I now call this meeting to order at 203 PM, will the public health staff liaison please conduct a roll call of voting board members. [0:22] Kerry Samson, President, Matt Sanchez, President Romney Ribe, President, Jennifer Moniz is [0:31] excused today, June Jackleford, President, Alexis Ross, Teresa Castro de Alta [0:39] Marano, President, Jennifer Seizmore, President, Tia Brenton, President, [0:48] if you believe [0:48] If we have sufficient board members in attendance to establish a quorum, there will be [0:55] action taken at this meeting. [1:00] This is a time set aside for the public to address the public health advisory board on items [1:04] noted for discussion or considerations or on issues under the purview of this board. [1:09] Are there any members of the public in attendance? [1:11] I need it. [1:12] Just speak. [1:12] Mine, I'm muted. [1:14] Mine, muted. [1:15] That's just me. [1:16] No, no, no. [1:17] No, no, no. [1:20] So we do not have a presentation this month, so we'll skip that under general announcements. [1:27] We will now hear general announcements related to the administration of the Public Health [1:30] Advisory Board from the Public Health staff liaison, as well as any organizational updates [1:35] from Board members. [1:36] Please keep all updates to two to three minutes. [1:40] I'm going to stop for just a moment as we have another Board member that has joined us. [1:44] I'm going to identify yourself. [1:46] Alexis Ross will take me to the health. [1:54] Well, did everybody get a copy of last month's minutes to review? [2:01] Before that, Kerry, I do have so many announcements. [2:03] I wanted to tell you guys for virtual attendance. [2:05] This room is not hard-wired for you guys to attend virtually, [2:09] so if you need to, you can't. [2:13] So just let me know in advance if you can attend, [2:16] and I can mark you as excuse, [2:17] And then we'll get you the minutes and so forth, but there's no ability for board members to attend virtually. [2:24] Okay, [2:33] everybody just a minute to read the minutes. [3:39] Well, I'm going to make a motion. [3:41] So I'm just making sure everybody had time to read them. [3:47] Is there any discussion around the August 206 minutes? [3:54] So I hear a motion to prove the August 206 minutes is written. [3:58] All make a motion. [3:59] T.M. makes a motion in a second, this is for me, I second and [4:04] Romney seconds the motion to approve the August 20, six minutes. [4:15] Next item is the 20,000. [4:18] Oh, I'm sorry. [4:18] Thank you. [4:20] All those in favor. [4:22] Hi. [4:22] Hi. [4:23] Can you opposed? [4:26] Motion carries. [4:29] Thank you. [4:39] Next item is 2027 Community Health Hero Award. [4:43] Each year the Public Health Advisory Board presents winners of the Community [4:46] health care award at the Board of Supervisors meeting during Public Health Week in April. [4:51] Preparations that community health care award include reviewing and revising the [4:54] nomination survey, drafting press releases, distributed nomination surveys, compiling. [5:00] Being an analyzing nomination data, presenting nomination results to the Board of Selection, purchasing [5:08] awards and printing certificates, and presenting winners at the Board of Supervisors meeting [5:12] in April, 2021. [5:18] Call for discussion and action, including appointing a community health [5:22] We're a work committee to complete and work and present to the board. [5:28] Any volunteers? [5:34] Anybody speak at once? [5:36] All right. [5:36] We're volunteering to help with our community health here. [5:42] Work committee to complete the work and present the board. [5:44] So it would be all of the above. [5:47] But a point that we're pointing is sub are asking for subcommittee member or an ad hoc committee to do that work. [5:54] Okay. [5:57] Thank you. [5:58] Yes. [5:58] If I would be in favor of that appointing a subcommittee or ad hoc committee sorry to work on the community help your award. [6:08] So that would be considered a motion. [6:11] Yeah. [6:11] I can't imagine that you need a motion. [6:13] You just need volunteers. [6:15] Okay. [6:16] I'm going to. [6:19] I'm going to. [6:21] And I could chime in a little bit. [6:23] We did revise the nomination form last year, which I think wasn't pretty well. [6:27] So we could probably do a little bit of revising of the nomination form, come up with a plan [6:33] for how we want to distribute it. [6:34] And then we were a little late last year, or the time we got it out, we only had about [6:37] three weeks to distribute. [6:39] So if we can get the nomination form revised now, we could even get it distributed like by December [6:44] and have a few months for circulating that around, maybe get a few more nominations this [6:49] year. [6:50] I will also volunteer. [6:54] I'll volunteer as well. [6:55] Thank you. [6:59] Thank you. [7:01] I was carry. [7:03] Alexis and Matt. [7:12] I will also, I can need one more. [7:20] Next item on the agenda is Orientation Binder. [7:25] And the Simon will now pass around the orientation binder for everybody