[12:04] We're clarifying meter ownership and responsibility changes for maintenance and repair primarily [12:10] effect industrial users, meters larger than one inch diameter have a cost for maintenance and [12:17] repair that is borne by the owner, which is what it has been in the past. [12:22] Of meters one inch and per meter's one inch of smaller have the town bear the cost of normal [12:27] wear and tear. The town reserve the right to request a meter testing for accuracy at any [12:34] time, meters in service for more than 30 years are ineligible for testing and must be replaced. [12:41] Replacement, meters, impactful prevention places are to be sized and designed by a licensed [12:45] professional engineer, and batful prevention devices shall be brought into compliance when [12:50] meters are replaced. [14:55] This 3-Lap minor subdivision is at 22.99. [15:00] 5, Kenmore Avenue, currently owned by Uland Development, proposal calls for the division of this [15:06] light into three distinct lots, which will be merged with three other properties owned by [15:12] Uland, 21, 95, 22, 21, and 22, 25, Kenmore Avenue. Once the subdivision occurs and the merger [15:23] happens through the assessor's office, this will get rid of 22, 95, Kenmore, which is a land [15:29] not parcel. This also will help the owner of 2295, I think, sorry, 2225 Kenmore to develop [15:40] that parcel. There might be somebody here from Uniland. [15:46] You want to comment on this, please step up, state your name, and we are with and thank you for coming. [15:55] Yeah, state your name. [16:10] If we understand what's going on here, there's going to be an [16:14] that's going on in other parts of what I understand there. [16:17] So that doesn't affect this parcel. [16:19] Yeah, so I think we're good. [16:21] Okay. [16:22] I appreciate you coming out. [16:23] Thank you. [16:23] Thank you. [16:24] Okay. [16:25] Is there anybody from the public who wishes to express his or her opinion on this matter? [16:29] Please raise your hand to be right. [17:09] This is the time and place to hold a hearing pursuant to local lab 2-6-6-6-6, chapter 203 of the [17:16] town code. [17:17] Vehicles abandoned or jumped out to our storage of as follows. [17:22] Twenty-two Glenside Avenue. [17:24] Thank you. [17:25] This time I will call on building Superintendent Scott Barry. [17:30] Explain what's going on here. [17:35] Thank you. [17:41] sent to the owner record for an abandoned junk vehicle, a 22 one side. We did not receive [17:48] any correspondence or any action was taken. Therefore, we are holding a hearing to remove [17:54] that vehicle. [17:57] It is early as 2022. The vehicle, we have records of the vehicle being honest at this [18:07] 2020. [18:11] Why we haven't received any course on that. [18:15] So what's going on? I got to do a little different manner. What's going on with the house that has been vacant for so long? [18:21] Is it down? Didn't you think any action on that? [18:24] Well, yeah, we're working with the Western New York law, Western New York law center. [18:33] Thank you, Mike, to identify if a bank has ownership, if an estate has ownership right now, [18:40] which has had the owner of record. [18:42] So we are working to try to identify who owns these properties [18:46] and get responsible for our vehicle. [18:48] It is, yeah, we haven't listened to this as a zombie helmet as a 20. [18:51] OK, so all right. [18:52] And the intention is when we get the vehicle [18:55] is to donate it to our fire departments. [18:57] We are, but since our work session in today, [19:00] I've just spoken with Chief Stoffler, [19:01] who said that the police department would like to use it [19:04] for training purposes and when they're finished, [19:06] move it onto the fire department, [19:08] And they can put it in the straight line. [19:10] I'm trying to talk about it. [19:11] That's right. [19:12] It's a long two departments will make you sit this night. [19:14] Let's be a part of that. [19:14] All right. [19:15] Thank you. [19:16] You're welcome. [19:16] Thank you. [19:17] Thank you. [19:18] Is there anyone from the public? [19:19] We're just who we were seeing to express his or her opinion on this matter? [19:23] Please raise your hand to be recognized. [19:26] Seeing no hands, I will entertain a motion to close this hearing. [19:30] Second. [19:30] Be the motion by Councilwoman O'Malley in a second by Councilman Hennessey on the [19:34] question. [19:35] Please say