I would recognize the voice of the water district voice of no, it just no, sometimes they meet at six o'clock on a Tuesday. So, okay.
[0:08]
Okay, so it's when.
[0:09]
And I don't know, I don't know.
[0:15]
We're all here.
[0:15]
That's the only exception.
[0:24]
Get to me.
[1:11]
No,
[1:17]
no, no, if you guess this is exactly right on that.
[1:26]
I should never leave us alone very long.
[1:28]
That's six feet.
[1:29]
Good evening.
[1:31]
This is the town of Bonnean, select board meeting for August 18th.
[1:36]
We're in the Kendall meeting room.
[1:38]
We, you can join us either by a person,
[1:42]
by Zoom or town.
[1:44]
Join us either by a person,
[1:47]
by Zoom or town streaming service.
[1:52]
I'm calling the meeting to order and all five members of the select board are here in
[1:57]
safety.
[1:57]
Nicole, do we have amendments to the agenda?
[2:00]
Yes, we have a request from Ken Bakas for the land trust or a grants sponsorship
[2:06]
and that will be action item by the age.
[2:09]
Thank you.
[2:11]
As folks sort of attended before I've known about not everybody being out, we do have three
[2:17]
opportunities for comments from the public. One before the full agenda is because anybody would like to bring
[2:24]
a topic to this like for before the meeting, disaster come to the podium, introduce themselves
[2:31]
and really live. We also ask folks during the agenda, if you would like to add anything to the agenda item,
[2:38]
to raise your hand, wait to be noticed and also come to the volume and introduce yourself and
[2:46]
relive, and then at the end of the meeting we have a very opportunity. So anybody here to see
[2:51]
me, you know, would like to make comments before the meeting. Yes.
[2:58]
I have a little bit of a
[2:59]
big question. So two questions that I want to present to the board. One, I'm wondering where
[3:05]
board is with the perhaps yellow house because the engineering report found
[3:13]
open there and it is rented and so wondering if the board has considered what
[3:19]
happens down the road that that information is out if something happens
[3:25]
you know with a person in there. So that's something I know throughout two guys.
[3:31]
No, if you've discussed it, but I think as taxpayers, we probably should take all we can have,
[3:39]
considering that the report has said both, right? And then if we did anything with that
[3:44]
felony, we would have to be evaded as best as a statement and both the statement. So,
[3:52]
just wondering if that's been a discussion where I saw them books, we discussed,
[3:56]
or if we are concerned about it or not. Do you want to respond to that, or do you want to do me a one and put down a key drip jump?
[4:10]
I think the way the discussion was left on the yellow house is in the best of my recollection, and please correct me if anyone else remembers differently.
[4:19]
Of course, is that we were putting off action on the yellow house until we found out on whether or not we got the bill.
[4:27]
grant for the bike trail, because I was when I had asked you that, how long to construction
[4:36]
if we did in fact get this grant, if everything went perfectly, would we be sitting in the
[4:41]
limbo with the house, if that really, I mean, that's my recollection of the conversation.
[4:48]
But since we've been denied that build grant, I do think, but I personally think that the
[4:53]
question, should we wish a decision, you know, I believe that there's really to
[4:59]
if we, we need to define out whether or not it's the property itself was sold if the
[5:05]
new buyer retains the right to move the building bag and rebuild in the same footprint for
[5:14]
if the new, if a new property owner would lose that opportunity that if it were sold.
[5:19]
So it sounds like you think probably some just further discussion and information seeking is good on you.
[5:26]
Yeah, and but I think now that we didn't get the build grant, though, there's no reason to wait two years to make our system.
[5:32]
Thank you.
[5:33]
Anyone else?
[5:35]
It does make sense to put you on a future agenda either, but I have forgotten it was connected to the build grant.
[5:41]
Thank you.
[5:41]
What about you, Linda?
[5:43]
My second question is, and I honestly don't know the answer to this.
[5:47]
They probably all think it's public works.
[5:49]
But I drove down to the new park just because people were probably not being high up on
[5:54]
so I was curious about it.
[5:56]
And I was, I'm not trying to exaggerate, and I'm actually not trying to be rude.
[6:00]
But I was horrified with what it looked like.
[6:04]
Because there is, and I did some research, I actually called that one,
[6:08]
And, you know, the idea of endoguing to the plans and all of that stuff, and I understand that there's a piece of that that is being kept wild.
[6:20]
There's soon back down there, there are weeds down there.
[6:24]
It's not a conservation grant.
[6:26]
I don't know anything about the, you know, shoreline, but in the early part, it's moving right down to the shoreline.
[6:37]
It is a recreation slash economic ground and the reason I, the other reason I went down there is because of him days, we're going to be putting a tent up for the pavilion and I don't think I'm the only resident that will go down there and be like, what is this, this behavior is I mean, you got at least half the part down there that's not loaded and not musical.
[7:04]
So, I don't know, I mean, I got through the paperwork, is that is it supposed to be that way?
[7:11]
Are we letting it grow and never going to grow?
[7:16]
Like, what does that look like?
[7:17]
You've got trees down there that are dead.
[7:19]
I look awful.
[7:21]
They're, they're, they're plants and they're amongst the overgrowth.
[7:25]
Um,
[7:28]
I don't know if you can take a look about your life.
[7:33]
There are some parts of it. There are some places in that part that are supposed to be kept
[7:43]
at a law mode, but there's actually quite a bit of a sacred status, supposed to be kept. It's an all set
[7:50]
for the areas that we have built on.
[7:55]
When we did all the design for the park, folks wanted to see a natural area, so that as they know how natural that'll look, stay in print.
[8:03]
And so the insane with the humps that are in there, those are dividers, those are normal areas.
[8:12]
We have been working on moving some stuff around because in the design there were shrubs in a normal area which didn't make sense.
[8:19]
So we've been moving stuff around,
[8:22]
Sarah state board has been fantastic and helping kind of,
[8:28]
and that's, I think through the park's going to,
[8:30]
it's a learning experience.
[8:33]
So basically, you did a design process,
[8:37]
folks said, and we also, for the Shorley
[8:39]
is only one of the different types of Shorley and Zoning.
[8:42]
None of it down there is going to be like, maybe.
[8:45]
I think there's two areas that are on the front.
[8:48]
And that's part of the design.
[8:51]
So some people may like it, some may not,
[8:55]
but that is the fact that that was chose.
[8:59]
And that was about an attempt, or it was about an
[9:03]
only community name, sorry.
[9:06]
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
[9:07]
Yeah, I'm struggling to remember the no-mo area of the park.
[9:11]
A natural looking area, yes.
[9:13]
But I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't,
[9:17]
But I don't, I don't, I don't specifically remember a no vote.
[9:20]
Well, for the middle of the area, it's a no-ball.
[9:22]
Because you don't want the middle, bro.
[9:25]
We're in a minute.
[9:26]
That is the public outside of the area that you're referring to.
[9:30]
Right behind you, right right on the shoreline.
[9:33]
And the hubs, I mean, you've got, you've got Sue Mac Browning in there.
[9:36]
So is that going to be cut down like in the fall time?
[9:40]
Because Sue Mac will take over that place.
[9:43]
Possibly.
[9:45]
So like we've been talking with Sarah, if you wanted to meet and throw it off with us someone
[9:50]
we're looking at that you're welcome to.
[9:53]
I'd love to.
[9:55]
I'd love to.
[9:55]
It'd be great.
[9:57]
Let me know.
[9:57]
Thanks.
[10:01]
Okay.
[10:02]
Anyone else?
[10:03]
Comments?
[10:04]
I'm not.
[10:04]
I'm not.
[10:10]
Well, I hear a.
[10:13]
Anyway.
[10:14]
Those reflective thing to calm and have machine.
[10:17]
What are those calls to these? Any idea you're right?
[10:22]
Good, you're tells you you're a first, sorry. Just just a bit. You're gonna tell us who you are first. Just for the right.
[10:27]
If you're going to go around? I know who I'm just, just, you know.
[10:31]
Then you were going to tell me, you were going to tell me.
[10:33]
Then you used to respond to me and you said, you're going to tell me.
[10:34]
You used to respond to me and you said, you're going to tell me.
[10:37]
I was kind of impressed. You know what I'm saying?
