[10:47] request for the new amendment offer to be $3,000 monthly with a 25% escalator

[11:01] So, we have two tenants using our tower, T-Mobile and AT&T. Both were uh leases

[11:08] were started in the same year. Um T-Mobile just renewed theirs because

[11:13] we're in the last 5 years term now um

[11:17] both of them. So, uh T-Mobile has been amended, AT&T has reached out and

[11:22] requested an amendment. They came in with an offer that was

[11:27] very low and uh a reduced escalator over what they're paying out. And frankly,

[11:33] they are getting a deal compared to what T-Mobile is paying anyway.

[11:36] [clears throat] So, um the Public Utilities Committee reviewed both leases

[11:41] and they um felt that the offer that they would counter AT&T's with would be

[11:49] fair compared to market, you know, use based on the previous lease we just

[11:56] amended. >> [clears throat]

[13:22] since then he is now home and he is has retaken over duties and is handling

[13:29] things as far as I am aware. >> Um, Rosie would like to if you would

[13:37] » I'm I'm fine with that because I think we need to know a little bit more about

[13:42] how much of his duties he can uh >> Well, he is he is handling things as I

[13:49] as far as I'm aware right now. Um so we don't need temporary. Now, you

[13:55] know, if the uh board, you know, wishes to table this and um, you know,

[14:04] Rogers. So, there are some things that maybe should be addressed going forward,

[16:13] but the village did provide the letter of support that year.

[16:17] Well, just my own opinion is that uh there's no losing

[16:22] scenario in in doing this. That it it would be good to have an electrical

[16:28] charging station in the village. So um anyone disagree? Any
