update on the ebikes and e scooters law.

[7:23] All right. Well, as everybody's quite
aware, ebikes have come made their way
[7:28] to War Mister Township. Um, without any
understanding of what they are and how
[7:34] fast they move and that the law that was
placed into effect earlier this year has
[7:40] changed it to where there's certain
requirements, as you can see, that might
[7:44] be a little bit tougher to see, uh, but
it's on our Facebook page. We've posted
[7:48] it at several different places, but it
basically tells you um what the
[7:55] requirements are for certain bikes. And
the two or three I should say that
[8:00] really fit the bill. U everybody knows a
bicycle. Any of these any of these uh
[8:06] things are classified as a vehicle under
the Commonwealth law under Pennsylvania
[8:10] Vehicle Code Title 75. Uh even a
bicycle. So any of them driven
[8:15] intoxicated, you could be charged with
DUI. Um and we have locked people up on
[8:20] bicycles with DUI. Um find that hard to
believe, but not anymore, Mr. Um U. The
[8:28] first one is a pedicycle with electric
assistance. Is a vehicle weighing not
[8:33] more than 100 pounds with two or three
wheels more than 11 in in diame
[8:38] diameter. manufactured or assembled with
an electronic motoring system rated for
[8:43] no more than 750 watts. Um, and the
equipment with operable pedals capable
[8:50] of speeds no more than 20 m an hour. Um,
minimal age on that is 16 years old. Um,
[8:57] that's probably the one of the more
common ones out there. So, if you have a
[9:01] child under the age of 16 and they're
driving one of these bikes, they're
[9:06] technically not permitted. Um there are
rights and duties. The parents can be
[9:12] cited
uh for letting allowing operation of
[9:16] these vehicles on the streets. And yes,
we have had accidents. We've had one
[9:20] child driving one with his buddy on the
back and slammed into a car at street in
[9:25] New Town as they were trying to exit
Dick and Rips gas station. Sliding right
[9:29] into the side of it. Just drove not
paying attention on the sidewalk.
[9:33] Eastbound and a westbound eastbound and
a westbound sidewalk. Um, so,
[9:39] um, that's probably one of our more
complicated and easier ones. Um,
[9:46] helmeted, uh, actually I should say 16
is the minimum age, but they says if it
[9:50] at 12-year-old is on it, they have to be
on a helmet. They have to be have
[9:52] wearing a helmet overall. The other one
is a motorized pedicycle, which is the
[9:58] uh, bigger brand or the bigger bikes.
It's a motor-driven cycle equipped with
[10:03] operable pedals, motor rated not more
than 1.5 braking horsepower, a cylinder
[10:09] capacity not to exceed 50 cubic
centimeters, and an automatic
[10:13] transmission with a max designated speed
of no more than 25 mph. Um, or electric
[10:19] motor driven, equipped with operable
pedals, automatic transmission, uh,
[10:24] powered by electric battery, battery
pack, electric motor. Maximum designated
[10:29] speed is no more than 25 miles an hour.
That's pretty much your bigger bikes,
[10:32] like your beach cruiser style bikes that
they're riding around on. Um, yeah, the
[10:38] minimal age on that is 16. Um, so if you
have a child under the age of 16, again,
[10:42] everything that applies to the first one
applies to this one. Um, yes, it's a
[10:47] vehicle. There's a few more requirements
like lights and equipment that needs to
[10:51] be on that size.
[10:55] Um, and then you have your motor driven
cycles, which is your quasi motor pads
[11:01] or almost electric motorcycles that are
on there. And that is, um, there's
[11:05] classifications for that. You literally
have to have a motorcycle license to
[11:09] move forward with that. But there are
kids out there riding it. Um, we're
[11:13] handling a lot of accidents in regards
to these kids, either dumping them or
[11:17] crashing into cars. Um despite the
electric, we had a kid coming down the D
[11:23] um Street Road Hill towards Davisville a
week ago, week and a half ago, probably
[11:28] about 7:30, 8:00 at night, eastbound and
the westbound shoulder, not paying
[11:34] attention, probably traveling at an
excess speed of over 25 miles an hour
[11:39] and got run over by an electrical truck.
He's critical at chop right now. So he's
[11:45] 13 years old. So these kids are not out
paying attention. As you can see,
[11:50] they're driving up state road and little
packs are taking over Warster Community
[11:54] Park and we're we don't chase them. You
know, they're they're they're kids.
[11:58] You're going to panic and they're going
to scatter and things like that. But if
[12:01] we find them, we're going to site them
and we're going to site your parents.
[12:04] So, um I put we put a quip out last week
when we p published this again. It said,
[12:10] "Parents, educate yourself. Educate your
child. You don't want us to educate
[12:15] them. And more importantly, you don't
want life to educate them. Like this
[12:18] poor 13-year-old from Upper Southampton
that's went under a truck because he
[12:21] wasn't paying attention. So life is the
hardest part of hitting you in the face,
[12:26] especially when you're young. They'll
change the whole course of your life.
[12:30] Um, and these bikes are get them. They
bought them for Christmas or they got
[12:34] them for their birthdays. The warm
weather hit and they took off and they
[12:38] were all over town. We've been we've
been dealing with them all summer. Um,
[12:42] luckily school started. Go William
Tennet. Go Wood High School. Go grade
[12:47] schools. So, they're all back in school.
Lost my picture. There it is again. Uh,
[12:52] but other than that, I am open to any
questions and all questions you may
[12:57] have.

