give us a presentation geared toward us
[34:58] as public servants.
It was entitled personal wellness
[35:03] selfcare. So this event was very well
attended by our staff. Um and we walked
[35:08] away with strategic um uh uh resources
which are designed to help us care for
[35:14] ourselves as we care for the community.
Um Mayor Thomas also continues to
[35:20] encourage us to pour into ourselves. So
the leadership team also attended a
[35:25] leadership staff meeting um event um
last Friday. Again, it was geared toward
[35:31] us as public servants as we continue to
serve the city. We had a couple of
[35:37] speakers and Mayor Thomas's theme was
taking care of ourselves. So, again,
[35:42] we've had two really, really great
events um designed to help us upskill as
[35:49] public servants. From a staffing
perspective, um we're still working to
[35:55] fill um the tobacill in four
departments, service, recreation, fire,
[36:02] and police. Um, so so HR is working very
very diligently with our partners and
[36:09] and I think we're hopefully at some
point.

Today, we've registered
[36:48] 322 contractors.
That number will still be growing as

development is going on at Bellows. With
[36:59] those 322 contractors, we have a total
of 483 permits that were issued this
[37:05] year. And in totality, the building
department has processed over 276
[37:12] transactions,
which I think is is pretty good. Our
[37:18] building department software is really
working good
[37:22] activity that we're receiving.
Contractors are able to submit
[37:27] change orders, rentals, permits, all the
same actions.
[37:33] We still are dealing with complaints and
to help acknowledge some of the
[37:38] complaints that we have grass cutting.
had a pretty good response because of
[37:43] the charges that occur when the grass is
not cut.
[37:49] So, we've been getting good activity
there.
[37:53] We've been maning
complaints from44
[38:00] events. Some of those pictures are not
accurate up to date
[38:07] and those were all sent over to the
that is currently managing things for
[38:12] them to work through this process. We
