[15:33] aligned that was supposed to go from um um um so all the way down to natural bridge all the way
[15:41] down natural bridge to downtown unfortunately for him since I was there and he wasn't I actually
[15:47] have all the stuff that we have and many of the people who were on the board at that time
[15:51] know that that's what we agreed to and South St. Louis had their own line and they were supposed
[15:56] to meet downtown and for us not to have even a single track is ridiculous so I will be continuing
[16:02] and protesting against anything that by state is seeking for funds and especially as they now
[16:11] and members of this board push this big bus theory as though that takes the place
[16:16] of the Metro link that was promised for North St. Louis you will continue to disregard us if
[16:22] we don't have any voice that says this is not right. This is not right. And I'm of course requesting
[16:27] a roll call so that I may vote no in protest. Not because it's going to stop anything because I want
[16:32] to have that conversation each and every single time that when you lie and you have ongoing lies
[16:37] for 10, 20, 30 years and you do nothing to make it happen, but you feel comfortable in spending
