got the voicemail about City County planning board. If [10:00] you'll be able to join us, so we have a. Very good. [10:20] OK. [10:29] Please let us know. Thank you. [11:19] Got a new phone recently. I've got to admit I didn't miss the dictation feature, [11:25] but my iPhone 6 was dying and I upgraded to a 16. [11:32] Yes, [11:35] I. Mhm. [11:42] Well, do we want to reschedule then you'll want to do. Public notice all over again [11:47] and everything? Do I want to? Do you have to? Do you have to then. Yeah. I, I will [11:52] do. Yeah. OK. If that's what we need to do. Yeah, what you do. And I will do it. [11:58] Good spirit. I don't know if you want to give him a few minutes to see if he texts [12:02] or I, and I also sent a text to Susan just to see if she was in a spot in her troubles. [12:08] That, well, Rob suggested it. That's a good thing. If she gets. OK, we can hang out [12:12] for a minute and see. Yeah on the fire. Yeah, and then I guess you just open the [12:16] meeting and say, um, there's insufficient for a quorum, and then, Clothes. [12:28] I'm still trying to read [12:31] Let's see what that does for timeline. No, I don't have it on there. Well, no, I [12:35] started it. Yeah, now we're recording. Oh, really? [12:39] And I've been saying silly things we sent the paper this week come out next week. [12:46] Sorry about that. She's, um. Think we can handle that on the back end. So we'd be [12:53] looking at the second week. Um-hum, [12:58] I. [13:00] Well this is when we're doing uh [13:04] What you call it. I'll spit it out eventually. King's Point that one. Yeah, we said [13:12] so the board meetings this way anyway, so we just do the th Oh, she can. All right. [13:19] Now I've got to OK. After I tell her she's our hero, I will find out how to get the [13:25] link to her. OK, [13:29] I can let that perfect. [13:31] They start packing it across the road. Right. Very smart. Um, [13:39] yeah, how do I get that? Oh, can you eat that? [13:52] On the dock, the light. All right [13:56] It's. [13:59] You know, I on that. [14:03] Oh, yeah, now the, it's opened up in the middle? Yeah. Yeah. That's how it was when [14:08] we lived there. Oh, yeah? Yeah. And I always, I always wanted to put the. This would [14:15] be cool if it built in the middle. You just testing [14:21] it is a little bit hot on the side, so [14:25] yeah, you don't need it because if you get it too close, it gets kind of you get [14:28] to. I don't quite on being that close. So anyway, you can, yeah, there it'll pick [14:33] you up, but um this is just for the benefit of the group um, the owl is what records. [14:44] Rob, how do you think I can get this on my phone to her? OK, um. Here. [14:53] Turn on, uh, does she have e-mail or text? I'm running on empty, but if you make [14:58] it easy and text me the link, she'll be there. I just don't know how to get this [15:05] to my phone. OK. [15:15] Switch it you sent me. [15:20] I'm assuming so. You know what you can do, um, [15:28] Uh, If I take a picture of it, she's not gonna be able to click a link though that's [15:35] the can you go to the website on your phone. [15:40] She says she's running on empty and it needs to be as easy as possible. OK, um. [15:48] So. [16:02] Too soon. [16:58] Oh you, let's see where you're in. Um, OK. [17:19] Um, you want her number to send it directly to her. That's hers 463-82. [17:26] 82933. 33. [17:33] Is that a link though or just the agenda that doesn't but the link is there if she [17:39] can copy and paste I'll have to go to Zoom. Is there any way you can the [17:49] OK, um. [18:08] Sure, put my son. Oh, that's number. It is 406-382-9373. [18:24] OK. [18:28] Thank you. So [18:41] Grand. [18:43] OK, but did you send out the same link to her? I sent it to her and then I tried [18:47] it out myself. [18:50] Hello, hello? OK. [19:00] Um And it should automatically log her in. Yeah, I, I didn't make any passcodes, [19:07] so. [19:17] In that same car. [19:20] Take it away. [19:23] To me. [19:30] Serious You're my hero. All of our heroes. Thank you so [19:37] much. Hello. All right, so. Well, I was in such a, such a rush getting out of town [19:45] to visit my daughter. I did not read the packet you sent me, so I'm here, but I don't [19:50] know anything. You know you're our hero, so that's all we need. Can you [19:57] see? Anything right now? Can you see the presentation or anybody? I [20:05] can see the board. At the, at the, uh, desk. OK. All right. So, we'll make sure that [20:12] when, um, we need to turn the, that around too, right? Uh, what I'm going to do is [20:19] I'm going to share the packet so she can see it. [20:33] Is Wendy not there? No, Wendy is