[0:44] agenda item is the approval of the
[0:45] meeting minutes from March 17, 2025 uh

[0:56] provided?

[0:59] would entertain a motion to approve the

[1:18] consider an application from Rodenreal
[1:20] Donovan Estates Estates of 4160 Mir
[1:22] Avenue uh for a decision on
[1:24] interpretation alleged error to article
[1:25] 6 section 2923 2931 A1 and A6 of the
[1:28] Ches Beach zoning ordinance and C309
[1:31] C310 C311 of the Chesapeake Beach Town
[1:34] Charter. uh applicant requests that the
[1:36] Ches Beach Zoning Board of Appeals to
[1:38] quote order the zoning administrator and
[1:39] planning and zoning commission to
[1:41] immediately commence and prioritize the
[1:42] processing and review of the relevant
[1:44] site plan submitted by Rod and Real. Uh
[1:46] Don states and that the zoning
[1:47] administrator and planning and zoning
[1:49] commission be ordered to apply the
[1:50] zoning ordinances in effect as of
[1:52] January 29, 2021 when their applications
[1:55] were submitted and for such other and
[1:57] further relief as the nature of their
[1:58] cause requires. All right. Where we left
[2:01] it last time was we had uh
[2:04] discussed uh the where the board stood
[2:08] uh verbally and we had sent Fred off
[2:12] with his uh lawyer hat on to uh write
[2:15] that up. After some uh Fred, is there
[2:19] something you'd like to say? No, I was
[2:21] just going to say after the last
[2:23] meeting, uh the board board members
[2:27] worked with me to prepare a draft of a
[2:30] resolution uh embodying the decision of
[2:34] the board. Uh I want to thank board
[2:36] members for their
[2:38] cooperation. Uh I think we went through
[2:41] eight or so drafts of the resolution.
[2:44] Some revision uh more significant than
[2:47] others. and
[2:50] uh have before you tonight for
[2:53] consideration a resolution disposing of

[3:01] at this point in time, I know we've all
[3:03] done this, but for the record, is there
[3:05] anything any of our board members
[3:08] uh would like to state

[4:14] at least three members of the board who
[4:16] attended all proceedings uh concurred
[4:19] ordered that the appeal of the Rodri
[4:21] Incorporated Donovan Estates LLC in case
[4:24] 2303 is hereby dismissed.
