Box addressed Council President Blaine Griffin and Mayor Justin Bibb before supporters in purple shirts. The death allegation is unconfirmed; missing-person records list Keshaun Williams as missing since June 17, 2023.

Committee Chair Leroy Robinson, asked deputies to remove meeting attendees for various disruptions.
