[0:11] This training session is designed to be focused on how to use your new votecast solution. [0:20] So votecast kind of for those that maybe weren't involved in like the purchasing process or the sales process just to kind of give you a little bit of a background. [0:28] Vocass web is, it's a, it's a multi-purpose solution, but basically the, the kind of [0:36] the goal of Vocass web is it one allows for your members to vote, be electronically, so it [0:46] allows for them to basically push buttons to motion and to vote digitally. That information [0:53] and then is collected onto the clerk screen which is basically kind of building a draft for the [0:58] minutes. And then it also connects with something called the vote cast a slide. The vote cast [1:04] a slide kind of follows the clerk's screen and kind of like what the voting members are doing. [1:11] But it's basically it's a display that's designed to be kind of put up or projected in the [1:23] tells kind of the public what's going on at the meeting. So let's say if there's a motion [1:29] on the floor on that roadcast display, it's going to say like, you know, motion on the floor. [1:35] And then if we've got a mover and seconder, it would say that information as well as like [1:39] how you remember's voted. So it's kind of like keeping up with the clerk screen. [1:45] And what's great about the roadcast display is that one, it kind of allows for your public to, [1:51] have something to follow along, in case they get lost during the meeting, or maybe somebody [1:57] has like audio kind of impairments that allows for them to kind of get a visual what's happening [2:04] at the meeting. So that's what we're going to be going through today is how to use your new [2:10] boat cast solution. If you have any questions, feel free to just kind of jump in and interject. [2:16] It is a lot of information, and it will say it's kind of going to be a lot of like flipping between screens. [2:24] We're going to be using three screens in total, so we're going to be rotating between those screens. [2:31] But what's going to be very important is, and this is kind of where a lot of customers kind of, [2:37] maybe fall short a little bit if they don't practice. [2:40] So the important thing is that after you tend these training sessions that you are going in and practicing, [2:48] especially because this is a live application, you know, it's not an application that you're kind of doing on your leisurely time. [2:56] It's an application that's kind of to be used in real time. [3:00] You want to make sure that you go in and you practice. [3:03] So I always tend to tell people it's like your your a performer and like a play or a movie [3:09] You know actors and actors is right. They don't just go and stand up on stage [3:13] Right and give their performance. They have to practice a number of times and the same thing is true with this [3:20] Application here. So that's where kind of a lot of people [3:23] I've noticed our kind of following short to be honest is they're not going in and practicing and so once they get to go live [3:32] They haven't practiced, and so it's much more stressful than those that have, you know, practiced a number of times. [3:41] So that's going to be the important thing and the takeaway from these meetings is getting in, [3:47] reserving some time to practice and run through the application. [3:53] Okay. [3:55] Like I said, if you have any questions, just jump in and interject and ask your questions. [4:02] Where we're going to be starting today is we're going to be first starting with your media manager site. [4:10] Media manager, you've probably seen media manager before, maybe you've dabbled in media manager. [4:17] That is a web-based application. [4:21] So we absolutely hope that's okay. [4:23] Everyone here has worked regularly with the vocast, the live manager and this section. [5:00] Okay, with those. Okay, just to note, there's anything new or different from what we were doing before when we pull up our agendas. [5:09] Now, are you guys using currently right now, a solution to hold the cast classic? [5:16] Does that ring a bell at all to you? [5:18] It does not. [5:19] So just as a cast display, what we do go in here and publish our agendas and we ask for them [5:27] up and we import them from the voting upstairs and then we do take them live during the [5:34] meeting. [5:34] So we do do all of those things already, just not sure what the difference is between our [5:39] old technology and what's new as far as electronic voting and the look of how it's going [5:46] when we get up there. But like this section of the [5:50] we've seen that practice, we all we all are in here [5:53] relatively often. Okay, okay, perfect. I don't know [5:57] that's helpful or not, but it's very helpful because [6:00] some people have never used focus before at all. So like [6:03] everything is kind of brand new to them. It sounds like for you [6:06] it's going to be for the clerks. It's going to be a new [6:08] interface that you're going to be using. So that'll be a [6:13] a little bit different and the way you kind of launch the like manager is going to be different and then the boat casts display and then what the members are using is going to be just like a little bit different. [6:25] So I think you're going to find that there's a lot of similarities to like what you're using is just going to be like kind of an upgrade if that makes sense. [6:35] Yeah. [6:35] That's not, yes. [6:37] Okay. [6:37] Thank you, though, for that, that context, that's very, very helpful, because I do think you'll [6:44] find that you have a little bit more of like, I don't really say like an upper hand from [6:49] people who have it used for class before, but you have some of that comfort ability that people [6:55] don't have if they haven't used it at all. [6:58] So, but so with Media Manager, the thing I kind of want to point out to you here with Media Manager [7:08] is with this new voting solution, you will want to click on the hyperlink here for the meeting. [7:17] And so there is an option that says in Coder year, so this is going to be an important team. [7:24] We want to make sure that we have the new live cast encoder selected because you're your old encoder won't [7:34] You know won't be compatible right with this new voting solution [7:37] So that's one of the things you want to pay attention to is which encoder you're using [7:42] Can I remove the old ones? [7:45] Absolutely, yeah [7:48] Yeah [7:48] I don't want to move the other encoder once at the time, and we can fully decommission it, but we still use it for meeting, but I have to keep it on. [7:57] Yeah, no, definitely. Once it's time, though. [8:01] Okay, yeah, I'll leave it on with you. [8:08] And then the other thing team to note here is when you're at an event, you want to make sure you have this [8:15] enable boating checkbox checked because that's what's going to allow us to use the electronic [8:21] boating. Okay, so that's going to be very important. You will have to check this on a permuting [8:28] basis, but I do have a feature request in currently, or customers have requested that to be auto [8:36] checks. You don't have to remember to go in and check it right every time because I know I would [8:41] got myself. So we do have a feature request in there and hopefully that does get added within the [8:48] future so that you don't have to, you know, check it every time. But we do have to have that [8:53] checkbox checked in order to use the electronic voting. [9:00] And then show live vote. So show live [9:06] cast display. If you have the showlight votes, that is going to show the votes in real time. [9:14] So as your members are pressing buttons, like if one member says I want to say yes for the [9:18] item, say no for this item, abstain. It as their pressing buttons, that voting information is going [9:26] to pop up in real time on the boat cast display. I'm going to leave that checked so that you can [9:32] see it and see what that looks like, but a lot of people I will say turn that off because [9:38] they feel like if if members see each other's votes in real time, they're going to kind [9:42] of be swayed, swayed by each other and we should make sure from our endweeds, uncheck, show [9:51] live. [9:57] And then show light tally, that's just going to- [10:00] No, how many people have abstained. That can also be a little bit tricky because, like, if, like, it'll say, for example, member one has voted. And then if, like, there's a tally of, like, yes, one, you kind of know, then, oh, that person did vote, yes. So, like, kind of process of elimination. [10:21] So that's something people often uncheck as well, just because you can sometimes kind of depending upon the situation and figure out how someone has to [10:29] but I'll leave those checks just so you can see how they look. [10:35] Just since we're training right now, [10:38] but likely you'll at least want to uncheck the show life notes [10:40] because of that persuasion. [10:43] First of all, let's say we forget to check enable voting. [10:50] And we're in the middle of a meeting. [10:52] Is there a way to do it while the meeting is going? [10:55] Unfortunately, there is not, we would have to stop the meeting and then go back, check that [11:02] box and restart again. [11:05] You would just restart, do you have to, like, I know, currently we have to open the meeting, [11:10] so in the arc, live manager, we have to close that out, right? [11:15] You essentially, the meeting and re-enter, but it won't keep your minutes. [11:19] So you would just be starting your minutes over from scratch with that be a true statement. [11:25] Yes, yes. [11:26] All right, thank you. [11:27] Yeah. [11:28] Yeah. [11:29] I hope I hope that that does get added where it's just like auto text, right? [11:37] On the road map because I know I have myself would forget to check it. [11:41] So, and you have a million things to do before our meeting. [11:44] And so I'm really hoping that that is a feature that they add here so I do know this and I can show you kind of once we get kind of through everything the encoder you can select your default encoder within Legislars so we can have the encoder defaulted to your new encoder so that you don't have to go in and pick it from the drop down and change it here that is an option. [12:14] so we can change that. The rest of these metrics team will be the same so you won't need to [12:21] go and change anything else in here. What we do want to make sure we do is just like save changes [12:27] so that we capture our changes. [12:34] And then team on back on the home screen here so the one thing is [12:39] So with the Enable Voting, I believe, let me look here and see, I think if you don't have [12:49] the Enable Voting checkbox check, let me uncheck this here and see. [12:55] I think the launch display is great out, so you kind of almost, it almost prompt you. [13:01] Yeah, so this right here is the link to the Votecast display and if you don't have the [13:06] enable boating checkbox checked. [13:08] This will be unhyperlainter or grayed out. [13:13] So that's going to be kind of one way to prompt you to say, [13:16] oh, wait, I forgot to check the enable boating checkbox [13:19] because I can't launch my Voguecast display, [13:22] which is through this hyperlink here. [13:25] We're going to go over that. [13:28] So we'll go ahead