[0:22] for case 2023-1 which is an application
[0:26] from the one-ups of 4010 27th Street for
[0:29] variance to allow for the construction
[0:31] of a shed within the five foot setback
[0:33] from the property boundaries
[0:35] um at this point we will do a quick roll

[1:10] um are to approve the minutes for the
[1:13] case 2023-1
[1:15] which were all provided in a meeting
[1:19] review packet for the one-up case

[1:27] uh from those minutes or should we just
[1:29] move everything good I've reviewed them
[1:32] they look fine to me
[1:35] okay in that case I make a motion to
[1:36] approve uh the minutes for case 2023-1
[1:40] in that motion right motion passes
[1:44] um okay and now we can move on to the
[1:47] main item uh hand which is uh to review
[1:50] the written decision
[1:52] for 2023-1 which we all have in our few
[1:57] packets
[1:59] and I think the key points that I think
[2:02] just need to be said out loud are that
[2:05] um the the key points are that the uh
[2:09] uh the applicant must get all of the
[2:11] normal approvals permits site plans Etc
[2:13] and that our approval is contingent upon
[2:15] those
[2:16] um the other two items are that the shed
[2:18] we agreed shall not exceed 8 by 14 feet
[2:23] um that's item one and the second is
[2:25] that the shed shall be situated at least
[2:27] two feet from the north rear property
[2:30] line and two feet from the West Side
[2:32] property line
[2:34] um everything looked good to me is there
[2:37] anything the board wants to
[2:39] bring up at this time
[2:40] I have no comments
[2:43] uh all good in that case I make a motion
