penalty for work done without fair

impact that

doing this. So if that's not sufficient,
[15:57] I would happy to go further in the
future. But I thought I just was
[16:02] concerned about these going up so much
all discourage especially first beer for
[16:08] some folks doing work. The other one
hopefully that's enough of penalty to
[16:12] let folks know they need to get the