and enable boating here, [13:32] and then we'll do show live Vogue. [13:33] just so you can see what that looks like. [13:38] All right. [13:38] The other thing here, Team, is I want to show you a couple [13:42] of new settings that you want to draw your attention [13:47] to with the vote cast web. [13:50] So vote cast web settings, kind of the settings [13:54] that you can adjust and change. [13:56] Those are going to be accessed through this admin tab here. [14:02] Under this admin tab, we have the option which says Settings, so it's admin and Settings. [14:11] And what this is going to do is this is going to open up our different kind of configuration options for both cast. [14:18] Now the first one is the Motion Actions. [14:20] The Motion Actions, we want to configure those through the Legislature. [14:24] So those are going to be configured through the Legislature. [14:26] admin. So we won't touch those here since you are a legislator customer. We don't want to [14:31] don't want to think of what those here. You want to adjust those within, let's start admin. [14:38] But I do want to draw your attention to this vote cast web tab here. [14:43] The vote cast web tab allows for you to create different what we call profiles. And so what a profile [14:49] is basically it allows you to configure what voting buttons or what voting options show up when [14:58] you go to take a vote. [15:00] You can create different profiles, so like Sam can have his own profile of different voting options. [15:08] Conor can have a different profile voting options. So everyone can kind of have their own different profile. [15:15] But if I click here on new profile, what I can do is where it says profile name. I can name my new profile. [15:24] like Conner's profile, that one too, and then these are all of the options that Conner has [15:33] to select or his voting members have to select when they go to take a vote. So when a vote [15:40] is on the floor, we have the ability to select yes, no abstain. But let's say Conner wants to add [15:47] an option of absent, right? Like if somebody is absent for just that vote, maybe they stopped out [15:53] a phone call, use the restroom, grab a snap from the vending machine, okay? We can actually add [16:01] an option of absent. If I click new vote button, I can select my action type so I have the [16:08] option to just add reviews, okay? Or I can customize my action [16:17] button function. So this is [16:19] basically saying does the, if we click this button, [16:24] does it count towards a vote? [16:26] Does it count against a vote? [16:27] Or is it neutral? [16:29] Like I've had customers where somebody's absent for a vote, [16:32] it actually counts against the vote. [16:34] In rare cases, what most times it's neutral. [16:37] But I have had that. [16:38] So let's say for example, like this action, [16:42] we want to add as neutral. [16:43] Like it does it count towards a vote, [16:44] doesn't count against a vote. [16:47] vote button. That's going to be the title of your voting option. [16:57] I guess you have to [16:59] shorten it. We'll say snack. Okay, so let's say that we're this if this person or [17:06] you know, somebody's out grabbing a snack, they'll click the option of snack. Then you [17:12] can change the vote button style, so that's going to be the color. So if I want it to be green, [17:17] And if I want it to be red, I can select that option, purple, okay. [17:23] So you do, like, absent. [17:25] For example, [17:29] you could do, I don't get set any kind of customization here you can do. [17:35] I'll just leave it as snack. [17:37] And then once I am done adding that, I can then go and click on Save. [17:44] Now make sure you click on Save here. [17:46] OK, I get a notification that it is saved. [17:50] And then where it says default profile, [17:52] if I want Conner's profile to be the default, [17:55] I'll show you where those profiles stand, [17:58] then I would mark this radio button here, [18:01] and then just make sure I click save changes, OK? [18:05] But these are going to be all of Conner's customized voting [18:08] options here. [18:10] Do we have to set that up for every person or now? [18:15] No, you could just have like a general kind of profile, um, yeah, it could just be like one kind of universal profile. [18:24] Absolutely. [18:25] Thank you. [18:26] Yeah, you're welcome. [18:28] It's just like sometimes like different maybe like, [18:31] I wouldn't say more so like people, but maybe different like meeting bodies have different kind of needs, right? [18:37] Um, so maybe like some customers set up a profile for each meeting body. [18:41] Um, but yes, you can just have one like universal, universal profile. [18:47] Absolutely. [18:48] Perfect. [18:51] And then, um, the vote cost display. [18:55] So this is going to be customizing your vote cost display. [18:58] So that's the public display. [19:00] Um, you can change it to like a dark theme. [19:03] You can add like a speaker queue if you want to. [19:07] Um, so you can come in here, pop in here, kind of look at the different settings. [19:12] adjust is needed sometimes like clients go through training and they're like actually [19:16] I want to change this or change this so just note that this is where your vote [19:20] cast a display options live like manager web so I don't know if you're using there's [19:29] an option in live integer classic called text expansions we have those text expansions [19:35] available in live manager web as well we call these like hotkeys or like hot text [19:43] some people will call them. Basically what you can do is there's a note field. Okay, and the [19:49] Clark can go in and they can type in this short hand and then click Control and Spacebar and then [19:57] the note will auto adjust to this. [20:00] You frequently use kind of like standard notes that you add. You can add those here as text expansions and actually use them when you're entering in your notes. [20:17] And then you would just basically enter in the short hand, which is just that the, you know, the couple of letters, right, and then it'll expand into this text here. [20:27] Make sure, because I've done this before my cell team, make sure that you click the floppy disk icon to save. [20:35] I've navigated away and haven't clicked saved and then I've lost my text expansion. [20:40] So just make sure that you do click on save. [20:43] And then if you want to delete that text expansion, you would just simply click the trash can. [20:49] And then you can click new text expansion and add additional text expansions as needed. [20:56] And then captions, so if you're using closed captioning, which that's kind of a different [21:04] beast, that's a separate kind of training, but if you are using captioning closed captioning, [21:13] you're a sign trainer will kind of run you through how to use the captions feature. [21:18] Okay, Connor, we are doing that next year. [21:22] correct in that or no? [21:26] I believe so. I believe that's the plan to move to that next year. [21:30] Okay. Perfect. We'll get this underway first. Thank you. [21:36] All right. So those are the different kind [21:38] of settings there that I just wanted to point out. Feel free to explore those settings. But just [21:45] back here on the home tab. The one thing I wanted to just pop in here and show you since we went [21:50] through the profiles is when I click on that hyperlink for my meeting, this is where you can select [21:57] what profile you want to use which will bring in your custom voting options. So if I wanted to use [22:03] Conor's profile for this meeting I would select Conor's profile or if I just want to use my task profile [22:09] it's like my task here and then whatever profile you select just make sure you click on save changes to capture those changes. [22:21] All right, so, coming back here, now that we've kind of talked about and dabbled with the [22:29] different settings, so launching your boat cast display, so you're no longer going to launch [22:35] your boat cast display through a short cut. Your boat cast display is going to be launched [22:43] through this launch display option. Okay. So this is your new and improved [22:49] boat cast display right here. Now when we click on this it says meeting not in session [22:54] we haven't loaded a meeting. Okay, so that's that's normal right that's the other [22:59] nothing to to panic. But this is going to be how you launch your boat cast display. Okay, [23:05] so this is the display that you'll put up on the the TVs right in the chambers that's going to [23:11] your public display. [23:15] The other thing here is under this Actions option. You'll notice there's [23:21] the ability to click Launch Event. Launch Event, when I click on that, is going to open up [23:28] the Live Manager Web System. Okay? So this is going to be the Live Manager Web. This is going [23:37] the clerk screen. So the clerk still longer have to go to like a shortcut, likely they're going to [23:44] like you're going to shortcut on the computer within the chambers or maybe you have like [23:49] on your laptop, you have live manager web shortcut. You're no longer going to have to click on that [23:54] to open up live manager web, you're going to go through media manager. Okay? And the reason is [24:00] is because this whole system, this whole platform, is web-based. [24:05] So before, you kind of had those restrictions [24:08] where you had to be on the same network [24:13] as the live manager web, you had to be on your network, [24:18] you can access live manager web from anywhere. [24:21] So you can access it from the home, [24:23] you can access it from coffee shop, [24:25] you can access it from McDonald's, right? [24:28] can access it from anywhere that you have in or not, okay? So you're not kind of restricted to [25:01] When you open up the, so this is live manager, so you can see it kind of looks similar to what you're using, but it's, it's gotten a little bit of a facelift, okay, and there's some, some differences, okay, then what you're using currently, but when you open up live manager, okay, we've got these three quadrants here. [25:23] We've got this preview quadrant. This preview prop quadrant is going to give you the ability to preview the live stream the live broadcast and the recording [25:34] So when we start the meeting, we're going to see a preview of the video there and that just allows for like the clerk to make sure that everything is running smoothly from an audio video perspective [25:46] You know that maybe like I said as his head is an in front of the camera and blocking the camera [25:50] or that you're not getting like weird audio feedback, so you can check the video here. [25:57] But if you feel like that may be too distracting, you can always close it up. [26:02] Star is basically the same thing. [26:06] Star that you're doing now. You click start. [26:08] That starts audio video. [26:10] Starts the voting. [26:11] Starts the meeting. [26:14] Down here is the metrics for our meeting. [26:17] Okay. [26:18] We've got our time remaining here just like currently and just like if you own like a game show you never want to run out of time. [26:27] Okay, but you can always grab a lifeline. You can click extend and that adds 30 minutes on to your time remaining and you can click that as many times as you want. Okay. [26:40] Over here is going to be your agenda. [26:41] So that's