[15:50] quick high-level summary of this. And this is really related to the collection of

[15:56] concurrency in impact fees. And as that has not been happening since 2024 and the

[16:04] county staff has prepared that was to comply with Florida statutes because this studies

[16:11] have been done within the last 4 years like any new the fee would have to have 100% of the

[16:15] commission or council 2 to vote on it. I school board member Seaman is walking in as

[16:21] we speak. >> So this is in compliance with the county plan and with

[16:29] the adoption of Broward Max were actually striking through these policies because if

[16:34] there's no collection right now, currently of impact fees are concurrently fees. There's

[16:38] no reason to have those policies. And the Broward County Lee's plan.

[16:41] >> So these revision should be sound should be found in compliance with Broward County

[16:45] Land use Plan and Barbie doll south from the county staff is here. If you have any specific

[18:34] Council. I prepared this memorandum to summarize, Mr Road. This is performance over

[18:38] the past year evaluate continued services planning Council attorney. Mr.

[18:46] continues to demonstrate exceptional legal judgment, professional rigor and ethical

[18:49] integrity in his role as Planning Council attorney with more than 30 years of service

[18:53] to the council, he brings a deep understanding of the legal framework covering the

[18:57] council's work and of the Broward County Land use Plan. His guidance helps ensure that

[19:02] the council's deliberations and decisions rest on sound legal footing and this conduct

[19:09] consistently reflects the highest standards. Of the profession throughout the

[19:13] year, Mr. Morrow says reminded excessive has remained accessible, responsive and

[19:18] well prepared. He addresses matters ranging from procedural questions to

[20:22] supported the council through complex proceedings and ensure that its work remains grounded

[20:26] in sound legal analysis and professional integrity, although Mr. Rhodes meets the

[20:32] requirements for merit based compensation increase. He is again, declined an adjustment.

[29:32] folks here that we would love to have at the meeting in a regular basis. So yeah.

[31:12] I'm smiling because when we finally 3 weeks later, we're able to have a meeting with

[31:17] the staff because they don't list a rationale. They only listed policies that they

[31:21] thought were more restrictive or burdensome. So when we actually got on the phone had

[31:26] a meeting with them, it was 2 things that were very easily resolved and on I mean.

[31:35] Basically, but not but it. That's what that's basically what it felt You know, when we

[31:39] finally have the meeting with them. So we had an agreement with them on the phone that

[31:45] well, if we do these 2 things, which was just leave these 2 things in the plan. And

[31:50] they're like, well, that could address it. So so I sent them an email. We correspondent

[31:56] with them and what we take to the county commission will reflect those 2 pieces. So

[32:00] it's really issue, not an issue from staff's perspective and from from our legal

[32:07] counsel on from the from the county attorney's office. I was that straightforward well.

[32:11] So I just wanted to put back up and >> I absolutely appreciate

[32:19] staff's approach. Our approach from this dies where we because if we would have tried

[32:22] any of those incentive-based that would have been thrown back at are so many the

[32:29] resilience when we get in when we get into the details of if you want to know the details

[32:31] specifically about this, you can talk to. It really is silly. So we the approach we

[32:34] took was spot on. So I appreciate your guidance on that and staff guns on that

[32:39] good work. >> could borrow garceau Opportunity to discuss. Let's

[32:49] just call the rejection with the internal Department of What is the process that so if

[32:55] there is conversation between either a municipality or the, you know, Planning Council

[33:01] regards to something that gets It sounds like they give you an opportunity to coach you on

[33:11] the the ultimate, you know, City Commission or governmental authority could.

[33:31] the reapply for the light. When has there was there was a comment from Florida comments

[33:35] to commerce to Well, you may need to be. I don't even remember, we're with the word

[33:39] that they used was re re hearing. And I was like, what are what are we to? It was

[33:41] something I I said, you know, but the chapter one really allows for you to make changes

[33:51] from transmittal to adoption as long as they are. No. Did you know in your when we send

[33:55] the correspondents to them and these these 2 pieces are so straightforward, one of them

[34:01] was about the definition for affordable housing and the bonus density incentive about

[34:08] keeping in that. If you make up 240% of this while you're living mayor, that you're

[34:11] don't get removed from the housing. But it's part of the definition anyway. So it was

[34:17] just an and actually like a cleanup piece that we've so we can we've had and it's no

[34:21] problem. And then the other piece that they found in this case Actually opening up

[34:27] redevelopment. Right now. It's just in the recall, still high hazard area. But opening up

[34:33] that up county wide and under the redevelopment, the coastal high hazard area. There's part

[34:38] of the definition as if you decrease units by this patch, you can increase floor area by

[34:42] this much. And just talking here, they didn't. They thought that was about non

[34:50] residential development. It wasn't even in the same category as residential. So

[34:55] eyes. It was a total incentive-based. It was full. And I said, well, I said.

