[16:54]
We thank you now for this counsel. We thank you for the mirror, and all the leaders here in Birmingham,
[16:58]
Lord God. We have to announce that you've just given a man not to lean to their own understanding,
[17:03]
but to acknowledge in all the ways that you made I work the past.
[17:06]
We pray that you would just continue to give us a man to love one another.
[17:11]
And remind us about more obligation to speak for those who have no voice.
[17:14]
So look, I will just pray now for healing and peace and for love to rest rude and about upon all of us and when it's all said and done
[17:21]
We pray that you get to do glory for it is all about you and not about us. You know Sun Jesus name
[17:26]
We thank you. Amen
[17:46]
For that very thoughtful prayer. Thank you council would it's for leading us in the pledge of allegiance this morning

Today is her birthday.
[22:03]
So I would like to wish her a happy birthday.
[22:05]
So happy birthday Ms. Glory.
[22:07]
Yes, yes.
[22:08]
And it's time for Mr. Gilles' presentation.
[22:10]
Yes.
[22:11]
Is he in a way?
[22:13]
Come on in.
[22:19]
Good morning.
[22:20]
My name is Thomas Jul, I serve as Director of the Mayors Office of Resilience and Sustainability.
[22:26]
I wanted to come today to talk to y'all about an opportunity that the city is offering
[22:30]
for our young people.
[22:32]
This is called the Youth Climate Action Fund.
[22:35]
We're going to be offering grants between $1,000 and $5,000 to young people aged 15 to
[22:42]
24 to do climate action work in Birmingham.
[22:47]
Some examples of projects they could do
[22:49]
are things like planting trees,
[22:52]
doing educational campaigns for their classmates,
[22:56]
helping their neighbors do energy efficiency,
[22:59]
work on their homes, or even handing out cooling towels
[23:03]
for their neighbors that may work outside
[23:06]
during the summer.
[23:08]
Applications are now open.
[23:11]
the application window will be opened through October 9th. Young people must apply with
[23:20]
a partner organization, so like a nonprofit that will handle the money for and help
[23:26]
the young people get organized. You can apply at BirminghamAL.gov slash YCAF. Again, that's BirminghamAL.gov
[23:38]
forward slash YCAF and any help we can get. We're getting the word out and would be great.
[23:44]
I saw Councillor Smyrtherman, you hosted about it on your social media. Thank you. And looking
[23:50]
forward to working with your offices and young people to do some cool work in Birmingham.
[23:56]
Thank you. Thank you very much for bringing that announcement to us and I think it's a great,
[24:00]
great opportunity. Councillor Smyrtherman, I didn't know that you want to say something just
[24:04]
Well, thank you so much.
[24:06]
We appreciate that.
[24:07]
Thank you.
[24:08]
Thank you.
[24:08]
Madam President, that concludes the answer for it.
[24:10]
All right.
[24:10]
Thank you.
[24:11]
We'll get more in there with them.
[24:12]
I do want to thank you for bringing our special guests with us today and so we're very happy
[24:19]
to see joy.
[24:20]
I did want to take this opportunity though to reflect on what we had in Birmingham this weekend,
[24:27]
as far as the Birmingham Football Classic and very excited for the fans.
[24:31]
The both of the schools and their alumni that came out found out that we were second in
[24:38]
HBCU games and attendance for this is what they're calling the zero week, and so I think I really want to just congratulate everyone on those efforts
[24:48]
And thank you jazz is our tourism
[24:51]
Are you the Zomber or
[24:53]
Come the Zomber
[24:56]
Sports Commissioner. So I do want to again. Thank you
[25:00]
Everyone that was involved in that, I would like to reflect, though, just on some of the observations that have been presented to us as far as the game.
[25:10]
And I'd just like to see if we could have some lessons learned as far as some of the issues that came about with the game.
[25:17]
We know it was too o'clock in the afternoon, but when the 90 degrees and so that was an obstacle that we had in front of us to begin with.
[25:25]
But again, great, great crowd.
[25:28]
And I'd just like to see if we could just
[25:30]
have some opportunity to talk with everyone who was involved
[25:33]
with that, just to be sure I know there was some concerns
[25:36]
about some of water availability, some of the hydration
[25:39]
with concessions, some of the just people getting in and out.