going to be the agenda published from Legislar, just like currently. [26:45] Okay, so it's going to be in the center here instead of on the left hand side. [26:49] So this is your published agenda from Legislar here with our items. [26:58] Over here on the right hand side is going to be our actions menu. [27:02] So this is where we're going to be able to go in and basically take our minutes. [27:07] Okay, so our motions, our votes, our roll call, [27:10] or notes, all that could stop this going to be listed over here. [27:16] One thing to note, team, and I know this is kind of a pain point for a lot of people, [27:21] and I can put you on your stand. [27:23] We only have one designated person in this application at a time. [27:29] So we don't want, for example, like, we don't want maybe, like, [27:33] Sam to have live manager loaded, and then also Connor to have live manager loaded, [27:38] this screen simultaneously. We just need to have one person in this screen. Because what's [27:44] going to happen is if we have two people working simultaneously within this window, we have [27:49] two people with the tab open, you're going to start to see these kind of ugly error messages [27:53] pop up. So we just want to have one personnel in this application. [28:03] And then also as well. So we've [28:07] the clerk screen open. Now the last thing is the counsel screen or your elected official screen. [28:16] So we've got our clerk screen open here. Now the last thing is is how do we get to the elected [28:23] official screen? Okay, so the elected officials are going to be using an application called [28:31] Legislate, just called Legislate, so I Legislate, it's Legislate now. [28:37] This is a web-based version of I Legislate, which is the digital agenda. [28:42] Digital copy of the agenda, and this is what you are meeting body members are going to use to vote. [28:48] I'm going to put this URL for everyone in the chat window, just so that everybody has it if you want to bookmark it or your market you can. [28:58] Um, but the URL for Legislate is actually just your media manager site, so it's city of [29:05] recene.granticus.com and forward slash Legislate, okay? [29:12] And so this is what your members will use to log in and be able to vote, [29:24] okay? [29:24] our iPads, or how are you going to do that? [29:30] We could save it on our iPads. [29:31] It's something that I'm going to have to look into now. [29:35] All right, thanks. [29:43] It's so team. [29:44] What they'll do is they'll log in with their logging credentials that's in medium [29:54] manager. [29:55] So if I go back here to medium manager and I click on the admin. [30:00] All of you are, it looks like all of your members. I didn't check everybody, but just eyeballing it looked like all of your members had logins under this council group here. [30:13] And so this is where this is the log in that they're going to use to log in to legislate through here. [30:23] I'm just going to check while we're here and just make sure that they have the correct permissions. [30:30] they actually don't need, if it's okay to change, they actually don't need access to encoders or [30:36] use. So I can adjust that for you so that they're not team-creen or things they're not supposed to be. [30:44] But under this user section here, so this is where you're going to want to add their user accounts. [30:54] So like I said, it looked like eyeballing this. It looked like most people had a login. [31:00] But if they don't, this is where you'll add them and you'll just click on new views are here [31:06] You'll fall out the information and then you'll add them to the council group and that's what's going to be their log in for Legislate [31:14] Okay [31:15] Let's say [31:17] Oh, how often does it require them to resine in because this these accounts are all stuff that our IT department manage because we have iPads are like [31:27] bolted to the desks right now, where they sign into the bi-legislate app, and those we [31:34] don't, we have to change every six months, but because they don't have access to these accounts, [31:39] they don't know the password. That's one more thing for them to, I won't say forget, but to forget. [31:47] It'll be the same thing, Connor. It'll be 180 days that they have to reset their password. [31:56] What happens is like someone, you know, becomes unelected, we'll call it, and then comes back in a few years. [32:06] If I delete that person, can I read them the same email? [32:11] Tara, if you look underneath the council or things, there's expired Alderman, that's where we throw all the old Alderman accounts. [32:17] You just put them in that group. [32:19] Okay. So you can just move them back, change the password, and they'll be good to go with them. [32:24] So don't delete them, this is what you're telling me. [32:26] Correct. [32:28] Day. I probably have done that before. [32:31] I mean, if you delete them, the worst cases, we just recreate the profile and that's it. [32:34] Okay. [32:35] All right. Thank you. [32:36] I'm not a big deal. [32:38] So. [32:42] And if you want team, if some of you want to log in as voting members today, [32:48] Like if you know, it sounds like Connor, you kind of are the one who manages their passwords. [32:54] You can actually log in today and participate with a training as if you're a voting member. [33:02] So, if anybody wants to log in, they certainly can and follow along. [33:07] We would just need Connor to share those passwords. [33:14] Yeah, we could do that too. [33:15] Let me. [33:18] No, I'm good. I have a different one pulled up, but I mean, I have a username and password in there, so I'm just flying with it to the side. [33:27] And let us lay. [33:28] So it's good. [33:29] Roll them with it. [33:34] Awesome. [33:36] And so, um, team with legislative here, it sounds like you're using. I'll legislate now. So this should be kind of from somewhat familiar to them. [33:45] Um, but they basically to enter an a meeting, they'll just click on the meeting here, um, [33:52] just so you know my test meeting just so, because this is actually thrown me off to one time [33:56] during a training, um, my test meeting scheduled for September. And so the default month is August [34:02] because that's the current month. So if you want, you can click on September here and then you'll see [34:08] it's my domain. [34:12] But if you click on that, then like even before the meeting, you know, when [34:18] the clerk publishes the agenda, they're going to be able to come in here and look at the agenda, [34:24] and look at the items, [34:27] and then they can, you know, click on an item here, they can, like, bookmark [34:31] the item if they want to, they can look at the recommendation. If there's a suggested action [34:38] intern, they can check that out, they can add notes, [34:46] they can reference during the meeting. [34:47] So this is information that they can pre-populate prior to the meeting. Once the [34:52] publishes the agenda from Legislature. Are those notes public? [35:00] To the user who entered in the note, or whoever has their log in, I guess if Connor had their log in, he could log in as a person and see their notes, but they're just accessible to the user that's logged in. [35:18] And then I assume joint meeting is not available because we haven't started meeting. [35:22] Would that be a correct statement? [35:25] Joy meeting is actually dependent upon when the clerk toggles the switch on. [35:32] So there's a switch here, close meeting for attendees. [35:35] If we go ahead and open that meeting for attendees, [35:40] then if I go back here to my legislate, [35:43] and I could go back to my agenda here, and I refresh. [35:50] Oh, why? [35:52] Oh, that goes. [35:53] Sorry, I was like, [35:54] Oh no, it's just, okay. [35:58] I'm fine, yeah, though. [36:01] So you'll want to be logged in as one of the members. [36:04] I'm still at one tier because we're not part of the current council. [36:08] Got it. [36:09] Okay. [36:09] If we are in the council group, it would appear as joined meeting. [36:13] Okay. [36:14] So that's dependent. [36:14] Okay. [36:15] That's good to know. [36:16] It depends on their profile. [36:17] So it makes it go. [36:18] They can't join unauthorized meetings. [36:21] That's a good thing. [36:24] Tara, if you want, you can, you know, certainly log in as one of the council members today, if you want to kind of follow along and impersonate one of them, I think Connor said that he has the, the password, so. [36:38] I don't. [36:39] Okay. [36:40] I'd like to be elected official ever. [36:44] Yes. [36:45] That's good. [36:48] You may go to just just for everyone's reference. Maybe Carter. This is more for you. It would be probably good to make sure that you test all of the accounts to make sure that they can run a task meeting. Make sure that they can just like that joy meeting normally. [37:06] And so what we normally do is on I legislate, we join the meeting from the iPads we have [37:11] station there. [37:12] Okay. [37:13] Could we join those ourselves before the meeting ever begins? [37:16] Okay. [37:17] We can make sure everyone's in it. [37:18] Because now we have multiple people that would like view the agenda with an effort to join the [37:22] meetings. [37:22] So I don't get the vote. [37:25] Connor Wolfe has some sort of mandatory class. [37:28] If you want to appear remotely. [37:32] Yes. [37:32] We're going to have to because that's why I have to think about because we manage our passwords. [37:41] Yeah. [37:41] The problem is if they forget their password, we can only reset it once every 24 hours. [37:48] So if they forget the one password, they type it and run their locked out. [37:52] They're almost out of luck for 24 hours. [37:55] Can we save that password on their iPad locally? [38:00] We can try. [38:02] I would say the best chance we'd open a notes app and they can have it safe there behind [38:08] some type of encryption. [38:11] Yeah, we're going to have to have some sort of class for anyone remotely because people [38:15] there, you're right, we'll just go and be like, and open it right up. [38:19] But you know, for our people who are like, what kind of be remote now? [38:22] If you haven't taken the class, we should just say no. [38:26] I agree with that. [38:28] Okay, I'll have to run that past the mayor and Jan, but we'll have to figure that out. [38:33] So. [38:34] Okay. [38:38] So I'm going to go ahead and just team them and click join meeting here. [38:41] And so, uh, was I going to join meeting that I've officially connected the meeting? [38:46] And what's nice about this, I think with your old system is the clerk had to start the meeting before people could join with this system. [38:55] So they can join before the meeting. [38:58] So you don't have to scramble, right? [39:01] Like the clerks does not have to start the meeting, [39:02] and then the scramble to get everybody logged in, right? [39:06] You open up the meeting for attendees, then as they come in, [39:10] they click that join meeting, and they can be joined [39:13] well before the meeting begins. [39:16] So I think that'll take some stress off of everybody, [39:21] especially like people are forgetting their passwords and things like that. [39:28] So, yeah, so I joined the meeting here and so now I'm connected to the meeting and so back here on the [39:37] the Clark screen, so now I've joined the