[13:00] » Okay. So, um, I've been really concerned
about this, uh, because I know at some
[13:06] point something really severe is going
to happen. You know what I mean? And and
[13:11] what if it's it's a driver who
inadvertently hits one of those kids
[13:15] that are weaving in and out of the
traffic and they kill somebody and it's
[13:18] on their head for the rest of their
life. I don't want that to happen here.
[13:21] And I know you don't want that to
happen.
[13:22] » 10 days ago that kids in chop.
>> Well, the kids in chop. I'm saying but
[13:25] if somebody I'm saying if say one of the
one of the people, right, if he had died
[13:30] or something or if he does, those people
are going to have that on their heads
[13:33] the rest of their life. So my my
question my question is um what type of
[13:39] of deterrence are you going to use for
the parents and for the children?
[13:43] » We're going to cite them. That's what
the common
[13:45] » and what's okay. And how much do they
get cited?
[13:47] » It's probably a $25 ticket plus cost and
fines go.
[13:51] » And what happens to the parents that
they have to pay the fine?
[13:53] » Pay the parent. They go before the

>> And if they and if they have another
[14:01] violation, then what happens? They get
cited again.

running around with these scooters, with
[14:26] these bikes. And of course, technology
hasn't caught up to us, so we don't have

some help on the outside. Um I was going
[14:35] to ask you, do you are there any other
townships uh that are passing ordinance
[14:40] regarding this issue?
>> Well, Doylestown passed an ordinance. Uh
[14:44] a lot of the township, I think Falls has
one in the works. I haven't seen any
[14:48] others other than Doylestowns.
>> Do you know how effective they are so
[14:52] far? Well, they are more concerned with
their community park, the ebikes in the
[14:56] community park because the path has to
be a certain width for the ebike to be
[14:59] driven on. I'm not sure the I think it's
8 feet across the path has to be for an
[15:03] ebike to be ridden.
>> That's what I read in the law.
[15:06] » Do you see anything in the pipeline down
the road with the state at this point?
[15:10] » That would be a question for uh Brian
Monroe.

[15:18] » focused on other things once they have
this pass and see how this
[15:21] » takes effects and moves forward. So,

point?
[15:46] » We're not confiscating at all. Okay. I
mean, we if we had an ordinance, it said
[15:49] that there that is their ability in
Doylestowns to tow them, but they're
[15:53] like any other vehicle. If we find a
violation, if they meet the requirement,
[15:56] if they're supposed to be licensed, if
it's the moped style where they travel
[16:01] anywhere from 30 to 40 miles an hour,
that's a vehicle. They're required to be
[16:05] licensed, they're required to have
insurance, required to have
[16:07] registration, they're required to have
all that. If they don't have that, we
[16:10] treat it like any other vehicle in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and we tow
[16:12] it. We we don't impound it. We don't
hold it. We would
[16:16] » probably call duty tow. Now, an ebike we
could probably pick up and put in the
[16:19] back of our car and take it here and
lock it in our bike room
[16:22] » and then have the parents come here and
get it. But if we have like this
[16:26] accident we had at Street New Town with
the two kids that we call the parents if
[16:29] they're under the age we under the age
of 18 or 17, we call the parent and that
[16:33] parent has to come out and get them.

