[0:02] get the meeting [0:05] with them Hills guest or with Hills [0:06] office guest. [0:09] >> Well, we can have it. I'd like to have [0:11] it for the sake of it's our quarterly [0:14] meeting. [0:14] >> Yeah. [0:15] >> Okay. I think it's your meeting now, [0:16] Sherry. [0:22] » Thank you. [0:28] Ted. [0:30] Good to see you all. [0:32] >> Thanks for all those hang out or no. Is [0:34] this [0:34] >> Yeah, you can hang out long. Do you [0:38] >> okay? [0:39] >> We can put you on PTR. [0:42] >> You need something else to [0:43] >> do. [0:45] >> I mean, I think you'd come in handy for [0:47] a lot of the like when Ben was on there [0:50] with me and we were doing like the trail [0:51] maintenance, it was nice because he had [0:54] some of the equipment. I did too, but [0:56] like we both had the four-wheelers with [0:58] the trailers and we could take it tools [1:00] up up and down [1:01] >> trail [1:02] >> up the trail and stuff like that. So, it [1:04] was nice. [1:06] >> Well, I would like to welcome everybody [1:08] to the parks and trails recreation [1:11] meeting for the 19th of August 2026. [1:16] Um, do we have any public comment? [1:21] Like to excuse Dennis. Today's his [1:25] iversary. [1:27] Mike Slater is out of town. [1:30] Um, Michelle may still be here. So, [1:34] for right now on the agenda, we will [1:39] table the 19th of May 26 [1:44] minutes that I sent out. Um, Jim, do you [1:48] have any additions or deletions from [1:53] Okay. [1:55] Um the update on the pickle ball courts [1:58] is [2:00] um [2:02] we're moving forward. [2:05] Head's doing a great job. Steve's doing [2:08] Janet, you're doing a great job on this [2:10] and just grateful for everybody's [2:14] thoughts and input and [2:17] to be moving forward with this project. [2:20] Um there are a couple of things that I [2:24] think if PTR brought to the city council [2:27] just to be mindful of. [2:29] One of them is the hours in the park. [2:33] I believe currently our [2:37] ordinances state that the park is open [2:40] till 10:30 [2:42] and the sign says 11. So that's [2:45] something that the council may want to [2:47] look at. The other item that I was [2:51] thinking about is the lighting. [2:54] If the council wants to move forward [2:56] with lighting or do we want to see if [2:59] it's going to be used in the winter [3:02] during the dark hours that would require [3:05] lighting? It's going to have lighting. [3:08] >> Okay. Then the ordinance for public [3:10] lighting of the city needs to be looked [3:13] at. [3:14] >> Um it's on a they're on timers. Do you [3:17] want to tell [3:19] Yeah. So, effectively what the plan is [3:22] just so that we can maximize the use of [3:24] it in the shorter days would be that [3:27] there would be four lights down lights [3:29] kind of stadiumy lights but they're on a [3:32] control timer. So, you have to hit the [3:35] button lights come on for 30 minutes and [3:38] then they go [3:39] >> like the spa at the hotel. [3:41] >> Yeah, exactly. You got to turn that off, [3:43] >> get back up, get back in. [3:45] >> That's how all the other pickle ball [3:46] courts are. Like um I've played in Salem [3:49] and Pac and Spanish work at night and [3:51] you have to push the button. [3:52] >> That's a good idea because then it's not [3:54] on all night [3:54] >> and then it shuts off in the middle of [3:56] your game and you have to stop and go [3:57] push the button again. But it's [3:59] >> okay. So how long can we keep pushing [4:02] the button for? The city ordinance right [4:05] now says for city-owned property, which [4:09] is different from residential, states [4:12] that the lighting must be extinguished [4:14] at 11 p.m. [4:18] >> Wayne is aware of this and has been [4:19] aware made aware of it for over a year [4:23] and it hasn't changed yet. We still have [4:25] lights on all the time. [4:26] >> Okay. [4:27] >> And [4:29] I think thinking about the pickle ball [4:31] courts, if the park