[10:45]
I don't quite, I don't see the need for it.
[10:47]
I mean, I've lived on a car in the chain of goods in 1979.
[10:52]
And that seemed to be a problem, evidently, there's no way.
[10:56]
I can see somebody being more walking.
[10:59]
You know, they've got a responsibility in some way too.
[11:01]
I mean, you come around the car.
[11:03]
You can do it under the speed limit.
[11:05]
Couple of them sharp corners, couple of nose.
[11:08]
You come around there and then right there.
[11:09]
And that patient told you to, I don't know,
[11:15]
that just my two shots were what I got.
[11:22]
They were like 750 dollars total.
[11:24]
I think the guard of the scene,
[11:26]
or was that I heard about?
[11:27]
Yeah.
[11:27]
They ended up goes through without them,
[11:29]
but please don't give them sick and cut them.
[11:31]
What are some more?
[11:38]
I just want to have a room where
[11:40]
they're in response to people who were concerned
[11:42]
about this being.
[11:45]
So we always,
[11:50]
you know,
[11:50]
see if it's closed people down sometimes or other challenges. So, um, anywhere else,
[11:58]
like, common to a couple. Yeah, the times of the blame. Yes, it's a question. Yeah, something
[12:02]
is like, we should just, I said, you tell them to send them 10 minutes of recording.
[12:09]
Oh, is that in the time of the time? Well, then they're going to send a survey
[12:12]
out to a resident's home and credit machine rod. Is that type of regarding the two of you
[12:18]
Okay, I hope they be frustrated. I was just wondering how that's monitored right now.
[12:23]
Where are you guys putting up the sign sign on card carding machine brother?
[12:26]
Or is one on?
[12:27]
If they're one is out there and that's how it's being monitored.
[12:30]
On a different places in carding machine.
[12:32]
It's a fucking place now.
[12:34]
Right, but will you be moving up and down the carding machine, Rob?
[12:37]
Tickie track of it.
[12:39]
Thank you.
[12:41]
Well, we're going to move into our agenda at this time.
[12:45]
I would entertain a motion to date, but I'm sorry.
[12:58]
How many couple things are all the same?
[13:00]
Not exactly there.
[13:01]
And the rest?
[13:02]
What?
[13:04]
Not exactly the rest.
[13:06]
I didn't want to cry for that.
[13:11]
I get a couple of things.
[13:13]
First, I want to say something about the vastum situation.
[13:15]
I think a terrible concert on Sunday night happened a place with Pat and people trying to get into that place all day long and in the morning the growing going on at several times I understand that it's limited by the size of the containment vessel so it doesn't take long.
[13:44]
fill it up with 2,000 gallons of water, which is basically all a state fell up with. Then I
[13:49]
ensure that a long-term solution is possible, but at least to help it is possible, it'd be nice
[13:56]
to have just some quarter-parties down here, even a couple of quarter-parties. I think things like that's
[14:04]
what I get to say about that. We need to increase pumping schedule there in some
[14:09]
months is it was it closed because it was full so that we just so get it pumped more frequently
[14:16]
they only pump half a minute every time they only pump half every time but it's better than
[14:20]
having it ever you're full yeah it's critical and have it all over you fall in the summer
[14:24]
just get it pumped more yeah like don't let it you shouldn't ever even get close to be in full
[14:30]
like that just doesn't make any especially with summers
[14:34]
Yes, sir.
[14:38]
That's great.
[14:41]
And I also just wanted to see if there's been any movement on the primarily dark plate.
[14:48]
That's what I'm trying to get that.
[14:49]
I don't really care about the the cross shirt.
[14:53]
I mean, it doesn't seem like the town that we're going to use it.
[14:58]
And you know, they could put it up for bed for the eyes.
[15:00]
That's better,
[15:02]
but that isn't mind awfully, and I'd like to, in the town that any documentation that
[15:10]
no paid board, I asked for that documentation, several meetings go and it hasn't been the right
[15:16]
to do it.
[15:16]
It doesn't take, I don't think it's the cold has to spend time looking through the town records for
[15:22]
three or four years, who in the expenditure are already there in Black and White, I think, I think,
[15:32]
if you buy it, if you buy it, if you buy it, the pound purchase or something, they pay, you know, record.
[15:38]
Oh, I was, we were told that it was in writing.
[15:41]
But they, they, they, they for when he thinks that record that purchase was.
[15:46]
It was so interesting. It was Mike. It's my dog plate. I had it up in a building. I had a little bit of a white roller.
[15:54]
And the guy went out of business and he left me the dog plate. I had a fork lift and some other stuff.
[16:00]
And I needed the dog lift at the barn.
[16:03]
We just started shipping stuff in major quantities for trailer trucks.
[16:07]
And instead of buying one for the town, actually I thought I'm going to get one of those dancing ones I think.
[16:19]
I think what it was I didn't get a motion I mean given the stock played back
[16:24]
and but we were told that there was documentation that that was signed over as property to the
[16:31]
town but that several meetings ago and we haven't been provided that. So I'd be glad you
[16:35]
want to make the motion again. I mean you're taking it to a playback. I don't think there's going to
[16:46]
a hard time accepting that here. So, obviously we have been providing documentation,
[16:54]
so I think we can give an ample time for the time to provide documentation and they have
[16:58]
done a serve, so I think it's time to give the main start with that.
[17:02]
Yeah, we're launching you in a second.
[17:05]
Was that a motion?
[17:06]
That was, if you have the chair, we're just, yeah, you made a motion.
[17:10]
Okay, yes, I was.
[17:11]
I have an emotional secondary for the discussion.
[17:17]
So it has to remind you progress on finding that those.
[17:22]
Well, Joe's there, but just what we have for inventories
[17:25]
on stuff and looking at pass needle meds
[17:29]
because the question was the class.
[17:32]
So we said ready the last question.
[17:37]
We determined the last question was given to the town
[17:40]
and it gave and wanted that it would have to go
[17:42]
we were close, bit processed, just like any other piece of time ago, and then we were selling.
[17:47]
The dog plea, he stated, was his property that he brought from another location to use
[17:53]
at the barn, and that it was taken over by the recycling department, and he would like it
[17:59]
back.
[17:59]
There are two totally separate things.
[18:02]
But, you know, Dave is dating with her both his.
[18:06]
That's not what was described to us.
[18:07]
That's not the one.
[18:08]
I didn't make a motion about anything about the glass pressure.
[18:11]
I mean, the motion to give him a stop wait, five.
[18:13]
That was that three minutes ago.
[18:16]
So we've been looking into.
[18:18]
OK, you've had it, but I see you've had it.
[18:19]
In my opinion, the town's had enough time
[18:21]
if they can't find it by now, that I don't
[18:23]
believe that they actually have it.
[18:24]
So that's why I mean, the motion that we give to them.
[18:27]
Thank you, any other.
[18:29]
There were, there were meeting minutes
[18:32]
which I've seen and I don't have a copy.
[18:34]
I won't, but Ryan did have them.
[18:36]
It's all done.
[18:37]
that the materials that were taken out of the building when we moved out of the old days placed to the new facility.
[18:49]
I listed things and different meetings that they didn't want these things.
[18:55]
It was included as these are data items, these are my items to be moved.
[19:00]
I mean, there was exclusions throughout those lists.
[19:04]
We'd have to get those, which Brian does that.
[19:08]
But again, we asked for the three meetings to go.
[19:10]
And they haven't been provided to us by now.
[19:13]
They're too bad to wait.
[19:15]
I got, I had a text, I think, from the call on 15th of July.
[19:23]
So we were working on this issue.
[19:26]
And, you know, one way back to me, you know, this is, you know, just four, that's four weeks.
[19:35]
And I don't know when this whole thing started, but as far as, I think when they moved all the stuff out of the barn,
[19:43]
I wouldn't, they have much at all. That could build a bit of a clear, dangerous, nobody's being put to be decided.
[19:55]
But I'm sure, I mean, I'm sure that Brian took that in good face.
[20:00]
He came to work at the bar in the long after I brought that dog plate over, and I'm sure
[20:06]
he didn't know.