aye. [19:38] Opposed. [19:39] Motion is carried. [19:40] Thank you. [19:42] Now we're moving in to our public portion of the meeting. [19:45] Ladies and gentlemen, this is the time where we invite the public. [19:48] If they have any comments they wish to make. [19:51] Tonight's agenda item only. [19:53] This is the time where you raise your hand to be recognized. [19:57] I'll call you up. [19:59] You say your name and you're at us for the record. [20:02] Each speaker is limited to five minutes. [20:03] And, according with our meeting rules, which were adopted on January 2nd of this year. [20:09] So if there's anyone present who wishes to speak on an agenda item only tonight, please [20:15] raise your hand. [20:16] There'll be a public comment period at the end of the meeting where the microphone will [20:20] be open for anything that relates to any town related matter. [20:24] So anybody who wishes to address the board on a agenda item, please raise your hand. [20:28] Yes, sir? [20:29] Please take your name and address for the record. [20:33] Scott Conway, 6th of Cic Island, supervisor members of the board. [20:38] Before you vote on the continued war and list surveillance of residents and visitors through [20:42] the Count Conwanda, this is regard to the coming flock, a contract signing. [20:47] I'd like to add a bit of context regarding flock. [20:49] What the devices are, recent examples of harms caused by flock's dragonnet surveillance system [20:53] from around the country, and a few other tidbits. [20:55] I've cited sources for my claims and provided a copy of the statement with sources to the [21:01] contract and questions for renewing in annual subscription for 12 [21:04] flock license plate reader cameras. [21:06] However, they are far more than license plate readers that you see on the [21:09] I-90 were mounted on these cars. [21:11] Mr. Cowley? [21:12] Yes. [21:12] I did. [21:13] Stop the clock. [21:15] I just we've all had a chance. [21:17] We all had a copy. [21:19] What do you send over? [21:20] I don't want to take up any more time than you have. [21:23] So if you want to read it to us, if you're more than welcome to. [21:27] If you want to talk about it. [21:29] Yeah. [21:29] I would concentrate on these things, just maybe add more argument, I guess, give you more time to make your argument, but if you want to continue reading again. [21:38] Okay, I'd love to at least state the public on the problems of war in the surveillance, so I will continue. [21:45] Let's see. [21:46] So the contracting question is, we're renewing an annual subscription for 12 flock license plate reader cameras. [21:50] So over there, we're from one of the relatively previous, you know, a lot. [21:53] The FOX portal allows police officers to search for vehicles not only by license plate, but also by [21:58] description such as blue SUV or political bumper sticker. [22:02] Searchers can be retroactive or alert can be sent to operators based off of matches of license [22:06] flights from predefined hot lists. [22:09] Access to organizations cameras can easily be shared with other organizations within [22:12] FOX. [22:13] As of April 2025, the town of Tanawanda Police Department granted search and hot lists [22:18] access to 29 other police departments. [22:20] In addition, surveillance footage from these cameras is sent outside of the country by flock [22:25] so that their contractors can label the faces of pedestrians, you know. [22:30] For the license plate readers, that also identified pedestrians. [22:33] Anyway, this is enabled in the contract by flock, with the bit that gives them a worldwide license [22:38] for the use of customer data. I'd like to stress this for a moment. [22:42] These are the police's police department's cameras, they're owned by flock. The police are just allowed to use them [22:47] provided they pay up. From January to September 2025, the town of Toronto wanted to police departments [22:53] If you just have an average, average, average, [22:57] 3782 cameras per search query out of a population of roughly [23:01] 4,700 queries, no doubt this figure is inflated by the fact [23:05] that some queries search an outrageously high number of cameras. [23:08] Indeed, more than a third of the queries made in this time [23:11] search more than 1,500 cameras. [23:14] I'm certain that the addition of these 12 cameras will help [23:16] other police departments to increase the outrageous number [23:18] of cameras they use when conducting