meeting. One thing to note is that the Clark has the ability, [39:46] So we've got this this details tab. We've got a speaker tab and we've got an attendees tab on the attendees tab [39:54] If somebody has joined the meeting, they're going to see this green check mark next to their name [40:00] So we know that that person is connected. They haven't forgotten their password. They're not on Facebook or TikTok, you know, they're connected to the meeting. [40:11] If they had it connected to the meeting, then it'll say member not joint. So maybe, for example, council member, why is is having issues, you know, I can look at this list and I can see that council member why is it not connected to the meeting and then maybe go over and assist her with getting connected, you know. [40:30] So the clerk can kind of eyeball this and see who's who's connected and maybe who's having some technical difficulties. [40:39] Also the clerk has the ability to mark the meeting chair. [40:43] The meeting chair has a little bit of extra superpowers then the regular members. [40:49] Specifically those superpowers include being able to call speakers, clear a speaker, call a vote or clear a vote. [40:59] like record about. Some people don't like the chair having kind of those extra super power, [41:06] so they just ultimately decide like, no, we're not going to mark a meeting chair, [41:11] just because they don't want that person having those extra abilities. Today, I'm going to mark [41:16] I'm logged in as council member Fraser. So I am going to be a meeting chair. [41:25] Or today, so you can see those extra kind of superpowers and decide if you want to use them, or not use them. [41:33] This list is coming from Legisar, so it's coming from your meeting body members list in Legisar, so that is all maintained through Legisar there. [41:45] Okay. And then everyone by default is March is of any member, but if you have somebody who should not be a voting member, you can uncheck them here. [41:59] All right. So that being said, another thing that kind of the clerk can do prior to the beginning of the meeting, so prior to the meeting actually starting is [42:15] If you have some people that I've registered to speak before the start of the meeting, [42:22] like if you have some sort of like formal speaker registration, and you know like some [42:29] people want to speak at the meeting right because they've like registered or they've told [42:33] you verbally or whatnot, you can actually add those speakers in ahead of time. [42:40] So if it's like ten minutes before the start of the meeting and maybe you're just [42:44] or what are your thumbs, which I know probably doesn't really happen, but if it tends [42:48] for the start of the meeting you have this application to open and you know some people [42:53] who want to speak at the meeting, let's say like some public speakers, you can click on [42:59] public comments here or whatever section that people want to speak and then you click on [43:05] the speakers tab here and then you click on add speaker and when you click on add speaker [43:10] you can add those people. [43:16] Question for you, does it have an impact in order to start the public [43:22] comment for that person? [43:27] I'm so sorry Ter, can you repeat your question again? Yeah, so I guess [43:32] a context is really helpful. So a lot of times people come up and they sign in and they like [43:37] think they want to be secret but then they can't, right? But they don't write down the name [43:44] And I don't know it before they walk up or how to sell it or maybe they're handwritten. [43:51] Can I still add a public comment timer even without importing a name? [43:58] Yeah, yeah. [43:59] So that's a great question. It comes up. [44:02] You can add just like a placeholder if you want. [44:06] This is what people do. It's they'll add like speaker one. [44:10] You know, or like placeholder speakers, something like that, and then this is where you can set their time. [44:19] I do know this is a pain point also for customers because we only have these options right now for time, but I do know that they are working on getting a feature where you can customize the time options. [44:33] Um, because like it flates it, say, or do you fall times, like, perplex few, for just two minutes and not three minutes, you know, we don't have that option. [44:42] Um, I can show you where you can adjust the time kind of on the fly to make it like two minutes or seven minutes or whatnot, but we have to select from one of these pre-populated options here for now. [44:54] Well, with three minutes, so I think that the time, the duration and the night view, it's just sometimes that [45:00] I don't really want to like, showing on a screen when they're walking up if I'm not confident in it. [45:06] Absolutely. Yeah, because I know some people get really upset, like, their name is spelled and things like that. [45:12] So, yeah, you can just put in placeholders here and then that system will accept that. [45:20] So that we, my own sorry Sam, once again, a bit, we might want to automatically have Speaker 1 through 10. [45:29] Shoot up here and then we can delete how many speakers there. [45:34] Surely are, because then we won't be doing it on the fly. [45:39] That will just delete them and we don't, don't even, and we'll input the name on the back end. [45:44] Or as they're up speaking, if we have time. But I think we'll want to just prepopulate Speaker 1 through 10. [45:50] and as a default for every meeting. [45:52] All right. [45:53] Sorry, Sam, what were you saying? [45:55] That pretty much fixes my fixes. [45:58] What my question is going to be, [45:59] which just basically is that we no longer can just start [46:01] a timer for a speaker without adding it this way. [46:03] This is the way that we run the public, [46:06] the time required. [46:07] Yes. [46:08] And then that's all. [46:09] What do you just add songs with, so that's it? [46:12] Yeah. [46:15] Tara, just one thing to know is just be very careful [46:19] with this, like, when you add your speakers, [46:22] don't close out of this tab, [46:25] because you will lose those speakers [46:27] and you'll lose, like, any pre-populated information. [46:31] So, like, just make sure you keep this tap open. [46:34] It's the only tab. [46:34] Oh, I hate that. [46:36] Okay. [46:36] I know. [46:37] You've never lost for me. [46:39] I don't delete anything. [46:40] I don't delete everything if I'm so wait as I get hold on. [46:44] Just now, I'm gonna back you up one. [46:45] Yes. [46:46] So, if I'm three quarters of the way [46:48] through my meeting and the power goes out. [46:51] Have I lost all my minutes? [46:55] The power. [46:56] After that question, I'd have to relay [46:59] to our implementation consultants, [47:02] because I am not sure how that would work. [47:05] Those the tab halfway through the meeting. [47:10] Do I lose my minutes? [47:13] I think you started the meeting. [47:17] Because you started the meeting, I, you shouldn't. [47:21] But if you haven't started the meeting, you would. [47:27] And hypothetically, even if I pull it on, pull, lose the meeting. [47:33] The video is being live-streamed Connor. [47:36] So I would have up to that point saved be a video record. [47:42] So we would just have to pause, essentially, [47:45] The research from that point and then have two videos for that one meeting with that [47:51] view correct statement. [47:54] We could always then manually take off one of them and upload the full copy to Poodell [47:59] from YouTube. [47:59] We're going to zoom down mode. [48:01] Yeah. [48:02] All right. [48:03] Of that. [48:04] Never, ever close out of the tab during a meeting. [48:09] Close tab. [48:12] I'll do it. [48:13] I won't. [48:14] They, you know, sorry. I had to write my head around that. So I kind of knew what to do with it. [48:19] Whatever. Go shit. [48:21] Okay. Great. Thank you. [48:22] Nope. Nope. I wanted to bring that up because I was like, I didn't want you to [48:26] turn it on. Like, let's say, do this at your desk and then you close out and then you go to [48:32] the chambers and you open it up and you're like, where the heck is my speakers? [48:37] Yeah, I'm going to tell you that. Yeah. [48:39] that would be me. Yes. Thank you for the catch. Yes. [48:46] And you can also team as well if you want. [48:52] You can add like under your call to order. Let's say if you have like a standard note that you have [48:58] for call to order and you want to add that before the start of the meeting, you could do that here as well. [49:04] I don't know how much you want to do just because of like the synchronization of the application, [49:12] but I could say like the meeting was called to order at kind of put in like a placeholder [49:18] note and then when we start the meeting actually at the time. So those notes do come back into [49:25] legislature and you don't have to save them or anything. You just click away and you can see that [49:31] adds that note there. [49:34] So these are like the description or action notes. [49:38] Another thing is you can hide attachments. [49:40] I probably would do this just to give yourself more real estate. [49:43] It just hides all the attachments. [49:45] And then you can see like the attachments here. [49:49] But if I click hide attachments just gives me a little bit more real estate. [50:00] We need to be looking at a bunch of attachments. [50:05] When you add speakers, you can see there's a little speaker notion here, a little microphone with the number of speakers that you have. [50:15] And then also as well, team, if let's say one of your council members decide, hey, it's like 10 minutes before the start of the meeting. [50:26] Tara has live manager web open and one of the council members says, hey, I want to add an item to the consensus agenda, okay? [50:38] Well, what you can do is if you have an item that gets proposed shortly before the start of the meeting. [50:46] To add that item on the fly, we could just click on consent agenda here or whatever section they want to add the item under. [50:55] And then if we click on plus item, this allows us to build out our item. [51:01] And so probably what we would do is just put in like the title of the item. [51:08] Also, our 10K raise for employees. [51:15] And so once we type in the title, then what you can do is after and register, [51:22] You'll, this item will be imported back into a letter star and you'll be able to go in and adding in just some metrics like the department, like a full staff report. [51:32] Add initial details, but if you're adding items like on the fly during the meeting or before the meeting, you'll just want to add the title that way your members can vote and then you can add the fluff once the data gets imported back into letter star. [51:51] And so if I just click away from that item, you can see it does keep that item. [51:56] It doesn't quite indent it. [51:59] I do understand it's like not quite indented under the consent agenda. [52:03] But in legislature, you'll be able to physically move that item to the desired section. [52:10] So typically what happens is when legislature, when you import the data into [52:14] I just saw that item comes to like the bottom of your agenda and so then the clerk can physically drag and put that item to exactly it's correct location. [52:28] I'm trying to think if there's anything else be careful with deleting