is at 10:30 or 11. [4:34] If the council wants to change it to [4:36] that, change the ordinance, [4:39] then the button can't be pushed after [4:41] 11. [4:41] >> Is that feasible? I mean, not the idea, [4:44] but can that [4:45] >> control? Yes. [4:47] >> Yeah. So, so what we would have is is a [4:49] timer restriction on that. Um, so yeah, [4:52] we I I'll make a note of that and we'll [4:55] have a discussion about it and make sure [4:56] >> I can send you the ordinance number. [4:59] >> Okay. I' I've got it fresh. [5:01] >> Okay. still fresh. [5:05] >> So those are the two things that that [5:07] PTR was thinking about with regards to [5:09] the [5:10] >> Okay. [5:12] >> Um [5:14] Steve, you've made your presentation [5:17] which was great. Um and we'll be having [5:20] another meeting and we'll be hearing [5:22] more. [5:23] >> Do you want me to recap those components [5:25] just real quickly? [5:26] >> That'd be awesome. That would be great. [5:27] So, there are several elements in the [5:29] pickle ball courts which are not [5:31] finalized. The things that we want to [5:33] set up a fundraising for would be [5:37] bricks. So, families can have their [5:39] names on bricks. We haven't established [5:41] the costs of those bricks or any of [5:44] these fundraiser elements, but we're [5:46] talking about um 4 by8s, 8 by8s. We're [5:50] talking about park benches, potentially [5:51] flag poles, basketball standards, nets, [5:55] um park benches. if I haven't said that, [5:58] a drinking fountain. Um, so shade [6:01] canopies, we are trying to integrate as [6:04] many components that we can benefit from [6:07] in that park [6:09] >> that are outside of the Utah outdoor [6:12] recreation grant that we received. [6:15] >> Um, in addition to Yeah, we're hoping [6:17] that this will help establish and raise [6:20] funds that will go toward the pickle [6:21] ball courts and other improvements up at [6:24] the park. [6:26] because the grant's really basic and [6:28] we're trying to add some nicities to it. [6:31] >> Yeah. So, [6:32] >> fabulous. Thank you. [6:34] >> You're welcome. [6:35] >> So, if possible, I'd like to be invited [6:37] to these meetings because then I can [6:39] give you a real time update on other [6:41] things. So, I'll I'll keep [6:44] >> You see my text? [6:45] >> I didn't. [6:48] Um, [6:50] >> as far as the trail maintenance goes, [6:53] which is the next thing on the agenda, [6:57] I guess having two council members here [6:59] is fabulous because is this PTR's [7:03] responsibility or is this the city's [7:05] responsibility [7:07] >> or what? Trail maintenance. [7:08] >> Trail maintenance. [7:10] >> It's always been under PTR. [7:13] >> Well, I know PTR has provided labor. I'm [7:16] just [7:16] >> the city does quite a bit of maintenance [7:19] on the trail. [7:20] >> Y [7:21] >> but I think that you [7:24] >> like it to a higher standard and so I [7:26] think that that's where PTR comes in. [7:29] >> Okay. Um, I think the city will continue [7:32] to do what they're doing to maintain it [7:33] and I and they do a lot and usually like [7:37] when concerns come up about the trees [7:39] and things like that being on the [7:40] trails, um, Ted, you know, will get [7:43] somebody up there right away. Usually [7:45] once we just have to tell him like once [7:47] we tell him that you've been up there [7:48] and there's down trees and it's blocking [7:50] the trail, he gets somebody up there to [7:52] do it to take care of it. It's in pretty [7:55] good shape for [7:58] the shape that it's in. Water bars. [8:02] There's a couple that need to be worked [8:04] on. [8:04] >> Do you think that's because we had a [8:05] milder winter? Do you think that's part [8:07] of it? [8:08] >> I think part of it is because maybe last [8:10] year we didn't do anything and it's just [8:13] had more wear over it. Um, [8:17] I'm not going to single myself out, but [8:21] I'm getting a lot of runoff on my [8:24] because