[9:38] any actions related to me council member witchers absolutely should have no

[9:44] Parton she has a longstanding conflict of interests I provided a written

[9:50] statement to the mayor detailing a 20 plus year history of problems that the

[9:56] witchers and I have had since they've Leed here

[10:12] the fact that Miss Witcher and her husband had come before the council

[10:27] which were dismissed with no marit

[10:31] Miss Witcher to this day has ill feelings toward me which has been

[10:36] grossly apparent to anyone attending these meetings clear points of fa to

[10:40] honor her oath of office D elction of her duties and betrayal of public trust

[10:45] Miss Witcher did not recuse herself for voting on matters that could negatively

[10:51] impact me knowing her extreme bias and conflict of interest once she

[10:58] heard and was provided with clear evidence

[11:02] that I was in no violation of any ordinance she refused to vote in favor

[11:08] of dismissing the complaints and close the file against me Miss Witcher openly

[11:15] admitted to me in front of her husband and my significant other in her front

[11:20] yard that she had been discussing matters brought before the council

[11:25] related to me with other council members outside official Council meetings that

[11:31] is exactly what you said I have it on record in my opinion Miss Witcher has

[11:39] encouraged others to file complaints for the council to pursue her own Vendetta

[11:45] against me it is very clear in my opinion that Miss Witcher has engaged in

[11:51] collusion and conspiracy and abused her position to pursue purs pursue her own

[11:57] agenda to create harm for myself and my family Miss Witcher has betrayed the

[12:02] confidence and Trust of the citizens of Bri oops she did not honor her of office

[12:08] as a public servant to uphold the Constitution of the United States and

[12:13] uphold the constitution of the state of De she has disgraced her office as

[12:18] counsilman she has with her actions and sure immediately resigned be or be
