[1:38] And I heard that overall, they did have a really great time.
[1:41] I actually feel really like to be attending the mock interviews.
[1:44] It's a really great opportunity to talk to our interview skills.
[1:48] Parts missioners are working through the selection process for Dean Council for next year.
[1:53] So, you can see in the moment, it's still looking for older teams to be sure to consider no one.
[2:02] We need help in some of our sports programs.
[2:06] Jim Auditoring, those sorts of things.
[2:08] So, that was a hit along my map.

[3:03] There are, for everyone, for the two 50 that sign up and go to sports spaces, there's
[3:07] for T-shirt, woo-hoo.
[3:09] And then they will do either pick off or a wrap up party, if you didn't have a wrap up party for
[3:14] us.
[3:15] Also, if you will hate whether permitting there is a height that would be left by African
[3:21] space defense rate committee, that would be in the top part region, and it is free, but we do
[3:26] us for a premier administration because space is limited just for the safety of how many people
[3:32] we can host on those sorts of feedbacks.
[3:35] People for the team is library foundation for sales, great opportunity to get a lot of
[3:42] votes at a great price.
[3:44] Afterwards, you can head to the celebration of our day for some farms.
[3:49] We will be planting a tree as one of, as a registered tree city USA.
[3:55] And afterwards, we will also have a grant opening of our newly renovated garden for education
[4:00] programs out in sports and farms.
[4:02] The following weekend, April 22nd, is Sheep Sharing Day, of course, some farms that is an annual
[4:09] funder user for the historic foundation.
[4:11] Lots of times, lots of times, lots of times, if you're said, it will be fully held for and
[4:16] both centers, lots of funds, and tickets are available at SRHF.org.
[4:24] And then just one kind of update on our team program survey.
[4:30] There are up to 115 responses, 95 of which are teams, so we're getting there.
[4:37] Hopefully that's a better way to just make sure you keep on sharing that information with people.
[4:42] Really want to make sure that we gather all that information from yourselves and if you've not already
[4:48] built it out in your peers.
[4:50] We just want to hear how we can better serve new cities in them.
[4:55] I don't know why.
[4:56] Yeah, I really think to add out to this survey.
[4:58] I don't know what work for Cali was, but I can't get the R like weekly announcements,
[5:03] email.
[5:04] That's all too.
[5:05] So if you're at school, it has something like that.
[5:08] Try adding it into that hand.
[5:09] I feel like people will see it more often in North Dakota, and they'll fill it out.
[5:14] Any other announcements?
[5:16] Okay, well, thank you Jessica for the announcement.
[5:19] If we move on to, I'd just pour it out in public comment.
[5:23] I'm going to put the car in forage to address the team helpful on any knowledge and the items
[5:28] and consider I see three minutes.
[5:32] I don't see any members of the public permission to address the team also.
[5:37] Okay.
[5:39] So with that, I'm moved to I'm five for a little bit.
[5:44] So my point one is to approve the minutes of February 21st, 2020, 3, 2, 3, 4, 5, 5, 5, 5,
[5:52] through a of the details of February to have any clear questions or comments on this item.
[6:00] Okay.
[6:01] Seeing that, um, there, and seeing also know public comments.
[6:06] I'm trying to motion to approve the minutes.
[6:10] Yes.
[6:11] I'm motion to approve the last minutes.
[6:14] Uh, second?
[6:16] I can.
[6:17] Okay.
[6:19] Okay.
[6:20] So we're going to vote.
[6:21] And then, um, all in favor, please raise your hand and say aye.
[6:25] All right.
[6:26] All right.
[6:27] 11.
[6:28] 11.
[6:29] 11.
[6:31] 11.
[6:32] And then, um, and all of those, please raise your hand.
[6:38] And you say, all right.
[6:40] This motion passes with the first from L.O.D. and the second from Southeast.
[6:46] And then, I'm going to move to committee business, which, um, it starts by at 6.1.
[6:53] The, the verbal update on the 322 and 333 and the report is identified.
[6:59] Um, okay.
[7:01] So with this year kind of coming to an end.
[7:05] Um, we have to, that the team council kind of has, like, an end of report.
[7:09] I'm going to present to the participation in the city council.
[7:13] So, um, to present that, it's kind of like a summary of everything that we've accomplished
[7:17] this year and everything that we've worked on.
[7:19] So, um, I'm going to be writing that, but I'm also need your guys to help with it.
[7:24] Um, all of the council committees is your answer.
[7:26] I'm wonderful work and I've accomplished a lot of things.
[7:29] So, um, I kind of want all of the leads for each of the council committees to write maybe like a paragraph.
[7:35] Um, describing the accomplishments of your council committees that I've had that into my report.
[7:40] And then, obviously, all the other people in the committee,
[7:42] feel free to help out your leads with that information.
[7:46] Um, and then, I'd like to have that done by around say March 30th.
[7:50] And then, I'm going to take all of this paragraph to compile them into, like, one formal report.
[7:55] So, um, let me know if you guys have any questions.
[7:58] But that's pretty much how that's going to go.
[8:00] And then, that report is then presented on,
[8:07] those, those, those, it's presented to the participation on May 10th.
[8:11] And then, it's also presented to the city council on May 23rd.
[8:17] So, if you guys want to come to those meetings just to attend and watch,
[8:20] uh, it'll be pretty cool because you're going to see all of our college members of the council being presented.
[8:26] I was definitely encouraged all of the council members to come to the participation meeting
[8:30] because they will recognize you.
[8:32] Um, but all of the many of you show us three years.
[8:35] And, um, so it's very good.
[8:36] This is what you're talking about.
[8:38] Yeah.
[8:39] So, I do want to support your check.
[8:41] Also, it gives her a lovely presentation.
[8:44] Yeah, so we have full procedure.
[8:45] I think that they call it names and everything.
[8:47] That will not be fine.
[8:48] Yeah.
[8:49] We're going to do an opportunity to wear your signature.
[8:51] Yes.
[8:52] Yes.
[8:53] Okay.
[8:54] Okay.
[8:55] Okay.
[8:56] And then, I don't know.