to look at. [7:39] Actually just share it here. [7:41] If you guys are okay with that. [7:43] The cover looks about like same as it did last time. [7:47] Lexi and I went through it and made some changes to the inside. [7:50] So this is just it's really kind of crude looking because I haven't gotten any like final inserts or anything for it. [7:55] But just so you can see what the layout is. [7:59] I may have this table of contents, so I know you can't read it, but there's an overview [8:02] section which will go over public health, mission vision and values, the spectrum of prevention, [8:09] the actual health service agency or chart, and public health support chart. [8:13] They'll be a list of all the membership of the board and their contact information, so your [8:17] names, phone numbers, and email addresses. [8:21] A brief word about the public health advisory board's role and your role as members. [8:25] And then a calendar of our annual activities, which I started last year, which says things like the community health year award that in September, we appoint a committee to do that work and in March, we'll score the nomination. [8:39] So just to keep track for a new member of over the course of the year, here's all, here are all the things that can expect to do. [8:46] Section 2 goes over meetings, so there'll be a meeting calendar for the year. [8:51] An example of a sign-in sheet, so new members know what to expect when they get to a meeting. [8:55] A sample agenda and a sample minutes, so they know what to expect with that. [8:59] That one page I wrote about the Brown Act. [9:01] They know what to expect as far as coming in here and recordings and all that. [9:07] Roberts rules of order, so they know about minutes, how we call or not minutes, but motions, how we call for emotion. [9:12] we asked for a second of one says I, and then a line about committees. So we'll detail what the committees are for that year. [9:19] We want to make sure that new board members know that the expectation is that they participate in one of our committees. [9:26] The next section is resources. This has a TBD. We talked about member resources. [9:31] That would be from your individual organizations if there's things you want to bring forward. [9:36] Just to have as like a resource in the binder. [9:39] Legislator Info has information on the Board of Supervisors here in Tahima and our state legislators, their contact information, information about ethics training and then the application process. [9:51] There will be a space for blank applications that you can have to hand out. [9:55] Final sections will be the bylaws, so the most recent copy of the bylaws will go there, the most recent copy. [10:00] The annual report. And then the final section is for pass meetings. So you can keep that agenda packet you got today. We can bring a three-hole punch for meetings. So you could three-hole punch your agenda and just slide it in there and have a record for it. [10:13] So that's what it looked like. These tabs, like I said, are really rough because I just wrote them on there, but we'll get better looking tabs. [10:20] And it will be broken down by these sections. [10:24] And then every new member, as we know, will be a current board member, will be assigned as a mentor for the new member. [10:30] So when a new member comes on, we'll set up a meeting with you and them and meet, and we'll give them their binder. [10:35] We'll go through it all together. [10:37] And then in the front page, these two columns, we can initial that you, the trainer, participated, and they, the new board member participated. [10:45] And the dates, we can make sure that all the new board members get the same overview of everything. [10:49] And then when one of us decides to not serve on the board anymore, you can turn in your binder and then we'll hand that off to the next new board member. [10:59] Any questions? [11:01] I just want to say thank you. I love mine. [11:03] I wish every committee or group I was on did something this nice for their new members. [11:09] I want one. [11:09] So that was the thing if you don't have one, we'll make one for every board member and if you have an old one, [11:16] Bring it to me and I'll I'll fit it with all the new stuff. I have an old one [11:22] But I did wish I wish I had a mentor. That would have been cool. That's a good addition. Yeah [11:29] Possibility that we could have an electronic version to that as well an electronic version of the orientation binder [11:35] Yeah, instead of a hard binder electronic binder. Yeah, I can do that [11:40] No problem and then T and not to put you on the spot [11:43] but you were the most recent member [11:45] that kind of went through orientation. [11:46] Is there anything that Simon mentioned [11:48] that might have been missing or you were like, [11:50] oh, I wish I would have had that in mind. [11:52] It was way more comprehensive than anything I'd ever gotten. [11:56] So the Brown Act stuff. [11:57] I mean, I think it was very well put together. [12:00] And then I've been able to make my