[25:44]
And again, I think it was a very big opportunity for us,
[25:47]
but it is not opportunity for us to think about
[25:49]
and let's learn as we prepare for the granddaddy
[25:52]
of all this coming up in October.
[25:54]
We want to have the weather challenges, but I would like to see that we just walk through and talk through some of the things that we're observed, and so we can get that information to you, and then we can convene and have that opportunity to discuss that would be okay.
[26:09]
I thought protective did really good for the Chris Brown and Esra Concert.
[26:15]
They had water stations and you were allowed to have, you know, what will not this big.
[26:20]
Water balls in there, and etc.
[26:22]
So that could be something good, something free, something relatively easy.
[26:26]
Or working with like H2O foundation doing that.
[26:30]
Totally agree.
[26:31]
I know that I've seen in a lot of them, even in a travels that we've had as a council.
[26:36]
So we are really going towards encouraging people to bring those bottles or bring vessels that
[26:42]
they can go ahead and go and receive the hydration and receive the water that they need.
[26:47]
So if it's something we can look at, I know, a Legion field gives us some challenges and
[26:51]
that we're not just, you know, up to date in some of the amenities that we could have, but
[26:57]
I think there's some things we can work out.
[26:59]
And again, I know in the past, H2L foundation, or when it was the Birmingham Water Works, there
[27:05]
was hydration and things that were available,
[27:09]
just sort of cool people off so again,
[27:11]
just some lessons learned that we can talk with others
[27:13]
and see if we can improve that.
[27:15]
All right, thank you very much.
[27:17]
At this time, now we will revert our tension back
[27:21]
to our agenda.
[27:23]
Mr. Clerk, do we have any announcements,
[27:25]
a voice and agency, explorations, and a October?
[27:27]
No, may I ask Mr.
[27:28]
All right, thank you.
[27:30]
So we do not have any speakers,
[27:32]
so now we'll turn our attention to the consent agenda.
[27:34]
And before we consider the consent agenda, I'd like to read the following statement on the conduct of business.
[27:41]
All items designated as consent are routine and non-controversial.
[27:45]
And we'll be approved by one motion.
[27:47]
All items on the consent agenda will be announced by bringing the item numbers only.
[27:52]
No separate discussions of these items will be permitted unless a council member or the mayor request the item be removed from the consent agenda.
[28:00]
Additionally, a citizen interested in addressing the council with respect to an item on the
[28:06]
consent agenda, and those are designated as public hearing PH, may request the item be removed
[28:12]
from the consent agenda to hold the hearing on the item.
[28:16]
Any item removed from the consent agenda will revert to its normal place on the agenda
[28:20]
order business for remaining matters, all matters of prone operation, and those are indicated
[28:26]
with the capital P will be read and all public hearings will be announced.
[28:31]
Councillors, I mean, excuse me. Mr. Clerk, if you're read those items,
[28:34]
that it's to be considered for consent. Yes, Madam.
[28:36]
Prior to that, let me go ahead and I did have a couple of board agencies
[28:39]
to expiration on that. Thank you, okay. I apologize for that. That's okay.
[28:42]
Okay, we have the Birmingham Planning Commission. We have Charles Miller, the Ford,
[28:46]
terms by 10, 6, 26, Daniel Christensen and the Rundro Hammer.
[28:54]
Both terms of the Spire October the 6, 2,026 and they are all 6 year terms.
[29:01]
This is under the project review committee and last we have the Metric Coppender in Autumn
[29:07]
Sanders.
[29:08]
Both the four year terms, the Spire October the 8, 2,026 and they are under the Arts and Parks
[29:14]
committee.
[29:15]
Thank you, Mayor.
[29:16]
All right.
[29:16]
Thank you very much.
[29:17]
Councils will pay attention to those upcoming announcements, supports and agency
[29:23]
exploration and we'll forward those to the appropriate council committee.
[29:27]
All right, Mr. Clerk.
[29:28]
Okay.
[29:28]
This time.
[29:29]
All right.
[29:29]
Consent Agenda starts on page two, but items two, three, and four, page three, items five,
[29:36]
six, seven, and eight are on consent, page four, items nine, ten, eleven, and twelve, on
[29:42]
consent.
[29:42]
on page 5, item 13, 14, 15 and 16 on consent, page 6, item 17, 18 and 19 are on consent, page 7, items 20, 21, 22 and 23 are on consent, page 8, item 24.