things I really probably would just steer away from that entirely clicking the delete option. [52:39] Yeah, I just probably would not not click on that. [52:45] And that's pretty much it as far as kind of the pre-meeting prep work. Is there any other questions before we start this meeting? [52:56] No, good for my own. Sam of that ID. [53:02] No, we're good. [53:06] All right, so I'll go ahead here and hit start. [53:20] So once we hit start, then we're going to see this video kind of preview appear here shortly. [53:32] Okay, I think maybe the camera got turned off maybe, but yesterday it was showing the council chambers. [53:41] There's a difference the camera got turned off because I can go turn those stuff back on. [53:47] But everyone will make a big difference if you just show the chambers. [53:50] Okay, that's fine. That's fine, Connor. No need to run over there and do that. [53:56] But you would see a preview of your video here, so. [54:04] And then this is just whatever the camera is currently, you know, picking it up. [54:11] And then down here, team, you can see we've got this extended 30 minutes. [54:14] So I can hit that as many times as I need to extend my meeting in 30 minute increments. [54:23] Once we get to kind of an appropriate place, I'll show you the pause option, [54:26] which will pause the live broadcast and the recording. [54:31] And then the end, of course, will end our meeting. [54:34] So it'll cut the video, cut the live stream, [54:37] and kind of say, hey, the clerks done with the minutes, [54:40] now we're ready to end our meeting and move forward. [54:46] On the vote cast display, [54:48] so this is what the vote cast display is showing right here [54:51] when the clerks start the meeting. [54:52] It just has all of your attendees [54:55] are all of your council members, you know, if it's like a plan and commission meeting you to have. [55:00] But it shows all the members for that particular meeting. So that's kind of just like our holding screen until we move forward, like our screen saver. [55:10] That's his meeting is in session and the meeting is live. [55:17] All right. So, and then. [55:20] So on the, the clerk side here, so the first order business we have is the call to order, and so what we're going to do is [55:31] the clerk, either has ability to double click or just single select the item and hit record, which is going to apply our timestamp, so that's like our index or our bookmark. [55:44] On your old system, the clerk would double-click and that would move the item from the left to the right hand side. [55:53] To confirm whether the timestamp is added here is looking in this timestamp window here. [56:01] Okay, so either double-click or single-select and hit the record option. [56:06] Okay, that's going to show the timestamp. [56:09] If you double-click this again, so if I time stamp called order again, that's going to [56:15] create a second time stamp for the item. [56:19] Now, we have another feature request in because it can be a little bit confusing, right? [56:23] If you time stamp something and then go back and time stamp it again, it can be a little [56:28] bit confusing because we only have one time stamp here, like it's not showing that time [56:34] multiple times, like it dies with your current system. So I do have a feature request in to indicate [56:41] that something's been typed stamped more than once to show that on this screen here. [56:47] But you can, like it sounds like you guys are experts, you can clean up any duplicate [56:53] unnecessary duplicate timestamps after the meeting. So you can do that in the media manager. [57:00] Now, with call-to-order, we also need to track our tendons. [57:09] So, we need to tell the system who's there and who is not there at the meeting. [57:14] It's just like when a teacher comes into the classroom and that teacher takes the tendons [57:20] and basically says, okay, these are my students that are here. [57:23] These are my students who are not here. [57:26] That's what we're doing here. [57:28] So, the attendees is like the roster for the classroom, the roll call is actually like the attendance for the day, okay? [57:39] And so, if I click on roll call here, once I click on roll call, this is going to allow me to track, you know, who was not there and who was there at the meeting. [57:53] I can mark a couple of people as apps that are excused, and then once I hit record, so record is going to be like my save. [58:08] Once I hit record, that's going to save my numbers here. So now I've got a tally. [58:14] I have a question for you. [58:15] Yeah, if somebody is absent in the beginning or when you have them marked absent, they come in later, you can adjust this, obviously, on the fly. [58:27] Yes, and if it's not adjusted, let's just say like they were marked absent, they come in and log in on their iPad, does that are they still able to like vote if they were like if somebody update them on the system here with them is present are they able to vote on their iPad still. [58:44] They would not be able to have. [58:46] Okay, good to know. [58:47] This is the same as our current system word. [58:49] If they come in half way through the meeting, and they aren't working it, they won't get the vote. [58:55] Gotcha. [58:56] So we'd have to make sure we always update it, and if they don't get the vote then. [59:00] Yup. [59:01] Do a manual vote until like it. [59:05] Do a voice vote until they until we can update it. [59:08] Got it. [59:09] Thank you. [59:11] So that's to your point. So let's say that like Sandy came in a couple minutes into the meeting. We can come back like if let's say I'm on the pledge [59:24] I can come back click on this line here. I just Sandy [59:29] To be present and hit record. The only thing is on my attendees tab. [59:36] I would, like, once I record her as being present, I would also need to go and click and make her a photo. [59:46] Check her as a voter, because she'll be unchecked as a voter, so that's the tricky thing is. [59:50] It's just making sure that once you mark her as present, going in and selecting her as a voter. [1:00:00] I'm trying to remember. [1:00:04] I don't. Just good to know. Good to remember. Thank you for [1:00:07] highlighting that. Yeah, let me think on that Sam. I can't remember if that's new. Yeah, [1:00:15] off to think on that one. You could also as well, team, if you wanted to. So if you want, [1:00:26] you could also take a second roll call, so if I go up let's say like for example I'm on the [1:00:32] pledge here, I double click the pledge and I click roll call and let's say that Mary came in during [1:00:39] the you know pledge I can mark her as being present and hit record and then mark her as a voting member [1:00:58] Yeah, unfortunately, and that's a, that's another feature request I have in, you know, [1:01:04] once somebody is adjusted to being present for the meeting, that the voter check box, you [1:01:10] know, gets auto check, because I know that's something you'd have to remember to be like, [1:01:14] okay, Mark this person is present. Now I got to go in and mark them as a voting member, you know, [1:01:19] kind of having remember that. So that's another feature request that I have in our, in our pockets. [1:01:25] So yeah, you could also do a second, second role call as well and then you can also like the clerk if you have, you know, time like for the flood of allegiance, I could go down here if I wanted to add a note, this [1:01:52] could also be a text expansion as well. [1:01:55] But notes you don't have to click save anywhere. [1:01:57] You just click off of it and then it captures your note here. [1:02:07] And then a approval of journal and council proceedings. [1:02:12] So this is looks like your approval of basically your minutes. [1:02:14] You call them the journal. [1:02:16] If I'm that with other customers, they call them the same thing. [1:02:20] But it's your approval of minutes, essentially, [1:02:22] them minutes from the previous meeting. [1:02:24] And so team for this item, [1:02:28] like, this is a voting item, right? [1:02:30] And so on our Vocass display, just figure where the Vocass [1:02:34] display is just following kind of what the clerk's doing, right? [1:02:37] So this is our item right here, approval of the journal. [1:02:42] And then on our member screen, let's take a look [1:02:44] and see what our members are seeing. [1:02:47] So on our member screen, we've got here. [1:02:50] You can see it says approval of journal of council proceedings. [1:02:54] It says active. [1:02:55] So that way, if your member is daydreaming or is doing something else and then they come back and they're like, oh, wait, where are we at, you know, they can see, oh, wait, this is the act of item right here. [1:03:15] And then on that screen, they are going to, so they're going to have the details of [1:03:21] the item. [1:03:22] And then we've got this motion on the floor. [1:03:25] So the motion on the floor is going to give them the ability to motion. [1:03:30] And so to motion, I'm just going to simply hit this motion option. [1:03:35] Now, because I am the chair, I have the ability here to reset the motion. [1:03:42] So that's restarting the motion basically undoing the mover in the second or okay, that's one of my like super powers as the chair on the clerks side of things [1:03:55] So this is where like I said I'm kind of going to be flipping between screens so I apologize here [1:04:01] But we have now new motion [1:04:06] Okay, it says new motion and then it says through the mover is [1:04:13] if I click motion and vote here [1:04:15] You can see there's my mover. [1:04:23] If we had somebody logged in as another voting member, [1:04:27] they would be able to pick themselves as a seconder. [1:04:32] I'll just pick somebody. [1:04:36] And then we also have the ability team to perceive [1:04:40] with no seconder. [1:04:42] So if you have instances where you don't have a seconder, [1:04:46] sometimes I work with clients and they have like a mover, but they don't have the seconder, [1:04:51] like they can proceed with, you know, like not a seconder. You have that option or if the motion [1:04:57] dies, they're for a fail for lack of seconds. [1:05:00] Pretty appropriate. I would say probably most of the time, or a lot of times, the motion on the floor is to approve an item, but if there is another motion, like if the motion proposed, just like table the item or meant the item, you can select from this option here. [1:05:20] The motion text is the proposed motion. [1:05:27] If you have a suggested action that populates in the suggested action, [1:05:33] if you do not, this up here is blank. [1:05:36] And the clerk can type in the proposed motion on the floor. [1:05:40] Sometimes the purpose on the floor is identical to the title, [1:05:44] but sometimes it kind of changes right during the meeting. [1:05:48] So I could say, I don't know, approval of journal [1:06:00] council. [1:06:02] I don't know how to mend this proceedings. [1:06:06] One and two. [1:06:09] Something like that. [1:06:09] I'll change the title a little bit. [1:06:12] And so once you type in that motion text there, [1:06:17] then once you get all of your like your mover, [1:06:19] your second or your action. If you hit record, [1:06:24] once we hit record that pops up on the [1:06:27] vote cast display, the title of the item, the motion text and then the mover in the