[8:41] really exciting for me. Uh just a word of um uh information that Kentucky Power

[8:47] is about to dark embark on putting um new meters on everybody's um uh homes

[8:54] and um for service. They're going to start that in in October and you'll hear

[8:59] more about that in the in the future. Just a just a heads up. Uh and our of

[9:05] course our 911 um ceremony tomorrow. Uh that's going to be uh on the riverfront.

[9:11] But I do have a proclamation. This is uh National Service Dog Month and I've

[9:18] asked Ashley Lane. She has a new partner. Um, if you will come up to the

[9:24] front, I will uh read this proclamation.

[10:14] bond and inclusivity of all citizens. Whereas in the United States, more than

[10:20] seven 70 million adults and children have a disability and only 16,000

[10:26] service dogs from accredited training programs exist nationwide and the need

[10:32] is growing. Whereas K9 Companion is a nonprofit organization that enhances the

[10:38] lives of people with dis disabilities by providing expertly trained service dogs

[10:44] and ongoing support to ensure quality partnerships. Whereas K9 companions and

[10:50] their service dogs empower people with disabilities to lead a life with greater

[10:55] independence by providing best-in-class training, ongoing followup and services,

[11:01] and a deeply committed community of support. Whereas the National Service

[11:06] Dog Month aims to educate our community about the benefits of service dogs and

[11:11] the laws protecting them. Whereas in the 250th year of our nation, the city of

[11:18] Ashlin continues to support uh toward becoming an inclusive community in which

[11:26] all citizens and their trained service dogs are embraced. Now, therefore, Mayor

[11:36] dogs and the adults and children with disabilities in our community do hereby