notes. [12:01] And like he said, all of my agendas are just put in there. [12:04] So I have all my notes together. [12:06] It's been really amazing. [12:07] Thank you. [12:09] So if anybody wants to, when we have a new board member [12:11] come on Jennifer, if you want, come sit in on the orientation and you can get the same version [12:16] of the overview if you want. We'll make sure the orientations are always available to everyone. [12:20] And I think at least annually, the executive committee will review this binder. Some things, [12:26] like the meeting schedules, we know we'll get updated annually, but I think year by year, [12:29] we'll find other things where we say, hey, let's, like it was an idea to include the resources, [12:34] like more member resources. So we'll continue to update it and make it some useful for you guys. [12:39] So I did come up with a question. We're also supposed to have alternates and I finally found an alternate. Then I'm right [12:46] But he's never been on anything so can you let if it would you be willing to let the alternates come to? [12:53] Yeah, that also just so they could go through it with you. So in case they do come to a meeting [12:58] They have at least seen it once and aren't completely thrown off. Yeah [13:02] I think it's a good idea to always have the alternate come with a new board member for sure if they name one right away [13:08] sometimes we don't. And so that's important to that if like Tia, you name an alternate down the line [13:13] just to let the board know like this person needs an orientation. [13:18] Okay. [13:18] Because then you the board member could orient them yourself or we can assign someone else to do it. [13:23] Okay. [13:23] I have a question. [13:25] Does should these processes be added into the bylaws for this committee, [13:30] so that it withstands the test of time? [13:34] Yeah, I think so. [13:35] I agree. I'm working on the by-law revision right now. So it's a good note. [13:45] Anyone else? [13:48] Good job. [13:49] It's a familiar binder. [13:58] But now it is time for committee reports. [14:03] We will now hear reports from subcommittees of the Public Health Advisory Board. [14:10] I have a question to that too. [14:13] Sorry. [14:14] As we're looking over. [14:17] No. [14:19] We're getting this recorded. [14:20] I agree though. So since this off the last minutes about updating the language on a agenda from committees subcommittees to ad hocs to be reflected accurately. [14:32] Did it be called an ad hoc versus a subcommittee? Yes. And where was the update for number five committee reports. [14:41] If that was listed as ad hoc reports. I will make that change. [14:52] We'll just be ad hoc committees then. [14:55] Okay, so we will now hear reports from ad hoc committees of the Public Health Advisory Board. [15:00] Please keep your report to three minutes or less. [15:05] So that would be executive board. [15:09] Senior Wellen. So that was our first senior wellness event. And it was a healthy aging community [15:24] collaborative. It was a panelist event, so we had six panelists, which was really great. [15:30] We had for many different departments. We had a representative from partnership, which [15:35] was, we didn't think we were going to have that and we did and that was a really good resource [15:40] to have. But everybody came with great perspectives and our goal was to learn about the gaps in [15:47] our community with aging and some of the biggest gaps that came up was of course affordable housing, [15:52] caregiver support, transportation, awareness and access to resources, funding, broadband [15:59] access, and better collaboration between agencies as well as tribal community representation. [16:06] We talked about potential solutions, which included a senior resource fair advocacy for [16:11] seniors, education, advanced planning, and creating more opportunities. [16:17] After the event, we had a follow-up committee meeting, and we kind of decided where we [16:22] of focus on and many had listed up three of our main focuses which is to talk directly with seniors [16:29] through focus groups and different settings research and outreach to identify where we have gaps [16:35] and senior resources which that's part of these meetings to something okay and then we are also [16:42] going to be developing educational topics and resources that we can provide in person and eventually [16:47] make available online. So that's being what our committee is going to be working on. Here in the future is setting up those education resources. [16:57] I really just want to take this moment to thank the committee for all the effort and hard work that we did putting on this collaborative with the panelists. [17:04] It was really successful. We even had one community member that showed up and was present to listen to the panelists. It was a great afternoon of information. [17:14] So thank you guys all for your hard work. [17:16] Thank you for the idea. [17:21] Now we look here from the executive. [17:24] That was a hard community. [17:26] Ed Parkman. [17:27] Thank