[20:08]
There was a list that I compiled, well, of what the town knows and what I would, and I would
[20:18]
that was on that way. Either way. If it's around, I'd like to be at my hand on one way or
[20:26]
I don't know whatever you can do for a week. Last night, I was in troops. So, I'll have to
[20:30]
use that.
[20:34]
Do any other comments and any other discussion? Well, I'd like to see the
[20:37]
dot in. So, I can make a better informed yesterday. Well, so what do I have? But again,
[20:41]
like how much time would you have? How much time would you have? Six months a year? I mean,
[20:50]
they don't we don't have a 588 of a new debate.
[20:53]
Yeah.
[20:54]
What would you think about right now, Kim?
[20:56]
We already get a motion.
[20:58]
So we're going to take a vote.
[20:59]
But I don't, I know.
[21:00]
I frankly don't feel that we need to get very more time.
[21:04]
Like, purple.
[21:04]
Personally, I've known this man my entire life.
[21:06]
I know he's not going to sit here and lie to my face and tell me that something is his
[21:10]
that isn't.
[21:11]
I know that for a fact.
[21:12]
I can't not shape that.
[21:14]
And it's going to bother me.
[21:16]
So, like, I'm not saying the mark and see a document.
[21:19]
I'm not saying that there isn't a doctor. I'm saying that we give it the town ample time to provide those documents and it's not done yet. They were here. I made a motion. Can we just take a vote and just like it.
[21:30]
It's been a month since we talked. I've been out of the office for two weeks and we do a lot more than just again, but it's been more than a month.
[21:39]
So I made several projects. Yeah. So we can do two things. We can have the vote now. We can post
[21:46]
both the vote till the next meeting and have you. I can give you what we have so far.
[21:54]
Would you be willing to wait till last? No, I'm not. I'm not sure. I think you should have
[21:58]
need you to be okay with this. But if we're going to wait till next meeting, it should not be
[22:03]
we take a vote at next meeting, is it? If there's not clear documentation that that belongs to the
[22:09]
Which is right to amend your motion? Sure. I'll amend my motion and at the town does not provide clear documentation of ownership
[22:15]
I've said docked by September 8 meeting. They will immediately return in today's period.
[22:21]
And can you say it would be obvious that in that of any vote? Okay, so I amend motion any further discussion?
[22:28]
All of us in there?
[22:33]
You have your answer by September 8, sir. It's best I could go.
[22:37]
Just in time.
[22:39]
The important question is, sir.
[22:42]
Please, please, before I post this.
[22:44]
Well, on the exciting, I have some frail structure in it.
[22:46]
No.
[22:49]
Thank you, David.
[22:50]
Thank you.
[22:51]
Thank you.
[22:52]
Can I also make a motion, then we put the glass pressure over seal bin.
[22:56]
We're not going to use it.
[22:57]
We have no use for it. We're never going to use it.
[22:59]
So why are we sitting on it and that somebody that doesn't want to use it could have been on it?
[23:05]
But...
[23:06]
Do you need a machine for that to come?
[23:10]
No.
[23:10]
Can you go just go ahead and do that?
[23:13]
Yeah, I didn't think we needed a machine for that.
[23:14]
I know we hadn't been going to sell equipment and stuff like that.
[23:17]
You know, we used to make a lot of sure.
[23:18]
I think that we're kind of...
[23:20]
So there's nobody using it.
[23:22]
No, I think we were listing it on our government.
[23:25]
So I was like, we can...
[23:27]
We're not on site.
[23:28]
But just if you can leave on the government sales rate but also put on the local one,
[23:33]
I'll calculate it directly.
[23:35]
All right.
[23:37]
Now, any other comments?
[23:42]
Well, we begin the very agenda.
[23:45]
I would entertain a motion to approve in some calendar.
[23:49]
So, second.
[23:50]
We have a motion by Mar a second by Alan to approve the consent calendar, any discussion?
[23:55]
and they're going to have a show of views
[23:59]
to excellent monthly five zero motion pass.
[24:05]
We have a whole series of action items.
[24:09]
The first one is, yes.
[24:12]
Do we have to go back to the executive session?
[24:16]
Oh, we just switched those two.
[24:17]
I'll mention that up then.
[24:20]
I don't know.
[24:22]
I don't know.
[24:22]
I don't know.
[24:26]
I think thank you for writing me that, but I don't think we have this action either.
[24:31]
A is to enact on citizen of the year and spirit of America or
[24:37]
the names of it alone, yes, we do.
[24:42]
Do we have a motion? I have a motion to split those, like we discussed once before, a little citizen
[24:51]
in the air and separate sphere of America award. I'd like to do
[24:58]
number two for citizen of the year in number one for spirit of America.
[25:04]
Second.
[25:09]
You've heard of the specials. I also
[25:10]
lived with that personally and it's where I was going when we have that
[25:14]
discussion last week that got a little bit weird. I was actually
[25:18]
my intent to forward that idea. So thank you. Anyone else?
[25:23]
So number two, for citizen on the year. Yes. And number one, okay, it's fair to me.
[25:30]
Oh, hello.
[25:31]
Hello.
[25:32]
Hello.
[25:32]
Hello.
[25:32]
Hello.
[25:33]
Hello.
[25:33]
Hello.
[25:33]
Hello.
[25:48]
Hello.
[25:48]
the board approved property tax amendment number five.
[25:52]
Second.
[25:53]
We have a motion by Jay, second by Mark.
[25:57]
To, um, opposed the property tax amendment number five.
[25:59]
Do we have any discussion?
[26:03]
No, I was getting ready to vote.
[26:06]
I have no.
[26:08]
It's a reality.
[26:09]
I know.
[26:10]
I don't know.
[26:11]
I've never said that.
[26:12]
Five zero motion carries.
[26:14]
Thank you.
[26:15]
We have next act on committee appointments.
[26:19]
Chair, I move the Board of Wink, Jacqueline Shay to the Finance Advisory Committee and the
[26:24]
Comprehensive Pint.
[26:26]
Wink.
[26:26]
Wink.
[26:26]
Wink.
[26:26]
Wink.
[26:27]
Wink.
[26:27]
Wink.
[26:27]
Wink.
[26:28]
Wink.
[26:28]
Wink.
[26:33]
Wink.
[26:36]
Wink.
[26:44]
Wink.
[26:47]
Wink.
[26:47]
of volunteer work.
[26:52]
Yes, exactly.
[26:53]
I'm not even just going to throw the
[26:54]
action down.
[26:56]
Do I have a motion?
[26:57]
Who wants to talk about it?
[26:59]
I'm the board.
[27:00]
Vote for Shiloh.
[27:02]
Left right here.
[27:03]
Her vice president.
[27:05]
Chris.
[27:06]
Gamery.
[27:08]
Come here.
[27:09]
Michelle.
[27:10]
Libri.
[27:11]
Daniels.
[27:11]
I think there's a Mr.
[27:12]
There.
[27:13]
And Richard.
[27:16]
Petra for executive committee members.
[27:18]
They all from the county.
[27:21]
Sorry.
[27:23]
Second.
[27:24]
Have a motion to approve the ballot as presented.
[27:29]
And the second motion by.
[27:31]
Second by Mark.
[27:32]
All of it.
[27:33]
Better.
[27:35]
Five zero motion carries.
[27:37]
I don't know.
[27:39]
E is act.
[27:40]
I'm green and sent agreed.
[27:44]
I looked at the board.
[27:45]
about the rise down in a very good sign, the consent agreement, that's counting. And the county, the 26,
[27:54]
the else, that was over. That's actually two hundred and one legal fee reimbursement to legal reserve.
[28:02]
Second. We have a motion to authorize time initiative to sign the consent agreement and account for the
[28:08]
six thousand to $1.00. We have a motion right on my second right. Any discussion?
[28:16]
Yeah, I got questions. Okay. So like she signed hers, but he hasn't signed his yet.
[28:22]
So where what I mean, she's the owner. She's, she's called Spol. She's. Yeah, I get that.
[28:29]
But as far as enforcement goes, like, of the, of the, of the, of the whole enforcement of the whole
[28:35]
situation. Like, great. She signed on that. She was guilty and agreed to pay. But if
[28:45]
he doesn't sign, then the legal proceedings just, if we have to go legal proceedings, he would
[28:52]
be still one of the, no, but she would still be attached. They were both detached. Oh, so she's been
[28:59]
willing to work with us, signed the agreement and made arrangements to have the property
[29:03]
us. Yeah. We have heard that he is going to sign he's just having trouble getting an ordering.