those water bars are now flat [8:28] >> coming down two and into [8:30] >> into one. So, I'm willing to [8:35] throw a date out there. Um, [8:39] it I don't think it needs a lot. I was [8:42] up there a couple weeks ago again and it [8:45] really does look great. It's [8:48] easy to walk on. You have to be a little [8:51] careful because there's a lot of loose [8:53] like gravel which is just weather. [8:56] >> So sometimes I wear my grippers so I [8:58] don't [8:59] >> So like end of September, 1st of [9:01] October, you can't get any later than [9:02] the 1st of October because it could have [9:04] snow. [9:05] >> But end of September or 1 of October [9:07] would be nice just because it's a little [9:08] cooler. You get to that one section [9:11] >> what [9:11] >> and prettier. But you get to that one [9:13] section and it can get kind of toasty. [9:15] The long section where there's no shade. [9:18] >> Yeah. [9:20] Look down. Yeah, that's true. How many [9:21] times have you hiked the switchbacks? [9:23] >> Um, I've hiked it a couple of times and [9:25] biked it a couple times. [9:27] >> Liked it, huh? [9:28] >> It's It was miserable. [9:33] » But you did it. [9:34] >> I did it. I had to stop sometimes every [9:36] like 20 feet, but I did it. Yeah. [9:39] >> Yeah. I had asked Ted, and I haven't [9:42] followed up about more signage. I know [9:45] we talked about this before or [9:47] additional signage saying the same thing [9:51] because there is an awful lot of [9:53] traffic. [9:55] Not that I've seen a lot of traffic, but [9:57] you can definitely tell the path is well [10:00] worn through tulips. So when people hit [10:03] the trail going across tulips that they [10:06] see the signs that remember where you [10:09] and I had our picture put up. I'm not [10:11] quite sure where that went, but I can [10:13] follow up just so people know. I know [10:16] horses are going through their people. [10:19] It's well warn um just so they're aware. [10:23] What happened to [10:25] They're still around. [10:27] >> They still own it, right? Yep, they do. [10:30] Um [10:32] have you heard anything Janet from Mike [10:35] on the consery? [10:38] >> Um [10:40] I mean Well, because I did some research [10:44] on that, um, making it a conservation [10:47] easement, [10:49] the trail, but one of the things in my [10:53] research and reading is that the [10:54] government requires control of the [10:57] property. So, I don't think that's going [10:59] to happen. And the water tanks are part [11:02] of that parcel. you'd either have to [11:04] split the parcel off [11:07] from the piece that the trail is on [11:09] because it's it's one big parcel and [11:12] we're not going to give the federal [11:14] government control of our water tanks [11:16] and the land there and you don't want to [11:18] limit the city being able to expand. Um [11:22] I mean I've I remember when they built [11:24] the new one, right? and they were [11:27] drilling and I couldn't hear the TV in [11:29] my own living room for several weeks or [11:32] breathe the air because carbon monoxide [11:35] was coming down the hill anyway. But [11:38] um yeah, so I think that's dead. I was [11:43] going to do I was actually going to do a [11:45] little bit more research and I was going [11:46] to call somebody and ask a few [11:48] questions, but I don't think that's [11:50] something the city is going to want to [11:52] pursue. Even though that's something I [11:54] wanted to do, I wanted to preserve it, [11:56] but not if it comes with those [11:59] regulations. [12:00] >> How what do you think about the [12:02] possibility of looking into [12:06] there is a zoning or a zone called [12:09] forestry. [12:11] Um, right now it's zoned R2 pud all up [12:15] in there, but there is a zoning [12:18] designation [12:20] called forestry. [12:22] the city were to go that route, maybe [12:24] that would protect it. [12:27] >> Yeah. [12:30] And I can check. I know that