[35:00] Week, they said, well, we think it's more restrictive or burn some. And I said, well,

[35:04] then I think that we would propose leaving that in for this time. They're like you

[35:08] could do it after Senate Bill. 180, expires I'm like I got I got it right. So really it's

[35:16] just the interaction and how your legal counsel, I felt very confident and meeting

[35:21] with them that are legal counsel was going to be in agreement that these were not,

[35:24] you know, big changes. I think if you're in a situation where their wares, of the the

[35:32] findings we have seen have been more extensive and the local government has wanted to

[35:36] go back through the public hearing process instead of proceeding to adoption. But

[35:41] based on this piece, >> I think we all had we do not. I think we all have do

[35:47] all have a comfort level that it is completely within the guidelines about process.

[55:32] be as we had a conversation with them at the prima folks because they have a lot of

[55:36] this type of planning already built into their system. So the anticipation is through

[55:41] these other funding sources, we would still be able to pursue those types of

[55:47] amenities. So so we in cities when we need Bush shelters won't be told.

[55:53] >> There isn't money for the Bush shelters because of because of the impact fees.

[55:55] One way we won't be told that. >> With a again, it would be I can't tell you the very nature

[56:02] of what transit might say, too, will come part of that capital improvement planning

[56:08] program. So if it's identified that this is what you want to do and you work this out,

[56:12] transit and they've come up the cost share agreement have, however, that may be, then

[56:16] that would get programmed into the CIA in the Cip. Thank you. My pleasure.

[56:26] been waiting for their bus shelters for. Numerous of them, are we going to be now

[56:35] told that we're not getting them? >> Well, again, I have to go

[56:40] back and have that conversation with transit. But my understanding is the way

[56:44] that they operate as they enter into the agreement with the city. And then it just

[56:46] becomes part of the capital improvement planning program. So, you know, I don't know

[56:51] where transit stands or the capital Improvement program stands with any one of cities

[56:56] that are represented here today. But I understand that that's how they generally

[57:05] >> just quickly on that, because I just had a conversation role Thank you

[57:07] about this yesterday. And I'm being told that those bus shelters that that's the

[57:13] county is constructing can be up to $100,000. They can be pricey, right? So defense

[57:19] we've been same thing so I think America's steals point is where is the money going?

[57:23] Come from is an apt one. >> Dr Zaman. Thank you, chair. How much have we collected

[57:30] historically from these impact fees? Over an average last 10 doing? We were doing some

[57:39] around the 3 to 4 million dollar range on the transit impact fee and that was

[57:43] annually through thick that fund 30 or 40 shelters. I get it. It's you know, in the

[57:50] scope of Park County, in the amount of money, but it's not overwhelming amount of money.

[57:52] I want to. ComEd America's do, though, for being very clear on this 3 to 4 million dollars

[57:57] a year for transportation means we're going to have not that money to spend on this.

[58:01] The idea that city's capital improvement program make up this I think is specious. You

[58:06] know, we all have obligations and our capital improvement program, whether it's a school

[58:08] board or city for other And these funds were helping us. And we have generations

[58:15] actually for a century, incentivize people to drive cars, which are incredibly

[58:20] inefficient ways to move people around. And we have not ever found enough money to

[58:24] incentivize people to do mass transit our county. And you know, until we get autonomous

[58:29] cars, which I hope it's sooner than later, you know, we're going to continue to do with

[58:34] these traffic issues with 3 or 4 million dollars goes away, I think is appropriate for the

[58:37] mayor to point out that that's not money that's made up anywhere else. So thank you.

