business we have a quorum of five our

met as a board uh we do not have any

our executive committee uh what I would
[1:48]
recommend uh as this is the first time
[1:50]
our commissioners have met each other um
[1:52]
if you are interested in serving as
[1:54]
chair or vice chair secretary um you can
[1:57]
raise your hand and just let you know
[1:59]
that you'd uh be interested in it uh
[2:01]
then we will need a nomination from the
[2:03]
board of the individual uh a nomination
[2:06]
in a second and then we will take a vote
[2:07]
on it um so is there anyone who uh
[2:10]
wishes to be
[2:14]
chair why is everyone looking at
[2:18]
me okay so if you just want to give a

little introduction to the board um okay

my name is Mark Randazzo um and uh I've
[2:25]
been a Garden City resident for about 30
[2:28]
years you need more no that's just so um
[2:32]
is there anyone else who'd be interested
[2:33]
in being the
[2:36]
chair all right if there's no one else
[2:38]
who would be interested in being the
[2:39]
chair um a motion is in order uh to
[2:41]
nominate uh commissioner Randazzo as
[2:43]

so I will entertain a motion now um from

the board uh for the position of Vice

chairperson like to nominate Sue okay I

and now we will need the election of a

secretary so the secretary will be the

one um who prepares the minutes and The

Ethics I will entertain anyone who

interested in being the

secretary I really

I've been Garden City almost 40 years

only gone a few years of my life um kids

are gone to this school all that

volunteered for the gar City soccer

program for a while GC and things like

for the election of