there's no [12:34] nobody in the city wants to [12:38] develop it, but the worry is is that [12:40] you've got the the is it R2 slopes? [12:43] What's it called? Something slopes. [12:45] >> Yeah. Northern [12:47] >> Northern Slopes owns above me above the [12:50] water tanks. they own that and they want [12:53] to develop it. They want to make like a [12:54] deer valley up there. And so the concern [12:59] was and I'll look I'll make some calls [13:02] and look into it more. I just got [13:04] discouraged by what I read. But having a [13:07] conservancy easement so that if they [13:09] ever do develop that they can't creep [13:11] over into our switchback area. That was what we were trying to prevent. [13:18] So, [13:20] I'll be gone before that ever happens. [13:23] >> Well, they don't have access right now. [13:26] >> Yeah, they're trying to get access [13:28] through um [13:29] >> Dimmick. [13:30] >> No, through uh Dinda Bond and [13:35] March. [13:37] It's not Dimmick, it's Mato. [13:39] >> Machado, right? [13:40] >> Yeah. He They've got an easement. [13:42] There's a road that the city owns and [13:44] then there's land that Machad owns and [13:48] they need they need access on his land [13:50] because the city road isn't wide enough [13:52] to give. But see that would mean that [13:55] goes right past my driveway. So all of [13:57] that traffic would go right up past my [13:59] driveway and I'll be I'll be out of here [14:03] because that's not what I signed up for. [14:08] I think it's a long time coming [14:10] >> with what we have going on down below [14:12] and Summit Creek. [14:14] >> Yeah, it's going to be a while because [14:16] Three Bridges is kind of stalled. [14:19] >> Yeah. What happened? What's going on [14:20] with that? [14:24] » That's what I heard. Is that what you [14:26] heard? [14:27] >> What' you hear? [14:28] >> Oh, yeah. Sure. [14:33] » It's always much [14:37] uh or well [14:41] um any other business that you think PTR [14:45] should be [14:47] giving input on to the council? No, just [14:51] um just kind of by way of information, I [14:54] have reserved a booth at um Woodland [14:57] Hills Days and when we get closer and we [15:00] can do it through email, but it would be [15:02] nice if we didn't leave Steve sitting [15:04] there the whole time. He's probably [15:06] going to want to be I like maybe we can [15:08] have PTR members [15:10] uh do the sign up for the fundraiser, [15:12] the brick fun. you can rotate and have [15:14] people sign up for maybe time slots [15:17] where we each take a couple hours and [15:19] sit at the booth and that way not one [15:21] person's getting stuck sitting there the [15:23] whole time because you do want to be [15:24] able to go spend time with your family [15:25] and enjoy it a little bit. [15:27] >> Y [15:27] >> um so that would be awesome if we could [15:30] get support from this committee [15:33] uh to help with that. [15:36] I'll make sure we got good content there [15:40] >> and some talking points for the for [15:42] those of us who are sitting there and [15:43] can answer because people are going like [15:45] how much does it cost? How did you know [15:46] all that? [15:47] >> So yeah, I think he's going to make like [15:49] a inventory list and then people can [15:51] sign up and then options and then um [15:55] some flexible options. I like that. I [15:58] just, you know, there you have some [16:01] people that are retired but have lived [16:03] here forever that are maybe on fixed [16:05] incomes, but they really want a break. [16:08] I would hate to deny them that [16:10] opportunity. It is a fundraiser. I get [16:12] that. Um, we do want it to be cool, [16:17] but it would be nice if everybody could. [16:19] >> Yeah. I would like to do a break for [16:21] John. [16:22] >> Yeah. [16:22] >> So, I think that would be cool. [16:26] So, [16:26] >> or tree or something. [16:28] >> Yeah, [16:28] >> something. [16:30] Jeff's got a bench up on