[1:00:26] pursuant to a letter of understanding dated August 31st. 1995 and reaffirm

[1:00:31] through subsequent planning Council election. The Broward County Planning Council

[1:00:37] conduct an annual review of its legal counsel as chair of the Broward County Planning

[1:00:42] Council. I prepared this memorandum to summarize Mister Andrew Morrow. Does his

[1:00:46] performance over the past year and to evaluate his continued service as Planning Council

[1:00:50] attorney. So now we're going to skip ahead to the conclusion, which is on the

[1:00:54] second page. Mr. Rose's performance during the past year continues to warrant the

[1:01:00] highest level of recognition. He has provided steady and effective legal counsel on

[1:01:06] significant policy and regulatory matters supported the council through complex

[1:01:11] proceedings and ensured that its work remains grounded in sound legal analysis and

[1:01:15] professional integrity. Although Mister Rose requirements for murder based

[1:01:22] compensation increase, his again declined an adjustment. His decision, reflections,

[1:01:25] longstanding commitment to the Planning Council and more than 3 decades of dedicated

[1:01:30] service. In light of his continued exemplary service. I recommend that this evaluation

[1:01:37] be entered into the official record and that the Planning Council reaffirmed its

[1:01:43] confidence Mr. Road has continued services planning Council attorney.

[1:09:31] amendments that were transmitted were found to be are strict of a burdensome on

[1:09:35] 2 pieces of them took us several weeks. We're able to have a call with Florida

[1:09:41] Commerce and we have found a path forward that we were able to proceed to adoption with

[1:09:46] the county commission if they so desire. And I would just say that, you know, if your

[1:09:54] local government receives a finding of non void the way to I think the path forward is to

[1:09:59] consult with your legal counsel, meet with Florida Commerce to see if you're able

[1:10:03] to resolve their concerns, which we were able to very easily do. And so we will be

[1:10:11] proceeding with the packet for adoption. But I just wanted to alert you to 2 minor changes

[1:12:42] >> searching for some ideas. We're in the middle at the school board of looking hard

[1:12:45] at how many schools we can afford to keep open in Broward County. And we have an

[1:12:52] exhaustive list of parents and volunteers and staff and even some senior students to talk

[1:12:55] to about that. We're having kind of a series of 47 community meetings on that.

[1:13:02] What I'm struggling with as a school board member. But someone cares deeply about

[1:13:05] that. All of our county. Is all the other people that would either benefit or not

[1:13:12] benefit from schools closing. We do a very good job in our community meetings of getting

[1:13:16] out to people who are directly involved in schools public education. But we're going to

[1:13:21] do some things that would allow for parks to be developed in certain cities.

[1:13:25] We're gonna do some things that transit sites could be developed for doing something

[1:13:29] in Pompano. That's exciting, which is we closed an old-school Dave Thomas. That

[1:13:33] had been open for years and we converted it into workforce housing for Broward County

[1:13:38] employees. Actual. And so that is something we're working h*** o*. One of the proposals

[1:13:44] before the school board would free up 14,000 units in Broward County for Affordable

[1:13:47] and Workforce housing. The problem is I I never hear from anybody. That's an advocate

[1:13:52] for housing supply. I never hear for anybody who's an advocate for more parks. I

[1:13:58] don't hear from people who want, you know, transit centers to be developed or or

[1:14:03] just good commercial development to happen, where it makes sense where we

[1:14:05] currently have property. So I love now or separately. If you want to call or email me to

[1:14:12] get ideas about how to get more people to get involved in this. It's coming to our town

[1:14:16] hall meetings. That's that's an easy thing. But I just don't how to reach them all.

[1:14:20] And then second is to just open up that conversation so that the people who would

[1:14:25] benefit just give you an example. Our superintendent proposed closing 10 schools.

[1:14:29] The net effect of that will be on 1.3% of the population our county. That means 87 point.

[1:14:35] 89. 98.7 starts early. A Broward County who would benefit from a new park from

[1:14:41] affordable housing for them. You know, redevelopment of commercial space in a way that

[1:14:45] fit within the community. We always communicate with the with the city's. I think we do

[1:14:50] fairly good job. I think probably even do better than fairly good job. And if we

[1:14:53] don't, I'm happy as the county wide guy close those conversations. I'm really

[1:14:58] trying to figure out how to get that. 98.7% that would benefit or or somehow be

[1:15:04] affected by a close school or or surplus ing of the land where the largest landowner

[1:15:08] Brevard County. But I want to have a conversation with Broward County and I could do

[1:15:14] it through cities. I can reach out and asked you to, you know, announce these a

[1:15:17] community meetings. What I'm trying to figure out a way to have a bigger conversation

[1:15:21] with people. We do polls but our poll data is generally for people directly involved in

[1:15:29] schools, not for the whole community. So if you have any ideas, your now great. If you

[1:15:32] want reach out to me. I really appreciate I want I want the whole community to be involved

[1:15:37] in this. We're not going to sign until December. So we got a little bit of time, but