[30:00]
There's on consent and we skip over to page 20. I am 25, 26 and 27 on consent. Please note that I am 26 and 27. We're
[30:13]
safety, page 21, items 28, 29 and 30 are on consent. The same with items 28 and 29 recommended by public safety,
[30:24]
page 22, items 31, 33 and 34 are on consent, page 23, that item 35, 36 and 37 are on consent,
[30:33]
and page 24, item 38, 39, 40, and 41 are on consent, page 25, item 42, 43, 44, and 45 are on consent, page 26, items 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50 are on consent, and that concludes the consent agenda.
[30:54]
Councilors at this time are there any items you'd like to have removed or added to consent?
[30:59]
Councilor Smith? I'd like to remove items three and four please.
[31:02]
Sorry.
[31:03]
Three and four.
[31:03]
All right, items. There's a request to remove items three and four from consent.
[31:09]
Councilor Smith.
[31:10]
And that's on page two.
[31:13]
Any other items?
[31:16]
All right, thank you.
[31:17]
At this time, we'll entertain a motion a second for the items that will be considered for consent.
[31:22]
summer.
[31:25]
All right,
[31:34]
I have capital going out.
[31:40]
All right, voting should start right about now.
[31:49]
All right, you go. All right, that should be up now. All right, thank you. Those items that we're
[31:53]
listed as consent have been approved. We'll now continue with the rest of the agenda for those items that
[31:59]
require a review and a vote. Mr. Clark, if you'll call the first item. I have one and orange is to consider
[32:07]
and a member of the Title 1 Chapter 8, Article 2, Section 11, C, and number 3-3-4, of the zoning
[32:16]
ordinance of the city of Birmingham, ordnance, number 15-133, as amended, they will ensure
[32:22]
that the city's flood plan, regulations remain consistent with the requirements of the Federal
[32:25]
Emergency Management Agency's Community Rating System, and the hearing of our support.
[32:31]
Thank
[32:38]
you.
[32:38]
All right, thank you.
[32:40]
Item number one, Councilor Aziz,
[32:42]
an ordinance to consider the amendment
[32:44]
to title one chapter eight.
[32:46]
And this is regarding the zoning ordinance
[32:49]
that ensures our city's flood planning regulations
[32:51]
remain consistent.
[32:53]
At this time, since this is a public hearing,
[32:55]
I'll turn this over to one of our co-chairs
[32:57]
for planning and zoning,
[32:59]
and that will be Councilor O. Queen
[33:00]
to say, I'll do the duties today.
[33:02]
All right.
[33:03]
Thank you, Madam President.
[33:04]
This time we'll hear from our planning stuff.
[33:09]
Good morning. My name is Kim Spurl. I serve as the Zoning Administrator for the City and the Department of Planning, Engineering and Permit.
[33:17]
The item before you is a text change. This will probably be the easiest text change that you will see all year.
[33:25]
It is literally just a one word change in our floodplain overlay section of the zoning ordinance.
[33:33]
If you have your attachment with you, we are just changing a word instead of saying or we are
[33:41]
changing it to AND. So that means that these two conditions will both be required of our
[33:48]
manufactured homes and recreational vehicles in a floodplain instead of giving them the option
[33:55]
for either one of those.
[33:59]
And we'll be happy to answer any questions if you have, if you have
[34:03]
additional questions about the text change.
[34:10]
Councillors, you have any questions about the slide on?
[34:15]
I remember correctly the change and the section of code specifically refers to
[34:26]
structures
[34:26]
and how they are secured to a foundation.
[34:30]
Right.
[34:31]
It is specific to our manufactured homes and recreational vehicles and a special flood hazard area.
[34:36]
And it is requiring that the home is elevated, no lower than one foot above the base blood elevation,
[34:45]
and that the manufactured home is supported by reinforced pears or other elements.
[34:52]
So previously we had that or statement, but we now have to revise it to and to make sure that we comply.
[35:00]
I, with our floodplain, CRS program.
[35:04]
All right. This is a public hearing. Are there any members of the audience who wish to speak on this item?
[35:18]
See, none. We will close the public hearing and I'll turn it back over to you, Madam President.
[35:23]
Thank you very much, Dr. Quinn. And just for reference, council is in your attachment. It's the fifth page. And it just has a red line.
[35:32]
it says, and I think this is the least one that I've ever seen.