searches as well. [23:21] There's been no shortage of recent misuses of ALPR systems across the country. [23:26] In May 2025, a woman from Texas was tracked across state lines by Texas Police for seeking [23:30] an abortion, which is legal in neighboring states. [23:33] In October 2025, a woman in Colorado was wrongfully accused of theft based solely on [23:38] ALPR footage. [23:39] Several times this year, ALPR systems have been used to surveil activists and protest organizers [23:44] around the country. [23:45] And if you haven't guessed it already, Fox Network has been used extensively for immigration [23:49] enforcement by federal agencies such as CDP and ICE, even though FOX states that such use [23:53] is not authorized. [23:55] FOX does not have a good record with cybersecurity. [23:58] The device is in question or on a version of Android that has been on support since [24:01] 2019, and they have exposed USB ports. [24:04] The web portal does not require multi-factor authentication. [24:07] Police credentials have been sold on the dark web by Russian hackers, and in the last [24:10] week or so, it has been made news that you can walk up to one of these cameras, press the [24:15] button in a certain sequence and get administrative access to the devices, doing whatever you [24:20] want with them. Last, not only are these cameras funded by taxpayers, but they're not even [24:25] a real investment. As evidenced by this annual renewal, the town doesn't own these cameras. They [24:30] have no control over them and are held to pay whatever flock wants the charge in order for them [24:34] to access them. If a hearing must be held with advance notice given to the public, in order to [24:39] remove and unlicensed vehicle according to the town code, a hearing most certainly should be required [24:43] to increase the surveillance powers of our police. [24:46] This contract does not mirror the regard to continued use of 12 cameras. [24:49] In a Naval sir police officer to take part in and contribute to a national surveillance [24:53] network led by a single corporation. [24:56] Thank you. [24:58] Thank you. [25:02] Is there anyone else from the public question to a special [25:04] is her opinion on this better, please step forward, raise your hand. [25:09] I will say this, these flat cameras are, they are, Mr. County said, they are not owned [25:20] by the town, but the data that is produced by them is owned by the town, [25:27] so the data is owned [25:30] down and the information that is gathered from here is used as a valuable tool by our police [25:38] department in catching bad actors who come into our community. [25:47] So I will Mr. Conway has been here [25:51] before on several occasions bringing this matter to our attention. I have spoken to our [25:56] Please, Department, please chief on this, and I personally am comfortable with the cameras. [26:05] There are 12 cameras, not 13 cameras, that we're entering into tonight later on in this [26:12] agenda. [26:13] So, thank you very much for bringing up to our attention. [26:15] Anybody else wishing to bring a matter before the count board on agenda item? [26:20] If not, we will move forward with our agenda. [26:23] Thank you. [26:24] Resolution 788, Motion to Approved Payments by USA Insurance and Benefits for a claim [26:29] in the amount of 266,669 cents, and claim expenses in the amount of 13,283 dollars [26:37] has set forth in the agenda before you. I'd like to just add an officer kind of way left, but just for the public's information, I guess, since he left. [31:36] Flock does have a transparency portal, and it lists outlines what the regulation or what agreements we have with what they have with municipalities. [31:48] And I just wanted to make sure for public information that what is allowed to be detected are license plates and vehicles. [31:54] What is not detected is facial recognition, people gender, or race. [32:02] It is for our law enforcement purposes only, and the town does, in fact, own it, and [32:07] it is never sold to third parties. [32:09] Also prohibited uses include immigration enforcement, traffic enforcement, harassment, or intimidation. [32:16] Usages based solely on protected classes, including race, sex, religion, and personal use. [32:22] We also had an opportunity to talk to the chief and they do get a log about who is using it and must have rational and a log in so I feel very confident in the use of those [32:34] block cameras, but that is probably