[13:49]
» Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Uh we just
wanted to thank the thousands of
[13:52]
Crawford Countyans that took the time
last week to come out and uh uh cast
[13:56]
their ballot in the primary election.
The uh the Board of Elections is uh
[13:59]
getting very close to being able to put
that thing to bed. Today, we begin the
[14:02]
process of what is called tabulation. Uh
the last week has been spent in the
[14:07]
process of what is called adjudication,
which is I was describing to our our
[14:11]
capable solicitor as uh before the
meeting started that is really the uh
[14:15]
uh if you're into tedious data entry,
this sort of work is for you. It's been
[14:18]
a very long, arduous process, but uh but
it is necessary for the accuracy of
[14:23]
those records and uh and for the the
further security of of that election
[14:27]
process, but uh we're nearing the end
and I would anticipate that the uh the
[14:32]
tentative uh the uh results will be on
display hopefully by the end of the
[14:35]
week, uh if not a little bit earlier, uh
for public inspection and on available
[14:40]
on our website as well. So, keep your
eyes open.
[14:43]
» Steely, you're almost done, Scott.
>> Almost done.
[14:44]
» Almost done.
>> Almost done.
[14:45]
» Commissioner Shaw.
>> Uh
[14:47]
kind of
backing up Commissioner Steely there,
[14:51]
uh
you know, just a big thank you to all
[14:54]
the people who worked the elections at
all the precincts. Uh
[14:59]
until you see them all in the room
together, you don't realize how many
[15:02]
people it takes to pull this off in
Crawford County, and they do it for very
[15:07]
little money.
Uh so, we thank them all for everything
[15:11]
that they do, and uh we we uh are always
looking for new people who want to get
[15:15]
involved with that, correct?
>> Mhm.
[15:17]
» Yeah.
>> Okay. Thank you.
[15:20]
» Okay. Now, I would just like to to uh
congratulate the Coudersport softball
[15:25]
team for being district champions. They
should get a nice quote to your day. So,
[15:28]
good luck for them in the future
playoffs. Also, the Mehoopany track and
[15:32]
field uh moral individuals who who
placed the one with the gold medal and
[15:36]
those are those are big accomplishments
in the Commonwealth. So, we certainly
[15:40]
thank them for that. If no other
business, I would entertain a motion for
[15:43]
adjournment.
>> So moved.