[35:38]
I'm not going to say the easiest, but based on we didn't have anyone to speak for against
[35:44]
the item from the public, we're ready now, let's say any questions we're ready to take
[35:48]
the vote.
[36:04]
All right, thank you very much.
[36:06]
Item number one passes, and we'll note that change in the ordinance.
[36:09]
Next item, please, Mr. Clerk.
[36:11]
I have a number three, a resolution relative to the application of watch to me, a group incorporated
[36:16]
for a lounge retail, clicked, liquor class, one license to be used to appease the legendary
[36:21]
2026, 31st Street, Inzley, Birmingham, Alabama, 35th, 208, and a hearing of our employees.
[36:27]
Awesome, please.
[36:32]
Thank you.
[36:34]
Thank you.
[36:34]
Item three was, are you requests to have that removed council submit?
[36:39]
I said, yes, I pulled this item because when this one before, the neighborhood
[36:44]
association and neighborhood association voted it down. And so I believe that we have
[36:48]
representative from the neighborhood that wanted to speak to this.
[36:58]
This is not a
[36:59]
public hearing for the item. So you're asking us since it is a we pulled it off
[37:06]
consent. You'd like to allow just some of them to enable it to give respect of
[37:10]
about the item. Okay, if that's okay with council. Do we need a motion for that?
[37:16]
It's a public hearing.
[37:17]
Okay.
[37:19]
It's serious.
[37:20]
Thank you very much.
[37:21]
All right.
[37:22]
We do not have Councilor Tades in our presence today to conduct this.
[37:25]
So I'll go ahead and conduct the public hearing on this.
[37:29]
Uh, Councilor C. is relative to the application of the Washington Media Group.
[37:34]
And, uh, regarding a local, local retail look at license.
[37:39]
Class one to be used at P. Legendary.
[37:42]
At this time, do we need any discussion about the item from administration?
[37:50]
All right, so at this time we will entertain any comments from the public regarding this item.
[37:55]
So if you're here to speak for against this item, please come and line up to my right.
[38:06]
Okay, so we'll let ladies go first if you come up.
[38:08]
And if you're safe, your name and address.
[38:10]
And if you will just give us anything you would like to share regarding this item.
[38:16]
Yes, my name is Molly Branson, and in the address of the business, if you could pull that
[38:21]
down a little bit, we could hear you.
[38:23]
Thank you.
[38:23]
My name is Molly Branson, and the address of the business is 2206, 31st St. Birmingham, Alabama.
[38:31]
The ours operation will be from 5 to 12.
[38:34]
We did meet with the neighborhood association and one of the concerns that they had.
[38:39]
Michigan was in New Sense, the two were bringing to the neighborhood and when we defined
[38:44]
New Sense, we look at the situation that have activities or conditions that cause an ongoing
[38:53]
annoyance, however according to the city of Birmingham Police Department said that there was
[38:59]
no history or criminal activity or safety concerns or alcohol related incidents.
[39:05]
Management has developed a very comprehensive safety plan.
[39:11]
We have also connected with the City of Birmingham, to Birmingham, to Birmingham, and register our cameras within as well.
[39:19]
We understand some of the other consumers they had had deal with,
[39:24]
littering, and people being outside.
[39:28]
We have also had to address those concerns and our safety plan that we developed.
[39:34]
We did a way in choosing prevention to make sure that no one will be outside at 80 times.
[39:41]
There would be nothing blocking.
[39:43]
We also are in a particular location.
[39:49]
That kind of establishment for several years.
[39:52]
Like I mentioned earlier with no incidents.
[39:55]
We want to work with the neighborhood.
[39:56]
We have a very valid reason.
[39:59]
and we have put a lot of it in there.
[40:00]
It's meeting money into making sure that we have did opposite to protocols, sports, cameras, the owners have
[40:08]
done it. It's done it back on check as required by the city, as well as making sure that we have
[40:15]
no affiliation and mentioning that affiliation with the previous owners. We have no affiliation with them.
[40:19]
We do not know them according to the information that we have submitted. We'll show that as proof.
[40:24]
like I want to keep the emphasize and we want to work with the neighbor that we're not there to
[40:28]
cause any intrusion or any safety can understand safety is a part of our actually that's
[40:34]
what we spell on a time working with local law enforcement to make sure we develop a very comprehensive
[40:41]
safety plan. Thank you for allowing me to speak. Thank you very much and we do know you are the
[40:48]
applicant. I'm representing the applicant the applicant was an idea with the Latino. Thank you very
[40:53]
Thank you. Thank you, but just have a seat. We'll come back and we have any other questions.