the [16:33] >> I finally got this little sign up on it. [16:35] >> I need to go up there and see it. [16:37] >> Um, [16:37] >> I haven't been up there for a while [16:38] either. I need to get up there, too. [16:40] >> He's been tugging on me lately. So, [16:45] other business, [16:48] future meetings, [16:50] we're required to have one once a [16:52] quarter. [16:54] So, December [16:56] Well, yeah, [16:56] >> that'd be hard. [16:58] >> How do you want to do this? [16:59] >> No, I would do [17:00] >> I don't think the fund raise from the [17:02] email that I received from the city, [17:07] >> the fundraising is separate [17:11] from PTR. [17:13] >> That's [17:14] >> I got that on. Yeah. um happy to help, [17:19] give input, [17:22] whatever, but PTR [17:24] is not being asked to drive this. [17:27] >> Yeah. Yeah. And and [17:29] >> is that right? Am I understanding [17:30] correct? [17:31] >> Yeah. What what I what I think would be [17:35] ideal, at least from my perspective, [17:38] would be just the support. So, um so [17:42] that we're tracking the right direction. [17:44] I want to make sure that we're getting [17:46] public input. I want to make sure that [17:49] we're all talking, that there's plenty [17:51] of knowledge and you guys know what's [17:53] going on and you can disseminate that, [17:55] you can talk to it confidently and not be in the dark and then when we do [18:00] have activities that we can just all [18:03] work together through it be the biggest [18:05] thing. [18:07] >> When are you trying to have figures [18:09] together of what? So, I'm I'm gonna hope [18:12] to have those by the first week in [18:13] September so that we can put whatever [18:17] marketing material together that we need [18:20] to for what week? [18:22] >> It's the second weekend in SE September [18:25] 11th. [18:25] >> I'm going to be like literally right on [18:27] the tail end of it, but [18:29] >> Okay. [18:30] >> So, I'm going to have to get right into [18:31] action on getting the information [18:33] together. [18:35] I'll see I'll get you figures hopefully [18:40] this week [18:41] >> and [18:43] maybe I could do up some pictures of hey [18:45] here's an idea. What does the community [18:47] think about this idea and [18:51] >> just so they'd have a visual. I love [18:53] that [18:53] >> if that's the direction we want to go [18:55] rather than quote unquote commercial [18:58] that's like 30 to $70,000. [19:03] >> Yeah. [19:03] >> For basic stuff, slides and [19:07] >> Okay, that that would be excellent. [19:09] >> Okay. [19:10] >> The the other thing that I could really [19:12] use some help on and maybe this is [19:14] something you've already got a list of [19:16] is sweat equity opportunities. So, for [19:19] example, if we know that there are some [19:21] trails that need some mending or if [19:24] there's some digging in the park or [19:26] some, you know, raking out the mulch in [19:28] the playground or whatever it is, if we [19:30] can just generate a list of things that [19:32] would really benefit the community that [19:35] improve our parks and trails. What I [19:38] would love to do is have that be [19:40] >> the horseshoe needs mainten it gets [19:43] weeds in it and stuff. [19:44] It just needs somebody to come and hoe [19:46] it and turn it up. [19:48] >> Refresh my memory here. Don't we have a [19:50] list like that that we used for the [19:53] >> when the stake [19:55] >> Yeah, I think we have a list. So, so [19:58] what I at that table is have a [20:01] comprehensive list of, hey, [20:04] >> you know, interested in this fundraiser, [20:06] interested in helping the city with some [20:08] sweat equity, and these would be some [20:11] projects so that people can actually [20:12] sign up and say, "Yes, I'm interested in [20:14] this or that." [20:15] >> Well, it there'll be some gravel. [20:17] >> Yeah. [20:18] >> Sign so they can [20:18] >> pavers will have to be laid too. [20:21] >> So, we can