[16:35] » We can't just cut them loose,
>> right? Because they're juveniles.
[16:38] » They're juveniles. they have to go and
the father is responsible for the damage
[16:42] that's done to that car. So uninfor So
if we pass an ordinance to try to
[16:47] curtail some of these issues and the
state does pass the law then that will
[16:52] no long are
>> well the law is in effect the law
[16:54] » then the law would take overtake that
okay so what the
[16:57] » law is already in effect and the
ordinances
[16:58] » right what I'm I'm sorry to be asking so
many questions but I am really concerned
[17:02] what I want what I wanted to uh say is I
feel like these fees are not going to
[17:07] stop anything

[17:10] » but I mean what how are we going to stop
it that's I want to know
[17:14] » we got to educate them.
>> And how are we proposing to do that when
[17:18] they're running up and down the
sidewalks
[17:21] parents parents need to be educated?

[17:24] They're buying these ebikes for the kids
and it's a dangerous situation. So I'm
[17:29] not upset with you. I'm just upset with
the situation. And I just think that the
[17:33] fines that they're going to be getting
is
[17:36] » they're not the parents are going to
care if they have to pay $10, if they
[17:39] had to pay $25. Do you think they're
going to care
[17:41] » if it was $300 or what have you or the
kid had to go in an ARD program or what
[17:47] have you? I I just didn't know what the
particulars were and how
[17:50] » that's well beyond my pay grade.
>> I I'm on the enforcement end, not the
[17:54] » So that's about all the only thing we
can really do unless I go to court and
[17:56] then Chris O'Neal could perhaps do
something there.
[18:00] » All right. So, I do have still have a
major concern about it because I don't
[18:03] think it's going to curtail a lot of the
I'm glad they're in school to be honest
[18:07] with you. But my worry is if they come
out at night or on the weekends, it's
[18:13] going to be worse because at night they
have no lights.
[18:15] » They've been doing that all summer long,

[18:17] » I mean, I watched two come out. I was
coming down Bustle Avenue coming on the
[18:22] Caroline Road coming out of the city and
in the Bucks and two of them were on the
[18:26] moped styles, no helmets, no lights,
>> right? weaving in and out of traffic
[18:30] upon Avenue.
>> So, how do we prevent the swarms that
[18:33] happened on street and York Road with
all those vehicles?
[18:36] » We have to catch them while they're
still or we have to educate the parents.
[18:39] One of the two.
>> What did you do that particular day? Cuz
[18:41] I was away. I happened to see the video
>> working doing other things.
[18:45] » No, I mean the I mean I saw the police
there like what did you guys do to we
[18:49] came out of we were called over to
Warman Community Park. We sent police
[18:53] over to Warman Community Park. The
minute we got over to Warman Community
[18:56] Park, they scattered. They went across
the field and up okay
[18:59] » up New Town Road and up Charter
>> and all that and out that way and then
[19:03] through the speed not through the
speedway through the uh
[19:06] » the park Ivy Land Road into that way. So
they they're just more mobile and as
[19:11] long as they have battery life they're
going to go but we're not going to force
[19:15] a bad issue by chasing

[19:19] but they could pop out. They come
through the neighborhood, pop out behind
[19:22] like they did at Nativity and they were
in the middle of Street Road. They just
[19:26] popped out in the middle of Nativity
parking lot.

Park to Nativity in Mormon traffic,
[19:33] they're gone by the time we get
>> and I'm getting phone calls like crazy
[19:35] and people are saying a couple folks
almost hit them because they go right in
[19:39] front of them. So, there's a lot of
concern and I don't think that what
[19:43] we're going to do is going to be a
deterrent, but I know that you're
[19:46] working within what we can do in our
township and I understand that. So, I
[19:50] thank you for trying to take any any
implementation or deterrent that you
[19:54] possibly can. I I hope I I hope that
this comes together. That's all.