[29:13]
An order with a UPS store for 19 bucks and runs it. I guess I'm not going to do that.
[29:18]
Yeah, Steve. Steve has seen this and I'm serious. Steve was good at fighting.
[29:24]
So, you know, we can move forward working with her, addressing the property. If it doesn't happen
[29:32]
And then you know, we would be, he would still be responsible.
[29:36]
Have not signed it, doesn't mean that he is not responsible.
[29:39]
Right. No, I get that. I understand that part.
[29:45]
But does it take like by accepting hers, does it like,
[29:51]
do we lose leverage versus the property owner?
[29:55]
Because she signed it.
[29:57]
So are we waiting on her?
[30:00]
Now to evict the tenant?
[30:02]
No, there's a plan for contractor to clean the items from the property.
[30:08]
And that was agreed upon in the consent agreement.
[30:12]
Did you give us a copy of that financial act that along with this permission to have this property removed?
[30:19]
Okay.
[30:20]
That's the biggest thing is that he really is the person
[30:23]
property to have it removed in that letter.
[30:28]
Time to say as that part is so as and that's good.
[30:31]
She's already lined up.
[30:36]
I don't want to put anybody on the street, but I don't trust anything like that.
[30:42]
He said, you know what I mean?
[30:43]
Like I just don't, there's not a whole lot of faith that he's going to follow through.
[30:46]
so hopefully that she does.
[30:49]
So, I don't know whether that's that's what you're saying.
[30:50]
Okay, thank you.
[30:51]
Anyone else would comments?
[30:53]
You're now going to have a show of hands.
[30:55]
You support the motion.
[30:56]
Five zero motion carries.
[30:59]
Um, next action is the act on winter.
[31:04]
Stand there.
[31:07]
I look home.
[31:08]
You want to just get us a load.
[31:10]
I don't know.
[31:11]
You're going to accept the leap.
[31:13]
This says here that there's a few longer set of team.
[31:17]
Yep.
[31:17]
when they were doing. Yes, right. Oh, I thought I'll hurry. So yeah so it did
[31:24]
for the yesterday, we received two beds, we received a bed from country fair
[31:31]
And Jay, A.T. I forget sales. Jay, A.T. I've got sales is a little biter at $19.00. The
[31:42]
liver.
[31:46]
And then probably the inflation rate.
[31:48]
In the past, we've used country fair.
[31:51]
We, in this year, did two and another firm and they couldn't deliver and we haven't
[31:58]
all back from here. That was probably two or three years ago.
[32:02]
Do we show what that plays out with some of those? It's an artist or something like that?
[32:05]
Is that what it was? Am I? Yeah, I mean, uh, uh,
[32:10]
not because it was McGee construction, maybe.
[32:15]
So, um, the biggest difference on this, I see is
[32:18]
if we had to pick up this difference of almost four dollars in yard, which is huge.
[32:25]
Well, not that we want to pick up any of the delivery prices, different between $19 and
[32:33]
the $0.60,000 of the fare, and $0.00 for the aggregate sales.
[32:39]
If that's a good week, the R&D, so I think even that's a fair of the game.
[32:43]
Yeah, there's $1,000,000,000,000, how much, how much do you think we'll be getting this year
[32:52]
a week,
[32:55]
1,000 is general, you know, we'll be making more 4,000. So there's, well, that was
[33:05]
more of a difference. Yeah. Did you ever chance to take a look at the same, did you look
[33:09]
at, run up to the pit? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I gave a lot of information from the
[33:16]
I mean, size,
[33:20]
and the stuff country fairs get it.
[33:22]
They've got real core stuff in my opinion,
[33:25]
and a lot of dust.
[33:28]
So, there weren't a core stuff that I'm post-traumatic.
[33:30]
Maybe the United States, maybe to see if this stuff is kind of a middle grip.
[33:38]
So, I didn't think too much of it.
[33:41]
I moved the board in the winter sand to the GKAT, the aggregate sales LLC for a cost of $19 per year at delivered $14 per year at low end.
[33:59]
Second.
[34:00]
Yeah, the motion by a general second by Mark, the board that we're just saying bid to the GKAT aggregate sales,
[34:08]
We're 19 delivered and 14 on site.
[34:15]
Daddy, additional discussion.
[34:18]
Very nice, I'm sure of you.
[34:20]
5-0 motion carries.
[34:24]
Gee, at on the town, all people we've been.
[34:32]
I'm going to board all the rest of the town manager to contract with me in the restoration
[34:35]
of things town and all people in the crew funding from the town hall deserve.
[34:41]
Yeah, most of my house, second by Shelley, to authorize the town energy of the contract with the same restoration, to deal with the town hall feeble, any further discussion?
[34:52]
not 11 million.
[34:53]
2000, 1991.
[34:56]
On a new Tower of Rocks, it's been.
[34:58]
I mean, that's, I mean it's been.
[35:00]
So did I understand, though, in the materials that it's the commission be used
[35:05]
in place?
[35:05]
Sir, would be some, in fact, of its an addition return.
[35:08]
This is, the basic report they say that they have income income income into this.
[35:11]
And this, this person's keep rejects the, it's not just a bear, no, if we, here's
[35:17]
that, don't think they're tree.
[35:21]
Caller.
[35:22]
one's kind of me doing the work for the church that we found. And when we try to get some other
[35:26]
estimates but for unsuccess. Very specialized work. That's what we've had. I didn't see that they're
[35:33]
noting that all will replace the will be treated as time and material on that's a very nice
[35:38]
thing to see in there. Okay, I'm always in favor of this notion by zero motion carries
[35:47]
age act on Canada, actually land, rest, rent, request. Is there anybody here that would
[35:54]
like to give us a briefing on this request? Yeah, so I'm going to come up to the podium
[35:59]
and water yourself.
[36:05]
And Bruce Enrichs and the kind of I got for Lantas. Thanks for
[36:12]
I'm sorry, I didn't get your name. Ruth, I reached out to you, I followed you back to ask if they're
[36:25]
making an option for the town of Bodhanyan and a huge sponsor of Bradford Falls all of the health
[36:31]
is interested in submitting to the main coastal program. Brad is the coastal communities grant.
[36:37]
This is a funding source that requires
[36:42]
and speed municipalities or council's federal.
[36:45]
The proposal where we're hoping to submit
[36:48]
would be kind of a base queue of some
[36:51]
type of restriction restoration work we've been doing.
[36:55]
We've, so what we've probably the line
[36:58]
that I have worked on over the past few years
[37:00]
is for the 10 towns that help works in
[37:04]
Um, doing a pretty detailed GIS analysis of all of the crossings that are title now,
[37:13]
we're expected to become title in the next 75 years or so, um, there are about 314 of them,
[37:22]
10 pounds. And then, so that evaluation.
[37:30]
We're getting to the point now, where we have kind of something processing all the data in my college and we're working on the development prioritization.
[37:39]
The output will be some simple fact sheets with information that will go to the town.
[37:44]
This summer we have a field team that visited a number of like 30 of the highest priority sites, so these are the sites that have the most impact on habitat or the most impact on people having to take a significant detour.
[38:01]
At the end of the project, we will have those spec sheets, and we'll have that data from our summer team.
[38:10]
But there is the opportunity for the next step to really move this to make this more useful for the community.
[38:19]
So the fact sheets will kind of be a summary, but based on the GIS analysis, there are more than a hundred different factors that we evaluated for each crossing.
[38:27]
and so being able to make that available to the towns available on a good page you're
[38:32]
really good easy to access and learn about is one piece of what we're hoping to do with this proposal.
[38:38]
The field work that we've done the sites has gotten some good elevation data and we took some
[38:43]
water level data at some locations and so being able to process that and give it to the towns
[38:48]
and boar me in, we did, I think there were, let's see, I think, a pirate road in here.
[38:57]
I'm pretty sure there were seven sites that are somewhere field-team-missed and that includes
[39:04]
some sites on the railroad and so I make sure the team went out and did that because I know
[39:08]
that the mayor meeting trail planning study is coming so we figured we could provide some photos
[39:13]
and some elevation information and the details about those processes to help with that and to
[39:18]
anywhere. And so being able to really like process that and provide that to the towns.