you. [17:28] So the executive committee met last week. [17:31] And we have a couple of items to bring forward to the larger fab board. [17:36] We have a couple of resignations from the board. [17:39] One from Debbie Weaver with ruling Hills Clinic and one for Bill Hunt from [17:48] as we had discussed in this board before they had representation that we hadn't really heard from that individual for quite a while. [17:56] Turns out they left the organization and had moved actually out of state. [18:00] So that was why we were not hearing back from her. [18:04] So Simon, thank you for reaching out to Bill Hunt and getting all of that information. [18:07] And we also had talked about maybe rest-ad while we are thankful for their expertise on this [18:15] particular board. [18:17] They are well represented on the behavioral health board, as well, so rather than trying [18:21] to put more on one entity or one individual, we had also talked about could we just get an [18:28] update or if there's things that happen at the behavioral health board that could be brought [18:32] forward to this board as well in terms of rest pat or really any of their organizational [18:37] participants since we do have that kind of liaison connection. [18:42] So for this particular item, for this board, we do the Executive Committee ad hoc committee [18:47] does recommend accepting these regulations. [18:50] Is there any discussion about them, questions, [18:57] I forget do we need a formal motion to accept [19:00] Resignations do we need to go [19:06] ahead and do it and it is done, but why not we need to [19:10] reach the point out is there a motion to accept the resignations I'll make the motion to accept [19:18] the resignations so Matt makes the motion to accept the resignations second I'll second [19:26] for seconds? All those in favour? Hi. I'm Mia Post. There's two fairies. [19:33] So I have letters of thanks that I'll have you sign carry in there in your packets to review. [19:40] Letters of thanks for Respad and for Debian Suzanne. [19:44] I'll send up to them and then I'll send a notification to the Board of Supervisors of the two vacancies. [19:51] And I did forget to mention that with these resignations that does leave four vacancies within [19:56] fab, so I know the executive committee is looking at that as far as [20:00] And to these are agencies we always have ongoing recruiting efforts for these boards. [20:07] The two other items, Simon mentioned earlier, we're looking at the by-law revisions kind of going through those in that ad hoc committee to bring back recommendations to this group. [20:18] And then we are also looking at the presentation calendar based on our discussion at the last [20:24] fab as far as given our change in time, maybe not having presentations at every single [20:32] meeting but what would that look like so we have been reviewing the presentation calendar [20:36] as well to ensure that groups that have a time limit or maybe they've got a deadline. [20:41] We get them on the schedule sooner rather than later to help them meet their deadlines as well. [20:47] Any questions for the executive committee or ad hoc committee? [20:52] I would only comment on that. [20:54] That we also decided that if there was somebody that wasn't on this schedule, [20:59] but needed to present to the board that we of course would take. [21:03] Be glad to have extras if we needed to. [21:05] Thank you for that. [21:07] Do you know who you are hoping or what agencies are hoping will join? [21:11] We, it's open for discussion, we have not gotten into the weeds so to speak as far as, but I think it's a good question to kind of see, I know in past conversations to kind of look around the table and see if there were certain maybe areas or industries that maybe could be represented that aren't, but we have not gotten kind of that far in. [21:32] And in the past we have done like an inserted to the paper or I don't know where else now you would do that, you know, to invite others to participate. [21:46] I was just again thinking me, many was the one who constantly was like, hey, I have this idea, I have this idea and it never worked until I had time, but I didn't know there was other, you know, organizations that you guys would be interested in have that was my question. [22:02] Not at this, not yet, but we will definitely bring that. [22:06] But if you have a suggestion, we would be glad to hear it. [22:09] I've seen the thing about. [22:12] That's all from the Executive Committee. [22:15] You have anybody here from the Dental Committee? [22:19] The Dental Committee meets next week. [22:22] So they'll have a report at October meeting. [22:27] And healthy youth to Hema, ad hoc committee. [22:31] And so since Jen's out, I'll report for her. [22:33] Healthy Youth met last week was a really strong turnout for the group. [22:37] They're creating some new goals for this year. [22:39] One is addressing substance use disorder deliveries in the county by youth. [22:45] One is for more education outreach around substance use disorder. [22:49] And there was one more