[3:35] improvement project to include some potential asphalt improvements and just

[4:09] uh retired Judge Christensen, who was the gentleman that created the diversion

[4:13] program for the DA's office. Work through the program we're looking

[4:18] at doing um is very feasible, doable. He gave me

[4:21] some agencies to reach out to that already have them developed where the PD

[4:25] runs it, so it actually never goes into the court system.

[4:29] There are some requirements we have for our bookkeeping, so that's a positive

[4:32] thing. We can actually bring that in the barn and so if we have

[4:37] young folks that end up there, they do it all here, not in Casper.

[4:43] and keep it a community uh program. Um I did talk to Dustin briefly. I'm

[4:48] getting more

[4:51] complaints coming to me than anything else, and a lot of it is tit for tat

[4:55] from neighbors. Um it to help alleviate some of it has

[4:59] to do with parking. Um we do have some town codes such as 15

[5:04] ft from a fire hydrant. I would like to see us, and I talked to Dustin about it,

[5:08] um red striping 15 ft either side of those, so there's some visual for people

[5:12] to see cuz it's really hard to judge distance,

[5:15] and maybe yellow painting the corner of the curb curbs on the corner.

[10:21] we'll close it so that they can go in a dedicated scheduled cleaning hour. Mop

[10:26] the floor, just a deep cleaning every day.

[10:29] And it seems to be helping. I mean, it it's open from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

[10:33] every day. So, it gets a lot of use.

[10:36] I didn't think 1 hour during the actual working hours that the staff are here.

[12:33] done. It's out for public comment right now. I think it's about to wrap up.

[12:37] I am trying my best with the MPO. I'm actually the chair of the board for it,

[12:42] which is cool cuz I get to visit with them a lot

[12:44] more than usual, but I kind of hung out for a little while

[12:48] after this last one and talked to the the gentleman from the DOT about that

[12:53] bridge because with the Loves going in and

[12:55] stuff, trying to see what the schedule is of it

[13:01] to be replaced if ever. They said it's it's quite a ways out, but he's going to

[13:05] look at that a little more closely because of the traffic studies that have

[13:08] been done because of Loves to see if that's going to be something

[13:13] that they got to move up sooner than later to be able to lengthen the bridge

[13:17] and widen it so that for truck traffic getting underneath there.

[13:20] The reason I bring that up is that uh I've put in a request with the trails

[13:27] system that runs all through Casper, Mills, and Evansville and over to tie it

[13:31] into Bar Nunn. To figure out a way to get a

[13:35] What do they call that? A Not a pedestrian walkway, but it's like

[13:39] the off-highway walkway. What's it called?

[13:43] walkway. I just call it a off off-highway sidewalk.

[13:48] I want to figure out a way for them to connect Bar Nunn to Casper.

[13:52] There's no way and and one just to get down Salt Creek so kids and people can

[13:56] get to Dollar Store safely and Loaf 'N Jug safely cuz Love's is going to open

[14:01] and every kid out here, Steve, on an e-bike and everything else is going to

[14:05] be cruising down Salt Creek trying to get to it.

[14:08] So, it's not going to happen overnight, but they have put it in their their uh

[14:13] trails program, they said, to figure out how to tie that in. It's going to get

[14:17] integrated into that Salt Creek Corridor study.

[14:21] And then with the DOT, that would give pedestrian egress underneath Salt Creek

[14:26] or underneath the interstate that way. And then there's a North Poplar one

[14:30] that's happening because of that turning lane that they're going to need

[14:33] pedestrian safe foot traffic there, too, and everywhere.

[14:37] So, really hoping that, you know, not within

[14:40] the next decade, but a lot sooner than that, um there will eventually be some

[14:45] sort of walkway connecting Bar Nunn all the way up by the event center into

[14:48] Casper. So, that kids have a way to get in and

[14:52] out of town a little bit, too, and we're not quite as an island out here if you

[14:55] don't have a car. So,

[14:59] the rest of it, Poplar Street, they're doing something on it. The interstate,

[15:02] something's happening on it. But, I just like the stuff we're doing out here for