[39:24]
It's one of the things we hope to find with this.
[39:27]
And so that we're going to go sites
[39:29]
and at the other sites and the other communities.
[39:32]
The other thing we're hoping to do with this data is,
[39:35]
you know, we've done this and this level of analysis
[39:39]
is more than anyone else's type of process in a state.
[39:43]
And I think there are a lot of communities
[39:44]
that are starting to look at how we only have so much money,
[39:50]
how we've spend it in our residents.
[39:52]
So that you have the biggest impact on reading an assessment to figure out what those best places are.
[40:00]
So we're hoping to be able to do some trainings to help other either profits or town at the state.
[40:08]
Use some of the tools that we've been building to move forward.
[40:11]
And so this application is the host community's grant is a planning grant.
[40:15]
It provides funding to support.
[40:18]
different things like doing a chair designs. The category that we're applying for is a category that's
[40:24]
doing assessments of long-term hazards or civilized, storm surge flooding and a great infrastructure.
[40:34]
So we're hoping to be able to just kind of take the next step from the work that we've done now
[40:39]
and really help move forward. So it's important our staff time doing that. Thank you. Good night.
[40:45]
ask Nicole what kind if the town is the activist, what kind of involvement will be when we have from you from the call from the event?
[40:57]
I think it's just really coordinating between Cells and the State for a low-sime application to be the applicant
[41:05]
and if it's awarded, we'd be signing your contract with the State and then working at Cells, but they're doing the same thing already.
[41:14]
I can tell it's paying for managing grant. There's no financial commitment. I think it's a great study.
[41:21]
I mean, well, let me say title. That'll cross in. So, Chair, I have you done a kind of motion.
[41:26]
I will.
[41:27]
I make a motion that we approve sponsorship for CELTS application for the main coastal community grant for me and coastal program and municipal planning assistance.
[41:37]
Second.
[41:38]
We have a motion and second and third of the discussion here in that.
[41:44]
Trog Hans is support this notion five-year-old.
[41:47]
Thank you.
[41:48]
Thank you.
[41:49]
Thank you.
[41:49]
Thank you.
[41:52]
Okay.
[41:55]
So, the discussion item is on emergency city, medical services, transport, clean.
[42:02]
When it goes a little verbal background on that.
[42:04]
of anybody, yes, no one has some information.
[42:07]
There's a new state law that requires municipalities
[42:11]
to have a policy plan that states what
[42:15]
is transport services are.
[42:18]
So this is a draft plan, and it basically
[42:21]
says that our providers, let's be in a emergency,
[42:25]
if the changes in the future will have to update this plan
[42:28]
in the future.
[42:30]
It's very, very, very.
[42:35]
Yeah, it looked to me to be a pretty straightforward plan. We have, you know, we have a provider or you're there.
[42:44]
So I just don't, I don't know if this, the part of the reason behind this law is maybe there are some places that don't have a provider.
[42:52]
So it was just the state law that requires us to have a plan or policy and post it on the website, so everyone knows.
[43:00]
So, if we were to decide to make a motion tonight, you set this plan, one would be posted and how we would rate speed of attention.
[43:09]
I mean, we would post it with our plans online and we can make an announcement in addition to that.
[43:18]
But as I've seen, since we need to make it public, you know, 100 words in the newsletter might be good idea to lay for this next letter by the future next letter.
[43:28]
Rodney Rodney, Rodney's on time.
[43:33]
That's covered.
[43:34]
Thank you Rodney.
[43:36]
Okay.
[43:37]
So I've actually had a tank emotion to.
[43:41]
I moved it.
[43:42]
Chair, I know we've set the emergency medical services transport plan out.
[43:46]
There's that.
[43:47]
We have a nice way.
[43:48]
I learned a second my day to accept the emergency medical services
[43:53]
as presenting any further speaking, your name,
[43:57]
Sherby and five zero motion clearance.
[44:01]
You're now at the time, may you please.
[44:04]
We hope.
[44:05]
Oh, okay.
[44:07]
First, there is a certain,
[44:08]
very,
[44:10]
no cleaning workshops at Maxwell,
[44:13]
cemetery this Saturday,
[44:15]
921.
[44:18]
I'm a reminder,
[44:19]
in all motion papers for the November
[44:21]
our third-minute collection, our available, and our due bad
[44:25]
by September 4th, for our pay touch.
[44:29]
There are going to be a notice to have been nailed
[44:31]
and vehicles are recorded on August 28th.
[44:34]
Council on Kindle's Waste Day is on August 28th,
[44:39]
from 3 to 6 p.m. at Pops and Public Works.
[44:44]
Celebrate Bowenham and is right around the corner.
[44:47]
It's Friday, night, and Saturday.
[44:50]
September 11th and 12th. And we do have our annual on its scheduled
[44:54]
night. We've heard the first. We had the goings of five.
[45:00]
A motion to lead to amend their previous complaint, so our attorney is working on that.
[45:11]
Re-evaluation letters to prosecutors were beyond August 10, assess their meetings or schedule for August 24, 25, and 26, and 27, if needed.
[45:24]
And this is also working to have the tax commitment prepared for your September 8th meeting.
[45:30]
And just to confirm the number for them to call goods in the letter.
[45:34]
Yes, the town office, the town office is the best deadline for the assessment.
[45:37]
Right now, I need those two appointments left on Tuesday and there's one for Wednesday.
[45:48]
Thank you.
[45:49]
and the split committee payments, they may be discussing it again this fall.
[45:56]
Yeah, we take in our official vote.
[45:58]
We did last year and we had said it to them.
[46:01]
But there's been a change in the economy and the administrators.
[46:04]
So I, I opposed the question and they haven't been the decision.
[46:09]
Well, right, but from this of this email from Amber Jones on Monday, July 28,
[46:14]
It says, per the commissioners request, I am sending this email to you when it's to all the towns in Saga County requesting that your select boards and city council add an item to your agenda is to officially vote on your municipalities preference in terms of how many installments they are requesting for the county tax payment going forward.
[46:36]
a town of Tulsa and it's on this, you know, they asked, you know, so I'm just saying that we
[46:43]
have to make a motion. We had it last year, but it isn't the same thing with Tulsa and
[46:48]
it. Now on that date on that letter is 2020, 2025.
[46:52]
We thought there we go, so we still had it. So they celebrated the city.
[46:58]
But
[47:02]
we got to cut up a check rate at 31,000 no matter what, but they didn't decide whether
[47:06]
can we convey it to the answer?
[47:09]
Last August, you voted at your first meeting to inform the county commissioners that
[47:16]
ordered him to refer to the state's contact and to install his and be willing to work with
[47:21]
the county and the vision on a mutual beneficial thing that's good.
[47:25]
Can we ask the county if any towns did not respond?
[47:29]
So I think I might not be able to help you to speak to our commissioner who is
[47:37]
Steve, what's this last thing?
[47:39]
Steve.
[47:41]
I mean, we do have, we do have a position where we suppose to be representing us,
[47:46]
bath in, over me, I'm good.
[47:47]
I think that that's the most direct way in these things I had,
[47:50]
rather than going back to the scalp.
[47:55]
I'm just a suggestion from everyone I.
[47:58]
I'm just seeing it, we've been a year now, we haven't gone to anybody,
[48:00]
I'm always silly about that.
[48:01]
It might be going to create us individually, quite a taxi.
[48:07]
There's, it's not where you're going to work, right?
[48:10]
Yeah.
[48:10]
Are you sure?
[48:12]
I don't know.
[48:13]
I don't know.
[48:13]
He was.
[48:15]
He was.
[48:15]
Steve August.
[48:16]
Yes.
[48:17]
He was.
[48:18]
And he's contact information on sort of the government.
[48:21]
Yeah.
[48:21]
I get out.
[48:22]
I don't know.
[48:23]
And I found Steve to be responded in person.
[48:27]
But I get a contact.
[48:30]
Okay.
[48:31]
Thank you.
[48:33]
Anything else on your report?
[48:34]
So work is scheduled to start next week on back hill road.
[48:41]
Over-down and so on and so on and so on and so on and so on.