seconder. [1:06:45] Then if we say go to vote, once I say go to vote, this voting screen is going to come up. [1:06:58] And this is where your members can vote. [1:07:04] And you can see, okay, so this is the voting in real time, [1:07:07] where it says, show live votes. [1:07:09] How I said, you can see the votes in real time. [1:07:12] You can see that, like, I can see, [1:07:15] like, as votes are populating, [1:07:17] I can see how people voted. [1:07:19] So, like if I, like a couple of other people here, [1:07:24] you can see that I can see those votes in real time, okay? [1:07:30] And then on the vote cast display, [1:07:35] you can see the public can see, like, as people are pressing buttons, we can see how they're voting. [1:07:48] So that's probably, like I said, I think we talked about that something you probably don't want, because the votes still in progress. [1:07:53] We haven't recorded the vote, but those how people are voting is automatically popping up. [1:08:01] Okay. [1:08:05] And so on the chair screen, so on the chair, we have the ability to reset the votes, which is going to restart the voting. So I just clicked on that. You can see it just resets all of your your voting members and then stop voting. [1:08:23] what that does is when we say stop voting, it just takes the vote down, it takes the [1:08:30] ability for people to click whether to vote yes or no, but then I can click start voting [1:08:36] here again. And once I hit start voting that's going to open up the voting screen where [1:08:41] then people can cast their vote. [1:08:48] And then back here on the clerk's screen, so I only have [1:08:52] I'm like logged in, so I'll just click all yes for the rest of the people, but we do have the ability to vote no of staying or absent. [1:09:01] That is coming in from those profiles options. [1:09:04] So I showed you in the profile like how like Connor could create a profile if you wanted to, you know, those like custom profiles. [1:09:12] So that's where those voting options are coming into. [1:09:17] vote-passed. This is something you have actually in your current system as well. This [1:10:00] Sometimes clients will say, okay, we have to have x amount of people to vote, yes, for this item in order to get to pass, and it's like higher than a majority of their members or like something different than a majority, you can adjust the vote to like force or pass here. [1:10:19] Otherwise, if it's a majority vote, we'll go ahead and say, record. And once we say record, there's our motion right here and then here is our vote. [1:10:29] And we can see that that vote did end up passing. [1:10:40] So then we have, coming out to our next item, [1:10:43] we have proclamations. [1:10:44] So I'll just try and stamp proclamations. [1:10:46] You could, the clerk can put in a note here. [1:10:51] I don't know what you would type here. [1:10:55] Proclamations were great. [1:10:57] And if don't worry, for the clerk's side, [1:11:01] don't worry if things are, if there's typos in your notes, [1:11:05] or kind of like misspellings or things like that, you can fix that all back and let's just [1:11:12] start after the meeting. So this doesn't need to be like a completed note, right? You can still have [1:11:18] the ability to fix that information after the meeting. [1:11:27] And then Vocaccia Sly, that's just [1:11:29] remember that's following the clerk's screen. And then public comments, so we're going to go ahead [1:11:35] address public comments next. So public comments we've got some speakers here. We added those [1:11:42] speakers before the meeting. To access those speakers, we're going to go ahead and click on the [1:11:50] speakers tab here. When we click on the speakers tab, you can see we've got our cue speakers. [1:12:00] If we need to add an additional speaker, we're going to click on add speaker here. [1:12:04] We're going to type in the speaker's name, which it sounds like we're just going to be using kind of place folders for the most part, oh sorry about that, [1:12:17] and then you can click add another as well team if you need to queue up your speakers, and [1:12:30] then we'll click add, okay, so we've got we've got quite a list of speakers here and let's say that John Smith is our first speaker, so we're going to go ahead and click call. [1:12:42] Now, once I click call, okay, you can see we've got John Smith's timer here. [1:12:48] So this allows for the clerk to manage and make sure that John Smith is staying on track with his scheduled time, okay? [1:12:57] If let's say we want to be gracious, right? [1:13:01] And maybe we say, okay, John Smith, we're going to give him an extra 30 seconds to talk. [1:13:08] Okay, we could hit plus 30 seconds here. [1:13:16] So it's not. [1:13:19] Maybe we have to, I think you have to hit maybe start. [1:13:22] I don't know. [1:13:24] No, it's just at that. [1:13:26] I think my screen, sorry. [1:13:28] I'm not, I see my apologies. [1:13:29] I think my screen is. [1:13:32] Is. [1:13:33] Oh. [1:13:35] I just, it's not operating. [1:13:38] I just don't. [1:13:38] It's not. [1:13:48] It's like it's not responding. [1:13:51] I'm going to try to [1:13:58] not respond in at all, but basically what's going to happen is, so on the [1:14:05] vote cast display, you're going to have the current speaker listed here. So the current speaker [1:14:11] is speaker two, okay, in a sense. And then this right here is their time remaining. So this is [1:14:19] how much time they have left. You can also, you can choose to enable or disable this and [1:14:27] that's something that's a setting on the podcast display. If you want to speak or queue showing, [1:14:35] you certainly can, since you're using placeholders, like for speakers, you may not want this, right? [1:14:42] um it's up to you but this this shows like a speaker cues so people can know okay I'm up next you [1:14:51] know I need to get my speech her pair or my my language her pair to talk okay um also as well [1:15:00] Our member screen, so we're on public comments here. On our member screen, we can see that [1:15:09] what it says speaker here. We can see the members can see the current speaker. [1:15:18] They can also [1:15:19] click request to speak as well. [1:15:24] And when they click request to speak, okay, that speaker [1:15:28] class comes into the clerk's screen. And also in addition is that when we click on [1:15:35] the speakers tab here, the speakers tab is going to list a queue of all of the [1:15:42] speakers, okay? And so we can see all of our speakers here, okay? And so when the [1:15:54] side so if I go back here to the clerk screen [1:16:02] this still just I'm going to refresh this and see [1:16:08] and maybe just needs a little refresh. [1:16:15] There it goes. Now once I hit start okay right here we can see [1:16:22] that the start timer begins to count down okay thanks Connor for turning on the video here so we [1:16:29] see that video here. So the speaker timer begins to count down. If let's say for example we want to add [1:16:36] like give this person extra 30 seconds or I know sometimes like clients if somebody needs like a [1:16:43] translator for example they'll give that person like an extra minute or two because of the [1:16:49] translation piece. So if you do need to give someone extra time you can hit this plus 30 seconds here. [1:16:57] You can also change their time to one minute, three minutes or five minutes, and so I want [1:17:05] to go ahead and let this timer count down because the progress bar on the boat has to [1:17:15] display and kind of on our other voting screens will change to a yellow when the time gets [1:17:24] 30 seconds and then when the time gets under 5 seconds it will change to red. So we kind of have those visual indicators. [1:17:34] Yeah, so here it's yellow and then it'll change to red. [1:17:43] Let's get under 5 seconds. [1:18:00] So we see that red. [1:18:03] Okay, and now our timer is up. [1:18:08] Okay, so now that we have, [1:18:13] now that our time has expired for the person, I'm going to go ahead and click stop and then go ahead and click uncall and then I can go ahead and call my next speaker up. [1:18:23] So, I think I actually hit the speaker request to speak thing twice. [1:18:28] we can delete that but council member Fraser requested to speak during the meeting and so because council [1:18:40] member Fraser is an elected official then there's no set time okay for the individual so they [1:18:51] just you know kind of talk as long as they want. I will say I think what's helpful team is you know [1:18:58] I've claimed to tell me, for example, like, oh, our council member or board members just kind of speak when they want to speak, but I think what the request to speak does is if you're kind of encouraging them to use their quest to speak or requiring them to use their quest to speak, it just kind of helps with people like talking over each other during the meeting or kind of like with the organization of your council members. [1:19:26] When it comes to speaking for an item, so just kind of something to keep in mind. [1:19:33] I actually also have customers where they're actually starting to tie their council members. [1:19:39] They're giving their council members a set time to talk. [1:19:44] Per item, just to keep them meaning kind of going and moving forward. [1:19:50] So we don't have the like a favor classes speak on there and they don't have a set time [1:19:58] So just so you know that's [1:20:00] And you on with your speakers, where you hit start, and then kind of go through the queue of speakers. [1:20:08] Now on the on the chair side of things. So when I click here on the speakers tab, as the chair, I have the ability to click clear current speaker. [1:20:26] When I click clear current speaker that wipes out the person who is currently talking or the [1:20:32] current speaker on the floor and also I have the ability and you need to actually like the [1:20:39] chair needs to actually like click physically left click on the person to do this but when you click [1:20:45] on the person there's an option here to call the speaker so the chair can call the next speaker up [1:20:54] or they can delete a speaker as well. [1:20:59] So I actually have the ability as the chair to click call here, [1:21:04] call the next speaker up to the podium, [1:21:07] and then on the clerk side of things, [1:21:11] you can see that once I call that person as the chair, [1:21:15] that is the current person in the active speakers queue. [1:21:19] And if I hit start here, [1:21:23] Once I hit start, okay, that timer begins to count down. [1:21:31] So the chair does have to start the timer of the speaker. [1:21:35] That's one thing to note. The chair can't do that. [1:21:38] The chair can only call the speakers and clear the speakers, [1:21:42] but if there is a set time for the individual, [1:21:46] the meeting clerk does have to start and stop the time. [1:21:51] Another thing for my meeting clerks, just I just want to be very very clear with this. [1:21:59] Please do not use this video preview as a guide to run your meeting. [1:22:06] The reason for that is because this video preview is off by about 30 to 45 seconds. [1:22:13] Okay, so if you use this as a guide to run your meeting, everything is going to be off by about 30 to 45 seconds, okay? [1:22:26] So just be careful with that. [1:22:31] And you close that side out. [1:22:33] I see the