[8:57] I think it's kind of a little less.
[8:59] When I do what's going to be helpful.
[9:01] And part of the important key council is having any of the exposure and outcomes.
[9:05] Right.
[9:06] And this is one time that, uh, you're from the part of the city council.
[9:11] And you're talking about it.
[9:12] Here's, you weren't present.
[9:14] Right.
[9:15] And also, you learned how some of the questions were really important to, uh,
[9:19] our city.
[9:20] As we, uh, think about the teams now in the future.
[9:24] And then also, it's a great way to communicate for teams about the future.
[9:29] What's important when you're working out.
[9:31] So, I would ask that, you know, if you are a leading community,
[9:35] there's a lot of your work.
[9:37] No one's going to share this.
[9:38] It's a pretty big step.
[9:39] They're really taking the time to say if this was important.
[9:42] This was important.
[9:43] This was important.
[9:44] This team to be in nature.
[9:45] And future is what we think is really important.
[9:47] That we pay attention to.
[9:48] This is your one chance to really educate us.
[9:51] Uh, we're more important out of that smart.
[9:53] So, oh, that's, you know, kind of take to talk and do that together.
[9:56] And I would really thank you so much for doing it.
[9:59] So, really appreciate it.
[10:01] Thank you.
[10:02] And that was kind of just like information for you guys, um,
[10:08] so that you know what's going on.
[10:10] Is there a sort of a privilege?
[10:12] No.
[10:13] No.
[10:14] There's just like kind of an update when you need it.
[10:17] It's going to like set the date.
[10:18] But then also, um, at the next meeting, you'll be improving it.
[10:23] Um, so make sure you read your packet ahead of time.
[10:26] Um, because you'll have to approve your annual report.
[10:28] So you can make it through the time and the rest of the year.
[10:31] Um, and think about your goal.
[10:33] Because you guys will be, um, making recommendations at the end of the year.
[10:38] So, um, that's what you guys were provided from the previous year.
[10:42] And then, in the retreat, you guys approve all of those goals and make recommendations.
[10:46] Thanks.
[10:47] So, think about what you guys did this year.
[10:48] We'll work to my didn't.
[10:49] And what you've been next year, um, they should work on.
[10:53] I'm waiting for them to kind of look at it.
[10:56] Thanks for that.
[10:57] And the other piece of advice that you use.
[10:59] Our city has a last year went.
[11:01] That takes a look at more of it ahead of the next five years.
[11:04] And there's a lot of team goals.
[11:06] We have a lot of care.
[11:07] So it makes sure that we include those.
[11:09] Thank you.
[11:10] Thank you.
[11:11] Thank you.
[11:12] Thank you.
[11:13] Do some work.
[11:14] Okay.
[11:15] Okay.
[11:16] Okay.
[11:17] Okay.
[11:18] And yeah.
[11:19] I think that's pretty much good.
[11:20] But update.
[11:21] So just make sure that I get those just parts by March 30.
[11:24] So that's my name, everyone.
[11:26] Okay.
[11:27] And then I'll move on to the 26.2, which is, um, approval of the participation hand.
[11:35] And support to host the tri-valley.
[11:37] Yeah.
[11:38] And support trees.
[11:39] Also for that, I mean.
[11:40] So first, I'll read them before.
[11:42] All right.
[11:43] So everyone knows what it is.
[11:45] Okay.
[11:46] So if you find an option, it is to review and approve.
[11:49] The participation and support to host the tri-valley.
[11:51] Youth advisory, committee retreat.
[11:53] So this retreat was created to provide youth advisory committees for the tri-valley
[11:57] with an opportunity to network.
[11:59] Discuss current team needs and trends.
[12:01] And ideas for collaboration and future projects.
[12:03] The city of Dublin and the city of Santa Rosa typically rotate hosting this retreat
[12:07] every year.
[12:08] The retreat is also attended by other local team advisory committees, such as Danville, Leviton,
[12:14] Leberom, or etc.
[12:15] The city of Santa Rosa and the city of Dublin are proposing to host the 2023 tri-valley
[12:21] youth advisory committee retreat on Saturday, April 22nd, in the morning at the city of Santa Rosa.
[12:28] If approved, the team council will assist in the development of the schedule of activities,
[12:32] including discussion topics, commonly affecting teams and the tri-valley.
[12:36] How we each advisory committees currently work to address the items, areas for future potential partnerships
[12:42] to meet the needs of the area and other team will they have to meet.
[12:45] The team council approved the following goals as a part of the team council and over four.
[12:50] That was presented to you and approved by the Parks and Communities Service Commission.
[12:54] On Wednesday, May 11th, 2022, and the city council on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022.
[13:00] So our goals were, first of all, to research team recreation opportunities, explore ways to explore ways to support these opportunities
[13:08] and address new communities as well as our second goal which was to research and execute partnerships with local organizations, businesses,
[13:16] and committees to promote team wellness, mental health and recreation.
[13:20] So the coolest thing with retreat will kind of help us address those goals.
[13:25] And yeah, that was a little bit about that retreat.
[13:27] Does anyone have any questions on what it is?
[13:31] Where I'll come at?
[13:33] Does anyone go last year?
[13:35] Yeah.
[13:36] I've had been last year.
[13:37] I think it's very difficult to end it.
[13:40] Solid awareness.
[13:42] I've never felt about that before.
[13:45] And how was it?
[13:46] It was a really great experience.
[13:49] We got to collaborate with Dublin and Pleasant and I believe it was longer and more.
[13:53] We learned a lot from the media and media about what they call them.
[13:57] The ideas that they did.
[13:58] I know that hearing about their experiences was very different because a lot of the cities are different things.
[14:03] And I was like, I think one of the cities last year, they had like a mental health forum for teams and parents.
[14:08] It was really cool.
[14:09] And so we took away from that.
[14:11] I think we actually kind of incorporated some of those ideas and goals this year.
[14:15] When we were writing them last year, which was kind of the focus on the team mental health.
[14:20] And let's see.
[14:22] It was another.
[14:23] It was Dublin also did like the school things where they would support student organizations around the city.
[14:29] So that was really cool.
