[3:02] here I'm not sure the time as a reserve prior to that. Uh, he I appreciate the

[3:08] fact that he has picked up the slack. He's been our only patrol supervisor for

[3:12] the last six, eight months and basically doing a couple different roles. And you

[3:19] wouldn't think there would be that much to do department 11 officers, but you

[3:22] know, he's checking all the boards, making sure the schedule's done. So,

[3:25] he's he's done a lot of work, a little bit of sal. So, uh he's been in the role

[3:31] for about a month. We were going to do it at the last council meeting, but

[3:33] because of everything that was on agenda, we decided to wait. So, um so

[3:38] he's our new target. Hopefully, near future, we'll be adding at least a

[3:43] corporal, not two, spots for patrol supervisors. So hopefully soon we can

[3:49] introduce a couple more officers for you.

[6:28] underway. They're pouring. I think they poured the footer yesterday or today and

[6:33] they hope to be pouring the floor uh next week.

[6:38] Uh we had a a meeting today. They said we may have that done by December 27th

[6:44] or something like that. We'll see. Yeah. Uh the next picture is from that's our

[6:51] new street maintenance building that uh frames up the roofs material steel is

[6:57] there. So, we're making good progress with that.

[7:00] Next picture is a couple pictures from our downtown that I took today. You can

[7:04] see we've made good progress on the sidewalk. Uh, if you go down one more

[7:08] picture, that's in front of the tool shed. And actually, there's some

[7:12] concrete poured after I took that picture.

[7:17] I don't know about you, but if you go down to the next picture, this is what

[7:20] this is what this corner looked like last summer. And I found myself I'm

[7:26] already used to the way this the picture if you go down one more picture it's

[7:30] what it looks like today from about the same perspective.

[7:34] And uh we're we're becoming accustomed maybe it's because I'm out there every

[7:39] day of what the new street looks like. I've already forgotten what it looked

[7:43] like last March.

[17:42] agenda, so we're not quite done with that yet.

[17:46] Um uh July 2026, we have 520 calls for services that we responded to. Uh we did

[17:55] 11 in custody arrest, uh traffic enforcement. We wrote with 76 citations,

[18:01] 26 warnings. We took 63 case reports. We worked 18 accidents. Um we drove 12,710

[18:10] miles and we had 88 and a half hours of overtime. The overtime was a little

[18:15] skewed because of homecoming, a couple other things, but u we're looking really

[18:21] good on our overtime budget. So, I'm relatively happy with that. Um, code

[18:26] enforcement, uh, I won't read them all, but the

[18:30] majority of his warnings that he had written were 60 for tall grass, 17 for

[18:37] signs of devices, and 21 for illegal parking. A total of 105 complaints

[18:44] initiated by our code enforcement officer, and two came in from citizen

[18:48] complaints. Okay. Other than that, I'm happy to answer any questions. Okay.

[19:56] everybody to clear out. And fortunately, the factory was closed, so we didn't

[20:00] have to evacuate in a very big area. Couple structure fires, couple cardiac

[20:07] arrests, and I won't read them all cuz that's a lot. So, uh total of 99. Like I

[20:13] said, uh I just want to remind everybody of the public that we're school is back

[20:18] in session. Even though we're unfortunately we don't have one in our

[20:20] town, we still have kids that from this area that they're going to school. We

[20:25] have Amish kids that are starting school and they'll be on bicycles and and uh

[20:30] pony carts who just had a horrible accident down south of Mbury where three

[20:36] Amish kids were hit by a car in a pony cart going to school. So, just want to

[20:42] remind the public to watch out. It's really hard when you're driving east and

[20:47] it's uh in the morning that sun's really bright and it's really take your time.

[20:51] Slow down. Watch for kids on the roadways waiting for school buses. Those

[20:56] happen to be uh coming a little bit earlier since they got to travel a

[21:00] little bit further. So, just make give yourself extra time.

[21:05] Uh August 14th, we uh participated in the United Way Carbo Race. If you don't

[21:10] know, um it was our fourth in a row win for the first responder race and our

[21:16] second overall championship uh in a row for it was 54 boats or something like

[23:59] 20226-22, which is an ordinance of the town

[24:03] council declaring certain municipal funds dormant and authorizing to

[24:06] transfer the balances of such funds to the town's ready day fund. Uh, this is

[24:11] involved some uh discussion that we had um earlier this week with regards to uh

[24:17] the the funds that were established to u support the river golf course. Uh

[24:24] there's two funds uh that were uh that were opened. Um one has a an amount of

[24:30] about $563,775.

[24:34] The other about $72,228. Uh there's a a process that's provided

[24:40] for under statute where when municipal funds are considered dormant, um

[24:45] essentially the the fund that that uh was created uh no longer serves the

[24:49] purpose for which it was created. um those funds can be rolled back into

[24:54] either the general fund or the rainy day fund. Uh so the ordinance here takes

[24:58] those um both of those funds eliminates them and rolls that money into rainy day

[25:03] fund. Uh as a timing component um this would be effective upon the transfer of

[25:08] the river golf course. Uh so council will recall that the operator is there.

[25:13] Um there are some outstanding details of some of the economic development

[25:16] questions. Uh so once that transfers those funds will be eliminated and the

[25:20] clerk treasurer will be authorized pursuant to this ordinance to roll the

[25:24] money in the rain day. Uh that's the ordinance in a nutshell.

[25:29] Uh happy to answer any specific questions you may have. Okay.

[25:32] » Um procedurally procedurally you can do this one of two ways. Uh there there is

[25:37] no public uh hearing component to this ordinance. So, if you're so inclined, uh