down. [1:22:35] Yeah. [1:22:36] Yeah. [1:22:37] Oh, that's so much better. [1:22:39] Okay. [1:22:39] Thank you. [1:22:40] Yes. [1:22:41] You're welcome. [1:22:42] Yeah. [1:22:42] I know I myself would be tempted to look at that. [1:22:45] So I'm going to tell you understand. [1:22:49] It's kind of like a team watching us like a sporting event, you know, like a sporting event, typically like there's like a 30 to 45 second delay in between what's actually happening in the game and what you're seeing on your on your home television. [1:23:03] It's kind of just like that. So now let's say for example, okay, so let's say we've got through all the public comments. [1:23:13] Okay, so we did all of our speakers here and got to the public comments, and then let's say that the council decides that they want to take like a 10 minute recess, because they're hungry and they want to grab a stat, grab some coffee, use the bathroom and whatever. [1:23:34] If we click on pause, this is different than your current system, so livestream will show a pause screen and the pause portion of the recording will not be included in the archived video. [1:23:47] So with your current system, the pause would only pause the recording, it would not pause the live broadcast, but this pause both pauses both the live broadcast and the recording of the meeting. [1:24:01] So just something to make note of. [1:24:07] And so I want to show you what that [1:24:08] pause screen looks like. So if I click pause and I open up this video [1:24:13] preview and about 30, 35 seconds it's we're going to see that pause screen pop up. [1:24:29] So we can take a look at [1:24:43] that. Sorry, sometimes this feels like a very long [1:24:45] like 30 to 45 seconds and we're just waiting for it. Okay. So it says the video [1:24:50] strength of this meeting has been paused by the organizer and will resume once they return [1:24:55] or move the meeting agenda for more information. So that's our- [1:25:00] Information. So, that's our pause screen right there. So, if the public is watching the live broadcast of the meeting, this is what they're going to basically see. [1:25:13] And then if we go ahead and hit it, okay. [1:25:16] Is it also a pause of audio? [1:25:18] It does. Yes. [1:25:22] Yeah, and Connor, if you want to test that, like if you want to run a test feeding, you know, [1:25:27] and try to test that, you certainly can, but yes, it will taught pause both the audio and the video. [1:25:36] So, you know, I know sometimes say people kind of worry about like, if the mics are hot. [1:25:40] Like, mics are hot and things like that. So, yes. [1:25:43] So [1:25:51] then we've got communications introduced to council, I think this is just like a communications verbal item type in a note here. [1:26:07] All right, so we've got a couple voting items here. [1:26:10] So you can team if you want just like with your current system, you can index the section header and then index each item under that section. [1:26:20] or if you prefer, you can just index the items under the section without timestamping that [1:26:28] header. [1:26:34] And so if I double click on this timestamp here, this first item, so I have [1:26:42] timestamp this section header here, or this item, excuse me, then once I'm ready to motion [1:26:48] and to vote on the item. I'm going to come here and you can see that item is active. Also [1:26:57] team, one thing to note is under the settings option, these are the settings for your members. [1:27:10] These settings are at a per individual basis, so like everyone can have their own kind of like [1:27:20] member can, but you have the ability to auto jump to active item and so what this will do [1:27:28] is this will basically bring the member to the active item, not only will it be highlighted in [1:27:34] the active, but will also actually bring their screen to that item. [1:27:41] We can also auto close motion [1:27:43] results pop up and I'll show you what that looks like and then we can also show or hide the suggested [1:27:51] action pop up. But then if I click on save here, that's going to capture my changes and those [1:27:59] changes will be made in real time. And so if I go back here to my agenda, [1:28:12] so [1:28:18] now we can see, [1:28:20] okay, so we're on this item right here. [1:28:25] My system is just running really slow today, [1:28:30] site apologize. [1:28:33] But we're on this current item right here. [1:28:38] And so now once we're ready to record [1:28:41] emotion and a vote, okay, your members will be able to click and move the item, the clerk can [1:28:49] also record the mover in the second or as well if needed. You know, if, like, let's say there [1:28:58] is an instance where the member can't vote. The clerk can manually record the mover and [1:29:04] seconder just like with your current system. [1:29:10] Then we also have the ability to proceed with [1:29:12] no seconder or a failed for lack of second. The motion two is motion on the floor. I'll go ahead and say [1:29:23] adopt it. I'll change things up this time and say motion text is to adopt this test item or [1:29:35] it's crazy. And [1:29:40] then if I go ahead and say record here, once I record that item, I can go ahead and say go to [1:29:50] That's going to open up my voting screen here and then I can mark. [1:30:06] I hear, report my vote. [1:30:11] And that's going to come into my clerk screen. And remember, on the vote, cast a sleigh. Okay, that's going to say voting in progress. [1:30:24] I'll go ahead and just mark everyone is yes. The clerk also has the ability to reset the votes. And then we'll go ahead and say report. And so once I see a report that reports the vote, this is what it looks like on the vote, cast [1:30:40] display once a vote has actually been recorded. Okay, sort of say, vote passed. How many people voted yes? No, of staying absent. And then this is the number of people that voted yes. [1:31:01] And it was a majority vote. Okay. [1:31:03] Um, on the, [1:31:10] so on this next item here, so on the settings, we, um, we customize, it says auto closed motion results. [1:31:20] I'm going to say that change that to know. [1:31:24] I think that kind of messed being up here, sorry. [1:31:29] Did that? No, where is my, oh, there it is. Okay. [1:31:38] Sorry, I think my system is just running a little bit slow today, so I apologize. [1:31:42] I was like, where's the money? [1:31:44] I'm just going to go through my second. [1:31:47] So that recorded the vote, though, and so now the vote did end up passing. [1:31:53] Now, let's say, for example, though, that we have an item here. [1:31:59] Okay, so we have this item, and we want to draw, you know, [1:32:03] we tap conversation and then we draw a motion in a second. So I'll go ahead and record that here, [1:32:11] mover and a seconder. Now let's say that we're going to go ahead and record this motion [1:32:19] and then we're going to say go to vote and then let's say for example that are two [1:32:26] or move in our seconder voted yes but the rest of the people voted no [1:32:44] and then we'll go ahead and [1:32:46] or that vote. So this is just what it looks like if a vote does fail. Okay, so it'll just say vote failed here, and then have the results of that vote. [1:32:57] It'll just turn red here, and then on the member screen, it'll say, you know, motion failed. [1:33:07] Okay, so that does if a vote does fail, that's kind of the scenario that that happens. [1:33:15] Now, let's say, so our next order business team is the consent agenda, okay? [1:33:23] So let's say that now your council is ready to vote on consent. [1:33:30] To vote on consent, it's going to be the same process. [1:33:34] I think that you're doing currently. [1:33:37] Where you're going to, instead of, like, timestamping each item, right? [1:33:40] we're going to do a block vote. So we're going to timestamp the consent agenda. [1:33:47] So we're going to stop that's happening. Let me see. [1:33:52] I don't know if it's my mouse. Okay, I think it's my mouse that's messing me up. Sorry. [1:33:59] So we're going to timestamp the consent agenda here. And then once we timestamp the consent agenda. [1:34:09] Okay. [1:34:10] example, they say, okay, so we want to vote on the consent agenda with the exception of the third item. [1:34:17] The approval for new office printers. [1:34:20] Like, let's say, for example, maybe that's like a very controversial item. [1:34:26] And they need to have further discussion on that item before they can vote to approve new office printers, [1:34:32] maybe because the cost, okay? [1:34:35] So, let's say the council is ready to move forward with the motion vote for the consent. [1:34:41] So, I'm going to go ahead and click on motion and vote here. [1:34:45] And, so we've time to stamp the consent agenda. [1:34:47] And then we're going to record the mover in the seconder. [1:34:54] Our motion two is to approve the consent agenda. [1:34:57] But I'm going to say, for my motion tax. [1:35:00] Board, that way on my votecast display, we know we're going to approve this item, and this item, but we're not going to approve item number three. [1:35:16] And then you can say go to vote here, and once I say go to vote, okay, that's going to open up my voting screen where then I can pass my vote for the [1:35:31] for the consent, [1:35:35] we'll just say everybody vote if yes, [1:35:41] and then we'll go ahead and record that vote. [1:35:44] Okay. Now, so we've done a motion and the vote for the consent, but we pull an item three. [1:35:54] If the council is ready to move forward with voting on item three, let's say they do the consent vote, right? [1:36:01] So they motion a vote on the consent items, but then any items that were pulled now they [1:36:08] want to go back and address those items. [1:36:13] Then what you're going to do is to motion a vote on an [1:36:16] individual item is you're going to select the title of the item where you want to individually [1:36:21] motion a vote, which is this title here. [1:36:27] Then what you're going to do is after that, [1:36:30] If you double-click on the title, the item, then your council's going to have that conversation. [1:36:36] So they're going to talk about the item, maybe talk about the grievances they have with the item, or why it was pulled. [1:36:43] And then once they do that, they're ready to go ahead and motion and vote on the item. [1:36:49] So I'm going to select motion and vote here. [1:36:52] And then let's say that we were able to garner and move her in seconder. [1:36:57] The motion two is to approve. Okay, [1:37:08] and then we can go ahead and record that motion [1:37:13] And then we'll say go to vote and so once they say go to vote [1:37:18] Then our voting screen will pop up and we'll be able then to pass our vote [1:37:39] Then actually I'll just do all yes here just to say time and [1:37:44] Then we'll record that vote [1:37:45] Okay, and so our vote did an up-passing for approval for new office [1:37:50] for staff. [1:37:54] So you can see that there's a motion and a vote under the item here and then there's my motion and vote for my consent agenda. [1:38:08] Now let's say though that we're coming down and let's say we've got this next item here. [1:38:14] Okay, approval for race for staff and let's say that there's a situation, okay, so the council talks about the raises. [1:38:30] And let's say that there is a emotion. [1:38:38] So we've got like a mover and seconder