[0:04]
This is an outdust session, I would like to ask you to stand for the Budget Regents.
[0:25]
First
[0:33]
item on agenda is the consent agenda.
[0:36]
consent agenda items are expected to be routine and non-controversial and will be acted upon by the council at one time without discussion
[0:42]
Any council member staff member or interested party may ask that I don't be removed from the consent agenda for further discussion
[0:50]
Do we have any consent agenda items wish to be pulled by the council
[0:57]
any public?
[1:03]
Item number two please
[1:09]
any other items
[1:11]
See none do we have a motion to I will move the balance
[1:18]
I get health from our kettle now and further discussion.
[1:23]
All those, if they were proving items 1-3-4-and-5.
[1:26]
I approve seven level.
[1:29]
I will number two.
[1:35]
Did you give me a number, buddy, Kathy Tople?
[1:38]
Last meeting, I brought up the fact that the executive committee meeting was getting meals when they meet, and also on this month's
[1:52]
receipts for reimbursement is also a KACC in cognizant. I'm not sure what PAC stands for.
[2:00]
I am under the understanding that federal money cannot be utilized for meals.
[2:05]
I'm also under the understanding that the executive committee already gets a extra
[2:10]
little bit of money to attend those meetings.
[2:14]
So this is the second time within the last two months that we've seen an expense report.
[2:19]
That these expenses have been on here, and I would really like an explanation.
[2:22]
Thank you.
[2:32]
Yes, sir.
[2:33]
I would just say that all of the targets are offered for the month of March,
[2:39]
are within costs and the procedures.
[2:44]
Okay.
[2:46]
If you want to, let me address it one more, one of the other instance.
[2:50]
The meeting down on this executive management group,
[2:54]
meeting that was held, was held during a lunch hour.
[2:56]
The staff and the folks that were on that meeting were asked to come in during their work day to come in at a lunch meeting and it was just a benefit to try and get everybody together at one time.
[3:08]
We had the City Council City Manager from the City of Angels, the CEO from the county as well as the chair and the vice chair from the cog.
[3:19]
It was a full day that we already had and we were just trying to get everything done. It was a courtesy done.
[3:23]
And again, it was in the purview of the procedures of policies
[3:26]
of the council to just try and make it a reasonable,
[3:29]
much meeting for us.
[3:30]
It was a working lunch.
[3:31]
So that's what we did that.
[3:36]
Again, federal regulations do not allow funding for meals.
[3:42]
And how was this dispersed?
[3:44]
And if you're already getting a stipend for attending
[3:48]
those meetings, why would you also include lunch?
[3:51]
And again, this is only the second time we've seen this.
[3:53]
How many months does it happen?
[3:55]
You said you have a special meeting, it happened the previous month, so I just think it needs to be looked into.
[4:01]
Thank you.
[4:02]
All right, thank you.
[4:04]
Okay, this is a point of clarification, no federal money issues.
[4:12]
Chair, as an additional explanation, the county policy is that should you work through lunch that lunch shall be provided.
[4:19]
It is part of our policy.
[4:21]
So this is really not in conflict with even the county's state of policy.
[4:26]
Thank you.
[4:27]
Thank you.
[4:27]
Thank you.
[4:29]
Have you said that?
[4:30]
Do we have approval of item number two of the council agenda?
[4:35]
I saw a little bit of that.
[4:37]
Second, by Council Mayor Fondor.
[4:39]
Hello, Senator.
[4:40]
All right.
[4:50]
Item number six.
[4:51]
Public comment.
[4:52]
Public comment.
[4:53]
She'll be limited to finance per person.
[4:55]
Comments.
[4:55]
She'll be limited to items that are within the subject manager's section of the council.
[4:59]
But not on the posted agenda.
[5:01]
Do we have any public comment?
[5:07]
I'm saying, huh?
[5:09]
We've got another side of it.
[5:19]
I'm never selling it.
[5:21]
The minute order approving amended policies and procedures, as recommended by the
[5:24]
trying out, we're going to sell it.
[5:26]
Ms. Rajudam.
[5:27]
Thank you, Mr. Chair.
[5:28]
The staff request to talk to approve the organization of policies and procedures and
[5:32]
now as amended, a draft was submitted to the Council at the April 15th, where review
[5:39]
and comments and staff is asking for, what's it?
[5:43]
I think I can answer the question.
[5:45]
We'll have some more of their additional comments that were presented during the interim.
[5:51]
I think I brought this up at the tap meeting and asked for any comments in writing.
[5:57]
Before certainly, I have to receive any comments as at the time the other was distributed.
[6:06]
Council has reviewed the Council also as reviewable.
[6:12]
Any further counsel comments?
[6:15]
Any public comment?
[6:24]
It's public works. As I mentioned at the last meeting, it was my understanding that agenda items brought
[6:33]
before this council should be vetted through the tack as described in the policies and procedures.
[6:42]
At the last tack meeting, we had a discussion concerning the proposed changes to the policies and procedures,
[6:48]
but the discussion really focused around my understanding or misunderstanding that the pulsing
[6:55]
procedures have been segregated from the JPA and therefore the approval of the pulsing
[7:04]
procedures lies with this body.
[7:08]
So the question that I asked prior at the prior council meeting was, what is the procedure for
[7:16]
changes to policies and procedures, because it's not contained in the policies and procedures.
[7:22]
Is it reviewed by all of the committee groups that make up the co-operative organizations
[7:29]
or not, does it go through the executive management group and how much that it is done here?
[7:36]
This specific item was theoretically to address recommendations in the Triennial audit, and so
[7:43]
my question at the last meeting, again, was how do these proposed changes, good or not good
[7:49]
or unnecessary or unnecessary? I think they probably are necessary because we haven't touched
[7:54]
these policies and procedures at least since 2011. How are they addressing the recommendations
[8:00]
of the Tri-Hanny Audit? I asked for that at the last council meeting, but so I was hoping
[8:06]
to hear that again, and the reason I'm asking for these kinds of things is that as a member
[8:14]
of the DACA, and as a member of the participating organization with the ACOG, as public
[8:19]
director of a course director, if me as public course director is going to represent my
[8:28]
board of supervisors and report back to them, what is my methodology of reaching after
[8:34]
and then according to them, if they would like changes to the policy procedures,
[8:38]
in spite of the fact that we have two members on this board.
[8:41]
So I'm looking for how it's done.
[8:45]
So, thank you.
