[12:28] that so we can update our community and our response to that as I think

[12:33] everybody is well aware the mayor has declared an emergency similar to other

[12:37] towns that have declared emergencies in reference to this response some of the

[12:42] things that we're doing I just want to talk about briefly we're limiting

[12:47] gatherings under the mayor's order on public property of groups of 50 or more

[12:54] and that's city-owned property and parks at this time we're also canceling all

[13:00] special event permits for groups of 50 or more under the mayor's order and we

[13:05] will also and we've already done so we're suspending all efforts to

[13:10] terminate anybody's utility services at this point in in the city that would be

[13:16] water service and trash service and sewer services will continue even if

[13:22] they're delayed in paying their bills at this point court courtroom hearings are

[13:32] being suspended until April 15th I think they're notifying and starting to wrap

[13:37] some of that stuff up I think they do have some stuff working through Thursday

[13:42] but that will be delayed we're also suspending a lot of our

[13:48] regular meetings such as bida planning and zoning the Board of adjustments

[13:52] until April 15th the details of future council meetings will be announced so

[14:01] will will provide more information on that

[14:03] another important things we've closed all our city buildings except the police

[14:07] lobby however staff at this point is currently working inside those buildings

[14:13] those doors are locked they are responding by email telephone and if you

[14:19] fill out an online application for different things they would respond to

[14:23] that essential services it's important to remember essential services such as

[14:28] police fire water and trash will continue this event as everybody knows

[14:35] is rapidly changing and new information is coming out hourly so we are in the

[14:40] midst of keeping up with that and communicating on how that affects our

[14:44] community our goal is to keep our citizens safe and well informed thank

[18:05] try calling to one one to provide some resources that may be able to help you

[18:12] I'll also ask everyone to have patience with people and grace for police for a

[18:21] fire for our Samaritan services for our grocery store clerks there's a lot of