[23:40] injuries on that one, but the other one
was the big one
[23:43] » and it wasn't really an ebike. It was a
regular bicycle. The kid came down the
[23:46] wrong side of the road. Guy was coming
out of the Davisville Shopping Center
[23:50] looking for traffic coming westbound and
the kid came eastbound in the dark most
[23:55] likely in dark clothes and as he came
out they met. So it's just now there's
[24:02] they're fearless. They're 13, 14, 15.
They don't understand the impact of
[24:07] something like this happening and how
lifelong it could be a lifelong change.
[24:12] » Chief, have you said you were going to
do some educational uh get some people
[24:16] to come into the schools, do some
educational things with them so they can
[24:19] learn
>> that that getting into the schools is a
[24:21] whole another we would have to talk to.
>> So we're already going to do the

[24:28] go after go into the schools um or work
with park and wreck at some point.

everybody in here. Um I'm Rich Ritzer,
[25:41] senior vice president, still Ciz, but
I'm here to talk a little bit about some
[25:44] of the changes that are occurring um as
I stand here today. Um, before I get
[25:49] into that, I just want to say it's been
quite a privilege to work with the
[25:53] township over the last two and a half
years. Um, that is not me alluding to
[25:57] the fact that we're leaving or anything
like that. It's just it's just been a
[26:00] lot of fun. Um, so just to give you some
perspective, you know, our firm was
[26:04] acquired originally by CBiz in 2018,
believe it or not, on April Fool's Day.
[26:09] So that's when I found out about it.
[laughter] And uh, if you haven't known,
[26:12] CBiz is a publicly traded company. um
very one of the largest accounting firms
[26:17] in the country. Um we are part of what's
called benefits and insurance services
[26:21] under CBIZ which is a separate silo. So
think of CBS as two silos. You have the
[26:26] accounting arm which is a top 10
accounting firm. A lot of people don't
[26:29] realize that. Um on the other silo we
are part of the benefit benefits and
[26:34] insurance which um is comprised of um
human resources, they do payroll, they
[26:40] do employee benefits. We are on the
investment arm. they do actuarial. Um so
[26:44] we roll up under the investment arm and
what had happened was a private firm
[26:49] decided that they wanted to acquire
Sebiz um and take them back out of
[26:54] public and they felt that there was a
great opportunity to get the accounting
[26:59] side and it's actually owned one of
their um uh stakes is is Grant Thornton
[27:03] which is another large accounting firm.
So they're going to basically become one
[27:07] of the five top six accounting firms in
the country. So, why am I telling you
[27:11] this? We're an investment arm, right? We
do the investment advisory work for all
[27:16] of your pension plans here. Uh we also
handle the 401A and 457 plans, which are
[27:20] the employee um it's where employees can
put away money just like a 401k plan. We
[27:24] come in and we meet with the employees.
Uh just like officer, and I'm sorry, I
[27:28] think it was Cisco. Yeah. Uh he should
be contributing to his 457 right away.
[27:32] Right. So, that's kind of some of the
stuff that we we want to do and help
[27:35] these officers every day. So, um, what
I'm getting at here is we believe that
[27:40] this is a great thing because over the
last eight years at CBiz, we've kind of
[27:44] had this tether to this large accounting
firm and that tether is going away.
[27:49] We're kind of cutting that tether. And
what's going to happen is they are
[27:53] carving our side of the business out
away from the accounting and the
[27:56] accounting side is going to be
completely separate. Why that's good, no
[28:00] conflicts. We're not affiliated with
with a with an accounting firm that
[28:03] might be doing audits for a similar
client. um anything that we have ever
[28:07] wanted to do such as enhancing
technology, creating better processes
[28:11] for us and our clients, we've kind of
had to run up the flag pole to this
[28:14] 10,000lb gorilla that is the accounting
firm. And now we don't have to do that.
[28:19] So if anything, everything that's being
communicated to us and there's still a
[28:22] lot of questions that I probably don't
have the answer to. Um the the actual
[28:27] transition or acquisition is expected to
wrap up sometime in the fourth quarter.
[28:31] Um, but what we're being told is that
um, you know, if anything, they're going
[28:36] to ask us what we need to keep doing
what we're doing. And we're not going
[28:40] anywhere. The employee interaction, the
pension interaction, fees, processes,
[28:44] nothing is changing at all. The only
thing that you might see change is is
[28:48] cosmetic in nature. So, I can tell you
that probably the CBiz name logo is
[28:52] going to go away. We don't know what
it's going to be called yet. They're
[28:55] still working on that, but until that
kind of closes and and comes into
[28:59] fruition, we're still operating as CBiz.
I will still be your contact. Mike,
[29:04] everybody in our office, everybody's
still there. Nothing's changing. So, I
[29:07] just wanted to make everybody aware of
that. Um, because I know somebody once
[29:11] told me, uh, people don't like the way
things are and they don't like change,
[29:15] but in this case, I think change is
actually a good thing for us and our
[29:18] clients really at the end of the day.
So, just want to give everybody a little
[29:21] bit of peace of mind that really is
nothing is changing from that
[29:23] perspective. I wanted to come here and
tell you that in person and we we want
[29:26] to continue that relationship. It's it's
been quite quite a good time and we've
[29:29] done a lot of work on the pension plan.
I I'm thrilled with you know we manage
[29:33] over 140 defined benefit plans in the
state and um I'm thrilled to see what
[29:37] we've been able to do as a team over the
last just two and a half years with this
[29:39] with these plans which I'm sure John
might allude to a little bit later. So
[29:42] um with that I'll open it up if you guys
have any questions. I'll try to answer
[29:46] as best as I can and we'll continue to
keep