[14:31] They kind of highlighted their student organizations.
[14:35] And one way of the media cited me kind of what to do that too.
[14:38] So we've been using her social media this year to like spotlight clubs and events when they reach out to us.
[14:44] So that's kind of something.
[14:46] So collaborating with the other council is always a great.
[14:49] It's a great way to learn about what other council are doing.
[14:51] And how we can incorporate that into our, into our actions.
[14:54] And then also share what needs done in both their health.
[14:57] Some of the other council.
[15:00] Would you like to share something about your experiences?
[15:05] So this is a general like these meetings are really important because we get to see how that the other
[15:10] somebody's function and they do so in a very different way from us. While we're looking at advisory board, they have
[15:16] the ability to conduct their own events in some form, which is really exciting and we can definitely help with those events in the future as well.
[15:24] So it's a great way to collaborate, but also be inspired for ideas and overall it's really great just to make connections with people and other cities where you do similar work.
[15:39] Does anyone have any questions or comments?
[15:42] Yeah.
[15:43] It's on April 22nd and it'll be a good morning.
[15:47] So part of the reason why we brought this to you is because as opposed to city, you guys would help develop the agenda, so we would revert to you very little help you
[16:13] to create ideas with stuff, but like to build the activities and think like that and then you guys would be like leading the discussions and things.
[16:19] So the staff are all there to help from you to the cities, but really it's on the most cities and the other chairs from other cities.
[16:27] So like kind of lead it and walk it through that day.
[16:31] So that's part of the reason why we all wanted to bring it to you.
[16:35] Normally we'll just be like, hey, it's coming up on this day.
[16:38] And it is really fine and beneficial.
[16:43] I highly encourage everybody to attend that day and we'll get you guys the time and stuff.
[16:49] It's not necessarily a public meeting like this, so we didn't have the time in there.
[16:56] But I've heard back from Dougland, Ian's husband, Ian, and Ian.
[17:03] Daniel and Melody in attendance, maybe not all of them, but everybody is thinking again.
[17:08] And then also I believe there's a joint arts commission.
[17:12] We can also meeting going on here at the same time, so maybe you don't have any people to come up and see what I think they're all doing.
[17:21] So it's really fun.
[17:23] And then I would refer to planning that would be, or be like, like, this stuff that isn't such like at this item, or is that later.
[17:33] Okay.
[17:34] Yeah, I know last year it was really fun.
[17:37] And then it was like, it was like, you had fun activities.
[17:39] We had like a dance thing.
[17:41] So we did.
[17:42] I know he did like trivia and now it looks like he's done before.
[17:46] Yeah.
[17:47] That was a, that was fun.
[17:48] I definitely would love.
[17:49] I said, we don't have a quarter.
[17:52] Yeah.
[17:53] This is the quarter.
[17:55] Do you guys have any ideas or things that you are excited to see at that retreat?
[18:01] I think one thing over is there's my last year, maybe we can do more of it.
[18:06] Here's like, from a couple of minutes, actually.
[18:09] I think we have kind of ran out of time for that discussion to make it a lot more important for us.
[18:15] Okay.
[18:16] Yeah.
[18:18] Well, that's a question on.
[18:20] Just like that.
[18:21] And what you guys like in the past week, what each career is important is that.
[18:26] That's good.
[18:28] Just like what have you like, how do you know activities that they like?
[18:39] You guys don't have to figure it back to the beginning.
[18:42] Well, the teachers make you do that and move around and talk to you, tell them.
[18:47] I think we can do that.
[18:48] I think we can do that.
[18:49] The people are not going to do that.
[18:50] But, you can learn about it.
[18:51] The cities not work.
[18:52] So the three generations.
[18:53] We just generally, I predict they're always ready to take notes.
[18:56] If you can learn it, that's it.
[18:57] They can put it in the car if we don't work.
[18:59] So yeah.
[19:01] Okay.
[19:02] The children.
[19:03] We have the screen.
[19:04] We have the screen.
[19:05] This is mine.
[19:06] Thanks.
[19:07] Can you explain it to me now?
[19:08] Which?
[19:09] Great.
[19:10] It's not on that.
[19:11] It's really important.
[19:12] What else?
[19:13] And what's up?
[19:14] And what's up?
[19:15] I don't know if they were used to pick the most emotional,
[19:18] but they'll be called towers.
[19:20] I don't know how it's gone.
[19:21] I thought it was fine.
[19:31] There are lots of people to people to be go.
[19:34] So it's like, you have to be go, go cheat,
[19:36] and then you have to find someone at it.
[19:38] And you might try to, like,
[19:40] not have to be with someone on your own committee.
[19:43] But, like, trying to want to do this a bit,
[19:45] a bit, a bit more than five countries.
[19:47] Or, like, some of those things,
[19:49] how these two languages,
[19:51] really were just totally not gonna stop.
[19:53] So that way you get to choose a few different people.
[19:55] Yeah.
[19:56] It might be like a,
[19:57] but I'd tell you, for, like, why do everyone first gets there?
[19:59] Like, would really like, like,
[20:00] like, many people may have been able to take care of.
[20:02] So there's this thing when you're, like, in a circle,
[20:05] and, like, one person took their name and then left the end
[20:07] and everyone was able to keep a name after.
[20:09] So that might be fun to, like, get to know each other.
[20:12] Okay, yeah.
[20:13] Okay, yeah.
[20:14] I call it, like, name circle, maybe?
[20:16] Yeah.
[20:17] I don't really like their name or something.
[20:20] And you need to know them.
[20:21] And people, they're the way we're remembering something.
[20:23] Yeah.
[20:24] Yeah.
[20:25] Yeah.
[20:26] Yeah.
[20:27] Yeah.
[20:28] Yeah.
[20:29] Yeah.
[20:30] Yeah.
[20:31] Yeah.
[20:32] Yeah.
[20:33] Yeah.
[20:34] Yeah.
[20:35] Yeah.
[20:36] Yeah.
[20:37] Yeah.
[20:38] Yeah.
[20:39] Yeah.
[20:40] Yeah.
[20:41] Yeah.
[20:42] I can hear about the music.