[48:44]
That's Carlson.
[48:48]
So that's we'll be gearing up. They said Monday but it'll be next week.
[48:53]
They're gonna start on gearing up and again.
[48:56]
The music's so area for at the refills just for the store some equipment.
[49:01]
Well, it's under construction.
[49:03]
The draft preliminary advisory board for the ministries' sidewalk extension from
[49:10]
Center Street to Post Road has been complete. They are planning a virtual public involvement
[49:17]
that's scheduled to go live on DOT's website from August 27 to September 14.
[49:27]
The new estimate for the total project cost is almost $2 million and the earliest of
[49:34]
the project would advertise for construction is 2028 but that would be the earliest, it might not
[49:42]
get funding for 208, it could get pushed. It all just depends on the OTE's funding.
[49:51]
We are in the process of moving over to our first payroll. We expect that process that
[49:55]
to be completed by the end of September. Our redrode junk air violation is continuing to
[50:04]
improve and we expect that to be completing in the near future. I don't have the payday schedule
[50:14]
for Pond Road or Main Street but the state is planning on saving both of those roads. Before we
[50:22]
up that a station project has been installed. I'm sure you've been hearing about it and
[50:30]
but we all will be releasing a survey and you've stepped down to get the back from folks on.
[50:37]
What they like, what they don't like, aren't they? Suggest ones are possible.
[50:42]
will there be any survey at celebrate as it was there any plans by having a table there to
[50:53]
collect one information.
[50:57]
No, that will be right eventually.
[51:04]
So we might be able to have
[51:07]
if we have to survey lives but at least have the information so people have the website where they can
[51:13]
go to do the survey and get that information out.
[51:19]
We installed a satellite and two billion markers
[51:22]
for traffic coming on car and machine.
[51:25]
We do have our speed sign up there recording speeds
[51:29]
that's going to be moved next week in the other side
[51:32]
at the road.
[51:33]
And we'll do a survey of the residents on car and machine.
[51:37]
We give it a data.
[51:39]
As you may remember, we had a petition from a lot of
[51:42]
on current machine road residents that wanted to see speed calming, they were at the same
[51:48]
forest speed table at that time.
[51:51]
I'm here a lot of people saying it's more dangerous now to walk because the road is too narrow
[51:55]
with you on coming traffic and it's post office truck is there and a car is coming and somebody's
[52:03]
walked in like there's nowhere for anybody to go you can't go around them.
[52:08]
You prevent people from being able to go wide around somebody by trying to
[52:12]
small them down. I'm sure you've seen a few who have been run over already and
[52:18]
broken off and on the side of the road and yeah, I'm sure real and that the
[52:23]
release of someone rough. I hope it's not just the right road for those.
[52:32]
We're expecting a decision from DRT, sorry, DEP for the transfer of facility license. The deadline to actually pass,
[52:43]
and they'll probably be asking for another extension. The original deadline was supposed to be nay.
[52:51]
Unfortunately not, so we're hoping to actually get some information from them in the near future.
[52:56]
We have a comment on how many signatures are on that petition. Do you remember an apple? I do not.
[53:08]
How many people are there? Is there a way in my neto? Could you find that out? That would be great. I'm just curious.
[53:15]
And then has DOC you? Did they make a decision on their putting those up on the inbound arteries?
[53:25]
So we've talked with them, given the timeline that it took for the four-way stop, we're going to hopefully get approval over the winter so we can start early in the spring, trying to get approval in this timeframe.
[53:45]
It wasn't that weren't those I thought those were deep we didn't matter what we did. It was DOT's determination like on the on the in bad arteries like on 24 and upper main street
[53:55]
Then it's a whole process with DOT for their affordable to do it and that's what takes
[54:01]
Oh, okay, so they're still planning on moving forward to their some points. So we're well
[54:06]
Where we have to go through the full VOT process, so our goal is if we, you know, to do it over the winter, so we have here approval by the spring.
[54:19]
It's not something that you can get approved in.
[54:23]
To answer.
[54:24]
And on the transfer facility license, did you notice that are.
[54:28]
the neighbors in Lisbon, exnated their entire transfer of facility and they're making everybody
[54:33]
all bulky ways to be taken to MWAC directly. They put on a three-bar Facebook video series over
[54:39]
the weekend. They're not taking anything notice that they're not, they're just taking traps. That's
[54:44]
that they're doing exactly, they completely, they're of any sort of all transfer stuff here that
[54:50]
you have to take personally to MWAC.
[54:55]
And then we expect to have the contract from the state for the crosswalk projects.
[55:04]
Hopefully by the end of September.
[55:07]
One of the things that if the original proposed project has the RF,
[55:13]
RFFB system for the building crosswalk button for folks crossing.
[55:20]
If folks like the four-way stock and the OTA approves at the same place, that part of it would not be needed.
[55:29]
So we're hoping to move forward with the Crosswalk project.
[55:33]
We just won't have the details on the Crosswalk project until we have a final decision on the four-way stock.
[55:40]
So let's see how we haven't done the survey yet.
[55:43]
So we'll need to collect the data and get the input from folks.
[55:46]
You're going to review it and then you'll have to make a recommendation or request the DOT and they would review the same data and make a decision.
[55:58]
And then we decided to contract with Payton Award and we look forward to starting the work on access and resilience plan project.
[56:04]
And the contract with OVP has just been holds, we're pending the contract director, and do the concrete schedule that project in my deepest impulse.
[56:22]
Okay, thank you.
[56:25]
So, the fourth member's comments on requests for agenda items.
[56:30]
I would like to say that we have had requests to have as many for a waterfront review
[56:38]
of the waterfront mission.
[56:40]
I would just like to comment that we have added within a seven years to sub-premise,
[56:52]
to the
[56:53]
any of that process, the communities are valid.
[56:57]
But the process of achieving next stuff communities
[57:01]
has not gone to Japan well.
[57:03]
I do see if the waterfront committee ideas very good.
[57:06]
Let's maybe do have a lot of waterfront, there are issues.
[57:11]
But I do think we do need a longer conversation
[57:15]
for us to look at options. At the moment, all of the staff has all they could do to get the community
[57:25]
setting care at their hon. And a committee would require, you know, five to seven people all
[57:31]
by the memo, a group that would cast a right by law, and then we're going to have to approve them.
[57:37]
Some process of getting minutes taken and posted, and you know, so it's not a bad idea,
[57:44]
And I just think this group needs to look as well, not just the committee, but how we manage these
[57:53]
at how communities or new communities may be attention.
[57:57]
One thing other times new is conservation commissioners and then topics arise.
[58:04]
They're all kind of a rally group, which would be different than the companies that plan.
[58:08]
Anyway, I do suggest that we put this on the agenda.
[58:12]
but it's more than just one thing.
[58:16]
Seems like the hardware master would be the great kind employee to work with the
[58:20]
waterfront committee to make. That seems like that seems like that would be a role
[58:24]
with hardware movement.
[58:25]
Well, look at a chance to come.
[58:27]
You hold a little on Chris, where was your death?
[58:28]
Because some of that's already addressed, but.
[58:32]
Yeah, so.
[58:35]
So. Sorry.
[58:35]
Thank you for the recognition of the hardware master.
[58:38]
I'm not trying to have an hardware master.
[58:48]
But I agree that we should have a chance to be on the agenda to present their case to us.
[58:54]
I do believe that on a person.
[58:56]
I have not had time until Christopher.
[58:58]
I have not had time to review the information thoroughly to be able to give an informed decision at this time.
[59:04]
But definitely, I believe him and Ed should have the opportunity to present 30 next week.
[59:12]
The next meeting.
[59:12]
I said that.
[59:13]
And I think what we've seen in the last year is.
[59:17]
Looks like he said that only with this proposal with the with the waterfront,
[59:22]
but also with the tree committee.
[59:24]
There's people in town that want to participate,
[59:28]
want to have a committee on their own.
[59:30]
We don't have a framework.
[59:31]
in both of them to actually give them guidelines about, you know,
[59:38]
on the admission statement and how they need to operate in the absence of a ton of blood.
[59:46]
So I think that needs to be created first.
[59:49]
That can be discussed at the end.
[59:51]
Yeah.
