[3:17] green. A sewer plant where it gets processed so we have an agreement with mountain green sewer

[3:30] Beach Ranch so essentially the village areas where there's really just not enough room for
[3:36] individual separate underground tanks and then we are responsible for all the infrastructure
[3:41] maintenance that's utility related and all the compliance with state, federal and local
[3:47] regulations.

[3:58] has been at 0.8 mills. The actual millage which you'll see in the next slide was slightly lower

[4:15] clarification or change in notification methodologies and so we were informed that we needed to that the eight mills had not properly been noticed so we were at 0.5
[4:28] mills last year but the budgets and all the prior financials and actions of the board and all for the prior years and as is proposed for this year 0.8
[4:40] mills. So the certified rate is basically when you get your tax notices is
[4:49] recalculated annually by the state and then the actual rate mill levy you know
[4:56] in this case remains unchanged. In the case of our district we have an
[5:01] agreement so the master developer of WPR basically subsidizes the district
[5:06] until such time as it will break even. So that gives us comfort level in
[5:11] operating the district in these early years before we have enough homes tied into the system.

[5:23] But you can see that the assess valuation is increasing as more homes come online.
[5:29] And then you can see the revenue which has grown and is projected this next year to reach about

[5:54] projected for the coming year, which is about 2.9 million cumulative deficit in the five years