[40:57]
We have one other public speaker that would like to address this item.
[41:01]
Good morning, everyone. Good morning.
[41:05]
My name is David Elchus. I am the neighborhood vice president for Hienzo High.
[41:10]
I've been there for several years. This particular location is right behind east of the Mississippi
[41:17]
that restaurant right there. The building behind it is where this particular lounge will be located.
[41:23]
in the past, there has been two or three other lounges there and it had become a nuisance
[41:30]
to the neighborhood because it is our partner complex right across the street from it and we
[41:37]
as the neighborhood feel with the city investing over $20 million and bringing family life
[41:43]
center to the cross flex. This is not what we want to try to bring to our neighborhood. We also
[41:51]
feel that this is going to create another environment for the latering, law-dering.
[41:57]
And once the people walk out of that establishment, you have no control of them.
[42:01]
If we have learned anything from other businesses in our area, once they leave you have no
[42:07]
control, there's going to be bottles down there.
[42:10]
He stood amidst a sip and had their accondition to it, because somebody backed into it.
[42:16]
The owner is the Mississippi as spoke with him several times, he's complaining about the several times.
[42:23]
This would not be conducive to what we want to have in our neighborhood with the family life center coming across the street.
[42:30]
We have little licensing all the stores around you can walk across the street.
[42:34]
There's somebody selling beer wine in that store.
[42:37]
We did not deal.
[42:38]
We did not deal this location about four different times over the years.
[42:42]
So we are asking please, please follow us and deny this license coming there and that will help our
[42:49]
neighborhood continue to strive forward. That's what we want to break to our neighborhood. Thank you.
[42:56]
Thank you very much. And again we know you had 16 and attendance 10 opposed and two supported.
[43:03]
It has been stated counselors from some of the comments from the public and it was stated in the
[43:11]
liquor application reported by the President that most of the opposition was because they
[43:17]
considered to be a nuisance. At this time, I would like to ask our attorney
[43:23]
King to remind us again of how we deliberate on this and what we consider
[43:29]
according to Alabama State law, so what we're deliberating as the nuisance
[43:33]
approval or denial of this type of request. Attorney King. So if you all were
[43:38]
recall under Alabama State Code 2816-7 provisions that have to relate to approving or denying
[43:47]
a liquor license and an application for license, and that is the creation of a nuisance,
[43:53]
circumstances, clearly detrimental to, or which would adversely affect the public health,
[43:57]
safety, and welfare of adjacent residential neighborhoods, violation of applicable zoning restrictions,
[44:04]
and individual applying for the license has a prior conviction involving the use of
[44:10]
alcohol or control substance, the proximity of the business to a school or child care
[44:15]
facility, and the business hours of the operation will create a harmful environment for
[44:20]
children, traffic congestion, and any other reason that poses a risk.
[44:28]
Thank you, Council, I just wanted to show you that clarity on that.
[44:31]
Council Smith, did you have any other comments and should pull this item?
[44:35]
Yeah, I just had a question.
[44:35]
I know you mentioned the safety plan and was wondering have that been shared with the
[44:39]
Neighborhood Association, but Jams?
[44:42]
Yes, ma'am.
[44:42]
If you'll come back.
[44:43]
Thank you.
[44:50]
Yes, ma'am.
[44:51]
Then I have the meeting.
[44:52]
We did should say to plan with them.
[44:55]
Visitively.
[44:56]
We even reached out to them and say,
[44:58]
I will give them a personal phone number.
[45:00]
A liaison for the company to make sure that there was any issues that we would address them immediately.
[45:09]
We have worked with making sure that there's not going to be trash pick up everything that they said that was an issue before.
[45:17]
We addressed it in safety plan and we addressed it with them as well.
[45:20]
The media was consistent with people a long time residents and we understand how they feel.
[45:29]
They were elderly, young, long time residents.
[45:32]
The two to go, you were a little more progressive.
[45:36]
We just asked for opportunity.
[45:38]
A chance to do a business that we would feel would not be a nuisance to the community.
[45:43]
the owners have no criminal background.
[45:46]
There is no things that we have seen by the police being called.