[8:49]
So, the policy procedures, if you look at the first page,
[8:53]
they often meant that since 2011, every amendment
[8:57]
would be for the executive management committee,
[9:00]
which is the chair, vice chair, the county,
[9:03]
to the area in the city manager, they have a higher level, you know, a purview of what is going on in the city and county, they have met it every change after the council or the group, many reviews we bring into the council for full discussion, and that's the process.
[9:25]
Okay.
[9:28]
This doesn't go back in front of the seats and it doesn't go back in the seats of the city council?
[9:32]
No.
[9:33]
Just a little bit.
[9:34]
You've been separated from the ADA.
[9:36]
If you don't remember, because it's the living, the living, all of the seats,
[9:42]
you can go to the college.
[9:44]
Now, there's nothing that prevents either the subwoozor or the members of the council,
[9:52]
or the city council members of the council to bring forth recommendations and our changes.
[9:58]
It's actually been amended, it looks like about nine times since 2011.
[10:03]
It doesn't have to be solely related to the training of reports on it.
[10:06]
It can be also other issues that your council have in the view of these policies and procedures,
[10:11]
would like to have.
[10:12]
You as the representatives bring forth to the pod council.
[10:15]
If you like to have future changes done, there's nothing that says it has to wait.
[10:19]
Just bring it up.
[10:20]
We'll recognize the issue.
[10:21]
publish it as we've done before, or do you have Council look at it and go from there?
[10:26]
Is there all the internal possession of the current institutions?
[10:30]
You want to be here, first of all, you should be right up to the needs of all the security that we call the teams.
[10:37]
Be quiet for us for the next.
[10:38]
That's to prove the security that we have caught in the matter.
[10:43]
So that's one of the things that's changed.
[10:45]
But within the policy, we've caught in the true future of business.
[10:53]
So having sent that we have a motion to approve the amended policies and procedures recommended to the
[11:00]
China Health Profile Insult.
[11:04]
Thank you.
[11:06]
I'm sorry to the mic.
[11:06]
I have a council member.
[11:07]
Come on.
[11:08]
Further discussion by the council.
[11:10]
Any further public comment?
[11:13]
All those in favor?
[11:15]
Hi.
[11:15]
I'm a proof.
[11:27]
I'm number 8.
[11:28]
We have a minute order ratifying the programming changes, the fiscal year 1617, congestion
[11:33]
radiation, air quality act, see back funds in the amount of 406,168 treasure.
[11:40]
So thank you for sharing.
[11:42]
Staff is requesting a couple of program changes,
[11:46]
so that this leader's 1617 came out funding.
[11:50]
If you look at the chart on page,
[11:55]
one of these people, this is funding coming from the
[11:59]
standards I want to get to the project,
[12:01]
and being able to now transfer the government to the tribe.
[12:05]
This funding is in this year's 1617,
[12:08]
So, the request for Mr. Progitz was, so that it's you've got time and has it in the
[12:15]
Internet?
[12:21]
Council.
[12:23]
Comments.
[12:24]
Questions?
[12:24]
I am a little concerned with moving funds off of the Highway 49 corridor and the potential
[12:32]
that if we are not eventually going to move on that project, that it would cause the
[12:38]
And then the associated costs with that, so I just want to be sure that we are not putting ourselves in a position here.
[12:44]
We're going to be getting my back, simply because we moved off with the corner.
[12:48]
It's my understanding that the mountain edge road and the inner project is in full swing and in
[12:57]
other, is it published right now in the UK with this money for the attached reasons
[13:05]
for who is proud of the Southern Journal of the Education and so on.
[13:08]
the
[13:18]
time for me. Okay, Jeff Kravitz Public Works. The two projects here under discussion,
[13:26]
the San Andreas Gapfeld project was to install sidewalks along St. Ratt 49 near the patio
[13:33]
in and then going around the corner down towards the high school. With the active gateway
[13:40]
corridor study that we're currently performing in San Andreas right now, there are
[13:44]
proposals for other crosswalks on stable at 49, especially in that area in the high school and the post office.
[13:54]
So, it
[13:57]
was in a planning phase. It hadn't gone beyond a planning phase, and CMAC funds will expire.
[14:05]
And we'll have to give back if not expanded within a certain amount of time.
[14:08]
The Mount Ranch Project, which is a sidewalk project as well as the improvements to the
[14:17]
Pope and Mount Ranch Road Intersection Project, is in full environmental documentation
[14:24]
phase needed additional money to complete the environmental document and move ahead to
[14:29]
the construction phase.
[14:33]
So speaking with Supervisor Toffanelli, I felt that it was better to have a complete project
[14:38]
that was closer to construction, then we have a project that was incomplete and still in the planning phase.
[14:45]
There is not a risk of us losing these funds as long as we expand them in a timely manner within our current schedule of the Mount Ranch Road project.
[14:56]
Additionally, I have added some scope of work to the Mount Ranch Road project too.
[15:00]
We install a pedestrian activated crosswalk with advanced warning signals on Mount Ranch Road,
[15:09]
between government
[15:10]
center and the hospital, so that people coming to government center to our transit stop do not
[15:17]
have to walk all the way up to 749 crosswalk across the crosswalk there and then come back
[15:22]
down the opposite side of the street to get to the hospital.
[15:26]
And that particular project, the San Andreas Seiglock project, is a multi-funded project
[15:32]
and it includes World 28 funds, which are funds for undergrounding through PG&E collections.
[15:40]
And it also includes environmental mitigation funds from the courthouse and GL project
[15:45]
that was completed in 2014.
[15:49]
Any questions?
[15:51]
Thank you.
[15:52]
Are you satisfied?
[15:55]
I'm just concerned, I live here in San Andreas and I see the high school and the need to have a crosswalk between the high school and the post office where the kids get across the industry.
[16:06]
I see a lot more kids walking these streets than I would think a lot of people who are walking from the government center around to the hospital would be to tell.
[16:14]
I'm just, I'm sorry to see $400,000 taken away from a project that would benefit the high school kids, and the town at large.
[16:22]
There's something local that's already here that had already been completed and built to large degree already.
[16:28]
Are there any other foreseeable government project needs that are going to pop up and start pulling money from the sea map or others?
[16:36]
Or the sources away from other projects that the county has and other locations within San Andreas or elsewhere?
[16:43]
I'm not sure I understand your question.
[16:46]
I agree with you that there is absolutely a need to be able to have a crosswalk across
[16:51]
state of 49, especially in the neighborhood of the high school and the post office because
[16:56]
there's so many origination, there's a lot in this a lot of traffic.
[17:05]
The problem, of course, is that we have a fairly comprehensive corridor study right now that
[17:12]
We'll be brought in front of this board that talks about how do we slow the traffic down in the corridor.