[59:51]
So we do need to put it upon the end of the,
[59:54]
and she had, I think, that's my recommendation.
[59:59]
All right.
[1:00:00]
Any other member comments or requests for any other agenda item?
[1:00:08]
I want to chime in that. I did have a chance to read the information about the fitting that we're talking about.
[1:00:15]
And yes, I think it's one of several committees that will be a great use for community.
[1:00:18]
Definitely taking on this waterfront conversation is huge.
[1:00:23]
completely well going to do. It was very impressive to me to see how many people
[1:00:27]
are you trying to utilize the waterfront. And I would love to see that go better.
[1:00:34]
And I agree with you that the framework is clearly not there or we wouldn't even be trying to
[1:00:39]
give you out how to make this happen. I'm excited about seeing that process happen and more to
[1:00:43]
any members involved in getting some really great talent out there on communities that work for the
[1:00:49]
Thank you.
[1:00:51]
And you have a follow-up.
[1:00:53]
Well, we get.
[1:00:54]
I mean, didn't we have a technically have a definition of a waterfront committee that came up with the original waterfront plan?
[1:01:03]
It is a 90.
[1:01:05]
Right.
[1:01:05]
It doesn't have bylaws and information about it.
[1:01:09]
I mean, there's something.
[1:01:10]
It's already.
[1:01:11]
We don't have to worry about creating something.
[1:01:13]
We're just providing a, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, hibernating committee.
[1:01:17]
it's been hot. So, yeah, the question for me is I think the same one that jaguar
[1:01:24]
happens, what do we do to create appropriate structure for these, which are important, the tricky
[1:01:32]
is important, but you know, it's incredibly, we haven't really had that conversation and
[1:01:38]
probably needs to be happy pretty soon, Mark. Yeah, I agree. We've got to come up with a process of
[1:01:45]
but that these committees can use to do their bylaws to do and out by now. Who's going to be responsible for what and report to who to rely on
[1:01:58]
management of or supply of town personnel, we just don't have it, which is what ran to
[1:02:05]
who and would try to divide the tree committee back into their original. But the two don't
[1:02:12]
merges easily is one with that and they're the same both they need to have their
[1:02:17]
bylaws written. So there's been a lot of time trying to write their bylaws in the right and
[1:02:22]
how they can they're purpose. So there's some work on what they really want to do.
[1:02:28]
Yeah. So let's put that on. So we have the commitment on the eight to
[1:02:37]
tax and in the on the age, which can we'll look at and kind of a fair amount of time.
[1:02:43]
When do you see else that might give us so or another day that might give us more time,
[1:02:49]
there's some information you can send us.
[1:02:54]
So things that trouble you have to do the general
[1:02:57]
assistance ordinance, but that's what the state gives you, and I don't think you'll have
[1:03:01]
us the next meeting. You have to approve the November ballot, but that's standard. We have a
[1:03:08]
relationship, that's a standard and you have your text commitment. Those are the things. And then if you wanted to do the committee discussion and then do the proposal for the water dependent use committee. So then be two different discussion items.
[1:03:29]
I think that sounds like maybe September 8 would be.
[1:03:34]
That gentleman asked me that's just the formula and that's just the formula and the formula.
[1:03:38]
Yeah, yeah, as long as the rate of information is entered into the formula.
[1:03:42]
So let's look at this.
[1:03:46]
We also have some more sick trees in the sun.
[1:03:51]
Then you to the address.
[1:03:52]
Yeah, well, there are the tree issue with the waterfront.
[1:03:56]
And that one too.
[1:04:00]
And the number of trees.
[1:04:02]
I do that other comments.
[1:04:06]
So, while lighting at the new park,
[1:04:13]
I like it, it's great, but I don't see the value
[1:04:16]
I'm keeping the lights on, all night, I go out to the airport at 4 o'clock in the morning
[1:04:23]
the other day and every light was on and done there.
[1:04:27]
So, I think we should book at timers to make those just to improve the cost savings for
[1:04:39]
not running them all like when they're not needed versus the safety of, you know, maybe the
[1:04:45]
the end kayak, the response you want to keep lighted all light, that might be okay, but the whole
[1:04:52]
world doesn't need to be kept on online for this.
[1:04:59]
And then, say,
[1:05:04]
no,
[1:05:07]
no definition because the summer concert series is done, but it would
[1:05:13]
be very helpful to have a town employee on call if there are issues down here, during the
[1:05:22]
set up and during those evenings. I know the three that I attended this year, one, there
[1:05:30]
was no access to power, and that last weekend, the toilets were long. And we'd had nobody
[1:05:39]
call.
[1:05:42]
I believe the person you contract so it's not to see what this does have on numbers
[1:05:47]
too often. Well apparently you did that and could be older than anybody.
[1:05:56]
So yeah because any
[1:05:56]
ask me. Thank you Jen. Any further? Jason there was an issue where we need to talk with the vendors
[1:06:07]
that it could be the food trucks, specifically,
[1:06:11]
the all-out driven blocks.
[1:06:13]
We added a bunch of plugs down there
[1:06:15]
to accommodate some of the trucks
[1:06:17]
that vendor came in and didn't have the right
[1:06:21]
cables to hook up to our power unit.
[1:06:24]
There's nothing that anybody could have fixed.
[1:06:27]
Luckily, he had generated the back of his truck.
[1:06:30]
So people, the generator of the van, generate.
[1:06:32]
But it shows an issue where
[1:06:36]
We need to let them know, this is the point of time that we use and so make it have a gap that's or we've got a bit of an after so that we can accommodate.
[1:06:49]
Well, thanks. So that was the biggest thing on that.
[1:06:51]
And usually power availability is the first thing any vendor asks, like, what is the power availability that we say to 40 to 40 to 30.
[1:06:59]
Right. Right.
[1:07:00]
And that's great on that.
[1:07:01]
of course out in the station with that, but that's the point that that's a good
[1:07:05]
video.
[1:07:07]
Secondly, the math rooms and the staff, you know, the full, and we don't know the
[1:07:12]
full until that light comes on.
[1:07:15]
So when you see a light put on the side of that door, it might light up.
[1:07:18]
That means you get about 10 flights left and that's it.
[1:07:22]
So it's hard to predict because some people, we go a week and it's full, we go
[1:07:29]
three weeks and as well.
[1:07:30]
Depends on the events and what happens. So it is difficult.
[1:07:34]
The insurance by the, the charge by.
[1:07:38]
Each pump out is about 600.
[1:07:40]
But the charge by gallons on my trips, right?
[1:07:43]
Well, there's a minimum charge to jump.
[1:07:45]
Right. Okay. But even if they come every other week and they only come 1200 gallons.
[1:07:51]
We're still like in charge for that 1200 gallons. Like it's never going to get to 2000.
[1:07:55]
Like I just, that just seems like.
[1:07:57]
If you have automatic delivery on your oil, so you never run out, it's the same thing, you have automatic schedule.
[1:08:03]
You don't wait for the light to come on.
[1:08:05]
Just schedule it enough so that you all that light's never going to come on.
[1:08:08]
Okay, now I'll finish mine.
[1:08:10]
It's a big light to come in here.
[1:08:12]
We have looked for the future of what we're going to be able to do with that bathroom on the plumbing.
[1:08:19]
We've already buried a two inch line that'll go from a pump station to a new leech fill.
[1:08:25]
we start one at the new part. We've already, so we don't think we'll take up the drive way once again.
[1:08:32]
All that, those lines have been set. So, yes, we are looking to the future to fix the issue of
[1:08:38]
this tank, always being pumped out. Originally, it had a leech wheel, a leech field, a high tide,
[1:08:45]
and back up, but the engineering didn't quite work out. So, that's been plugged and we're into a
[1:08:55]
with the two-inch line, we vary across the road to the new beach field area when we finally get that
[1:09:02]
piece of the plan, but together that should solve that back to a mission. Thank you. Okay,
[1:09:10]
any other sort of work we do have now the comments from the public. Anybody here? How to put it?
[1:09:18]
I'm going to put it on the next slide.
[1:09:22]
Richard Bills, 7-7-7-2-3-2.
[1:09:25]
I'd like to just comment that, well, my neighbors are 7-8.
[1:09:29]
Richard, I'd like to say thank you first of the time in the slide book.