as many [20:24] >> Yeah. Yeah. We'll probably want those to [20:25] be with the professional, but but you're [20:27] absolutely right. Anything that we can [20:29] have people do, whether it's hauling [20:30] over to the masons or whatever [20:32] >> because we'll probably need sand, [20:35] >> that's going to be extra, too. So [20:38] >> So, so any as comprehensive a list as [20:41] you can give me to say, hey, we could we [20:44] could use and and as close to man hours [20:46] as possible. It's like, hey, we could [20:48] use 40 man hours up on the switchback [20:52] trail at the entry or, you know, we've [20:55] got probably a couple man hours weeding [20:57] the the horseshoe pits and a couple [20:58] hours raking out the the mulch so it's [21:01] fresh for the kids. What whatever it is, [21:03] even if it's menial, if it's something [21:06] we could say, hey, you help the city, [21:08] these are contributing toward your work [21:11] hours. [21:12] >> What I'll do is look for that list. I'll [21:14] send it to everybody. If you have any [21:16] other things, send it back and then I'll [21:19] send it back. [21:21] >> And they are doing a day of service [21:23] again. Several wards [21:26] >> want to come up to the park and [21:28] >> I think it is. Is that the right name? [21:30] >> There's several wards that want to come [21:32] up to the park and [21:33] >> for 911 [21:35] >> and do service. [21:36] >> Okay. [21:36] >> It's a It's a stake day of service. It's [21:40] the It's the Thursday [21:43] >> before. Oh, yeah. And that's when they [21:44] did it [21:45] >> last year. [21:46] >> It's the Thursday before. So it's the [21:48] 10th. They want to do a stake day of [21:51] service. And so they're looking for a [21:53] list of things at the park [21:56] >> that could possibly be done even just [21:58] for Woodland Hills days, but then those [22:00] things don't last, right? Like they'll [22:02] need done again. So then we could put [22:03] them on the list for Steve, too. So [22:05] >> yeah, perfect. [22:07] >> That would be really helpful. [22:11] I'm really looking forward to because I got made sure I didn't don't have to [22:14] work that weekend for me. [22:16] >> Yay. So, what are we putting you over? [22:18] >> Nothing. [22:20] >> Bingo. Can you holler bingo? [22:25] » Yeah. I think we actually have Monica [22:28] Bamber is doing bingo. [22:32] She's kind of soft spoken, so she's [22:33] gonna have to speak up. Give her the [22:35] mic. Give her one of those little pink [22:38] Barbie mics and be like, I know [22:43] >> any other business you can think of. [22:45] >> No, I think you got a I mean, we've got [22:47] some big projects on right now. You [22:49] know, we got trails and we've got the [22:51] pickle ball and park stuff. [22:53] >> Do you want to pick a date for the trail [22:54] maintenance? [22:55] >> Yeah, end of September. [22:57] >> I think end either the end of September [22:58] or the first week of October, but no [23:01] later than that. [23:03] So, [23:04] >> and hopefully we'll have a little rain [23:05] before because the earth is very very [23:08] hard up there. [23:09] >> So, either like So, I would say either [23:11] September 26th or October 3rd, [23:17] you get to the 10th and it starts [23:19] snowing. Yeah. I'm going to be out of [23:20] town. I'm going to Tennessee and on the 1st through the 6th with my sisters, [23:25] but [23:27] >> we're actually going to see my other [23:28] sister who's in Bean Station or [23:30] something like that. [23:31] >> I don't know. We're flying in Knoxville. [23:32] That's all. [23:33] >> And I And I say that because Woodland [23:35] Hills stays is the 11th and 12th and I [23:37] deserve a weekend off. You think? [23:40] >> Yeah. So the I mean I could do the 26th, [23:43] but [23:43] >> the 26th. Does that work? Sherry's [23:46] >> No, you're out of town. [23:47] >> No, I'm at Black Desert St. George. [23:51] >> It's Black Desert. [23:53] >> Big