[17:17]
How do we make accommodations for pedestrians?
[17:20]
How do we make sure that when we do in Solicross Walk, it is a ADA compliant, which you can't happen right now because of the crown of the roadway.
[17:28]
So there's all kinds of planning to put money into an environmental document and construction for that.
[17:36]
The high school gap project, the gap in the field project, never contemplated across walk across 49.
[17:42]
So I haven't taken anything away.
[17:46]
The need was there, the need remains.
[17:49]
But even though the CMAC funds were on the gap field project,
[17:52]
there was still not a solution for a cross walk across 49.
[17:56]
So nothing has changed from current.
[17:59]
I'm not sure if that was where you were going or where you were thinking that there might be
[18:03]
another county government project or a county project that will potentially take other
[18:08]
see my funds away.
[18:10]
I'm just concerned only that this council, a year or longer, approved $400,000 for the
[18:16]
side of the project at the high school intersection.
[18:19]
Now we're taking that $400,000 and moving it over to the county area over here on the
[18:24]
mountain edge road.
[18:26]
Eventually when that quarter studies done we're going to need funds to take care of the
[18:32]
school sidewalk project to get people across the road.
[18:36]
Absolutely correct.
[18:37]
And we've up until now, we've represented the public that we have $400,000 moving in
[18:41]
that direction.
[18:42]
Now we're changing gears.
[18:43]
I'm just curious, sir, that we don't have any other future gear changes in the
[18:49]
works.
[18:50]
I don't have any.
[18:52]
I'm continuing to work with Cog to develop planning grants and
[18:56]
construction grants for what we consider to be the highest
[19:00]
a pedestrian needs throughout the county, and some do better than others, I mean right now.
[19:07]
It seems like the Murphy's area is getting more attention than Valley Springs, unfortunately.
[19:11]
But that's how the grants are coming right now.
[19:16]
And again, the more we can bundle, in other words, more we can do a multi-agency project bundling,
[19:25]
the higher the likelihood of achieving grant funding for these projects are.
[19:29]
So, isolated and isolated sidewalk project along 49 and a, and then going down toward the high school is not going to be as easily funded for construction or even planning an environment document as would a court or project be when Caltrans is doing a project and the county is doing a project.
[19:53]
I had the same concerns you had gone with the conversation when you brought this to me.
[19:59]
There was a couple of things.
[20:01]
One is the funding going away by the time we even get that project in the phase that it could be constructed in.
[20:09]
We lose the money.
[20:11]
The second thing is we don't know what Kyle Tran is proposal is.
[20:14]
This time to fix the highway, whether we go forward with this $406,000 project to find out that we got to tear it out
[20:22]
when the Californians come through,
[20:23]
grinds down, sticks to crown and what?
[20:26]
We don't know what the elevations are going to be
[20:28]
where it's going to happen.
[20:30]
And I share your concerns also, and the concerns
[20:34]
that I have about, it was a perfect intersection
[20:37]
to put crosswalks and a stop light up.
[20:40]
Because of the situation in the mornings
[20:42]
in the afternoon with the kids.
[20:45]
So it was a way, and I had the conversation
[20:47]
with an end of the way, at the inside,
[20:49]
where we're going to be losing the money,
[20:51]
We put it together here now and then have to do the corridor study and we'll get the
[20:55]
cops and they're fixed with highway, which I understand is going to be some time
[20:59]
in the next four years, three or four years, that we get a project that's going to be
[21:11]
filed in their, is not the waste of money.
[21:20]
I have the same concern, same conversation.
[21:23]
We don't have a project for the Crown yet, and essentially that will be a priority when the
[21:30]
corridor study is ready to take that to the program manager and get that in the pipe,
[21:37]
but I can't tell you it's a four year or ten year or anything better than that, and
[21:42]
certainly our intention to work with the county to move forward with that.
[21:48]
So just to clarify.
[21:50]
Well, hopefully there's a priority because when you resurfaced and did both sides of the highway, you left it out because I don't think there's a problem.
[21:58]
I just can't tell you that it's in a fight for years or anything.
[22:01]
All right.
[22:02]
Thank you.
[22:05]
Thank you, Supervisor Tuffin.
[22:07]
One other piece of information is that
[22:12]
County and PG&E are currently working on another.
[22:16]
We actually have three active rural 28 projects going right now.
[22:20]
So there is a second rule 28 project for this area, there are a beginning design on
[22:26]
undergrounding within the funds that are available in the county.
[22:30]
That undergrounding project will give us the possibility of having legal sidewalks
[22:37]
because we won't have poles in the way.
[22:42]
And it would also simplify the curve and gather installation.
[22:47]
So, we are working in the direction that you want to go, and then the last comment I'll
[22:54]
make for you is statistically pedestrians are safer out of a crosswalk than in a crosswalk.
[23:03]
Because there's a presumption of protection inside of painted lines, whereas the pedestrians
[23:09]
tend to cross outside of a crosswalk. There is no presumption. They're not a deer in the headlight.
[23:14]
They are actively aware, and they tend to be safer.
[23:21]
It's very dangerous, but that's one of the things when you have a state highway is Main Street, which we do here in San Andreas, and we also do in Merge itself.
[23:30]
And we do in Angels.
[23:33]
Thank you.
[23:35]
Any further public comment on item number eight?
[23:38]
And for the console come, I'll be in the vet where you are taking the funds away from that.
[23:45]
And there is other potential projects that we're looking into.
[23:49]
It probably is the best to bundle all that together,
[23:52]
and try to get the maximum funding out of wherever sources we can receive them from.
[24:00]
So I'll move for this agenda.
[24:05]
Second, all the favor?
[24:09]
Aye, aye.
[24:10]
Good afternoon.
[24:23]
And then we're nine.
[24:24]
Approving the allocational structures for fiscal year,
[24:26]
16 and 17 local transportation funds, and the amount of 40,000,
[24:30]
694, the Calabers Council of Governance,
[24:33]
Overall Work Program, a minute or two.
[24:35]
It's Regio.
[24:36]
Thank you, Mr. Chair.
[24:38]
That is requesting the Council of Developed,
[24:41]
The information instructions for the school year 16.
[24:44]
The LGA funds were out to 40,0694.
[24:48]
This action was taken by the council at the April 20th
[24:51]
and the approval of the budget limit and the overall work program limit.
[24:56]
These are now the application instructions needed to submit to the county auditor for the office.
[25:03]
Hello, thank you.
[25:06]
Council.
[25:09]
And public.
