saving the citizens ninety thousand this

go into their utility bills uh because

they're going to go up just from usage
[4:59] and people trying to cover their homes I
think it's a great thing to do and I
[5:03] would hope that y'all would you know
everybody be in favor of doing it but we
[5:06] just needed to clarify we talked about
it but it wasn't actually said well
[5:10] let's do that uh and we were going to
get those funds from arpa which would
[5:14] benefit everybody which we want to make
sure that when we spend those funds it
[5:18] benefits we didn't make a motion on it
but we just I just want to clarify