if and we sent out mass communication.

there is no expectation any changes for

[35:57] together, get the best ordinance for
Warster. Um, we can't prohibit data
[36:02] centers. There's nothing in the pipeline
of a data center coming into Warster,
[36:06] but just knowing it's out there and it's
the hot topic and it's something I'm
[36:10] doing in four, five, five other
municipalities right now. It's just
[36:14] something that's on my mind and it's
might as well be something we get on the
[36:17] books just to have it so that if a data
center ever does come in, we don't risk
[36:21] the situation that's going on in
Plymouth Township in Montgomery County
[36:24] right now where they actually have a
data center filing a substantive
[36:28] validility challenge because Plymouth
did not update their ordinance. And even
[36:32] though there was some negotiations in
that case, I know a little bit about
[36:35] what's going on, not too much, but it
seems like the sides couldn't agree on
[36:39] how to get it worked out properly. This
will just sort of prevent that from
[36:43] happening and give us the tools to put
the right regulations in place should a
[36:48] data center ever come into Warster. I
mean, you're a pretty built up town.
[36:52] There aren't these mega sites available.
There could be smaller ones coming in,
[36:56] but you know, you'll just be ahead of
the game and if something were to ever
[36:59] happen, that's the idea here. It's not a
fear. It's not a problem. It's just
[37:03] getting your ordinance up to date as
we're doing it. Craig and I are doing it
[37:07] in New Britain right now. I have been
four other municipalities I'm doing it
[37:11] in as well. So, we might as well we
figured I figured put this out there,
[37:16] see if you guys want to get it done and
you can be ahead of the game for before
[37:20] any problems actually arise.

[37:22] especially since they are bullying the
people in other towns where they want to
[37:26] get in. So yes, I think any protection
that we can have for us, I think it's a

[44:15] the documentary on the battle of
Crooilla.
[44:19] My documentary is currently streaming on
eight networks. As of last week, Pluto
[44:23] picked it up, which is huge. In just
about two years, we are going to be
[44:28] celebrating the anniversary of the
Battle of Cababella. arguably the most
[44:34] important event that happened in two
communities that share the event. Hapro
[44:38] and Warster.
Um I know Hapro is already planning
[44:42] celebrations. I know for the 225th I
still have the shirt that was done in
[44:46] Warster Park. Um the battle is shared.
It started in Hapo. It moved into
[44:52] Warster. The two mass graves are in
Warminster and there are two monuments
[44:57] 1861 1928. The 28 monument sits on
Jacksonville Road. Most people don't
[45:03] even know it's there. They drive by it
every day on Jacksonville Road. So, what
[45:08] I'm I'm almost done, by the way. What
I'm looking for from Warmerster, from
[45:13] the supervisors, I don't know if anyone
from the police is still here, from the
[45:16] police department.
Um I already talked with the mayor of
[45:19] Hatboro, the honorable Tim Schultz, and
some chamber members. They're on board
[45:24] with the idea and it's going to take two
years to pull it off to do a parade just
[45:29] like the battle. Start in Warmster or
start in Hapro and come right up into
[45:33] Warmerster. There's other celebrations,
but it will be a great way to honor the
[45:38] 26 men who died, 58 captured, and then
honor the hero of the battle, General
[45:44] John Lacy Jr., who was from Buck uh
Buckingham Township, Bucks County. So,
[45:49] this is we're in the beginning process.
We will be forming a committee, but it's
[45:54] going to take a team effort from both
communities and every facet. Um, you
[45:58] know, public safety to the planning of
who's going to be involved and all of
[46:02] that. So, that's my pitch. So, I don't
I'm not sure my next step to talk, you
[46:07] know, obviously outside of the council,
but

would be to uh talk to Jessica Fox, our
[46:14] parks and recck director.