[20:43] Okay.
[20:44] All right.
[20:45] That's what I think you guys, let's hear about that.
[20:46] Let's hear about the music.
[20:51] Um.
[20:52] Yeah.
[20:53] Yeah.
[20:54] My album.
[20:56] Okay.
[20:57] Good feeling.
[20:58] Yeah.
[20:59] groups, or it was like a full discussion or how to work.
[21:02] And the other one made them, but then how much did it make them?
[21:05] Yeah.
[21:06] OK.
[21:07] I think your people were like, we kind of split out from others,
[21:09] like most people from like, city or something,
[21:12] and it was like, and you kind of discussed
[21:14] what you guys do in each other's videos.
[21:17] But then also, like, how you can use that opportunity
[21:20] to actually have a new answer on the questions that people.
[21:23] So maybe one thing could be like, like,
[21:31] favorite activity that you did the past year, right?
[21:34] And that would be a chair or mat.
[21:36] Other like simple, but I'm just like that,
[21:39] but anyone wants to see, you know, like,
[21:43] trends, trends, but you know, there's a team
[21:46] trying to get through four teams from issues.
[21:51] Like communication issues, or outreach issues,
[21:54] they're just, you know, with different ways to each or all,
[21:58] dealing with those types of things or addressing them with their own committee.
[22:02] Because all, like, pretty similar areas, you know,
[22:05] between like that one and end of the moment,
[22:07] it will look like this, but you all have your different little person.
[22:13] Yeah, that's like, there's also, like, how do we change the people, yeah.
[22:20] Yeah, but to be also passionate about that, kind of,
[22:24] how, um, like, would apply for the day.
[22:26] So, like, what would you think of it in that touch of time?
[22:30] Yeah, that's a lovely, yeah.
[22:40] Okay, I think one thing to be like,
[22:43] I'll hope that what is one or two things that will be what you want to do with it.
[22:48] But it's kind of a city war, if the city's can do it in the support teams,
[22:52] better, if it is, uh, uh, that ties with your problems,
[22:57] let's just say trucks.
[22:58] Okay, yeah, so that would be, I think, a super productive.
[23:01] You know, that's a good thing.
[23:07] I feel like another thing could be, like, talking about what the best,
[23:11] that they play, and they're like, well, that's a big work,
[23:13] that they gain the most attention and team's mind, yeah.
[23:17] This is how they really go, it's how they're go through it,
[23:20] some more, I think that's how it's done.
[23:22] Yeah, definitely.
[23:31] That was a lot of good brainstorming.
[23:33] Any other ideas, anyone?
[23:36] Right?
[23:37] That was pretty good.
[23:39] And, um, two of those groups, just like, right?
[23:45] You know, two of those groups, right?
[23:48] Right.
[23:49] So, guys, can I get a motion to approve the participation
[23:54] and support to host the Tribal Youth Advisory Committee of Retrieve?
[23:58] Oh, thank you, thank you.
[24:00] Sounds good, but a second for anyone?
[24:03] I said that.
[24:04] And then, um, all those favors, these raise your hand, let's say, out.
[24:09] Ah, come on.
[24:15] Come on.
[24:16] So, 11, and then, um, any votes, please raise your hand, any abstain?
[24:22] Right.
[24:23] So, this motion happens to be the first group,
[24:25] but it's not going to be the first group, but it's not going to be the first group.
[24:28] Oh, no.
[24:36] And, that's what's about ultimately to item seven,
[24:39] which is committee of the other points.
[24:45] Excuse me, I'm here, but nobody asking me to ask me to ask,
[24:48] we go out.
[24:49] You just end of this point, too, right?
[24:51] Yes.
[24:52] You guys need to be in the wrong spot.
[24:55] Sorry, we had cut, and it went you as you walked in,
[24:58] and we're moving on.
[24:59] No, I just heard your said, right, so that you have a partner,
[25:03] because I didn't walk in earlier, because it passed me.
[25:06] And then they go, they have a partner.
[25:08] Oh, I need to so much.
[25:10] OK, uh, so now I'm going to go back to the point, too.
[25:16] Because I walked in when you were ending, and if you don't,
[25:18] I'd always see that the least, uh, are you expecting to pay me?
[25:22] Oh, yeah, I'm sorry.
[25:23] I just want to let you guys continue weren't there for the presentation
[25:26] of the information.
[25:26] Yes, because today is under the busy day.
[25:30] Thank you so much.
[25:32] There's more to go with the partner.
[25:34] The problem is, I apologize, but I'm sorry.
[25:37] Yes.
[25:39] OK, so, um, obviously, I'm just majority of what you were saying,
[25:44] um, but you have a retreat, and I went your, um,
[25:49] stop report.
[25:50] It's going to be in the context of Oregon, uh, you know,
[25:54] collaboration with other cities.
[25:57] I'm wondering, if you could please, uh, give us specifically,
[26:01] what the guys are going to be working on.
[26:03] Because these team majors are really appointed by you,
[26:08] they don't really represent their peers.
[26:10] This is actually a communist model, where they are drafted,
[26:14] as e-metes, back in Mal, cultural revolution,
[26:17] they're called the records.
[26:19] And so, you're a gift in the power to go and basically,
[26:24] do whatever you tell them to do.
[26:27] They have, they're so tough, but they don't even need to go
[26:29] report to the district's trustee board.
[26:33] You know, last time you guys had the wishing tree,
[26:35] they just went in there and talked to the principal,
[26:38] the principal didn't even say no, didn't even dare to say no,
[26:42] because, you know, they were in that queue.
[26:45] And I'd like that a problem, as a taxpayer and as a parent,
[26:49] because right now, you know that this little push is about a lot of issues,
[26:56] that not all families agree.
[26:58] So, I really appreciate it.
[27:00] You guys would please, when you go to this retreat,
[27:04] I don't know if you guys are going to, you know, make it a public event,
[27:08] where adults and, you know, they're peers,
[27:10] you want to come and watch them, or you're going to have like a close door, where they're just,
[27:15] and then to go to the, you know, and do whatever.
[27:19] So, I'm really appreciate it.