[25:12]
With a motion to approve some of.
[25:15]
Oh, come.
[25:16]
I have a statistic.
[25:19]
Sorry.
[25:20]
So, moved by councilmember Kahnlano.
[25:22]
The second by councilmember Poland, Dorth.
[25:24]
Any further questions?
[25:25]
I'll be back in the second by councilmember Poland, Dorth.
[25:27]
All those in favor?
[25:29]
I'm up.
[25:30]
We've set up
[25:36]
a number 10.
[25:38]
Approving a revised, fiscal year 1617, STA, or state transit assistance,
[25:42]
allocation instructions to the Calvary's County Report's Department from 189-455 to 153-665 for
[25:50]
chances of operations in Zragia.
[25:54]
As I stated in this doctorate for the County Report's Department's Minister S.T.A.
[25:58]
to your sample in December, the sample approved
[26:03]
with the application instructions and the amount of $189.
[26:10]
Fourth of the fund.
[26:11]
Fourth of the fund.
[26:12]
And the same puller's office came out with a revised estimate.
[26:15]
That was provided to the kind of reports department.
[26:18]
They passed through the course supervisors and then into their budget.
[26:21]
So right now, one of them is the application instructions.
[26:31]
Any public comment?
[26:35]
Seeing none, do we have a motion to sum up?
[26:38]
2nd.
[26:39]
2nd.
[26:41]
2nd.
[26:41]
2nd.
[26:42]
2nd.
[26:43]
2nd.
[26:43]
2nd.
[26:44]
2nd.
[26:44]
2nd.
[26:45]
2nd.
[26:58]
2nd.
[26:59]
local transportation plans, LTF Plane, to the Calabers County Public Court's Department,
[27:03]
for transfer operations in the amount of 538,264.
[27:08]
And so as you open.
[27:09]
Thank you, Mr. Chair.
[27:11]
Like we said, the staff is requesting the approval of Resolutions 1725,
[27:17]
operating LTF Plane for operations to the county workforce department.
[27:23]
in the amount of 538, 264, this is based on an annualized
[27:31]
actual methodology, the plan submitted to total 600,000.
[27:37]
If you look at the documentations, or the documentations,
[27:59]
So let's try to, with this 538, we've had 312,000 before, is there any federal money that's
[28:10]
in the background that we haven't tapped yet.
[28:13]
In regards to the public works department,
[28:15]
you can put either federal funds to my knowledge.
[28:20]
They have it for Steve.
[28:21]
If you look at page 154, the packet.
[28:26]
And it's why I have four or five here is this.
[28:31]
So the only $2,500 is $8,000.
[28:35]
I have to pay and collect it.
[28:37]
So, we want you to present on a little bit of a period of four months of time.
[28:43]
I'm going out of four, five or six.
[28:47]
So, at the April of Council meeting, this Council approved allocation instruction, so only $312 dollars.
[28:54]
This action would approve a claim for 538.
[28:59]
SCA as it comes in, fortunately, they receive the federal funding as SCA comes in, I've been paying the county.
[29:09]
So, they will receive the total 150 free.
[29:12]
It's just they don't want to receive the federal funding.
[29:17]
Is there a possibility that the 250,000 you speak of will not be received within this fiscal year?
[29:24]
Is there a possibility?
[29:53]
Yes, I'm assuming that there is concern, especially among the Board of Supervisors, that trans...
[30:00]
Could be in a position as it was last year, being forced to take a loan from the County General Fund, and this year the County General Fund is much more stressed than it was, the previous year, as we've continued to move towards disaster bill.
[30:14]
I wanted to assure the Board that, of course, it's an assumption that the projections given to us by the state on the SKA of 153,000 will be received before the end of the fiscal year.
[30:28]
There is also the assumption that this LTF claim will be paid.
[30:33]
There is also the assumption of public works that the 312,000 that was approved by the
[30:40]
Cobb Board at the last meeting will also be paid.
[30:44]
And there is, lastly, an assumption that three FTA funds,
[30:49]
FTA grant funds that we get through Caltrans, will also be paid through the end of the fiscal year.
[30:55]
and those three are in an amount of exceeding,
[31:00]
somewhere in the 70th of the 20th of the 20th of the 20th
[31:18]
of the 20th.
[31:18]
Anyway, and she'll come up with that number pretty quickly,
[31:22]
but I guess the bottom line is that the funds
[31:25]
that we are expecting to make transit whole
[31:27]
that are coming in are estimated to be greater
[31:32]
than the amount of our individual expenditures.
[31:36]
If there is a problem with this funding,
[31:38]
that's essentially been projected by the various state agencies, either as passive for federal
[31:44]
or as representative federal, we feel like we're whole, but again, if STA doesn't pay
[31:54]
to the rest of it, there could be a problem if Kalter has doesn't pay on the FTE 5311 and
[32:00]
5311F program, which the claims have been in for a number of months now, then there could
[32:08]
problem but we're not going to know until we get a little bit closer.
[32:14]
I guess what I'm looking
[32:15]
for is is that we started off the year in a negative having borrowed against the general fund
[32:20]
last year. This fiscal year and to ensure that we won't be in that position going into the next
[32:27]
fiscal year should be able to the goal and it's just to express that to the public,
[32:33]
everybody knows we're doing our best to make this a zero balance at the end of the year.
[32:38]
or hopefully a small amount of cash carry.
[32:41]
To that end, Supervisor Mills,
[32:44]
we are currently preparing next year's LTF claim
[32:48]
that we are hoping to present to Cog this week by the end of the week.
[32:55]
So that it can be processed at the June meeting,
[33:00]
because as you know, this group goes dark in July.
[33:05]
So, part of the problem with the previous borrow, last year was borrowing to make the previous
[33:12]
year whole, and there were some problems getting the claims paid for a number of reasons.
[33:19]
So we are doing what we can to prevent that from happening again.
[33:23]
Thank you.
[33:23]
Thank you for putting this together early, rather than later in the fiscal year, for next year.
[33:30]
That's going to make a big difference in how we handle our budget year at process.
[33:33]
going forward, so it's very critical to do that and appreciate your effort.
[33:37]
Any other questions?
[33:42]
Questions from the city?
[33:47]
Do you bring your check-up date?
[33:53]
We give it the office.
[33:56]
There's missions regarding cash carry.
[34:00]
That hasn't been talked about before.
[34:02]
So if it answers to the cash carry, that seems that there's over and above it.
[34:07]
And where is that one going to go and how is that one that you're going to be receiving?