available if anybody is interested in seeing that. [32:39] And I have that. [32:40] A very valuable tool. [32:42] Assessing our police officers. [32:45] So, thank you, Councilwoman. [32:46] That's it. [32:48] All of you, please say aye. [32:50] Opposed. [32:51] Motion is very. [32:52] Thank you. [32:53] Resolution 798. [32:54] Communication from Mark Campanella. [32:56] Requesting that the town board approved and authorized. [32:58] The purchase of four. [33:00] I work last put boards in the electronics timing system for the aquatic and fitness center at a total cost of 53,581 dollars and 49 cents from [33:10] stream line aquatic systems and supplies is that fourth in the agenda before you. [33:15] So move. [33:16] Second, the motion by Councilwoman Sam Maria and a second by Councilman Zerk on the question. [33:22] I'll favor please say aye. [33:23] Aye. [33:24] Opposed. [33:24] Motion is carried. [33:25] Thank you. [33:26] Resolution 799. [33:27] communication from Ted Ramirez Act, requesting permission to purchase one tandem, excellent [33:33] truck from Kenworth, Northeast, in the amount of $238,000 of Ivana Daga County [33:39] Patrick 0010914, and set forth in the agenda before you. [33:44] So move the second. [33:45] We have a motion by Councilman Zerk, kind of second by Councilwoman O'Malley, in the [33:49] question. [33:50] On favor, please say aye. [33:52] Opposed. [33:53] Motion is carried. [33:54] Thank you. [33:55] Resolution 800. [33:56] Good. Communication from Matt Sutton recommending that the town board call for [34:00] Bids Returnable December 16, the 330 in the council chambers, [34:04] for jab 31.57 by Osala's holling from the wastewater treatment plant [34:09] as set forth in the agenda before you. [34:11] So move second. [34:12] The motion by councilman. [34:14] Hadn't see you in a second by councilman's act. [34:16] Add a question. [34:17] If ever, please say aye. [34:19] Opposed. [34:20] Motion is carried. [34:21] Thank you. [34:22] Resolution 801. [34:24] Motion to call for a hearing to be held December 15th to 7 o'clock in the council chambers of the municipal building to consider a license agreement with Gaby Consulting group LLC to sell advertising marketing and sponsorships for the use parks and rec department is set forth in the agenda before you so moved second we have a motion by Councilwoman San Maria and a second by Councilman Zurich on the question. [34:48] please say aye. [34:50] Opposed? [34:51] Motion is carried. [34:53] Thank you. [34:53] I don't believe we have any action items on the floor. [34:55] No, items at the floor. [34:57] Thank you, Madam Clerk. [34:58] Is there any town board member with any information for the public? [35:02] Councilwoman San Maria. [35:03] Yes. [35:03] Thank you, Mr. Supervisor. [35:05] So, time is flying and the holidays are upon us. [35:09] We have a lot of events and activities going on in December. [35:14] So these are just a few reminders. [35:16] The holiday toy drive ends this Friday. [35:20] December 5th, there are donation drop off locations [35:24] on the town website, November 28th through December 18th, [35:29] you can write a letter to Santa, the mailbox is outside [35:32] of the YPR office on Decatur Road. [35:35] So we've gotten a lot of letters to Santa, [35:38] and you have until December 18th to get those in, [35:41] and Santa does respond. [35:42] So I just want to make sure that people know that they'll get a letter back. [35:48] Also, Santa, and the village is this Friday from 6 to 8 right here at the municipal building out on the green. [35:56] The family holiday event is December 6. [35:59] That's the Saturday from 11 to 2. [36:01] It's a free family event and it's benefiting home for the holidays and our Jefferson Youth Center. [36:07] And one of our other events that was supposed to be this Saturday, we changed the date. [36:13] So they went through water lands at the AFC, at the Aquatic Fitness Center, was changed from [36:18] this Saturday to December 20th from 3 to 6, and Santa will be there as well. [36:24] Thank you. [36:24] You've got a lot going on. [36:26] Thank you. [36:27] Councilwoman O'Malley? [36:28] No. [36:29] No. [36:33] No. [36:33] things, I just want to bring to you the attention, some updates and some projects. [36:38] Most importantly, the last week, we had a meeting with new owners of the farmers from [36:45] a plant, representatives of Waffung. [36:49] They are going to be participating in our industrial water project