resort community where the really [23:55] the rich of the rich go. [24:00] I can do the I can do the third. I can [24:03] do [24:04] >> October 3rd [24:06] >> and I wouldn't worry about it. Jen [24:08] >> be like in spirit. [24:09] >> Yeah. [24:11] >> We usually get [24:12] >> tornado a wagon. You can [24:13] >> we usually get uh some volunteers from [24:15] the community too. Like other people [24:17] come. We usually have [24:19] >> like 10 15 people that come and we do [24:21] it. And I've approached I think I told [24:23] you this before [24:25] >> couple of guys that were up on [24:27] four-wheelers in the earlier part of the [24:29] summer. [24:30] >> Oh yeah. [24:31] >> I just flagged them and said, "Hey, [24:32] would you help me?" And I was moving [24:34] rocks and they're like, "Oh yes, we'll [24:35] be happy to help you." And I said, "No, [24:37] when we do a trail day, would you guys [24:39] come up?" And I have their numbers and [24:40] they said, "Oh." So kids, [24:43] >> it actually gets used by a lot of people [24:44] outside of the community. It's on the [24:47] trail. [24:49] Three of the four were from help. [24:51] >> Yeah. [24:52] >> So, [24:53] >> well, and I've been I've been living [24:55] here for three years and I've never [24:59] known when trail maintenance is [25:00] happening. So, [25:02] >> might be something to I can start [25:04] putting it on Facebook. [25:06] >> No, I need to talk to Dan because we he [25:08] needs to be advertising Hills days. It's [25:10] coming up and I haven't seen I don't [25:13] know. I mean, a month. So, what time do [25:15] we want to say on the third? [25:18] >> Um, [25:20] >> I don't want to do too late, right? But [25:23] >> but not 9. [25:24] >> Yeah. [25:24] that's good for me. [25:25] >> Not too early. [25:27] >> You can go till 9 till noon. Then you [25:29] still have the rest of your day to do [25:30] all the other things you have to do on a [25:32] Saturday. [25:33] >> We'll provide water like we did last [25:35] time, I think. people. [25:38] >> I mean, people can also bring water, but [25:40] we can have some backup water just in [25:42] case they don't bring water, right? [25:44] >> Water and granola bars. [25:48] I found some good ones last week. [25:51] >> Okay. 9 on October 3rd. [25:54] >> Okay. I just thought while we're here, [25:56] we should pick a date. [26:01] » 9 a.m. [26:03] It'll be It should be nice and cool and [26:05] it'll be [26:06] Yes. Yes. [26:11] Go see the bench. [26:16] » Um, [26:19] anything else? We I think I'll send [26:21] these minutes out tomorrow. [26:24] >> Okay. [26:24] >> Uh, so that if you want to add anything [26:28] >> that we need to follow up on that I did [26:31] not put on here, please disseminate it. [26:35] to whoever needs to see it. Um, I make a [26:38] motion we journ. [26:42] » We have to second it. [26:43] >> Oh, I second it. [26:45] >> Thank you. Let's go. [26:47] >> All in favor? [26:48] >> I [26:50] >> We can't vote because we're city [26:52] council, but we can participate. We just [26:54] can't vote. [26:55] >> Got. [26:56] >> So, that got tabled to minutes. [27:00] >> Okay. [27:01] >> We do both sets next time. [27:04] It's happened before, [27:05] >> right? I remember. Um, it's it's the [27:09] last harrah. It's the end of summer. [27:11] >> Back to school. The buses went by today. [27:14] Oh, it was a nightmare driving into work [27:16] today. I have to leave early tomorrow. I [27:20] waited till school time and I hit that, [27:23] you know, hit the construction stoplight [27:26] and then you barely get through that. [27:27] And then you hit the other stop light [27:29] and the line cuz I was behind like four [27:31] buses and like 20 coers. [27:34] >> It took two red lights for me to get [27:35] through it. [27:38] >> Okay. [27:39] >> Yeah, they're ripping up the street. My [27:41] not my section yet, but directly across [27:43] from me. It'll be awesome. [27:46] Steve knows how to do it.