[45:52]
There are no incidents that we know that is recorded.
[45:56]
Now, of course, we do take consideration of what they're saying that happened.
[45:59]
But we have no control of that.
[46:01]
We have no idea that it was not given to the police department.
[46:08]
Thank you. Thank you very much.
[46:09]
Thank you. Any other questions?
[46:13]
Yes, Dr. Quinn?
[46:16]
Is there any history or connection between the current applicant and any previous
[46:31]
businesses that were operated in this location?
[46:34]
There's no affiliation at all.
[46:36]
This really is a question for administration.
[46:38]
I'm sorry.
[46:39]
I'm sorry.
[46:41]
Madam President.
[46:42]
Yes.
[46:43]
I'm sorry.
[46:43]
I confirm with this compliance, this is a new applicant, so it's not related to any of the previous owners.
[46:49]
Okay, thank you.
[46:50]
Thank you. Any other questions?
[46:54]
All right, this time we're ready for the vote. Thank you.
[47:09]
Thank you, that's everyone.
[47:11]
Oh, I thank you. Item number three passes. Next item.
[47:18]
Item four, my resolution relative to the application of trade loaner,
[47:21]
catering corporation for special events like retail licenses, 140 to be used at 2026.
[47:27]
in 2006, UAB Art, Block Party, on September 18,
[47:32]
in 2016, parking lot of 121, 10th Avenue South,
[47:36]
in the corner of 123, and 10th Avenue South to 13th Street South,
[47:39]
and 10th Avenue South, Birmingham, Alabama 3, 5, 2, 9, 4,
[47:43]
and here you go, I want to support your motion, please.
[47:48]
All right, thank you, Councilor, this is a resolution relative
[47:51]
to the application of the special events, retail license
[47:54]
that will be used at the 2026 UAB Art Block Party.
[47:59]
This item was pulled from consent, Council Smith, which is having request regarding this item.
[48:06]
I just want to accuse myself.
[48:08]
Excuse myself from this one.
[48:09]
Oh, I thank you.
[48:11]
Are there any other questions?
[48:14]
Oh, I did.
[48:14]
This time we'll allow for the vote.
[48:26]
Oh, I thank you.
[48:27]
At this time, item number four does pass.
[48:29]
I will note one abstention.
[48:31]
Next item.
[48:31]
I had 32 resolution, pointing in one member to the design review committee.
[48:36]
I had to read the memory at large to feel the unspire term of Gina Malsham.
[48:42]
Said term is fine, July 30th, 2027.
[48:49]
I think council is meeting a motion in a second in order to pull up to review the names.
[48:56]
I'll write it this time, Dr. Quinn, if you'll read those names for us.
[49:01]
So we had one applicant for this position.
[49:06]
This is a resident member at large on the design review committee.
[49:13]
And this is to fill a unexpired term vacated by Gina Malcham.
[49:21]
So the planning
[49:24]
and zoning committee interviewed the applicant
[49:27]
and is recommending Ezra Lee to fill this vacancy and the term would expire July 30th
[49:40]
of 2027.
[49:44]
All right.
[49:44]
Thank you.
[49:45]
Council's the name of Ezra Lee has been brought forward by the committee to fill this
[49:49]
unexpire term and this particular board position that has been vacated and now needs
[49:55]
to be filled.
[49:56]
Any questions about the name, for example.
[50:00]
And it was to feel the seat, thank you Dr. Quinn, at this time we'll take the vote.
[50:07]
No, everybody should be up.
[50:16]
That's remember,
[50:19]
it's pretty out of four.
[50:21]
It's 32. It's showing four to the screen.
[50:25]
I'm sorry.
[50:26]
That's okay.
[50:38]
Now let's try to get
[50:46]
some of those, or smel them, and you know, Quinn.
[50:53]
Present, okay? That should be, yes.
[50:54]
Then we should be up. This is unanimous.
[50:57]
All right, thank you. Item 32 passes and we welcome as really to a member of that particular committee.
[51:05]
Any other items, Mr. Clark?
[51:07]
I know, ma'am.
[51:08]
All right, thank you. Councils, at this time, we'll entertain any updates that you have from your various districts.
[51:17]

[52:22]

proposed project to learn more about the plans for these corridors, ask questions, and provide
[52:32]
feedback.
[52:33]

[53:51]