[48:52] son's vehicle was completely flooded.
The vehicle was ultimately totaled
[48:56] resulting in a $21,000 insurance claim.
Uh, week two, a vehicle was stuck in the
[49:01] flood water and the driver had to be
rescued. Week three, there were two
[49:04] separate vehicles that became stuck.
Both drivers required water rescues. Um,

news. the revenues are up um about like

end of July compared to last year, it's

Um and the good thing looking at like I
[55:38] said last month, it's not one single
line item. So a bunch of different line
[55:42] items are going up. So it's not like a
one-time increase, which is great. Um
[55:47] compared to budget, revenues are 72%
this year. They're at 70%. Again,
[55:52] consistency is what we always look for
and that's what we want. Um on the
[55:57] expense side, expenses are up $1.1
million. Um looking at the detail, the
[56:03] main thing is the minimum municipal
obligation, the MMO that uh we're going
[56:09] to be talking about a little bit later
that [clears throat] since we did a 50%
[56:14] payment that actually increased that's
450,000 of that increase. So it was it
[56:20] was a tough year like we had a big
increase. That's looking good. Um,
[56:26] but it was budgeted. So, we're at 60% of
budget this year. We're at 58% last
[56:31] year. So, we're kind of trending in the
same right direction. Um, looking
[56:37] forward, um, kind of jumping ahead a
little bit to the MMO talk that we're
[56:41] going to approve tonight is the good
news is the 2027 MMO when you combine
[56:47] both the police and the non-uniform is a
decrease of like $2,500.
[56:54] » In all of my years in government, I have
never seen a decrease in MMO in my life.
[56:59] [snorts]
>> Um, the part there's a couple reasons
[57:02] for this. one the non-uniform plan is
closed so there's less people in it. Um
[57:09] » other things um the new investment seiz
who was up here earlier after two and a
[57:13] half years they're less their fees are
less than the previous provider. That's
[57:18] a great thing. Um, we've had great
market returns and over the last couple
[57:24] years we've added more than the MMO, the
minimum, we've put an extra $300,000
[57:31] into these into the police pension plan,
which is still an open plan. So that's
[57:36] cutting back on everything. So between
all of these things, that's what's
[57:40] leading to this decrease in expense. So
that's going to help us with our 2027
[57:45] budget. So it's something to look
forward to. It's
[57:50] again it's all good news.

[57:54] can contribute more than the minimum.

>> helps everybody when they reach
[58:02] retirement which is our obligation.

end of July. So, it's not just, oh, we

[58:24] talk about the general, but going
through even the go fund this year with
[58:29] all the additional expenses with the the
clubhouse and everything, they're still
[58:33] in the black before borrowing the money.
So, like we're looking good through
[58:38] every fund throughout the township.

8% we're down to two and or 7.25
[1:00:15] like we did a big half percent which is
a huge difference and then every quarter
[1:00:20] percent makes another big difference. So
right now hopefully with the last two
[1:00:26] years we have when we get their next
evaluation maybe we can actually even
[1:00:29] drop it more because that leads to a
longer duration of
[1:00:34] » every time we're over that it's it's a
better thing for the MMO. So for whoever
[1:00:40] is listening out there and everyone
else, the the the
[1:00:44] higher the rate of return, the
anticipated rate of return,
[1:00:49] the less money you need to put into the
pension fund,
[1:00:52] » but 8% is not realistic. There's no
returns in pension funds that are
[1:00:58] returning 8%. So what we've done on the
pension committee is we've gotten that
[1:01:03] number down. So every time you lower it
down into a more realistic rate of
[1:01:08] return, the amount of money you have to
contribute goes up. So we've been able
[1:01:13] to stabilize that,
>> lower it by almost a full point and
[1:01:17] stabilize the the rate the contribution.
So that's that's well done. I hats off
[1:01:21] to the to the CBIZ and everybody on the
pension committee.
[1:01:24] » And we've also changed the um life
expectancy
[1:01:28] tables to over time and which people are
living longer. So now we have to like
[1:01:34] pull that out a little bit longer to say
we have to put more money in to make it
[1:01:38] uh

changes the
[1:01:45] » And we're hiring young.