not here. Cause she told me that she was, uh, going, [20:42] had rearranged her schedule specifically to be there tonight. Yeah, yeah, she, she [20:47] did. She needs to re up her, um, paperwork and, and, oh, take, yeah, she [20:55] did come by. She was here. Yeah, there was a, there's a technicality which would [21:01] prohibit her from, uh, voting. Unfortunately, but, but we'll have that resolved, [21:08] um, hopefully by the next time. And so what I'm going to do is, uh, let's [21:16] see here. And is the packet available on the website? Yeah, it [21:23] it should be. Yeah, it's on the county's website. It's on our elections and agendas. [21:29] No, maybe not. Is the packet on there too, just the agenda, OK, um, so no, don't [21:35] go to department. Go to elected offices. Go to the very last item in that list there [21:42] where it says agendas and minutes, OK. Uh, scroll down until you get to City County. [21:51] No further. There you go and click on that. OK, so what I'm gonna do, I download [21:58] it as maybe a PDF. [22:02] So, the step. Well, I, um, I can't do both when I'm on my phone. Uh, what I'm going [22:09] to do is, what I was going to do is share, so you'll, instead of seeing the board, [22:14] you'll see the packet on your phone. If that makes sense. I'll show you so. [22:23] So [22:25] So, so that way you can both listen. And So, there are. [22:34] There's the packet. I'll just zoom in, kind of follow along, and you'll be able to [22:39] see the maps and stuff. So, OK, yeah, there, there's the staff report in one [22:48] PDF and then the staff at the staff report attachments are in another PDF. OK, I'll [22:53] just so you know. [22:56] OK, you're able to see it, Susan? I am OK. I, I'll need to do one last thing and [23:04] I'll get the other report and then we can, we're good to go. [23:13] Center. I can't find [23:22] I told he didn't need to be here tonight. I'm glad you're here. [23:30] Team, which Uh, oh wait, sorry. On here. [23:40] Board of adjustment C, OK. Let me go back to this And then the very bottom, there [23:47] we go. Oh nice. So, um, so I'm, do you see the picture of [23:55] the, the property? OK, so I can go, um. [24:02] We have both available and, uh, I'll, and you can see I'll just follow along, so [24:08] take it away. OK. Rod's gonna be vanner white today. We probably need to tend to [24:15] officially, yeah, so we'll call the meeting to order and roll call will just be able [24:20] to say who's here. Right, yeah, Ken Murphy. Dick River Dave Cannon. [24:29] So. [24:31] Yep, OK. And please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. [24:41] I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic [24:47] for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice [24:54] for all. That [25:00] All right, uh, for the dirty sombrero special use permit, uh, can we have the staff [25:06] report, please? [25:11] I'm Michelle and I'll be presenting for Dirty Sombrero. Chuck Chuck Hogan of Dirty [25:18] Sombrero LLC is requesting special use for approval for a previous surface coverage [25:23] greater than 20%, not to exceed 30%. The request is associated with the construction [25:27] of a single family residence with an attached garage. Page 2, number 2. The applicant [25:35] submitted a narrative requesting special use for the property to construct a new [25:38] home with attached garage, replacing the existing nonconforming house. The project [25:43] includes relocating the power pole to the west side of the lot. A new power line [25:49] to be underground, um, they're seeking for 25.8% impervious surface coverage. Number [25:55] 3, Section 51 of the city-county zoning regulations identifies impervious surface [26:01] coverage greater than 20%, not to exceed 30% of the buildable area of a lot as a [26:06] special use. Subject to approval and approval by the board, subject to review and [26:11] approval by the board of adjustments. According to the site plan submitted by the [26:15] applicant, the proposed development includes a single family residence with an attached [26:19] garage that would result in a previous surface coverage of approximately 25.8% of [26:24] the buildable area. This constitutes a special use. [26:29] The calculated impervious surface coverage for the proposed development determined [26:32] that 4,284 square feet of impervious surface is planned within the total buildable [26:37] area of 16,552 square feet, resulting in the 25.8% coverage. Um, moving on [26:44] down to 5, the subject property is a lakefront parcel that was legally created as [26:49] parcel A1 on government Lot 2 on COS 22446. That was [26:56] an occasional sale? On October 20th of 