that we've been working [36:55] at for a number of years now, and that is finally making some good progress and in conjunction [37:03] with our imminent domain action that's coming up on the taking of the former hotly plant. [37:10] So our River Old corridor is going to be seeing some vast changes over the next five to [37:17] ten years, exciting times for the town, and something to look forward to, where we appreciate [37:24] all the efforts of Sumitomo ownership that they did to dispose of their properties. [37:30] In a very timely manner, and we look forward to working with Wafong and their operations over there in the many years to come. [37:41] Last week, I also met with the incoming supervisor elect of the town of Amherst, Sean Levin, had a very nice meeting with him, kind of a get the no meeting on the we both know each other. [37:55] You know, we've got the government getting to know each other a lot closer over the next few years. [37:59] So we're a good opportunity to kind of share my thoughts on concerns, opinions, maybe on some of the things that I have, [38:11] on the Bolivar or common street there. [38:15] In particular, the Costco development that is going up on Ridgely. [38:22] So, I don't think I'm sharing any secrets here, but they anticipate Costco to be opening [38:28] up in March or April next year. [38:31] So, you can say that if you drive by and see the frame, it's really just basically a warehouse. [38:35] It's all it is. [38:36] So, the frame is up now, and it'll be making you'll be making going off quick over the next [38:42] three months or so. [38:43] So it was a very productive meeting before we were working with supervisor like Levin in the coming years. [38:51] And now, lastly, I would like to have one person in our room that's here tonight. [38:56] I'd like to have them stand up. [38:58] And that would be our communications director, Kevin Keenan. [39:03] Kevin, can you just stand up for a second? [39:05] It's everybody turn around and look at Kevin. [39:10] The Board has been on the board myself, but we've been a little [39:13] remiss and recognize and an outstanding achievement that Kevin was [39:17] recognized for his years in serving the Buffalo community and in November [39:23] Kevin was added to the Western New York Broadcaster's Hall of Fame. So Kevin [39:30] on behalf of all of us in the town, you do an outstanding job throughout your [39:35] but especially at the time that you've been here with the town. [39:40] And we thank you for all that you have done and no want to congratulate you. [39:44] So congratulations. [39:54] I'll conclude the public portion of the meeting. [39:56] The business portion of the meeting. [39:58] We want to thank you for your cooperation and attention [40:01] as we conduct the business of the town of San Wanda. [40:04] At this time we have the open microphone for residents to come forward [40:09] with any matter that pertains to town matters. [40:12] So at this time, if you have anything you want to bring up to the town, please raise your hand to be recognized. [40:18] Each speaker is limited to five minutes and according with our meeting rules that were adopted on January 2nd of this year. [40:25] So if you have any matter, please raise your hand to be recognized. [40:30] Yes, sir. [40:33] Please state your name and address to be. [40:35] Please state your name and address, please. [40:37] Frank Scordado. [40:38] We'll be partly. [40:40] So, I came here last time in reference to the Water Report, remember, a couple weeks or less [40:47] at the last quarter you need to deploy that, and I want to thank the board or actually specifically [40:54] Officer Mitchel McCormick, so she's been up to the Water Report, as far as the Crime Report [41:02] and everything, but it's going to give some little background to the conversation. [41:08] I contacted local Amherstee, and I guess you guys sent over a lot of report, whether it's [41:14] weekly daily or whatever, and I guess for the big report. [41:17] So I guess Michelle is the one that's basically an update, and I guess so I wanted to thank [41:20] her for that. [41:24] During the course of this process, we were dealing with crime in the area, which we talked [41:28] about last and I believe you had an interview with Channel 2 about this. [41:31] So I noticed that we had a neighbor in watch, [41:37] meeting before I go with this, you don't [41:41] talk about the neighbor in watch? [41:45] Is that a neighbor in watch? [41:47] You