[1:15:42] appreciate I could, just if anyone has a thoughts now, you know what a what I my my

[1:15:46] initial thought is Dr. first of all, I applaud the effort. >> To try to get as much

[1:15:52] feedback as possible. So thank you for doing that. But if some ideas and kind of

[1:15:56] outlined just a very simple white paper, that's what you're doing at the school

[1:16:00] board level coming in December. And what type of feedback you want. I know

[1:16:04] between up here with all the municipality represent all individual organizations we

[1:16:11] represent. We can then talk about at high level. You know, I know that in Pompano Beach

[1:16:15] up, take that back immediately to my economic development council. It has parks and

[1:16:19] recreation under that has cultural affairs and has housing underneath it. So we I

[1:16:24] think between all of us, we have the ability to it to go out there and make substantial

[1:16:29] comments for you to use in the future. So start with the simple thing. What you are

[1:16:33] trying to do and we'll do our best to help you put in and they'll do that. I'll do that

[1:16:39] today. And to the extent one of the wonderful things we had this past year's Mardi Care

[1:16:43] walking around, you know, doing the actual facts, impact presentation again, not

[1:16:47] talking to vote for it or against it. >> But just kind of making

[1:16:50] Jerry Jones a where's going and I can do the same thing with any group.

[1:16:56] >> For 5 minutes, just so that they're aware of the impact that is since then the sites

[1:16:59] that we're looking That would be amazing. It's a big start with Exactly. Someone saying

[1:17:55] do not know enough about. legal authority at the at District.

[1:18:04] >> To continue retaining. Property. For schools that they close. Allen. That allows

[1:18:17] Partnerships of any kind, for example, parks or affordable housing, potentially both. Of.

[1:18:29] The district can continue to own those properties. >> And then

[1:18:34] >> create ground leases >> that >> still affordably allow

[1:18:43] those uses to be in place. It potentially >> only loses the benefit of

[1:18:54] of of one-time sale, which would be, you know, one time dollars, let's say, to fix up

[1:19:00] the balance of your schools are to make some other capital investment or whatever. Let's

[1:19:06] say, you've got you're going to call close and you own it outright, know, leasing it or

[1:19:09] anything else. And you decide that you want to partner with city, be to put housing tower

[1:19:20] there, which will benefit not just district employees, but community members from that

[1:19:27] city. And I say from that city because that's happens to be my preference in terms of

[1:19:31] killing NIMBYism, which is irrational affordable housing. When you tell people that, you

[1:19:43] know, your city is partnering to house their own. they begin to soften a little bit more.

[1:19:46] And I think that every city that does that and the more cities that do that, the less.

[1:19:55] Formidable, this thing becomes. But let's say, let's say that you're able to do

[1:19:59] that in some sort of long term way. I don't know what the district's legal position is

[1:20:04] to do that. I would hope that you'd be able to do that. So if you're able to do that, I

[1:20:12] would explore the on a case-by-case basis with each city. Parks is an expense.

[1:20:20] It's it brings you quality of life. Life to your to residents. But quality life

[1:20:25] right now is >> so I say >> not core. Not core.

[1:20:38] >> To the mood of the day it is expensive. And but housing is an asset. And so I I would

[1:20:51] I would definitely a look at the of those possibilities. I don't know whether you have

[1:20:59] looked at in buildings that you currently own and operate. >> The the business model for

[1:21:02] continuing education. I I think I think that there is a lot of continuing education.

[1:21:13] Even for graduates that they're willing to pay for. And I don't know whether post

[1:21:26] secondary education. Involving some level of tuition is. Is something years. Your school

[1:21:36] district I I don't know the legal, the legality of that. But there were in desperate

[1:21:42] need of of trade services from post-secondary graduates. So yesterday, Mayor I I spent the

[1:21:49] day with the secretary of >> administrator for Small Business administration from

[1:21:59] District Loeffler and the acting Secretary of Commerce, Keith Sutherland, whose have

[1:22:03] turns out to be from Palm Beach County. They both came down and they've wanted to

[1:22:07] visit our technical colleges. We in Broward County, some you should be proud of. I'm not.