[34:12]
We haven't heard any about a cash carryover or something that obviously, you know,
[34:17]
that helped the LTF, does that help us getting?
[34:21]
How does that come into play?
[34:23]
And the statutory wouldn't be letting that be from the call.
[34:27]
It would be, you can see from the FDA,
[34:31]
and it's based on their nuances that they're already incurred
[34:35]
the expense and the rest of the reimbursement from FTA.
[34:39]
So what's called is already, isn't going to be the statutory,
[34:44]
it's already in a negative balance.
[34:47]
So call has already paid for free under the 12th,
[34:50]
that has been processed that will be reflected in their April reports.
[34:56]
SCA comes on quarterly basis, so I'm almost positive they'll have up to the third quarter
[35:02]
by 630 and 2 months after the close, which I think is within the equilibrium, which still
[35:08]
will be the fourth quarter, so it will be able to be posted before she officially closes.
[35:14]
But none of the statutory will be an odd thing.
[35:23]
So, but even so, that means in the next fiscal year, the 30-minute less money because of the cash care.
[35:28]
They reflect the cash care in all their money.
[35:31]
Does it, does it?
[35:33]
But is that a specialized, where it goes, or is that, is that just a money that falls into the transit operations?
[35:43]
And then in the Azure, Azure is signing for LTF and STA in 53-11.
[35:50]
That cash carry is, is there.
[35:53]
So there could be a potential that they draw less LTA because they have a cash carry.
[35:59]
No.
[35:59]
I don't project the cash carry.
[36:01]
It will be anywhere.
[36:03]
Cool for $50 dollars.
[36:05]
I think it will be very small now.
[36:06]
And they won't be considered LTF and STA.
[36:09]
And one thing I think it will be considered that you are 50 that they are waiting to receive.
[36:16]
They are even 10% of the capacity.
[36:18]
Right, right, I understand.
[36:20]
But what I'm saying is that if there's, if coming to the 1780, there's a cash carry $50,000 to worse,
[36:27]
the release from Microsoft, and I'm assuming that, the $50 of everything they spent.
[36:33]
So now, when coming to the 1780, and as you say, it's $50,000,
[36:37]
there could be additional funds that they would need additional 50,000 LTA for STA because they've got that carryover.
[36:45]
The county otters certify to claim you can nearby carryover.
[36:50]
So we're going to be that into the whole council.
[36:53]
All of this here will see that we haven't carry it.
[36:56]
Any slide on what they're planning to help get back to STA?
[37:01]
Okay.
[37:16]
So for a 99 number 11, we can have council comment, we've got public comment, is there further public comment?
[37:25]
99, do you have any further council comment?
[37:28]
See, 99, do we have a motion to approve?
[37:31]
The move?
[37:32]
Thank you.
[37:34]
Do you have a council member?
[37:35]
No, no, no, no, no, no.
[37:37]
Call for the move.
[37:38]
All those of favor?
[37:40]
Aye.
[37:40]
Aye.
[37:43]
Mr.
[37:53]
Corvitz, where did you go?
[37:56]
Tell you the port.
[37:59]
Right now it's the county report.
[38:02]
We can switch it around.
[38:04]
We can switch it around.
[38:05]
I'll listen to the transfer report.
[38:06]
I just want to.
[38:09]
Evening to every morning from Calvars transit of the port.
[38:13]
I brought a little staff of fair shuttle schedules for you.
[38:20]
Take a, take as many as you think you can distribute it at the events that you'll be going to in the next couple weeks.
[38:27]
The shuttle this year is going to be just between Angela's cap and the fair.
[38:33]
So pretty regular Thursday Friday Saturday, you know, no Sunday bus.
[38:39]
It'll be $1 and it's going to coordinate well pretty well with the rest of the routes so people can come from right transit to the fair.
[38:50]
That's where we offered it for free.
[38:53]
We used LC-top funding state, low carbone fund, funding to support that, but we don't have
[39:00]
that this year for that purpose.
[39:03]
In other transit news,
[39:07]
we received news this week that our grant application for FTA 5310 funds
[39:15]
for a replacement bus has been scored high enough
[39:19]
to be successful.
[39:22]
So that will be the last best replacement.
[39:24]
We have one bus that we've had around for seven years now
[39:29]
and has quite a lot of miles on it.
[39:32]
So it'll be another probably a year before we actually
[39:35]
take delivery of that bus of the new one.
[39:38]
But we're good with our fleet right now.
[39:40]
So that's all good.
[39:41]
This
[39:45]
regular routine reports and claims and says work in hard to get those claims in that we'll get this, the funds all delivered this year.
[39:56]
Be happy to answer questions?
[39:59]
Ask them not to?
[40:00]
Council.
[40:02]
And also to sign up, you guys, for the fair to provide their company,
[40:08]
LA and Mills signed up and would be happy to have you, we're having the fair, but this year
[40:16]
is the a combination public works, integrated ways, and transit will be all things public works
[40:22]
public works week. So it's kind of a fun time just to talk to visitors and residents
[40:29]
and make sure everybody knows all the things that we do.
[40:34]
So how much is parking at the fair this year?
[40:37]
I don't know, it's usually $5.00 and it's a benefit for the Lions or the Boy Scouts, so I don't want to take away, but it really is a convenience to park in the shopping center parking line and take the bus, and then it takes you right to the gate.
[40:53]
It's not the cost of the parking, it's washing your car after this.
[40:57]
Yeah.
[40:58]
We're seeing you take a little more time.
[40:59]
Well, there's so much walking up the bear. There's kind of nice is to eliminate one part of it.
[41:09]
Yeah
[41:10]
The news. I don't have well, I have a sense that things are running smoothly. There's been very few complaints
[41:18]
We're observing some opportunities that we can tighten things.
[41:25]
I
[41:25]
Don't want to say too much because I don't have any hard. I don't have the data yet
[41:28]
I don't have the April report in hands yet.
[41:33]
Next month I will, it will still be a little early to make any conclusions, but we're getting
[41:39]
a sense starting a list of adjustments that might be well to make the route between angels
[41:45]
and copper towards the end of the day, if the drivers are going out there, there's nobody
[41:51]
going to copper, they're not going.
[41:53]
So that one is my default to it on demand route, but still quite safe just yet.
[42:04]
On demand people are learning about it, the bus from San Andreas to West Point, which is on demand.
[42:14]
People are calling and using it not all the days, so that's good that we don't have any, we're not sending empty buses.
[42:23]
And Deborah, I do have a question, and it's only because I haven't stopped and look for
[42:27]
those bus stops that are in and on demand area. Is there signage in those to tell people
[42:32]
how to do that?
