[11:34] To where there's a, a multifamily development.

[11:46] So it's a segment of water main that is,

[11:50] is leaking pretty significantly.

[11:51] We've done some patchwork on it,

[11:54] but this will, if successful, enable the replacement of

[11:58] that water main and provide for, you know, higher,

[12:01] higher quality service to those residents.

[12:04] And also we'll reduce some of the inflow

[12:06] and infiltration that we experience in that area.

[12:09] So some of the leakages from the system.

[12:11] So all in all staff believes this

[12:13] is a good candidate project.

[12:15] We appreciate council support of moving forward

[12:18] with this CDBG application.

[12:20] We do have a, a couple of years to program for it

[12:24] and we don't have a preliminary cost estimate.

[12:27] I believe our CDBG award is around $116,000.

[12:33] So it may not be enough to do the entirety of it,

[12:35] but we will be able to get a little bit more details

[12:39] as we begin the design work.

[12:41] Qualifying this project was a little bit of,

[12:45] a little bit difficult, but we were able to validate

[12:49] that it met CDBG guidelines

[12:51] and I just want to thank our staff for

[12:54] their work in doing their due diligence to make sure

[12:57] that this project was a good fit.

[12:59] We believe that it will be a, a good opportunity for us to

[13:04] improve that dilapidated Water Maine.

[13:07] If there's any questions, I can answer them.

[13:13] - It looks like that runs out just about to our Borough line

[13:18] at the Yeah, that's about where the Borough line is.

[13:22] Beon Borough line. Yeah, that's, it's a good project.