wear that? [41:49] It's basically it's a senior citizen pop-back. [41:53] There's nothing going on related to neighbor in watch at all. [41:56] It's a church I'm sure to drive. [41:58] So I don't know if there is a neighbor in watch or not. [42:00] but I'd ask if something can be done as far as putting it [42:05] as a sort of program or something that people in the area [42:09] could basically potentially look at. [42:11] The other thing I brought up on our last meeting was [42:13] we're talking about green cameras. [42:17] And I said about, and you basically said [42:19] that the police are going there. [42:22] So my recent trip to Washington, I reached out [42:24] to a little friend of mine, [42:25] is where the only security, and he said, [42:27] Right. Are you familiar with the program with the registry? [42:32] I'm like, no, I'm not aware of it. [42:34] I spoke with the Councilman O'Malley. [42:36] And I guess there's a registry that local residents can submit their cameras [42:42] and give it to local police departments. [42:46] You wear this? [42:47] Yes. [42:49] Can I ask what campus? [42:52] Like a ring camera? [42:53] Your ring camera? [42:54] Your house cameras? [42:55] You can register them. [42:58] And I was just curious why I wasn't brought up in last meeting. [43:01] So we have people that were driving up and down the streets, [43:04] specifically the white Kia, which we'll say as two weeks ago, [43:09] is now in counties with the Buffalo Police Department. [43:12] So three individuals would drive up and down neighborhoods, [43:14] case neighborhoods, and check corridors, [43:16] but that's not being handled more. [43:22] So I want to go back to this whole neighborhood. [43:24] That's all I'm saying, isn't it? [43:26] And it's, yeah, that's the information you have on our talk with the registry. [43:29] And you're saying that that I brought it up last board meeting, though? [43:32] The registry? [43:33] I asked about, about coming to the neighbors and big, there are several neighbors in the neighborhood [43:38] where saying why the police didn't come and get their camouflage. [43:42] Why didn't they? [43:44] Yes. [43:45] Okay, okay. [43:46] I don't, I don't know. [43:47] I'm not a police, I'm not a police officer. [43:49] I don't know. [43:49] I know, but in our last board meeting, you stated that, you know, they came to your house [43:52] asked your cameras and at the time I would assume that it was a registry, it would have brought [43:56] it up and told us about it. [44:03] What do you ask it? [44:05] Why are you doing just in form was then? [44:08] I mean, I spent time researching that's our contact at Green. [44:11] I'm doing the police officers. [44:14] I can't speak for them. [44:15] I can't speak for them. [44:16] I'm not them. [44:18] I'm saying if I were well, I'm a resident and we're talking about cameras on our [44:22] There's a registry on your, are the residents, are the residents, are they registered at it? [44:27] We don't know about it. [44:29] It's on the web, if it's on the website, what do you want to do? [44:33] Do you want us to go and solicit people? [44:35] The lastemic came in here. [44:37] We were talking about crime in the neighborhoods. [44:39] A large crime. [44:41] We need a large crime. [44:42] They took a car. [44:44] There's crime in every community. [44:45] I understand that, though. [44:47] In our last meeting, I asked you specifically. [44:50] And you said they came to my house and asked me why do you bring up the registry? [44:55] Why didn't I bring it up? [45:03] Again, I'm venting, I'm trying to keep this a question. [45:07] That's all right. We have that information available. [45:10] I know about it now. So I was actually speaking with Councilman Malay about this. [45:17] So when you guys are looking for grant money, do you, and I'm asking this for ignorance, what's the annual budget here for you guys? [45:25] And again, I apologize for that. [45:27] What's the annual budget? [45:29] Annual budget. [45:31] Next year's budget. [45:33] Budget is a hundred and twenty six million dollars. [45:36] Give a little thing. [45:37] Is there any, is there any function within a town where somebody is reaching out to businesses for projects and grants and so on so forth? [45:44] Do we reach out to them for, for money? [45:48] Or do are we reaching out to them to, for them to apply to us for grants? [45:53] Okay, thank you by the way. [45:55] So, the reason I'm bringing this up is that