[42:35]
We really do lack signage on all the stops. Where we do have the shelters and the bus
[42:46]
We do have the instructions as part of the maps and the time tables.
[42:52]
It's the rest of the Thursday.
[42:54]
Actually, the transit service, a lot of road miles,
[43:01]
that people don't know that they can stop.
[43:04]
The bus can be flagged down in place.
[43:08]
So where we go, we're trying to help get that word out.
[43:10]
And the Black Surprise, the College of Dispatch is pretty simple and they'll be looking out for the passenger.
[43:28]
Thank you, Doug.
[43:30]
Thank you, Doug.
[43:34]
Seeing Mr. Croitz is here.
[43:37]
Robert Packinger came and got him, holding me all the way up.
[43:43]
Mr. Hammond, would you like to give us any report?
[43:55]
It's not too much to report tonight, kind of like in a whole session with our PSR project.
[44:02]
We just got to work from CalTrans and we can't start such a long one.
[44:06]
So, we're going to wait for that.
[44:09]
Other than that, our sustainability grant is in its final phases and the final document.
[44:14]
We've looked at a Had been draft.
[44:16]
We've worked out some of the bugs, some of the areas.
[44:19]
And hopefully we'll have the document to the Plan Commission, I think, probably in June
[44:25]
and to the Council.
[44:26]
One's a lot.
[44:29]
We're hoping for May, but there's a lot of me working in some areas, so we want to make sure
[44:33]
we get that right before we send it to the Commission.
[44:38]
So those are the two sidewalk projects, the Trail Project.
[44:41]
We're hoping for just to finalize some more stuff with CalTrans, some amazing how much information
[44:45]
they need and in terms of that.
[44:47]
We just re-submitted the contracts and two global systems and party parties submitted.
[44:58]
We verified the DEV, which...
[45:00]
We submitted the first time, so we have two and a second time. So we did not. But they have been doing the survey, and we have been doing stakeholder meetings, and so we're trying to follow it. And hopefully we're done with all the counter-answer requirements in terms of tablework. I mean, we all are sort of a repercussions, but we can report it and with this stuff. So other than that, let's say just received an application for Marching Medical Planion.
[45:30]
One, third, hopefully third thanks to Charm.
[45:35]
And so we'll be working with them on that,
[45:38]
and we're finalizing our last
[45:40]
Parliament for dollar general,
[45:43]
and then also they'll be able to start here in the next two or three months.
[45:48]
It's our construction.
[45:50]
And then we are working.
[45:53]
The staff is working with some master developers looking
[45:57]
at the partnership fund grant area that we're talking about.
[46:00]
And potentially, hopefully, maybe be able to,
[46:02]
you know, surprise someone to make a big investment
[46:04]
or try to anyway.
[46:08]
And our final sudden vision project,
[46:10]
they're selling houses, so they're gonna have to be
[46:12]
a little bit of a six or seven now.
[46:14]
And they can pull the bout, almost half of permits.
[46:18]
And so it's a pretty good, so,
[46:21]
other than that, unless you have any questions on the
[46:22]
you're probably going to say we have the answer,
[46:24]
or if you have anything around the city.
[46:28]
Thank you,
[46:37]
Mr. Baker, would you mind if you want to go on the couch and I was report.
[46:45]
Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
[46:48]
A few things to report and then follow up on some of the items from last month.
[46:57]
May is bite month?
[46:58]
I don't know, I forgot my tie, I had to stop, but if they're shot, I'm fine.
[47:10]
25 cents after the 50% discount.
[47:18]
The big news is that SB1 passed, I love the funding for maintenance, the long term,
[47:25]
That will also benefit the local agencies, the big issue within CalChance is, you know,
[47:36]
what if you actually got the money and then you have to turn around and figure out how you can make that all work.
[47:43]
The big emphasis within that program is going to be on our fourth floor,
[47:49]
We'll call the shop programs, pavement, culverts, bridges, and TMS.
[47:58]
That's the information elements of the system.
[48:06]
So in looking at how we take in this money and we also implement that is asset management
[48:13]
approach that we've been talking about, essentially, what we are calling our anchor
[48:19]
projects will be looking at those work programs, looking at the biggest needs in what we call
[48:26]
the strategic highway management plan, since it's our long-term maintenance plan.
[48:35]
To find those acre projects and then look at what we're calling the satellite needs,
[48:42]
needs within those same programs that are within the project area to combine.
[48:48]
And then the third step will be looking in your plans, in your RTP, and your bike plans looking for opportunities to bring local needs as we build those bigger projects.
[49:04]
But the thing to keep in mind is that the seed of all that has to be on those four core programs, essentially that's the emphasis in the legislation itself.
[49:17]
is that how chances to use this money to get our roads and good shape and those are the core
[49:25]
areas to do that. The next thing was to can grant, gradually, the cog on getting funding
[49:36]
for the Murphy's sustainable communities grant, that will be another opportunity to work
[49:44]
with the county and look at needs and hopefully get improved eligibility for some of that
[49:53]
grant funding that can be used to get the active transportation program money flowing.
[50:04]
And I guess from there let's go to your questions from last month.
[50:14]
So we had a question,
[50:32]
I guess, all right, the answer is kind of a stretch from where we started.
[50:39]
There was a question about why the beacons was being delayed.
[50:45]
Apparently the contractor was unable to get the polls to do the project from 16 weeks to get the polls.
[50:53]
You started.
[50:57]
Good morning.
[51:00]
Awesome.
[51:04]
On the...
[51:05]
There was this declarification on the high school street.
[51:12]
You know, we had a request to look at speed signal.
[51:19]
traffic signal speed survey and safety investigation.
[51:26]
We just want to make sure the signal
[51:30]
warrant goes to our traffic operations. The other two the speed survey and the safety
[51:36]
investigations go to our traffic safety. So we provided that information to Jeff. And again,
[51:44]
those are all things that we can look at, we simply need a request and get those to the right people.
[51:51]
There was a question about beautification of the area around the signal boxes at Murphy's
[52:02]
Sacred Forest on Del Road.
[52:05]
So the area just downhill from where the skills are.
[52:08]
I guess it's not down Hell as much as West where the skills are.
[52:14]
That can be brought in as a permit application.
[52:20]
Our landscape architecture people will view that, but we don't have a particular criteria
[52:26]
for that.
[52:28]
If it wasn't, if it was going to be some sort of gateway monument, would it sign in for a gateway,
[52:35]
then yes, we have a program to deal with things like that.