[27:21] If you guys can please have a transparent government, that's what it is.
[27:26] Everything is about transparency in this country.
[27:28] In my life, we're now in the United Communists,
[27:31] nations, in America.
[27:33] Otherwise, I would really appreciate it.
[27:35] If you guys could please, just close your agenda.
[27:39] The issue, time, and the location to the public,
[27:43] and also ask for our public involvement as, you know, what the arts councils have done,
[27:49] when they had open it up to the greater communities of the university.
[27:54] It was still very transparent.
[27:57] It's still notified, you know, the public.
[28:01] Thank you.
[28:02] Thank you very much.
[28:05] I'm going to start off with the Arts Advisory Committee.
[28:23] The representative here, the reason I put out with this,
[28:26] they're she's good, but she's absent, and so is the alternate ramp.
[28:29] Does anyone have their shoes on your part?
[28:32] Okay.
[28:34] Then we want to economic development advisory committee,
[28:38] which, the private today, was also asked for it, however,
[28:42] that did the alternate?
[28:44] I didn't receive any news from today, but they equally,
[28:48] and that we believe it was not that big.
[28:51] So I have an opportunity today though.
[28:53] Okay.
[28:54] I'm going to be sure, our last meeting, which was long,
[28:56] everything first, I think we covered that.
[28:58] Yeah, and there we know we think.
[29:00] Okay.
[29:00] And then, some of that, if you could,
[29:02] I'd also want to know what it would be like to be my last version of her.
[29:07] Okay.
[29:07] And then, how's your advisory committee, Alyona?
[29:10] Yeah, so we received some updates.
[29:11] So there was a meeting on Wednesday, March 8th,
[29:14] and then I'm going to be meeting the target descriptions.
[29:17] This is also a J.C.
[29:18] The Economic Development Committee.
[29:20] For the share part, we did an office area several times.
[29:23] This was supposed to facilitate the moment.
[29:25] And being the only aim for the minimum of seven portion of this shop branch one,
[29:31] and the preliminary vision from Congress to create a pedestrian oriented
[29:34] and it seems to me that you concentrate at commercial residential and recreation areas,
[29:39] that are used, and integrated with the Shreveragency Center.
[29:43] So yeah, there will be these development in the area that I was talking about,
[29:47] and there will probably be more shops on January 31st,
[29:50] and March 7th, to be about it.
[29:54] Thank you for your report.
[29:56] And then, I would like to remind you that you're submitting the previous edition.
[30:00] And then, the planning commission group?
[30:10] Thank you for your support, and Senior Advisory Committee heavy.
[30:40] So the other meeting on March 6th, and there was two meetings in that end.
[30:43] The first one was about awkward, which is a membership that seniors can basically subscribe to.
[30:49] And so the advantages of this are that they have early traditions to serve activity,
[30:54] one dollar, all of this in your van, and other benefits like this.
[30:58] They also can use letters over to them.
[31:00] And so after COVID, the membership drops.
[31:02] So the seniors discuss what they can do to either increase the benefits, more increase the membership for seniors.
[31:08] And the second meeting they discuss what we see like volunteer programs, which also has to do with that.
[31:13] We see volunteer lots.
[31:15] But there is a discussion about how to get seniors more involved in terms of volunteering in the community.
[31:20] And they're also looking for more volunteer as well as foster seniors.
[31:24] Thank you for sharing.
[31:26] And the transportation advisory committee and our stuff.
[31:29] So it's really nice to meet you.
[31:32] Thank you.
[31:42] And then, open space, advisory committee of the cell?
[31:59] Yes.
[32:00] If that's basically on March 13.
[32:02] And there may be more thoughts on which business
[32:04] on their previous I've already been.
[32:06] It's good to discuss my annual report.
[32:08] Thank you.
[32:11] And then City Council's like a two-step event.
[32:15] And the February is Shruti, who's absent.
[32:18] And the alternate is thought she was also absent.
[32:20] But we all know that.
[32:21] We also treat the SME, the adults of the meeting,
[32:24] on the event.
[32:25] So there's a population because they're emerged
[32:27] from on May 23.
[32:28] As Americans by cost money.
[32:29] As well as prescription drugs that use awareness money.
[32:32] And the City Council has infected others here
[32:34] and we need to consider the two of those
[32:36] to bid for the market place next to use development projects.
[32:39] And then, we have the systems, again,
[32:41] to market place areas of the moment,
[32:42] just a minute and a deal against the planning conditions
[32:45] on February 16th.
[32:47] And they've voted to improve the project after its final
[32:49] of our public hearing on the conference.
[32:52] Okay.
[32:53] Thank you for sharing.
[32:54] And then City Council, fourth, two-step and one.
[32:57] What's the first week?
[32:58] Because I advised Sophia, who's absent,
[33:00] and then the alternate thought she was also absent.
[33:03] Does anyone have the notes about one?
[33:06] Okay.
[33:07] And then, I don't believe in both the notes
[33:09] for the Arts of Magic meeting either.
[33:11] So we'll circle back to it at our next meeting with the notes
[33:15] with reports from those meetings.
[33:19] And then, all those doubts from the arts.
[33:22] I would say the Arts of Magic meeting are going to reach out
[33:26] to the meeting council later on.
[33:28] So they can kind of look them into the meeting
[33:31] that's not like somebody that's been there recently.
[33:34] Oh, okay.
[33:35] All of them.
[33:36] I don't know.
[33:37] Okay.
[33:38] Okay.
[33:39] Good.
[33:40] And then.
[33:41] Okay.
[33:43] Oh.
[33:44] Yes.
[33:45] She has been at the meeting there.
[33:46] She said that there is a conference.
[33:47] And I kind of got this very different part.
[33:49] There's evidence in the center.
[33:50] She doesn't have to be absent.
[33:52] Yeah.
[33:53] But then, I'd also give a five-day call
[33:56] in the Arts of Magic meeting.
[34:00] So, at last meeting, there will be discuss the end
[34:03] of reports from a lot of other meetings.
[34:05] The Arts of Magic meeting.
[34:07] The senior citizen advisory committee.