[1:22:10] I'm not trying to gloat. We run the 3 best technical just in the state in the world. We

[1:22:17] have people from your. We have people from Wyoming and California. They come to see

[1:22:20] shared in Atlantic better. We're expanding that capability now because it's

[1:22:24] not just stuck on those 3 properties were doing it in our traditional schools as

[1:22:27] well. So we're wide open about people going to work right after school and kids to come

[1:22:33] and pay tuition. And there's a Pell Grant now to cover the first $1700 and everybody to

[1:22:37] go back to get certified in theirs. lot. A lot of good work on Mayor land to maybe to

[1:22:45] your benefit to to bring on a consultant to. >> To look at the repurposing

[1:22:52] of your properties, thank you. I I think it's important. Before we get appreciate your

[1:22:57] comments. I think this is a time for ideation. This is the time to kind of put everything

[1:23:04] out there, not figure out whether it's legal not legal. Anything else at this point.

[1:23:07] Let's not worry. Let's figure out how to do it. a good thing to do. Let's do it. So I would

[1:23:11] say between now and December, let's just get as much on paper as possible and then

[1:23:13] kind of evaluate in a ranked or what's the most important, you know, going down. But we

[1:23:19] can do. But I think there's there's nothing that's off the table, in my opinion for your

[1:23:23] asking flights to best chair. Exactly 4. They're Gomez, thank America's They're going

[1:23:28] I will reach out to the realtors. And have them help you out some point they're

[1:23:33] going to be the ones bringing people to live. Work or play in the area. If they're

[1:23:38] renting out space for things like that. Very good point. So >> Well, this is a county wide

[1:23:48] effort. Every school, every school site sits on a commercial roadway is a little

[1:23:54] bit of a has cultural local impact, whether it's to the families that attend the

[1:23:57] school or, you know what would fit within the context of, for example, Sink Valley

[1:24:01] neighborhood. So while it is good to, of course, and I agree completely about the

[1:24:04] ideation on a global level there are going to be cite specific issues that, you

[1:24:09] know, help steer. You know, what would be the repurposing of this particular Just

[1:24:15] pathetic Lee. But my question was really, just if you explain to us to what extent

[1:24:20] from what we see in the media do the schools of hope have first right of refusal for any

[1:24:28] How does that fit into the closure of 10 potentially? again, just read newspaper

[1:24:33] articles here and there, but maybe you can tell us about that. schools of hope have the

[1:24:36] opportunity. >> In areas where there is low academic performance and low

[1:24:43] opportunity to take up space is available at all. Public schools. It's a very positive

[1:24:47] model in many regards places like KIPP, which is a school for hope come The hardest hit

[1:24:54] areas, areas that need the greatest help. They've shown that they bring a model it for

[1:25:00] the same amount of money can lift a more folks up and do a tremendous job. We have one of

[1:25:05] them. So Kate just opened this year and there and, you know, we're optimistic about that.

[1:25:15] There there are some sites for which that is legally permitted. And there's a lot

[1:25:18] of sites where it's not so in Brevard County right now. 84 1% of our schools be schools.

[1:25:25] So we're doing pretty well terms academic performance. lifted up of it. Might first 4

[1:25:29] years, an average of a great and a half in school performance. It's really a

[1:25:34] remarkable year. Rising tide does lift all ships. also increased teacher pay

[1:25:38] America's deal by $13,000 following the Pembroke Pines model in their charter schools

[1:25:42] where they've set a very high standard for compensating there. They're teachers so

[1:25:47] compliments to fines for that. What they've done with their charter school teachers. And

[1:25:49] we're trying to follow follow suit. But schools of hope to have the authority to move in

[1:25:54] in those specific schools. It's not something that is economically feasible in a lot

[1:26:01] of places, even even on top of that. So Kip has to make sure that they can break in order

[1:26:05] to do it and they have to fit into socioeconomic factors in order fit in because we're 84%

[1:26:11] a and B, it's not a lot in Broward County. There's other school districts go in. And by

[1:26:16] the way, this decline in enrollment mayor that have read about this year, we lost

[1:26:21] 12,000 students in one year 20,000 students last 2 years, equivalent of 40 elementary

[1:26:26] schools worth of kids we lost in 2 years. It's in every urban district United States.

[1:26:33] So it's not Broward schools as failing. It's like there's just not as many kids having

[1:26:38] kids later and there might be a little bit immigration. There's definitely an

[1:26:42] affordability crisis, which is why this idea of of leases that turn into affordable or

[1:26:48] workforce housing. It's so appealing because we think folks that have moved up to

[1:26:53] Melbourne or to Fort Myers where it's so much cheaper live may consider coming back.