[52:37]
But, essentially, a community group could work with the county to bring in a permit application.
[52:45]
We would require a maintenance agreement.
[52:48]
So, if there was going to be sprinklers and landscaping there, then the county would need to work with them to provide that assurance that it would be maintained.
[52:59]
This is the dialogue of signal.
[53:03]
The question was one would they start.
[53:06]
The true answer is they never stopped.
[53:09]
It was a winter suspense and they actually started last year.
[53:14]
But they're expecting May 31st.
[53:16]
I got that information passed on.
[53:18]
Yeah, the local newspapers do.
[53:20]
Thank you.
[53:21]
Yep.
[53:24]
There was a question about the shoulder on four, just east of the 49 intersection in
[53:35]
Angels camp, whether that could be, there could be a turnout for trucks there.
[53:42]
And there could be, I have the criteria for that, essentially, there needs to be adequate
[53:51]
shoulder width, and there has to be enough length to create that, since we're talking
[53:57]
to trucks.
[53:58]
They're looking for 200 to 500 sheets, since we're talking to trucks, we'd probably be
[54:02]
pushing more towards 500.
[54:03]
It looks like there's space, there's also questions about, you know, can you see to pull
[54:10]
back out the line of sight?
[54:13]
So that's not something that's on our radar, if we had requests, certainly that something
[54:20]
and I'd like to submit to operations.
[54:27]
The, in looking at it on Google,
[54:29]
it looks like it might actually work better
[54:31]
after the bridge.
[54:33]
There's a longer stretch there.
[54:35]
You can have to.
[54:39]
Yeah.
[54:40]
Yeah.
[54:42]
So, after, if you were to come up to health
[54:47]
from the lagging trail on those straight,
[54:49]
There is room just after you clear the intersection where there's kind of a cut
[54:57]
bank left to shield the noise from the houses down below but once you cross
[55:01]
the bridge there's even a longer wider area there. So that's something that could be done.
[55:07]
They have to improve it to you know highway section, essentially. You can have trucks
[55:13]
upon that there.
[55:17]
Would we ask our executive director to send a letter to you,
[55:21]
to tell transdister 10 for that?
[55:25]
Isn't there not an access gate there right after the bridge
[55:28]
that's already somewhat?
[55:30]
I think it was before the problem.
[55:37]
It was a portable toilet there for a while.
[55:40]
That's the put-up from the deal right where Larry
[55:43]
coming up before.
[55:44]
So I think you could come from the cognitive from the county also actually that in the city
[55:58]
And I think you need to you need to make a plan
[56:02]
We went in when you look at that spot and in and of itself
[56:07]
What's the need for a turnout?
[56:09]
You really need to get the picture that this is a carryover from the lag and trail or
[56:14]
also from kind of 49 in the town.
[56:21]
That's it.
[56:23]
I think.
[56:24]
Is there a way to look in the possibility for both sides,
[56:28]
because they're coming from copper,
[56:31]
a lot of the top also come on.
[56:35]
So I'm 49 out of the town.
[56:37]
Going to quote downtown.
[56:39]
Okay.
[56:40]
Nothing was in space to this return.
[56:42]
No, but for both sides.
[56:44]
So it's a lot of room there, too, and actually that might be a little bit easier of a cell.
[56:57]
It's straighter there.
[57:00]
And I think you can make that one.
[57:04]
Doesn't catch the 49 come in from Santa Rosa's traffic.
[57:11]
But what they do, they post it when the new comes, I mean, post, what they do, like that, that is like in training.
[57:19]
The other?
[57:19]
They do.
[57:20]
They like it on the side of that.
[57:22]
On the side of that.
[57:23]
On the side of that.
[57:24]
The other way to potentially dress that is to put it in an RTP.
[57:43]
Yeah, I would say it would be a good idea to, you know, it's a little maps with some areas
[57:56]
delineated in the little explanation of where you, where you wind up to these people waiting
[58:02]
in line in how our text goes various areas.
[58:10]
Any other questions?
[58:12]
I have a question.
[58:13]
The task of diversity one says the bill of annually set aside
[58:17]
200 million of the funds available for road maintenance.
[58:22]
We can't do that at sudden or see voter approval of taxes
[58:25]
where they have imposed fees, including, you know,
[58:29]
form developer fees as the fine which taxes are fees dedicated solely to transportation
[58:34]
improvements. Are we accounting that qualified to receive any of those?
[58:40]
That's a research project. My initial reaction is no. You do have developer mitigation fees.
[58:51]
So I don't want to just say no. I think I need to research and understand it better. My initial
[58:58]
the impression was the idea there was really towards self-help.
[59:02]
But the way you just read it seems to drag in.
[59:08]
So we are on what we need to actively pursue becoming self-help.
[59:15]
If we want to take from those countries essentially.
[59:20]
Are rim faced up all the time?
[59:22]
Well, like I said, I can...
[59:26]
The problem with these bills is, you've got to get the questions and then sit down and start digging it and thinking it.
[59:34]
When I try to read it on, stuff it all in there, I can't carry it all.
[59:42]
You know, I have my little summary, but the truth is the summary is I'm going to say that.
[59:46]
I do have it, and I do have it.
[59:49]
I'm my list to just devote the time and read the whole thing and we'll try that.
[59:57]
The problem is how much time do you want it?
[1:00:00]
But in just studying this thing before it's actually signed, where it goes from when it's proposed and then it's actually voted on and then the sign is like, well, you know, so it's not what the deals are. Now I'm not finalized in or anything.
[1:00:16]
Oh, a sign now. So that's why it's important that I get into the details and I really try to understand it all.
[1:00:25]
We start collecting November, so we'll see what's going on in the PTA.
[1:00:29]
We'll see what you're 18.
[1:00:31]
So the intention is that this will be a lot of money coming into CalTrans.
[1:00:41]
We're going to have to do some hiring.
[1:00:43]
We're going to be working with consultants.
[1:00:45]
So there's going to be a big push for project delivery.
[1:00:49]
To assess, I just been with C-SAC on the Sacramento, and we did discuss S-B-1.
[1:00:56]
Part of it wants to self-help counties have already been identified.
[1:00:59]
We are not to self-help counties, but it would require the action on the board to bring that to the ballot.
[1:01:07]
If we desire to go in that direction, and a quarter-cent sales tax increase would be all that would be required to do it.
[1:01:14]
But if we don't provide some leveraging here through that sales tax, there's no self-help money available to us.
[1:01:22]
Yeah.
[1:01:23]
I would be interested to know what the definition of self-help is.
