evaluation with the three parties

[1:48] contract to snc lavalin Inc at kinali
for a maximum amount of $15,452.57

three parties in equal parts whereas May
[2:07] 15th 2023 Council increased the amount
of the Mandate of Ence lavalin at kinsi

for SN lavalin at kin REI to proceed
[2:35] with the analysis of the data collected
as part of its assessment whereas it is

2024 so West mount's total cost would be
[4:44] $168,000 roughly with the increases
because more money is needed because
[4:49] it's more detailed the readings the
analysis is more complex there's it's
[4:54] very intricate so more money is needed
it's more complicated than originally
[4:58] thought so to have the best outcome the
best possible outcome we need to do the
[5:03] best possible work and this is an
important step uh in the process of us
[5:07] trying to secure the investment from the
government from the provincial
[5:11] government uh in mitigating the noise
that comes off um that comes off the
[5:16] turkot so this is all part of that that
process and add additional cost in that

to Construction djl Inc for the purchase
[5:51] of asphalt purchase number 0 29572 be
modified and increased to a maximum
[5:58] amount of 91,9
[6:01] 97885 including taxes that an additional
expenditure be authorized in the amount
[6:07] of
[6:09] $4,495 including taxes for said contract
and to allocate this expenditure with
[6:15] the financial information included in
the decision-making file number 2024