I've done a lot of consulting in my time, and I just want to do a research on it, so in Texas, for example, there is a Rockwell, which would be outside of Austin, so there's a lot of corporate development being on the area, so that we don't need computers. [46:13] I know I simply asked her about like, you know, for the schools and stuff. [46:18] Is there anybody in the town that canals that process as far as we can out to different corporations or Microsoft and so on? [46:24] I know that if you're dealing with school systems and so I'm just curious about that process. [46:29] We do have a grant writer. [46:32] Does anybody think grant? [46:32] This is not a grant. [46:33] I don't know. [46:34] We go. [46:35] We do. [46:36] We just had. [46:39] Mr. Kesson, my Tesla just wanted to win your hand. [46:41] And a company paid his way to go over Japan to see technology on bio-sounds. [46:48] So we're going over the Tata Wanda, fortunately, unfortunately. [46:52] We don't, you mentioned Rockwell, you mentioned Wilson Foundation. [46:58] As a prime example, I guess, hopefully. [47:00] We have solicited the Wilson Foundation for grant bodies. [47:05] But, you know, we don't have any Fortune 500 companies in Taiwan, okay, so, so, answer your [47:14] question. [47:15] We're always looking for ways to get money, there's nobody more active, and I know I know [47:21] you can't let it. [47:21] We go after every grant that we go after. [47:24] But, you guys have any jurisdiction on the school board, for example, and that's an important [47:28] if they can take it properly, not jurisdiction, but if there are opportunities to provide [47:34] either grant money equipment, computer, what are going to call it? [47:38] Do some shared services or not, or not? [47:41] No, I don't know what your... [47:45] Yeah, yeah. [47:46] What's that? [47:47] Yeah. [47:47] There's a few times here. [47:49] No, Nesha, you talk about free money. [47:51] These corporations that are... [47:53] Ok, so let go of it, so let's just add them. [47:54] So for donations, I want to call it more marketing, but a lot of these companies themselves would be willing to open up [48:10] scenarios in the area. So you brought up taxes. So what happened to taxes with Brockwell? [48:17] So, not Brockwell specifically, there's a town out in the North of Austin. [48:20] Okay, what do I do? [48:23] The Dell donated almost $30, $40,000 with equipment and resources. [48:28] To the town or to the school, there's a certain amount of more than this. [48:34] What is that money for? [48:37] At the end of the day, those conversations are going to have and you value the size of what you want to do with this conversation. [48:42] So they just wrote a check for $30,000,000. [48:44] What do you want to do with resources, computer, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, it's funny, it's funny, it's funny. [48:50] especially if I can text this out of the poor hood for five years on the military, all those areas around them here. [48:56] They're just operating in those areas with money, resources, all that type of stuff. [49:00] And all I'm saying is that if you have somebody, whatever, I can kind of where to give you just a here. [49:05] These are about four or five copies of times that just to all conversation network. [49:10] And again, it could be anything from them putting an office here to just, hey, we're looking at this new program for office, for example. [49:16] So, I don't want to proceed. [49:20] That is nothing you do with fighting crime, [49:22] or anything this is something. [49:23] Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, no, no, I have such a separate book. [49:25] Oh, I'm sorry if I could typology. [49:27] I have a separate book. [49:29] I don't have a separate book. [49:29] I have a separate book. [49:30] I have a separate book. [49:31] I have a separate book. [49:31] No, no, no, no, separate book. [49:33] It's totally separate. [49:35] I mean, this is something we could talk about later. [49:36] That's a little bit. [49:38] We're welcome that. [49:39] We're content information. [49:42] I'm just content to raise context information. [49:45] So, there's another group in Austin. [49:46] I was telling her about, it's called Austin Angels. [49:49] And what it is, is basically, is, like, [49:52] the Dell Family Office is involved in it. [49:54] And what they do is they coordinate with kids that are... [50:00] I'll be honest with you. [50:01] I know you sent it right before