[34:10] And the Library advisory committee.
[34:12] Provided.
[34:14] Provided.
[34:15] Like, they kind of reviewed what they did over the year.
[34:19] And then, we listened out.
[34:21] There was also a update on, like, special event application process,
[34:25] which I didn't really know what that was before hearing about this.
[34:28] So, it was very interesting to hear.
[34:30] And it was also good to know how they were updating the process.
[34:34] Like, based on how they saw that, like, we needed to be changed.
[34:37] And I think it's worth changing for events in the city.
[34:41] They were very confident of that.
[34:43] And they were updating the application process.
[34:45] Like, based on that reporting to that.
[34:46] So, I think it was really nice to see that.
[34:48] Okay.
[34:49] And then, yeah.
[34:50] That's all I have for that.
[34:52] Is there anything else that you'd like to ask?
[34:54] You know, the first one.
[34:55] Nice job.
[34:56] Right?
[34:57] So, you're welcome to the editor.
[34:58] So, I'm really, I'm going to ask.
[35:00] On the 23.
[35:01] If you guys are doing Thursday.
[35:03] Like, you know, this 30.
[35:04] Now, like, five year.
[35:06] We're going to ask something.
[35:07] And it's in.
[35:08] And it's in the building in the bottom room.
[35:10] And basically, think about that.
[35:12] It's.
[35:13] It's.
[35:14] It's.
[35:15] It's.
[35:16] It's.
[35:17] It's.
[35:18] It's.
[35:19] It's.
[35:20] It's.
[35:21] It's.
[35:22] And how this is.
[35:23] So so, it's.
[35:25] So.
[35:26] 10 number?
[35:30] Actually, it's.
[35:35] Jonah.
[35:36] When I go.
[35:37] I don't you do need.
[35:38] You do.
[35:39] I don't.
[35:40] There's.
[35:41] Everything and.
[35:42] aga.
[35:43] That's, that one man.
[35:44] So.
[35:45] So.
[35:46] To.
[35:48] All.
[35:49] here's what's important to ours and what I think the city should do and if the future so if we're not doing anything and then you got to work and they come up all chapter
[35:58] and I'll take a bridge list so I can read about that because I can like it's struggle with it and be as different.
[36:04] But how do you continue to tend it on the 25 out to that point that many of the others I would add to you is
[36:12] and then you guys can go on work with the senior tech days, that was so well received and you guys are going to know it's a lot of work, because it's been a bit
[36:23] the feedback was amazing and how much it helped people sitting up, you know, testing it's a lot of really influencing you guys for if you did it was pretty amazing
[36:31] so thank you so much for taking the time to do that, it was really well received and people really thankful for it
[36:38] it's a very sharp thing, take care of it.
[36:41] So I don't have any questions about any of the reports that I've been working with.
[36:51] I'd like to open it up before I call the call.
[36:56] Do you have any?
[36:58] We have one for whom I want to take care of.
[37:01] I think you so much for allowing me to meet.
[37:04] I just want to add to the training reports because I haven't had to have been to several months that you have shared.
[37:11] When I was going to do that housing combined, meaning I wanted to remain young, tall gentleman,
[37:18] but I think he was probably one of you guys.
[37:21] I was very impressed that he was there.
[37:24] And I spoke with him a little bit because this entire share of my heart will take about the ten years to build.
[37:33] So basically I won't be their prospective customer because I don't really want to do that long.
[37:39] And so I wouldn't be buying here, but you guys will be.
[37:43] And so, you know, from him, I found out a little bit about his preference.
[37:48] Because if I'm just meeting, they have several options.
[37:51] But maybe I'm density to high density to low density.
[37:55] And he picked a medium density because he had this to be a matrider.
[38:00] And so, you know, if you will prefer, you know, a little bit more space,
[38:04] because that's how he grew up in Dorene Valley.
[38:06] I just want to share that with you guys.
[38:08] And I was very, very impressed with his demeanor and, you know, the way he carried himself,
[38:13] because he could tell me with, you know, the only mother was very young.
[38:17] The best of her attention.
[38:18] So, for all of you guys, senior committee I didn't want him to go.
[38:24] But it's been conflicting with the county's finance committee.
[38:28] And I've been going to the county finance because they're really spending a lot of money.
[38:34] Whereas senior committee is, I feel, you know, more covered by you guys.
[38:40] I was hoping, though, that they would gentiles an update for the storm victims from January.
[38:46] A lot of the seniors, homes were flooded.
[38:49] And I know that, you know, we're helping them.
[38:52] And then it was a question.
[38:54] We don't know if they're still here.
[38:56] We don't know if they're healthy.
[38:57] We don't know if they are wounded to their housing.
[39:00] If you guys can please push or have gentiles obtained on those seniors.
[39:06] I would greatly appreciate it.
[39:08] Transportation committee.
[39:11] I spent somebody doing my taxpayer doing a lot by going to poverty market.
[39:19] Almost as somebody and almost got hit.
[39:22] I found out that three lights were synchronized at the same time.
[39:25] One is a left turn from the bishop for the structure.
[39:28] One is the pedestrian walk across from the lot to the structure.
[39:33] And one is a right turn coming from the structure.
[39:36] On to communal remote.
[39:38] I'm an experienced driver.
[39:40] I stopped in time.
[39:41] So I did not hit the pedestrian.
[39:43] Who was not waiting for the light.
[39:45] What I was waiting for the, you know, red as well.
[39:48] But you dash out of nowhere as the sun was glaring in my eyes.
[39:52] So I was able to catch myself and come later on.
[39:55] I tried to go back and try to experience what the experienced.
[39:58] And then I confirmed my suspicion.
[40:01] All three lights were on at the same time.
[40:03] And there was one of you guys, you know, me and I heard.
[40:06] You would not have stood a chance.
[40:07] You would have hit somebody.
[40:09] So I asked my invitation to please check into this.
[40:12] And today they gave me some,
[40:14] or you might.
[40:15] That is really not conducive to the video that photo that the issue had addressed with them.
[40:21] So if you guys are curious,
[40:23] please pay attention to problematic intersections.
[40:26] Where you can possibly get a bicyclist.