1975, before zoning and subdivision regulations [27:03] were implemented, the lot is currently developed with a single family residence which [27:07] is proposed to be removed as part of the redevelopment plan. The lot is relatively [27:11] flat and level with a slight slope toward the lake. Number 8, to protect the water [27:17] quality of Flathead Lake and to minimize environmental impacts to adjacent properties [27:22] and infrastructures, best management practices such as silt-fencing, straw wattles, [27:27] and fibers, excuse me, straw bales and fiberwas or wattles should be implemented [27:32] prior to the start of the construction and maintained throughout the phase of the [27:36] project. [27:38] These erosion and sediment control measures are essential during pre-construction, [27:42] active construction, and post-construction activities. BMPs must remain in place [27:47] to be properly maintained until all disturbance areas are fully stabilized and vegetated. [27:53] Number 11, uh, legal notice for the applicant's request was placed in February 26, [27:59] 2026 issue of the Lake County Leader and adjoining property owners were notified [28:03] of the request. As of the date of this report, no public comment has been received. [28:10] And then, um, After review of the site, uh, I'm on page 5, sorry. After review of [28:17] the site's special use applications, city, county, zoning district, and regulations [28:22] and related information, Lake County Planning Department has suggested findings that [28:26] indicate the the board of adjustments could consider approval for the special use [28:30] to allow for the impervious surface coverage between 20 to 30% on the property. This [28:37] concludes my report. [28:43] OK. And then, uh, time for, uh, Before we go on to [28:51] applicants, are you gonna go through the, the conditions of use? So we don't [29:01] I mean if you'd like me to go through them. Um, tell you what, we can hit those at [29:06] the end at, uh, staff comments then. So let's, let's do that because I don't know [29:11] that we need to go through all of them. Some of them are hit in the up in front and [29:15] then there's some in the back. So then on to the, uh, applicant's comments and please, [29:21] uh, state your name, uh, when you come up to the microphone. [29:27] That's you. [29:30] I don't, I don't really have a comment. [29:34] Yeah, Chuck Hogan here for dirty sombrero. So any, any, uh, sir, anything you need [29:40] to add for the. [29:43] Uh, for the, for the presentation for the good of our. No, I don't think so. But [29:49] now, where did we get 4200 square foot is that? Um, that's including your eaves and [29:54] just a rough, [29:57] just on a single house though with your attached garage and yes, the new bill, yes, [30:01] sir. OK. [30:06] Patios, things like that also, yeah, yeah and the concrete apron. [30:11] Uh, no, I, I really don't. I, I mean, it it does have a lot of vegetation now. It's [30:17] all natural grass, um, um, we can get some of the straw bells though, and, and, you [30:22] know, there'll be a. Pretty minor. OK, so I would, I would ask them as we go through [30:28] the staff recommendations they have, uh, the recommendation if as we hit any of those [30:35] come back up as required then, OK. Thank you. So then on to public comment. Anybody [30:41] on the web or in the room? [30:48] OK. And then, uh, on to board discussion. Susan, start with you there on that end. [30:57] OK, um, I just have the question we keep referring to the dirty sombrero. Am I to [31:02] assume that this is nothing whatsoever to do with the business, but it's simply a [31:07] residential, uh, repurposing of that lock into a, a more modern home. [31:16] Dirty Softurs the LLC. Uh, so Dirty Sombreros the go ahead so she can hear you. Yes, [31:23] Dirty Sombrero is the LLC linked to the owner. OK. So, but it's not going to be, [31:30] uh, it's just the owner of the property and, and, uh, it will, but it will still [31:36] be a private residence with an attached garage correct. OK. [31:44] So, uh, Dave. Yeah, I had a question in regards to the stormwater management plan. [31:51] And if that would cover. The area where the existing home is going to be demolished. [31:58] And if that disturbed soil will be part of the, the BMPs for the property. And if [32:05] there's any kind of a revegetation plan. Linked to the, the site plan. At this time [32:13] there isn't, but that's something that we could add, um, the re revegetation, um. [32:19] I'm all, I'm. Well, my, my only thought was that because the, Disturbed area, once [32:26] the, the existing house is removed, that's within that shoreline upper