actually said they witnessed two or
[10:35] three different times possibly maybe
four different times out of citizens
[10:38] that helped get clean the roads and move
stuff out of the way and debris and
[10:42] stuff out of the way out of the way and
they were bragging on how well our town
[10:46] is kept and uh
So, I want to I want to know I want to
[10:50] recognize, you know, the citizens of
Winfield for doing their part when they
[10:53] see something in the road, move it, and
kind of help a neighbor out or whatever.

Brad had mentioned to you that he wanted
[10:59] to
acknowledge and recognize
[11:04] the water department.

recognize the members of the Winfield
[11:10] water department. So, last night they
was out working
[11:13] through the stormy conditions
dealing with a major water leak and they
[11:17] stayed out working until about 5:00 this
morning
[11:21] and they didn't stop till they made sure
it was done.
[11:24] Sometimes I think we take for granted
the running water, you know.
[11:28] We turn on the faucet and just there it
is. But we don't always the people
[11:32] behind the scenes.
And even when that means working after
[11:37] midnight, so
I want to mention these names publicly
[11:40] because I believe once they go above and
beyond, I like to uh
[11:46] uh recognize them publicly. So, we got