here. [1:38:41] And then let's say the original motion on the floor was to approve the item, okay, so we go ahead and record that motion. [1:38:51] But let's say that there is an amendment to the item, so we record the first motion and we have like a substitute motion or an amendment, some people call it these like friendly amendments or substitute motions. [1:39:05] So let's say there's another motion on the floor, okay. [1:39:11] What you're going to do to take that second motion is you're going to click back on the title of the item. [1:39:17] You don't need to double click it, you just need a single select. [1:39:20] And then you can recapture another motion. [1:40:02] And so if I hit motion and vote here, [1:40:08] I'll record my mover, record my seconder, my motion too. [1:40:12] Maybe that's time would be like adopt as amended, but maybe a little bit more appropriate. [1:40:18] And we're going to say the amendment, I'll put the amendment in the motion tax. [1:40:21] And we'll say 20k raise for staff and vacation to Mexico. [1:40:33] And then we'll go ahead and record that second motion with the amendment. [1:40:38] We can see that information on the vote cast display here, that remotion. [1:40:46] And then if I say go to vote, we're going to go ahead and vote on that substitute motion. [1:40:58] And so then your members can log in here. [1:41:01] or excuse me, you can vote here, [1:41:08] say, oh, yes, they're court. [1:41:11] Okay, so now we can see that that vote didn't end up passing. [1:41:14] So we had a motion to approve. [1:41:16] We had a substitute motion with an amendment, [1:41:20] and then that substitute motion did pass. [1:41:24] Now, sometimes the council may want to go back to the original motion [1:41:28] and vote, that could be something that could happen. [1:41:32] So, what you would do is you would essentially click on this motion to approve, so you'd [1:41:39] click on the first motion here, and then you have an option as the clerk to click go to vote, [1:41:49] and then your members can vote on that first motion. [1:42:08] That's here. [1:42:10] Some people [1:42:14] have been in hit record and now you can see we voted on that original motion and that motion did pass. [1:42:24] So that's like if you have a substitute or friendly amendment. [1:42:29] Then it looks like we just have some announcements. [1:42:32] So we'll go ahead and you can put in a quick note here [1:42:38] and then the adjournment. [1:42:41] So I didn't mean it times did that. [1:42:43] The adjournment here. [1:42:44] So once I double click on the adjournment, [1:42:48] I can also use team. [1:42:50] Remember, I have those hotkeys or text expansions. [1:42:53] And I have a hotkey and text expansion for meeting [1:42:56] adjournment. [1:42:57] So I can type in a control space bar, [1:43:01] and you can see it auto adjusts [1:43:03] into the statement of text, [1:43:04] and then I can go ahead and put the time. [1:43:07] So, that's called tax expansions or hotkeys, which allow you to type in a short-hand version of the tax hit control and space bar, and then the tax expands into a broader statement of information. [1:43:30] And then once you are ready to end your meeting, you'll go ahead and hit the end option here. [1:43:35] But before I do so, I want to check in with a group and see if anybody has any questions or concerns before we end this meeting. [1:43:47] I think I'm good for my end, Sam of IT and I think from you guys. [1:43:53] I'm good. [1:43:57] So we'll go ahead and hit in here. [1:44:00] We will go ahead and confirm. [1:44:15] It's a little bit of a delay just when you hit in. [1:44:19] And then when we click return to home screen or home page, you can see right here is our test meeting and it is in the status of uploading. [1:44:34] And then when you click on the hyperlink for that meeting, [1:44:40] you'll see that it's uploading here. [1:44:43] Now, on like the agenda in the minutes tab, team, that is going to mirror, like that those tabs will be identical to what you currently see, where you're going to have the timestamps here. [1:45:00] The system will auto create this note. Speaker 1 is called to speak. Speaker 2 is called to speak. [1:45:07] Okay, so it auto generates that note. And you can put in a note during the meeting or after the meeting on what that person spoke about. So if this spoke about like, I don't know, data centers, right? You can put a note in there. [1:45:28] And then team as far as, so, okay, so your video is going to, to basically upload just like with your current process, you'll be able to edit the, the time stamps, you know, after the meeting, like if you need to adjust the time stamp, that will all be the same process, okay? [1:45:52] So you'll be able to tweak any timestamps here, like I mentioned that if you timestamp [1:46:00] something twice, like I showed you an example where called order i timestamp something twice, [1:46:08] that does show under here. You can see it's duplicated, but you will be able to, [1:46:16] So, if you want to delete that timestamp, you can delete it, [1:46:27] or whichever, I think probably [1:46:28] this one would be more appropriate to delete because this one has the role call under it. [1:46:39] So, you can delete that if we want to. [1:46:44] Okay. [1:46:44] Um, I'll leave that note as well. [1:46:49] And then as far as, um, [1:46:53] Legislar, so kind of once your video right begins, uh, or finishes uploading, [1:47:00] then you'll be able to then import this back into Legislar [1:47:04] and clean up your minutes and post your minutes as you're currently doing. [1:47:12] So you'll follow that basically that same process that you're doing now with cleaning up and then posting your minutes from Legislar. [1:47:25] One thing I did want to just show you while we have a couple of minutes is I do want to open up Legislar here and I do want to show you where. [1:47:42] you can change the default encoder. [1:48:14] So if you want to change team the default encoder, [1:48:18] I know that Coder mentioned that eventually it's just going to delete that old encoder, [1:48:23] but to manage the default encoder, when you open up a legislator if you go to tools and then [1:48:29] administration, and you open up that administration window, [1:48:44] sorry, [1:48:53] I need to the, [1:48:57] this administration window here. There's going to be a section that says meeting bodies, [1:49:09] or government bodies, excuse me. And so if we click on this government bodies section here [1:49:16] at the under site information, [1:49:21] then what you can do is if you go to medium manager export settings, [1:49:26] And there's a little bit of a bug where it just is like blank, but if you click part of another area within this window here it populates the data and so where it says camera. [1:49:40] That's where you'll select the default encoder. [1:49:45] So for like your council, your common council, it actually looks like there's no default encoder even selected here. [1:49:52] So, this is where you can select your new live cast, encoder, and in that way, that will be pre-populated. [1:50:00] So you won't have to change that in your meeting settings. [1:50:06] That's under media manager, export settings. [1:50:16] Any other questions from today? Concerns, comments? [1:50:28] I got nothing. [1:50:35] So team, the next stage in our training is we will need to set up another meeting, another training session. [1:50:46] and this training session is called mock meeting practice and so what it does is it gives a [1:50:52] member of your team an opportunity to essentially have hands-on practice okay and so basically [1:51:07] what's going to happen is like you'll drive the live manager application instead of myself okay [1:51:16] And so it'll just give you the ability to get that kind of hands-on exposure. [1:51:21] This is another two-hour training session. [1:51:27] Does your time have time next week at all to meet for another two-hour training session? [1:51:34] Or should we maybe look at like a couple weeks from now, kind of what your thoughts? [1:51:38] Yeah, so Sam is taking a vacation and exciting one for two weeks, so I think we're looking at the end of September. [1:51:49] Okay. [1:51:52] I am on vacation from September 14 to the 21st. [1:51:57] So we're looking at the last week in September. [1:52:05] I am pretty open that week. Is there a better two hours time block that works for you? [1:52:12] On the 29th of September, they have opened from the same time like nine that's love and if you want. [1:52:19] Yeah, yes, that's what I'm saying. [1:52:23] Thanks for that. [1:52:25] Yeah. [1:52:26] I can do that. [1:52:29] Yeah, [1:52:32] and I'll send out an invite for this meeting. [1:52:36] But just team come prepared. [1:52:39] Like, I don't know, maybe Tara or Sam. [1:52:43] If you're one of you probably would be the best to drive the meeting. [1:52:48] I'm putting everybody on the spot, but maybe if one of you, or both of you, if you have time to kind of drive the session, you know, have you kind of kind of drive and then all guide you as you're driving. [1:53:05] But that way you get hands on practice because I feel like clients kind of learn better if like they're doing it versus me, you know, watching me. So we'll give you that hands on exposure. [1:53:14] You can be a vet to be honest with you because she typically runs the computer during council meetings. [1:53:22] Okay. [1:53:22] So I would say Sam and I are usually there, but she should probably drive. [1:53:33] Are you okay with that? [1:53:34] Yeah. [1:53:35] Yeah. [1:53:36] Well, at least now you have someone to ask about your questions. [1:53:39] I know, right? [1:53:43] Shouldn't know me be there, too. [1:53:45] for the people if I could bring the only two but I think you should drive but we can run [1:53:49] our west ok thank you yeah it might also be helpful team to map this training session [1:54:00] if possible in the council chambers that way you can be able to get everything set up in the [1:54:11] mind. That way you can can see the vote [1:54:16] cast display and that way I'm not having to [1:54:18] give that having to click between that screen as [1:54:21] well. But yeah, we'll plan for that for the [1:54:25] mock meeting practice. And then that will be our [1:54:28] last training session for vote cast. But we do [1:54:32] still have some training time where we're going to [1:54:34] focus. It sounds like on legislator. [1:54:40] What do you say, Sam? [1:54:42] I don't know what it means. Sorry, sorry. [1:54:44] Oh, sorry. [1:54:46] So we still have some time team to devote to life as far as well. [1:54:51] I just figured we'll kind of get through both paths first [1:54:54] and then we can schedule that life as far as training [1:54:56] if that works for everyone. [1:55:00] And yeah, we're just from my end, we're, we're, we're, we're, some, okay. Well, I will send out a [1:55:10] also not a summary of this meeting today with the recording and then I will also send you the invite for [1:55:17] the meeting on the 29th. If you have any questions between now and then, please don't be shy. You can [1:55:24] out to me via email and I'm happy to address your questions but otherwise I wish everyone a great [1:55:34] vacation if you're going to be on vacation or a great next couple of weeks and we will talk soon. [1:55:41] Great, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Bye-bye everyone.
