[12:20] In small businesses, STR are not affecting real estate negatively

[58:52] It is also a vital part of our plan to

[58:54] pass the property down to the next generations.

[58:57] Starting with our older daughter and her three children.

[59:22] sixties, her children would already have grown and left her

[59:26] And sadly her children would not have had the gift

[59:28] of growing up on the family farm.

[59:34] mother's no longer with us.

[59:36] Scott and I will move into the in-law apartment and

[59:38] our younger daughter and her family will move into the

[59:40] farmhouse.

[59:43] In addition, since we are quickly approaching retirement age.

[59:46] Having both of our girls and their families on the

[59:48] property with us will be a huge help both financially

[59:51] and physically.

[59:52] Their ability to help pay taxes and upkeep costs.

[59:56] As well as provide the sweat equity needed to cut

[59:58] acres of grass.

[59:59] Pick up after dozens of trees and all the other

[1:00:02] maintenance that comes with the property and its many buildings.

[1:00:11] place for any of our grandchildren to live.

[1:26:58] Aranco with regard to your zoning. So.