[40:29] He's who knows pedestrians.
[40:31] You know, mentally billed waiters.
[40:33] Really.
[40:34] I mean, like, you know, I'm a parent.
[40:36] I'm paying double the insurance this year.
[40:39] Because, you know, I have a couple of teenagers now on the insurance monster.
[40:44] Open space.
[40:46] They basically work on their goals.
[40:48] But this kind of year, which I was on.
[40:50] Okay.
[40:51] Man, I'm up.
[40:53] 10 seconds.
[40:55] I'm up.
[40:56] Great.
[40:57] Great.
[40:59] They work on goals.
[41:00] Which, uh, includes a plant that could be acquisition.
[41:02] Which was really strange.
[41:04] Because there's a post-traumatic plant that's not just that clearly.
[41:07] Uh, to work with the developers.
[41:09] I thought that really fishy.
[41:11] Um, and then, uh, planning the marketplace was so controversial.
[41:14] Because they're not building affordable housing.
[41:16] But to touch single family homes.
[41:18] That will be in multi-million dollars.
[41:21] All right.
[41:22] The advisory basis.
[41:23] Who worked on the issues?
[41:24] What do you know?
[41:25] What to share with you guys?
[41:26] Who are the artists?
[41:27] Going forward a lot of, uh, eight eyes.
[41:30] Uh, arms will come out.
[41:32] But then they may be using your arms.
[41:35] So that one of the issues is to try to find out how you guys can get paid.
[41:39] By those companies who use your arms for loyalty.
[41:42] Because as your heart is precious.
[41:44] But, you know, you can shouldn't be free.
[41:46] Thank you.
[41:47] Thank you.
[41:57] All right.
[42:00] So, okay.
[42:01] Now, I'm going to move on to, I'm eight, which is committee commission and councilor announcements.
[42:11] So, first of all, you're from me.
[42:13] I have a lot of committees.
[42:15] Um, which, right.
[42:17] So, we just, I'll be doing this.
[42:20] I'm going to just, I'm going to just, I'm going to do this.
[42:24] Okay.
[42:25] Okay.
[42:26] So, I'm going to, um, let's start off with, to be seeing your text day out of the free.
[42:32] So, if you, um, just have a good report.
[42:35] Yeah.
[42:36] So, we had a, I said, excuse me, take it.
[42:38] It's best part of it.
[42:39] And, um, it was going really well.
[42:41] We have a lot of volunteers and met a lot of students come out.
[42:44] Um, and we helped with a lot of their,
[42:46] And, like, problems regarding, as of their iPhone,
[42:49] their different devices.
[42:50] And, I had a lot of various questions and various, uh,
[42:53] and I had situations that,
[42:54] and I was like, well, we're good.
[42:55] We've got the two hours that it went on.
[42:57] And, yeah.
[42:58] Okay.
[42:59] Yeah.
[43:00] Thank you.
[43:01] And then, um, what's here for the Wistory Committee?
[43:03] All right.
[43:04] Um, so, there.
[43:05] I just, just, we, um, look at Ponce for, in first.
[43:08] Because, like, for April, we're going to do a first,
[43:10] St. James, um, Wistory.
[43:13] And, some of the Ponce for what?
[43:15] Every day, in first, they need to use.
[43:18] And, Scott, I'm wondering if you could keep the earth clean,
[43:20] and the final one was, how many of you teach people about the environment?
[43:23] So, um, you're kind of, get back to the media and they'll, um,
[43:27] put that out in your possible.
[43:28] All right.
[43:29] Thank you.
[43:30] And with that, by the way, let's go to social media.
[43:31] It's going to be, it's going to be, it's going to be.
[43:32] Yeah.
[43:33] So, for March, we're about to post the March Wistory, post, um,
[43:37] which will be for Wistory Month.
[43:39] And I moved up to April, I actually mentioned the, um,
[43:42] more from the Earth Day post.
[43:43] And hopefully getting that out is a piece.
[43:45] We get that before April, and we're going to use one of this hospital.
[43:48] And then, for April, we wanted to, um,
[43:51] of, according to our planning, you wanted to, um,
[43:53] more close about two times in program registration,
[43:57] specifically for the summer and for this program.
[44:00] All right.
[44:01] Thank you.
[44:02] And then, um, be about your memory?
[44:04] Yeah.
[44:05] So, um, so, really, my life's going to be, um,
[44:07] we're going to be doing, um, the Jewish State of Illinois project, um,
[44:11] and you've had about, uh, 10 students, or 10,
[44:14] to use a part of, um, here at the very state of Washington,
[44:17] you've got to send us a video about what you want to,
[44:19] and I want to talk about it, uh,
[44:21] in the next month's report to, um,
[44:23] I'm going to go to the hospital, um,
[44:25] at the hospital, um, or, uh,
[44:28] I'm sure you want to go to the hospital, um,
[44:29] um, and, um, yeah, really just came down to the, uh,
[44:32] the next month's, um,
[44:33] or month.
[44:34] I'd like to kind of go up to the team,
[44:36] to help us out with this group of, um,
[44:37] yeah.
[44:39] Yeah.
[44:40] Thank you for sharing and, uh, just that I don't know.
[44:42] So, yeah.
[44:43] The messages of the group in Great Job, helping out with,
[44:45] I sustained a bit of a good project that, um,
[44:47] As you remember, we talked about our last meeting and we approved.
[44:49] So I think there's also going to come out together and listen to like the state of
[44:54] activities and so if anyone on the council wants to, you know, research those or just make
[44:58] a video like yourself doing.
[45:00] We're going to take a picture. We can include that item on which we're going to put on our social media to raise awareness about sustainable activities, the teams can do and so on.
[45:09] So, that's going to be a great way to get involved with that project, as you guys are interested. So, keep checking your emails for more information about that.
[45:16] And then, lots of good, at least, the local government meeting.
[45:20] At the last meeting, we talked about a couple of changes. We wanted to take that location, I think, most of those are the things that make it a place that will be implemented.
[45:27] But I have the updated flyers for next year, Jessica.