that I don't recall off top of my head. [22:52] One thing I'll say is, healthy youth is now down a couple of advisory board members because [22:57] Susan or Debbie and Elaine were the other board members on that committee. [23:00] So if anyone is interested in serving the health of youth to have a committee, they meet on the first Tuesday of the month at 9 a.m. [23:18] We have outside members on those committees too, don't we? [23:23] Yeah, lots of school representation on that committee. [23:33] Next we have to have in County Health Services Agency reports. [23:38] And we know here operational and programmatic reports from available to in County Health Services Agency centers. [23:46] I guess that's me this time. I don't see many out there. So, you know, I will say, you know, obviously we have a new executive director with a Michelle Schmidt and I just can't tell you how from my perspective is the help officer how well that's gone to have her expertise or wonderful personality in that position and I think that votes well for our agency [24:16] and for the Aspreet Accor in our agency. [24:20] Second thing that I'll say is, you know, wait on a Saturday note, we did have to say goodbye just [24:27] very recently to our new epidemiologist, Dr. Gashpatel, who had to move back to another part [24:34] of the United States for personal reasons. However, there was a silver lining to this goodbye [24:40] in that he has agreed to serve as a contractor for some of the goals that we wish to have [24:50] for our public health department. And so we will still be interacting with them just not as much as I'd like. [25:00] But still, I think that we're going to have a relationship going forward. And I think lastly, you know, I'd like to see a little bit of the chair here to Simon, who I think, you know, I would like to hear, I think they would benefit from an update where we are with Fab. [25:17] Um, because he's done outstanding work in this area. [25:27] So, um, the accreditation process, which I do when I'm not here, um, we did I think many [25:32] shared we had submitted last month or documentation or we were right about two because it was [25:37] August 11th that we submitted. So all the documentation's gone forward. Um, we've been a [25:43] sign to review for accreditation. So the way the process looks is in the next like four to six [25:47] weeks I'd say we'll get back what they call reopen measures. It'll be a few things that need [25:52] cleaning up or working on, but it's really been like a huge undertaking to put it together, [25:59] but I just stress that it's not all the work that I did, like it's worked at the public health [26:03] department, and this board is really put together over the last decade that we've been putting together [26:08] for this. It's just a accreditation as a manner of like polishing it off, putting it together, [26:13] and then holding it up for review. [26:16] So when we get it, it's going to be a huge feather [26:18] in the county's cap and the Public Health Department's cap. [26:21] And then the work forward is for us to maintain it. [26:24] Like accreditation is not just a snapshot in time [26:28] that the Public Health Department at this point in time [26:31] was able to meet all these requirements and serve. [26:33] We want this to stand the test of time. [26:36] So it'll be all about maintaining that. [26:38] And you guys will certainly have a role in that. [26:39] They're quite a few things of like agenda items from the board. [26:43] some of the like recommendation to legislators that we put forth, the input you guys provide [26:49] on our programs, you know, recommending that we develop committees, and providing that input [26:54] is a huge, huge part of public health accreditation. So, you can pat yourself from the back [27:00] to that as well, because we certainly would not have gotten to this if we didn't have a strong [27:03] public health advisory board. And I would say that like public health accreditation is the strength [27:08] of the Public Health Department and you guys are and maintaining a public health advisory board [27:13] is like the bicep of that strength I would say so yeah and I think he's being far too modest the [27:22] heavy lift was huge he worked very very hard tons of extra hours and effort this would not have [27:29] happen without Simon here. Period. Thank you. [27:35] My pleasure to be a service. [27:38] And how fun for you to be able to be involved in this from my viewpoint. [27:42] So yeah. [27:43] And it's nice. I know I get to work with all of you here and [27:47] like to hate to hate community health collaborative. [27:50] And then I get to like demonstrate that to your accreditation. [27:52] So you guys aren't just names on the accreditation roster. [27:55] I'm like, I know Roomy. [28:00] Um, next up would be behavioral health. [28:06] So Simon, I did actually, I brought my laptop and I had something really quick on [28:10] half an hour to wrap it. [28:11] If you guys wanted to see it. [28:14] Yeah. [28:14] You didn't have plug-in in. [28:15] Yeah. [28:16] It's really