[0:44] compliant with the laws that are

[0:46] established by our state and thank you

[2:04] primary canvas of the 2026 Republican

[2:06] primary.

[2:13] stat sheet, our audit information, and

[2:16] our results.

[2:17] We do not have a precinct by precinct

[2:19] view for you. You can request it by me,

[2:21] but we also have it on our website.

[2:24] I assume you guys don't want 90 pages of

[2:26] reading. So,

[2:28] or 90 pages worth of trees getting cut

[2:30] down.

[2:31] So,

[2:32] we had [clears throat] a

[2:33] successful audit. We audited 200 ballots

[2:36] um out of

[2:38] um oh jeez, I have the stat page. I

[2:40] should just read ahead. 14,636

[2:43] that were

[2:44] uh ballots that were counted. Um our

[2:47] audit team consisted of uh Mark Hurd,

[2:51] our county auditor uh Matt Funk, and

[2:55] staff Kyla Doyle, Michelle Stenger,

[2:57] Jennifer Zang, and then uh Chad

[2:59] Clements, and Talon Bigelow

[3:01] were there. Um everything went

[3:03] swimmingly.

[3:04] Um we even made Mark and Matt

[3:08] uh audit a batch that they didn't need

[3:10] to. That's how good we did.

[3:20] um to our stats. So, we had a 36.2%

[3:25] turnout. Um that is out of 40,465

[3:29] active Republican voters. So, only

[3:37] ballots were counted. 14,427

[3:40] of those were mailed in.

[3:41] Um we had 43 vote in person. We changed

[3:44] our hours thinking more people would

[3:46] show up,

[3:48] and we got less. So, our hours were from

[3:51] noon to 6:00 p.m. thinking we can get

[3:52] people coming off after

[3:54] work and

[3:55] » So,

[3:56] that's in-person early voting?

[3:58] » And what were the hours day of?

[3:59] » Uh day of was 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

[4:03] » And we have 147 in-person election day

[4:06] voters.

[4:52] comes from communities like Paradise,

[4:53] Cornish, Clarkston, Newton.

[4:56] Um they have drop boxes out there, but

[4:58] sometimes I mean, they're just used to

[4:59] putting in the mail.

[5:02] » Um it is state code requirement that

[5:04] every city does have a drop box, so

[5:06] every city and town does have a drop box

[5:08] available to them. So, from Cornish to

[5:10] Paradise, Wellsville to Lewiston, they

[5:12] got something.

[5:14] Um there was a five-year UOCAVA ballots

[5:17] counted. So, UOCAVA is uniform overseas.

[5:21] Um so, military.

[5:24] So

[5:37] And we had zero emergency ballots. And

[5:39] the fun part, 14,636

[5:42] vote histories were given, so we were we

[5:45] reconciled the entire election.

[5:47] So, there was no discrepancies.

[5:51] » Um 15 provisional ballots were issued

[5:54] and 14 provisional ballots were counted.

[5:56] One provisional ballot was not counted

[5:58] because the provisional ballot voter

[6:00] affiliated as unaffiliated.

[6:03] So, we cannot open up that provisional

[6:05] ballot. Only a Republican can open that.

[6:08] Well, it will be counted.

[6:09] » So, how did they get a ballot?

[6:11] » It's provisional. So, they had to come

[6:12] in and vote in person. So, provisional

[6:14] is very similar to same-day voting.

[6:16] So, it's for voters of who recently

[6:18] moved and they didn't receive their

[6:20] ballots, they had to come in. Or, um

[6:22] under state code, unaffiliated voters

[6:24] can affiliate in person by voting

[6:26] provisionally. So,

[6:28] this person was unaffiliated and stayed

[6:30] in state unaffiliated. So, we did not

[6:32] count that. We didn't open that ballot.

[6:36] Um so, we had a 93.3% provisional

[6:39] acceptance rate.

[6:41] Uh we had 307

[6:43] challenged ballots, which means they

[6:45] either had signature issues. Uh this

[6:48] year, the last four digits so all those

[6:50] last four digits weren't provided for

[6:52] us.

[6:53] And um

[6:55] 48 of those were rejected. So, our uh

[6:58] percentage of curable ballots that were

[7:00] not curable were only 15%, which is

[7:03] really, really low.

[7:05] So, we we were be able we were able to

[7:07] count most of the ballots that were had

[7:10] signature issues or number issues.

[7:12] » In that case, you're calling people or

[7:14] emailing them and

[7:15] » Call, text, email, carrier pigeon.

[7:18] We try all forms of communication to

[7:20] » Send out smoke signals?

[7:54] and Dane Murray received 6,035.