I went out of jail. [50:03] So I really didn't get a chance, because I will forward it [50:06] to the board. [50:07] So I apologize to you. [50:08] You are deemed the point. [50:11] Oh, wow. [50:12] I don't know what to do. [50:13] I will just say this, so it's... [50:16] Some of our point about the cameras because I live in the village and the village has a registry system and I didn't think about that either at the time [50:22] But maybe our police, I think we've put something on our capacity in a long time [50:28] Maybe the police can do it [50:30] We can do it in a long time [50:31] We can do it in the upper of the town page [50:32] Goop to remind because we did have to [50:34] One of us in the chair of the Universal Accessibility Committee [50:38] We did have put out on social media that there is a special needs registry, we had a surge of people [50:45] I'm going to put information because they just weren't aware of it. [50:48] So I think it's a good point that we can probably put in the open. [50:59] I'm not sure if you're here. [51:02] Thank you. [51:04] Thank you. [51:04] That's really. [51:05] I'm sure. [51:06] Okay. [51:07] Thank you. [51:08] Does anyone else wish you to bring a matter of plug soundboard? [51:10] Please raise your hand. [51:12] That's right. [51:13] Please state your name and for the record. [51:17] Thank you. [51:17] Thank you, Your Honor. [51:18] Larry Cohn. [51:20] The President of the Town of Santa Wanda, I think it's a trap. [51:26] My fellow rotary club members wanted and encouraged me to get up to the microphone for which [51:31] they will later tease me to no end. [51:33] They're going to be fine. [51:35] I'm sure. [51:35] It's going to be a huge success. [51:36] It's going to be a huge success in the name of the chairman. [51:39] Turn over some light. [51:42] But I wanted to announce that so Rotary is involved with the Niagara River Greenway Trail with different Rotary clubs adopt different sections of the Greenway to be the ears and the spokespeople for that section of the trail. [52:00] A number of rotary clubs are getting together with the leaders of the tonalwandas of which you're aware. [52:11] This coming Thursday morning at the Palozi Pavilion, [52:16] the rotary club of rotary club of Kenmore and the satellite club of the tonalwandas will be getting the mayor of the city of tonalwanda, the mayor of... [52:30] Nortana Wanda, the incoming mayor of the city of Tana Wanda, and your excellency, Joe Imranjira is going to be there too. [52:40] So it's going to be to reaffirm the inter municipal cooperation charter agreement that was signed a number of years ago, three or four years ago, and probably yeah, it's probably been a long time. [52:56] But we're going to be- we're going to be- we're going to be bringing attention to that again and hopefully have all- all three of the- all four of the involved community leaders signing that document again to- to just further the inter municipal cooperation and the benefit of the Niagara River Greenway Trail. [53:20] So, and everybody's invited, 730 at the Pelosi Pavilion, [53:27] and from 8 to 9, we'll be the presentation portion, which would be done by Nanoclock. [53:32] Thank you. [53:33] Thank you. [53:33] Can I have a present for you? [53:36] This is for your check. [53:38] It was a teacher, I carry. [53:40] So now you have a friend there. [53:42] It's your next room. [53:43] What's it? [53:43] It's your next room. [53:45] We now have a picture. [53:47] Thank you. [53:48] Thank you. [53:49] Thank you. [53:50] That's a woman. [53:51] Thank you. [53:52] Thank you. [53:53] Is there anyone else present? [53:55] We should do a very matter for the Tom Board. [53:57] Please raise your hand. [54:00] Seeing no hands, we will, I will turn over to Councilwoman Santa Maria to adjourn [54:06] the meeting. [54:07] A adjourn and memory of the filing to the Tom Board meeting to be held Monday, December [54:11] 15, 2025. [54:14] Lynne Bouthammer. [54:16] Helen Batti. [54:18] Rodney Coots. [54:19] Frederick Cricklyano. [54:21] Richard Fassari, Sateria Skogos, Brenda Lobo Cario, Richard Nola, John Palava, Thomas [54:34] Santowski, Dorothy Slattery, Brian Slack, Jane Tasca, Marie Wojasek, Moindezac, and William [54:46] I ask you all now to please pause for a moment of silence as we remember those names that we're just read. [54:58] Our meeting stands adjourned to the last board meeting of the year on Monday, December 15th at 7 o'clock. [55:04] Drive safely everyone.