area and there's [32:33] requirements for revegetating that area. So just to help keep sediment and erosion [32:39] and so forth into the lake. So, that was really my only comment. And that was one. [32:45] It goes to page 5, bullet 5 runoff management. Runoff management shall be controlled [32:52] in a manner that prevents impacts to adjoining properties and natural environment. [32:56] Planning staff recommends a condition of approval stating that prior to the issuance [33:00] of the zoning conformance permits, a stormwater management plan must be reviewed [33:04] and approved. And I believe it says later approved by health department. I'm not [33:18] Generally the planning department would review those unless it's a DEQ, so it'd be [33:22] reviewed by our office. Yeah, it's the same one then page 6 bullet 3 addresses the [33:27] same thing. [33:30] Um, [33:34] So yeah, just so that review and approval is done. Um, [33:40] Yeah, bullet 8 talks about the disturbance of slopes. And if we could add to that [33:47] or if there's any need to add to that the footprint of the. The uh existing house [33:52] to be demolished. [33:55] Uh, bullet 8 on page 66 correct. [34:05] Now, we have added, Revegetation to. Other ones before. [34:14] But what does that, you know, what does that really mean? Is that planting grass? [34:19] Is that planting native grasses, is that? So. It's typically native vegetation associated [34:26] with the lake front. Um. And so, I would say amend, Bullet [34:34] 5 on page 5, runoff management. [34:41] Stormwater management plan and revegetation plan. Must be reviewed and approved, [34:49] and I would like to add approved by who? That is the. County county planning department. [34:56] OK, so that, so I said. Go ahead, Susan. [35:03] Um, no, I'm, I'm talking to my son-in-law. OK, so prior to issuance of a zoning conformance [35:09] permit, a stormwater management plan, and Revegetation plan will be reviewed and [35:15] approved approved by the county planning department. OK? Good. [35:24] I was going to ask a question about access control. I know around the lake, there [35:31] are individual places to cover the secondary lots or upper lots that give access [35:37] to the lakes, and is this the same type of a concept? [35:42] Um, do you have, is there an easement? I don't, yeah, they usually, they're usually [35:47] done by easements. Yeah. I didn't read anything about an easement in this, and I [35:52] didn't either. I know the road. I don't think there's a lot above this property, [35:55] is there? [35:58] It's Bishop, but he doesn't use it. Yeah, but that would be, that's usually how it's [36:03] that would be an, an easement on with God because I got an easement that would be [36:07] an easement on file with the county down here. Yeah. I got, yeah, I'd be interested [36:14] to know if we know. Yeah. There's no bill out where he's been associated with this [36:18] lot. Pardon? There is no villa or easement associated with this lot. [36:28] Yeah [36:31] Um, [36:35] I think it's anything else. I think it's good that they're removing the nonconforming [36:41] and getting the lake back to a more somewhat natural setting, so I think that that's, [36:45] that's, that's a good thing. Um, and, [36:55] And my main concern was the runoff for the lake as well. [37:03] I was going through these, uh, see if I, I don't have anything else underlined in [37:08] here. [37:23] OK. Page 5 bullet 6 looks like the health department went through and looked at what [37:27] they were supposed to, so that's already done. That doesn't need to be a condition [37:32] of use, so that one's already knocked out. [37:41] And I guess going. Kind of overall back to the comments. [37:47] It's Less than 20% in previous surface area they wouldn't need to have come forward [37:52] at all. 20 to 30% it comes forward to the board. Yes sir. Anything above 20 can constitutes [37:59] the special use, and they're allowed, by the way I read page 6 bullet 2, they're [38:04] allowed up to 28% if there's. Is that that because that's what we're asking for, [38:10] yes, is up to the 28 just for calculational errors, human error. [38:18] Um, and then on page 6, bullet 3, we'll need to add in a revegetation plan in, [38:26] in, uh, paragraph 3. I believe. [38:32] Storm water management plan and revegetation plan. [38:39] That making sense there? OK. [38:51] Yeah, bullet 5 talks about the. Pests management plan for practices, storm water [38:57] plan. [39:05] Any other issues and alibis? [39:11] OK, um, did you hear that, Susan? Do you have any questions? Um, no, I, I think, [39:18] uh, you've all asked what the pertinent questions already. [39:25] OK, I