short. [28:17] Promise. [28:17] I didn't bring you present to you. [28:20] It's just an introductory thing for you guys. [28:23] I'm sure you've already heard about it. [28:34] It'll come off. [28:38] I'm going to hold still here. [28:39] Telling you that. [28:41] All right. [28:45] I guess I should introduce myself. [28:47] I'm Travis Lyon. [28:48] I'm the mental health services coordinator [28:50] for a team of county behavioral health. [28:53] One of the programs we're currently working on [28:54] is high fidelity wrap around. [28:57] For those of you who are unfamiliar with it, [29:00] it's our program that involves [29:01] team of county health services agency, [29:04] team of county social services, [29:06] and the probation department. [29:09] What it does is it's an intensive, [29:11] family-centered and team-based care model for youth with complex emotional or [29:16] behavioral health needs and runs by these 10 core principles. [29:22] And it's a [29:22] collaboration between not only those three agencies but, pardon me, moving on [29:28] it has to do with providing services to children regardless of what the need is [29:33] based on what their need is through any agency that needs to provide them [29:39] assistance in order to just stabilize that family in that child. Part of this is that it has [29:45] to go through what's called the IP cans with a therapist and then that determines whether [29:55] or not the individual child qualifies for the service and then that service can be. [30:00] Turned down by either the child and or the family. So both the child and the family have to agree to a high fidelity rap service. [30:07] So anybody that's familiar with FSP, which is called full service partnership for adults. This is the child version of that. [30:18] So it's a lot of people involved with assisting a family and a child. [30:24] They also also have four phases of care that are identified, so we're also currently working with the center of excellence, which is UC Davis, that was identified by the Department of Healthcare Services in order to run the high-fidelity wrap program two-fidelity, which has a lot of requirements around it. [30:43] with guidance from the Behavioral Services Act, which was the law that was passed in 2004, [30:49] but our known as Prop 1 in California, it changed the Mental Health Services Act into the Behavioral Services Act. [30:56] Counties must offer high fidelity wrap through their full service partnership programs to individuals from birth up to 26 years of age. [31:04] In practice, high fidelity wrap most frequently is going to serve school aged youth and adolescent experiencing emotional or behavioral health challenges across [31:13] multiple child-serving systems, with that being said it's also up to the therapist's decision-making [31:18] processes to whether or not a child they're adolescent or young adult qualifies for high-fidelity [31:23] rapture services. So there are specific criteria, but ultimately it comes down to the therapist's decision, [31:30] and then it has to be accepted by the parents and the children. As I said, it's pretty complicated. [31:37] Right now, we're still working on all the processes with behavioral health, social services, [31:41] and probation. If you guys have any questions, I can we my contact information with Simon and also [31:48] culture are some of you might remember him. He's our assistant director for mental health now. [31:56] He's been with us a few more months. He came back to behavioral health and he, him and I are working [32:02] with Natalie as well as other agencies to try and get that established. So that's one of the big things [32:08] working on. The other one is a no place like home projects. We have one in [32:15] courting that's still an operation. We have a couple of vacancies. I have [32:19] multiple applicants that have been submitted for all those vacancies. Hopefully we'll [32:23] get people moved in there relatively quickly because they have a resident [32:26] manager that's been there now for a year. Almost I think. And so she's settled [32:32] in quite nicely and is able to manage all of the paperwork and the burden down [32:35] the apartment complex over here off of South Jackson Street is under construction as you [32:43] guys have probably seen it and they're still scheduled for fall of next year for opening. [32:51] It's tentative obviously based on whether anything else that happens. The other one is over [32:57] of a Southridge, and that one is supposed to start construction next month, so we'll see what [33:05] happens with that one. The other thing is we also started a media campaign. This was actually [33:11] really exciting. I've mentioned it briefly here before, but we now have targeted media campaigns [33:17] within to him a county, so they're geolocated as well as age and demographic located, and they're [33:24] across multiple media platforms. [33:27] There's one that is a 15 second slot and a 60 second slot [33:31] that is 14 suicide awareness. [33:35] There's also a 15 second slot and a 60 second slot [33:37] for