[45:31] There's just one thing, like, which is like, we're ready to sponsor for a key ticket for the winner for the chamber dinner.
[45:39] So, we'll be able to come sponsor for that. We'll be able to be able to come to the next year and see if they can do it next year as well.
[45:47] But, for the most part, we're done with, at any cases, in which it will work, because this is just kind of proving that we're already not planning to sponsor.
[45:55] Thank you. Really, yeah, let's have a look at the question.
[45:57] I would like to add some things to your senior tech days. So, I was a volunteer both days.
[46:02] And I actually, on the second day, I saw a lot of new term needs in years.
[46:06] And they asked us if we were going to have more other tech days, but we don't have any else, man.
[46:12] So, I just think that we could probably consider planning how long our dates.
[46:16] So, it's more continuous, maybe the rest of the year, right in the next year.
[46:20] Yeah, that's a really good idea.
[46:22] I think in the senior tech committee wants me to figure out if there's specific days that might work best for people to show up and volunteer,
[46:30] that definitely let us know.
[46:32] I mean, what did you know, we always face the senior tech days is, you know, we love putting it up on me,
[46:36] we love volunteering and then also the seniors really have to join them.
[46:39] But, we usually do them all in a weekday morning, because that's what a lot of senior centers, seniors are out with seniors,
[46:45] but those didn't usually only have them that, like, staff learning days or teacher work days.
[46:49] And there are a lot of those 12 guitar schools, guys, you know, like, especially for the rest of the year.
[46:53] But if you guys, look at this, guys, if you guys find, like, a certain time, so you think would work,
[46:58] please, like, let us know, because I would definitely find another senior tech day.
[47:03] So, yeah.
[47:04] Thank you for bringing that up, though.
[47:06] And I think that was all of the committee reports from the Arab committee.
[47:11] Does anyone have any questions about any of those?
[47:14] Okay.
[47:15] And then, so that there's permission and council announcements.
[47:19] So, do we have any of our commissioners or council members?
[47:22] You know, I get a report.
[47:23] Thank you.
[47:24] Thank you.
[47:25] You're welcome.
[47:26] And then we'll start.
[47:27] Everything was covered.
[47:28] That we did in the council meeting.
[47:30] The only other thing I would add is that the language for a significant end of the movement was expanded
[47:36] for the M1U presentation.
[47:39] And we also did have a closed session for consideration of three managers,
[47:47] maybe just six sessions.
[47:50] So, we can talk about the problem.
[47:53] But it was a very long period of time.
[47:57] Yeah.
[47:58] Everything was very, very early, otherwise.
[48:00] And I don't see you on Thursday.
[48:03] I'll be there.
[48:04] It's a very long period.
[48:05] I'll be there.
[48:06] I'll be there.
[48:07] I'll be there.
[48:09] Thank you.
[48:11] Thank you for your announcement.
[48:13] And then, any questions about them?
[48:16] Does anyone?
[48:17] Okay.
[48:18] And with that, do we have a public on the other side?
[48:20] We have one for a public on the other side.
[48:22] We have one for a public on the other side.
[48:23] Thank you so much.
[48:24] Just don't be sure.
[48:25] Thank you.
[48:26] We're going to do a kick date.
[48:28] What I'd like to share with you next day, I heard.
[48:31] So, I'll see you next week.
[48:32] I want to learn how to attend public meetings.
[48:35] And this is more like county, because our city is already moving away.
[48:39] It's probably both.
[48:40] I think the only thing I'll be up is many first and city council, which is pretty easy.
[48:45] But then, in our seniors, one to listen to the county, they will feel a little bit more complicated.
[48:52] So, if you guys can help out there, if you do have any seniors who want to buy that, it will be great.
[48:59] So, which entry?
[49:00] Because your topic is going to be on something kind of controversial.
[49:05] I would like you to please be mindful of people's privacy.
[49:09] I didn't need an account display.
[49:12] The product that you collect later, you know, to protect people from being harassed.
[49:18] Or if it doesn't matter.
[49:20] And regarding sustainability, which, and actually, because I went to one at the county level, I was
[49:27] already shocked.
[49:28] It is, we're definitely moving into a communist mode of sustainability and energy light.
[49:34] Right now, one of our solar power energy is called MCD.
[49:39] Energy and if you look at, they claim themselves to be non-profit.
[49:44] If you look at the non-profit board, they consist of all former council members, supervisors, VISTAs,
[49:52] and politician-driven organizations.
[49:57] So, what does that mean?
[49:58] That means, used to be teaching a, they're all private.
[50:01] Whatever I spent with them, the government has no business going.
[50:06] But now, we're moving towards the government-driven, since it's not sustainable, really, because solar power,
[50:13] and so that they need also land to harvest those power.
[50:18] So, that's why they're putting us all in an affordable housing.
[50:21] So, we can home into one little place that they can have huge space, which a lot of is, you know,
[50:27] in a couple of lands, they have to jurisdiction to then appropriate as solar and a farm.
[50:34] That's what I learned.
[50:35] It is very scary for me, because I lived quite a while when you combine energy and you combine land.
[50:44] And all the government and, you know, what is supposed to be private?
[50:49] Now, you know, there's some of that property.
[50:52] Not all of it just means they don't need to pay taxes.
[50:54] It doesn't mean that, you know, they're poor, isn't it?
[50:57] It's a very scary, you know, tread.
[51:00] And, you guys are so young, I don't really know how much you can grasp what I'm saying,
[51:05] but good luck to you guys, you know, because I guess I will be willing to love it.
[51:11] But if we continue to build this route, I really wish that would be kind of American energy,
[51:17] which is, you know, really, private, public, separate.
[51:21] No, we were part of the politicians, should own our land where we live, get energy, water, air, everything.
[51:29] Thank you.
[51:30] Thank you.
[51:31] And now, all you're on here.
[51:35] I don't know if you're on any level, I don't know if you're on any level.
[51:38] All right.
[51:39] There's a little we want to, I'm going to nine, which is adjourned.
[51:43] So, I adjourned with meeting 720 mark.
[51:47] Thank you.
[51:49] Thank you.
[51:51] I'm going to go on the plane.
