[2:13] uh driveway culverts have been tendered.
Attached is a copy of the recommendation
[2:17] letter from Englobe in relation to the
project providing the results.
[2:21] The overall budget for the full project
is $2,549,076.
[2:28] Allocated is as follows. Engineering,
$134,190.80.
[2:35] Phase one tender, $642,730.40.
[2:41] If approved, remaining for phase two,
$1,772,283.20.
[2:50] The second phase of works tender is
currently being prepared.
[2:54] Committee is recommending that council
accept the recommendation from Englobe.
[2:58] And the motion, motion that council
accept the recommendation from Englobe
[3:02] and award phase one of the stormwater
mitigation project number 17 MYCW2600073
[3:11] to Dexter Construction Company Limited
in the amount of $642,730.40,
[3:19] HST included. This is within our budget
amount for this portion of the project.