older adult suicide awareness. [33:40] And then there's another 15 and 60 second slot [33:43] for mobile crisis team information [33:46] and awareness for information. [33:48] You also might see banners with clickable links [33:53] on various media platforms out there. [33:56] You might come across them if you click on the link, [33:57] it takes you directly to the TCHSA website. [34:01] And has all the information listed on the banners, [34:03] as well as on the website. [34:05] That started about a week and a half ago, [34:08] and within the first three days, [34:10] we had over 500 clicks to the website with those three things. [34:16] I've heard that they've even been seen at DMV, [34:21] so the words get out there. [34:23] As far as I did know, I was going to, this part was going to come up, but from my memory, [34:30] last month's Behavior Health Advisory Board, Rest Pad reported that they had been full [34:35] over the summer, not all of the residents or the members who were residing at Rest Pad [34:41] were from Tahemah County, but they have maintained capacity throughout the summer time and haven't [34:47] had any empty beds for quite some time. So I didn't pull up the minutes because I didn't have time, [34:53] or I could have told you what their actual report was. [34:57] But yeah, if you guys have any questions about the behavioral health advice. [35:15] If you have any questions, I can answer him or try. [35:22] How will the clients be identified for the high-fidelity [35:26] So those are done, sorry. [35:30] So high fidelity wrap is done through referral processes and the how that's actually going to [35:39] specifically work is currently being worked on through policy and procedure, but anybody [35:43] who works with an individual who qualifies for behavioral health services can be assessed [35:51] through an IP cans for high-fidelity wrap-around services. [36:00] It's gracious. I don't know where that came from. Sorry. [36:03] I could say I think I've been talking too much. [36:05] Anybody have any questions for a Travis? [36:09] I would just have a comment. [36:10] Travis is kept as far as behavior help [36:15] as maintaining the strength of that group [36:19] through a long period of time. [36:21] So thank you, Travis, for [36:27] more involved [36:28] than I, I, I, I, I, I, since I was at St. [36:32] I joined, I became a member of it. [36:36] When I was at St. I, because there, it's, it's an unknown area. [36:41] And just in it, there's a thing still working. [36:43] And just in announcement, for those of you who haven't seen it yet, [36:46] we have our suicide awareness walk on September 10th. [36:49] So that's next Thursday at 5 o'clock at the clock tower. [36:53] It's going to run from 5 to 7 here in Red Bluff. [36:56] We also partnered with Nami on campus from her both high school so it's going to be a much larger event than it has been previously. [37:06] Goodness gracious. [37:08] Additionally, that Saturday that 12th, there's another suicide awareness walk happening in corning at the corning high school on the track at 9 a.m. and they're going to provide donuts and coffee and whatever else they're doing some other stuff down in corning as well. [37:23] So we wanted to do a Saturday event and according to allow for people in South County to have the opportunity to get to one of those events and we decided to split them so that all of our members, all of our employees and members could get to both of them if they so chose. So I will be at both of them. So we'll Fernando and all of those are two health educators. [37:45] So, look forward to seeing you guys there. Get the chance. [37:50] It's a mile walk, correct? [37:53] So they did increase the distance from half a mile through about a mile, [37:57] round trip for the walk. [38:00] The one in Red Bluff's going to have a lot of different events, [38:02] like making necklaces, creating luminaries for individuals, [38:08] and memory of individuals that have suffered from suicide, [38:13] and there's a lot of other ones. [38:15] I think there's even a barbecue food truck [38:17] that's gonna feed the first 100 people [38:18] for free that register. [38:20] We have t-shirts that we're given away. [38:22] That we're designed through a competition in the county. [38:26] It was two different kids submitted, two different designs. [38:28] We're gonna have one on the front, one on the back. [38:32] So yeah, we have lots of t-shirts to see you boys, [38:35] so come and get one. [38:37] We'll be there. [38:43] Thank you. [38:44] Thanks Travis. [38:44] Do we have anybody here from substance use recovery? [38:47] No, not. [38:49] Team Accounting Health Services Agency Clinic. [38:56] This concludes today's business, still here, a motion to adjourn. [39:07] The September meeting of the Public Health Advisory Board is adjourned at at. [39:11] Oh, I do have to have a vote. [39:14] Everybody in favor. [39:15] Hi. [39:16] Any opposed? [39:19] And we are adjourned at. [39:23] 242. [39:23] The next meeting will be on Thursday, October 1st, [39:28] 2,026 at 2 p.m. in the same place.