[1:26:58] And that, you know, we're we're we're trying to contribute to the housing

[1:27:01] stock issue at the same time, we're running a school district and that's why what

[1:27:04] that conversation to be bigger. And wanted to just be about completely jury. These

[1:27:09] 26 students in middle school, you know, having to go to another middle school because

[1:27:11] I will argue that they're going to go to a better middle school full schools are better

[1:27:16] schools. A Madras aboard. But I also know that that to the chair's point, the highest and

[1:27:22] best use of each individual parcel is what we ought to be working with. The city's on to

[1:27:27] make sure that that's what the eventual uses. And then we'll figure out a way to get

[1:27:40] 2 children that one is graduated from Broward County, Public Schools and other is

[1:27:42] senior. I have been raising my children here in Broward County enacted a lot with her

[1:27:51] public schools and the question I have for you is what is the county doing to

[1:27:57] recruit? Students to come back to Broward County schools going back to peep 2 parents

[1:28:11] roundups, partnering with our cities advertising our excellent schools. The major

[1:28:18] winds that they've had, whether it's their a grade, the Broward County schools

[1:28:22] being lifted up to an a rated school district. These are awesome accomplishments and we

[1:28:26] should be screaming them from the rooftops. But we're not at least I'm not seeing that.

[1:28:34] Early-childhood education and day care is a major gap that parents need help with. Talk

[1:28:41] to former Senator Nan Rich County commissioner. She has a lot of ideas around that and

[1:28:45] he's a wonderful help with early childhood education it's expensive. It's I mean, I

[1:28:53] remember when I have my kids in school and you have young minds, you know, it's

[1:28:58] expensive. Parents oftentimes don't work because it's cheaper to stay home with the

[1:29:02] child instead of paying for daycare. And that affects the whole budget. So another

[1:29:10] question was how has immigration changes that we're having right now in our

[1:29:15] country affected our enrollment overall. >> Carol, to summarize,

[1:29:24] because I feel like a hijacked as meaning a little bit, but it's really important, I

[1:29:27] think, to our to our communities. Appreciate your time and amazing ideas. We

[1:29:32] have a close one school 2 years ago that we turn into early childhood education

[1:29:35] center is very successful. Doubtfire states. We are looking at every available

[1:29:39] classroom because now we have 60,000 unused school seats for any site that has daycare

[1:29:48] deserts were used to park deserts. Now we're looking for day care deserts where it's

[1:29:52] tremendously expensive. There's just not enough seats. So that's a great problem to

[1:29:57] have. But daycare centers actually have capacity and a lot of places now because

[1:30:00] there's so few kids being born that they're they're struggling to attract people

[1:30:05] are our communications number one communications is just the quality of our school. Every

[1:30:10] realtor on listing. You know, you go and you look about the 3rd line, it says, hey, you

[1:30:13] would go to these schools and they're rated AAA I'm I'm actually in very preliminary

[1:30:20] conversations with the development around gallery. Gallery is going to 4,000 new

[1:30:25] housing developments on it. 1300 of them will be affordable or workforce

[1:30:29] housing across the street. We have one of the best elementary schools in the

[1:30:31] state. And so if we can work with the city to expand the Cup, Cassidy of that site, we

[1:30:38] would be attracting people to Broward County to live where they're allowed to do the

[1:30:41] development. According live local laws and they walk across the street to one of

[1:30:45] the best elementary schools, middle schools, high school tracks. It states the high

[1:30:48] school that would feed is the 24th best high school to 25,000 high schools. United

[1:30:53] States. So we have some very successful schools the best way we communicate do well.

[1:31:00] And when we do well, everybody talks about EIGHTY-FOUR percent a and B average

[1:31:05] average high school scholarship flow this year. Chair average is gonna blow

[1:31:09] your mind. $50,000. That's incredible. And we just we can screen and we can yellow

[1:31:15] again. The media is not going to help us because it's all good news right now public

[1:31:19] says anything about the 99 dogs ago. Runaway right. And when we do well, it's it's the

[1:31:24] best way to communicate. I know it's low, but it really works week. We're really

[1:31:29] focused on doing well and making sure that the parents, the teachers and the

[1:31:33] volunteers and community to hear about these things to stop talking about private

[1:31:37] schools like, you they're okay. Yeah, because we're not okay. They're great. They're

[1:31:45] very, very good $1000 per high school graduate chair. >> As a good number, that's an

[1:31:51] incredible number. And I do agree with green for the mountain top because it's a

[1:31:54] big number put a bow on this. We're going to we're going to wait for your little white

[1:32:03] paper coming out, what you're actually looking for and we are going to spread the word