[1:09:33]
I'm here just going good.
[1:09:36]
And I just like to know more of the update of what has been printed and all because I had
[1:09:39]
talked to the co-oposterone officer a couple times.
[1:09:43]
And I know I know how to construct.
[1:09:45]
What are they going to put on a couple more instructions, and what else is going to happen in the
[1:09:51]
in the materials that are, I already read it. It's very, very brief. Okay, we have
[1:09:58]
just weather from the COVID-19. Would you like to come meet with Jason again?
[1:10:05]
Yep, I would. You can contact Jason. I've already talked to Chris from the last moment.
[1:10:12]
I'm just wondering what else is going on about that and I thought I'd have to
[1:10:16]
develop other things about the climate issue of vehicles.
[1:10:20]
We said a bunch of about, I can think of six right out to that.
[1:10:24]
And then I thought to me, no more than two of what in anybody's yard.
[1:10:29]
And I'm not, you know, just wondering what what else is going on.
[1:10:33]
It's just going to be a lot more spectacular in the media.
[1:10:36]
And we looked at you.
[1:10:40]
Just wondering what else is going on.
[1:10:42]
I think it's just from the letter from Jason that we have.
[1:10:47]
This is the only, this is the only thing I can tell you.
[1:10:51]
It's based, as you said, things aren't looking better out there.
[1:10:55]
So it is progress for you made.
[1:10:57]
He appears that it's reasonable for the time to continue working cooperatively with seven, eight years group.
[1:11:05]
Provided she maintains vehicle registrations as required.
[1:11:07]
and then you just get the property for your materials
[1:11:09]
that are supposed to jump parents that are out of the law.
[1:11:13]
And I'm just saying, I can talk to him about this.
[1:11:15]
I can think of six right up top of my head that are, you know,
[1:11:21]
that I even legal one road better still sitting over that.
[1:11:28]
Okay.
[1:11:29]
I think, yeah.
[1:11:31]
Can I have an information in Jason?
[1:11:33]
Take a picture?
[1:11:35]
Well, he already has a fluke, okay.
[1:11:38]
I just want to other than that, that is infinite.
[1:11:41]
I just want to hear what else is going on.
[1:11:45]
We're not done with them.
[1:11:48]
I don't care.
[1:11:50]
I'm not else.
[1:11:50]
We're going on.
[1:11:51]
That's all.
[1:11:52]
I think I was going to answer to anything else.
[1:11:54]
I just want to hear if you have evidence to the contrary, because it is led to us to the select board.
[1:12:02]
From the goes of force and officer, he says,
[1:12:04]
quote furthermore, all vehicles on site have been registered in
[1:12:10]
compliance with the means automobile graveyard law. So if you have evidence to
[1:12:15]
the contrary, please bring that in immediately to the town office, hand it to
[1:12:19]
the coal, don't even go to hand it to the coal and let her take it to the
[1:12:23]
Jason if that. I mean, that's all we can say, right? This is his letter.
[1:12:28]
I'll have to do this just a long through there and like to wait for Chrysler Van and that was mummies that
[1:12:39]
went out the road for over a year and a half. He has that picture right there. That's been out the road for over a year and a half.
[1:12:47]
That's one. Then you've got the old teal record that's been set there for over two years.
[1:12:55]
So I guess we need to have other follow-up to verify the authenticity of this list.
[1:13:01]
Like the old body cow was sitting there for over 10 years.
[1:13:07]
And Stephen's K5 players were sitting there for a couple of years.
[1:13:11]
The registration ran out like four years ago.
[1:13:14]
I'm not, I'm not, I'm not going to take a side on your side.
[1:13:17]
or that, I mean, this is what the cause of worse
[1:13:20]
when officer told us and going to take him out his word,
[1:13:22]
but if there's something that he didn't know,
[1:13:24]
or didn't see, then he used to be made alert of it.
[1:13:27]
Like, because that's obviously a big difference
[1:13:29]
from what you're saying, then all vehicles on site
[1:13:32]
have been registering the problem.
[1:13:33]
I mean, I'm with you at 30, I'm good to cross a 31 years
[1:13:36]
and no member.
[1:13:40]
I totally understand this.
[1:13:41]
Do you have a son of course to be there?
[1:13:45]
Thank you for bringing that to me.
[1:13:47]
OK, thank you.
[1:13:49]
And I'll
[1:13:53]
put it on up, but now I'm sure if you guys know it as well.
[1:13:57]
Come on, so I just wanted to introduce yourself to me.
[1:14:00]
My name is Chris Bonner-White, I'm a little in the white road.
[1:14:03]
And I was the person who asked that we discussed the concept of water that it used.
[1:14:10]
So I mean, it's okay.
[1:14:11]
And so I submitted this video.
[1:14:14]
And I really would encourage you all to really go through a beat.
[1:14:18]
because we didn't, you know, this is us solution and I've come forward before with, you know,
[1:14:25]
I think some pretty significant issues that, you know, could hopefully have been prevented
[1:14:30]
with some of this iteration. And, you know, one item in here is that actually includes a section
[1:14:37]
outlining, what make up on the committee. It makes a offer to actually draft the
[1:14:47]
lots for the committee which is something that the end of the easily do, it sends it to the
[1:14:51]
fact of, you know, staff time. I think so one of the things that I did in the last couple of
[1:14:57]
months is that they contacted I from W and I asked them to set me up.
[1:15:00]
A list of all boating him residents who have registered a powerful with them in the last five years. Mark, you're on that list.
[1:15:08]
Any guests? How many people in boating him? I don't have 300, 350. Well, it's like 360 something, but I think you can kind of really down a little bit.
[1:15:19]
Take one of these things. There is back. I didn't include their contact information because I wouldn't like it if they share mine.
[1:15:27]
Think about these people who have been at the meetings that they provided feedback, you know, this is about 10% of our population.
[1:15:36]
That uses the water, you know, uses down on part to access the waterfront and they can't go anywhere else.
[1:15:44]
So how do you pass it? You really just means that they have registered both.
[1:15:49]
It doesn't mean that they use a lot of fun.
[1:15:51]
Well, I know that one goes to see I go to the thing.
[1:15:55]
That's very good.
[1:15:57]
Yeah, I mean, that's an interesting point of clarification.
[1:16:02]
Sure, there are people that might register a motorboat,
[1:16:06]
and then go not in the boat and go to the museum to use it.
[1:16:10]
But as somebody who owes a motorboat and enjoys the water,
[1:16:16]
I pinch myself every time I'm going to have to drive an hour and a half
[1:16:19]
to get to marry me down Caddy and it's like, you're probably right, it does not actually say
[1:16:27]
letter, the language. It says people who likely use the, the waterfront. So I guess I don't
[1:16:35]
fully understand why that's like, but the, the question I have is will I have access to share
[1:16:44]
photos on the third meeting because I think some of the pictures in here are pretty important
[1:16:51]
to the discussion. And so I could provide a PowerPoint presentation and just say next slide,
[1:16:56]
next slide. And the benefit of that is that it doesn't require a lot of time and be kind of quick
[1:17:03]
and direct, you know, going through things versus staying up here, rambling.
[1:17:09]
People do pretend to bring presentations on fun drives.
[1:17:15]
Okay, for if I can do that, the key and the quality of the means.
[1:17:19]
Yes, I mean the whole point is just to show some photos of where parking has been reduced since 2015
[1:17:27]
because of town actions and with the genetics and how what's being proposed is going to essentially
[1:17:32]
wipe out the rest of like the good parking downtown at the regular lot.
[1:17:37]
So that's it, I just glad that that's didn't not want to have it on the agenda and thank you.
[1:17:45]
Yes, thank you.
[1:17:46]
Thank you.
[1:17:47]
Thank you.
[1:17:48]
Any other comments from the public?
[1:17:53]
Did you mean?
[1:17:54]
Seeing none that I have a motion to turn?
[1:17:58]
So moved.
[1:17:59]
Thank you.
[1:18:00]
Mayor Jim.
[1:18:02]
Thank you everybody.
[1:18:04]
Didn't hear that.
[1:18:07]
We closed on a house tonight, Marker, for this day.
[1:18:11]
And then,
[1:18:14]
oh, just a walker.