don't know if the handout got covered from, um, Jen Niemeyer. He knew he wasn't [39:32] going to be able to make it. This is, this is comments from Jim. Um, as the planning [39:39] board conservation district representative. I propose that since eventually Rocky [39:46] Point Road will be provided with sewer services, that if any such services become [39:51] available to this property. Will be required to connect and I think that would be [39:57] on the scope of this board to put in a. Um, stipulation that is. At some that is [40:05] gonna be such a huge project going from. The condos are actually, uh, [40:11] my understanding is that if, uh, if a new sewer line does go in, it's a state law. [40:17] Yeah. That they are required to hook up, because I just went through that with my [40:21] own property about 10 years ago. Yeah, I think that would be beyond the scope of [40:26] us to, Because that's eventually it's I, I agree with her comment, eventually it's [40:31] gonna happen. [40:33] Um, and I live out in that area, so, um, I may be paying for it as well. Um, not [40:41] in this immediate neighborhood, but. Right, OK, thank you though for bringing, for [40:46] bringing that up. I think it'd be beyond the scope of us to put a Conditional use [40:51] statement in, for this, that's I'm going, I just wanted to make sure it got OK. Got [40:57] mentioned. All right. Any other, uh, board comment? [41:04] All right. Um, I guess we'll put it to those in favor say aye, right, and [41:12] those opposed, so we have 4 ayes. None of your bones. So it is [41:20] approved as per the con. Conditions of special use? Conditions [41:27] and terms, OK. All right, um, closing that section, going on to public [41:35] comments on significant matters to the public, not on the agenda. [41:42] And then nobody's online, and then on to other business. [41:51] Right. Anything else? Uh, one item to note, um, that, uh, The [41:59] go live date for govwell, our new permiting software. This is just more an FYI, um, [42:06] that will be here tentative plan in a week. So we're pretty excited about that. Um, [42:12] that's the first module. The second module is, uh, a planning and zoning module. [42:20] And so I think part of that, um. I don't know all the planning and zoning features, [42:24] but there might be some automation in there in terms of staff reports, notifications, [42:30] and so hopefully, at least from the cities on our end of things, uh, from the cities, [42:36] um, there should hopefully be some automation which will help communication and transparency [42:41] and all that stuff, keeping the board informed. So, so I'm excited about that in [42:46] the future. Dan, I like the way that we got an email a while back on this. So when [42:52] it, when it went out for public notice, I think you sent us all the email that said, [42:55] because I don't buy that paper every week. So I thought it went very, very well this [43:00] time. Appreciate it. OK. Uh, any other comments? OK. Meeting is adjourned. [43:08] Thank you. Thank you, Susan. Travel safe. Have fun. [43:19] Good night. Good night. She she started a fire, so we wouldn't be here. Oh, OK. Just [43:25] distracting and deterring people. The doctor. [43:30] Right on, but there's, there's a speed ball too, so nothing's gonna. I'll see you [43:35] later [43:39] bye. you need help with Oh yeah. [43:50] I think I'm just gonna. Yeah, [43:56] we, we don't [43:59] too much and, OK, OK, [44:03] yes, I'll show you. But yeah, that one poor family that good to see you. I [44:10] see you like. They were, they were building that lodge and because the back half [44:13] of the walk was steep that you're welcome here before the board where because it [44:17] was steep, it had nothing to do with it. Yeah, so that was, that was a great one [44:21] on the way home. [44:24] Thanks Ken for your patience. All right, no, good idea [44:32] getting that because we don't wanna have to go through and then come back in and. [44:33] That's right, yeah, you didn't give me that answer. [44:39] I didn't. I did some research and I just got overwhelmed, but I did, I did do when [44:42] I was over there. I looked into it and there isn't, um, there wasn't on this property. [44:49] There wasn't access [44:51] to everything's good to that. So [44:55] I don't know about that. This is like my 3rd staff report. I was very, very nervous [44:58] because I've never been here, so. Yeah, oh, sure, well, I appreciate it. Thank you. [45:03] I dug around and the track was always the worst and I didn't mentioning that one. [45:08] No, um, I was [45:12] thank you. I actually never found not sure how to throw it in, so I think.