[1:01:27]
It doesn't have any money and you go into it or it actually is doing some type of action.
[1:01:34]
You know what?
[1:01:36]
It's pretty vague.
[1:01:37]
It's a local tax.
[1:01:39]
essentially it would be a tax that's specific to the city and county to the region
[1:01:45]
to fund transportation. When you look at the really big picture of where transportation
[1:01:54]
funds come in California, a huge chunk is through self-help, through local taxes.
[1:02:01]
Of course, that also isn't just road money that includes the transit taxes that they have
[1:02:08]
of the big cities and there's a lot of different forms of that kind of taxation.
[1:02:21]
That's another one is there is a large, I don't know what I have to say this in
[1:02:27]
cover is County.
[1:02:28]
You've done so well with the grant programs, but there's a huge chunk, 25 million a year
[1:02:34]
is going to transportation planning grants.
[1:02:39]
The program last year had 9.3 million.
[1:02:45]
In saying that there's going to be 25 million
[1:02:48]
for local transportation planning grants,
[1:02:52]
I need to see exactly how that gets sliced up
[1:02:56]
as to whether it all goes into the grant programs that we know.
[1:03:01]
I'm sure there's all of these things as, you know, you dream what you do if you had money
[1:03:07]
and then when you actually have a money, then wow, it's time to get to work.
[1:03:11]
So exactly how that works out.
[1:03:14]
But the truth is, it should improve things for agencies, trying to get some help, doing planning
[1:03:21]
for the kinds of projects that we've been seeing, San Andreas and the 4149 and the Main Street
[1:03:28]
grant and now the Murphy's grant.
[1:03:31]
So, I guess I have one more question to Ed's that being that we are not a cell-phote county.
[1:03:38]
Is there time frame, if we decided to become a cell-phote county, or are we not even able
[1:03:47]
to get into this program because we haven't done it before this event.
[1:03:50]
And that's, you know, you get to the point where I
[1:03:58]
have to read the text of the bill.
[1:04:01]
And it's entirely possible that's not even in the text of the bill.
[1:04:06]
That would be in some regulation that is, you know, subsequent to the bill.
[1:04:11]
But I can, I'll write it down in the best stage of your time.
[1:04:16]
Thank you very much.
[1:04:18]
I'd also be curious to know if it has to be a sales tax or if it could be an allocation to a different tax.
[1:04:25]
There's different kinds.
[1:04:26]
There's been, I think, where they've taken transit occupancy tax and devoted that transportation.
[1:04:33]
Things like that.
[1:04:35]
Cool.
[1:04:37]
Okay.
[1:04:40]
Thank you.
[1:04:41]
Thank you.
[1:04:48]
Thank you.
[1:04:50]
Any questions?
[1:04:54]
Any questions?
[1:04:55]
What was the report?
[1:04:55]
There was like a alarming break or something happening outside, so that's what he went
[1:04:59]
out to address.
[1:05:00]
So somewhere nearby.
[1:05:03]
So I gave a CPV and he didn't leave me with any instructions on anything to report.
[1:05:08]
So that's a good question.
[1:05:09]
Which might unless you have questions, then I'd be able to answer.
[1:05:13]
Thank you.
[1:05:14]
Thank you, sir.
[1:05:18]
Okay.
[1:05:18]
Council reports.
[1:05:20]
Question.
[1:05:21]
Will we be in a misuming maybe next month?
[1:05:24]
I have an agenda as item regarding the audits and how they impact the call.
[1:05:30]
We'll come out on the agenda.
[1:05:32]
We're looking into it right now.
[1:05:34]
The administration from the council last month to review that.
[1:05:37]
Can a cylinder view with the county auditor of this county?
[1:05:43]
And how do we move forward with that?
[1:05:48]
Yeah, it's definitely actively meeting with that.
[1:05:52]
Council reports, communities.
[1:05:55]
I'm good.
[1:05:55]
All right, so they, in West Point from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. they're having a plant sale at the community garden.
[1:06:06]
All are welcome to come.
[1:06:15]
Last month, it was the 19th of the 20th of December,
[1:06:20]
we didn't have a staff member and the governor didn't suffice.
[1:06:25]
So, a top panel, making an announcement about SB1.
[1:06:29]
So, everyone was pretty applauding that.
[1:06:33]
And I was pretty much, it was a full, full and full of speech about SB1.
[1:06:39]
And I think that ended up on channel free.
[1:06:41]
So, I think everyone saw it on subgroups that night.
[1:06:45]
And then I would be able to talk about more mouthful series in counties and determine the meaning that
[1:06:55]
I'm in down from the state, the idea of different types and just how one side doesn't fit off.
[1:07:04]
So it's just kind of a whole lot of what they've got, but what they do in their life, they're not necessarily
[1:07:10]
I mean, not the amount to become, you can always
[1:07:15]
cause we don't know if we can divide it.
[1:07:18]
If I will, I'm going to go with your philosophy.
[1:07:23]
So, that's me.
[1:07:24]
Go on, I'm not going to go.
[1:07:25]
Go on, I'm going to go.
[1:07:28]
We'll see, I think I do.
[1:07:30]
I have a very large hand.
[1:07:32]
Anyway, there's going to be food trucks,
[1:07:35]
especially if food trucks are either
[1:07:36]
a part on the third set of days.
[1:07:40]
I was trying to look at, but to find out if it starts in May or not.
[1:07:47]
But I think it's the third set of 80, 80, 100 check it out.
[1:07:49]
It sounds like it's going to be music and food trucks from all over the place will be there.
[1:07:54]
So it's going to be a part of the great event.
[1:07:56]
I think I'll be somewhere 20, 20, 20, 20.
[1:07:58]
I think it starts at May and goes through the summer.
[1:08:00]
Yeah.
[1:08:00]
And then we'll have another problem.
[1:08:02]
I'll get two.
[1:08:03]
I'll have another problem.
[1:08:04]
Yeah.
[1:08:06]
Everybody come.
[1:08:09]
I have nothing for the report, so staff reports.
[1:08:13]
I just had a couple of items that I wanted to update the council over to permit many
[1:08:18]
med and we include the job players.
[1:08:23]
We've sent it to World County Task Force, the Wal-B, Amidor, Alpine, SJC,
[1:08:29]
We currently have on our website, we send it to California cons, we're sending it to CSAC and we're sending it to next week, and we also have it flying in global safer, so you can get it back in the enterprise.
[1:08:45]
We have two articles that piece that should close this Friday, and I just wanted to
[1:08:53]
let you out some note on the journey.
[1:08:56]
We'll have a capital improvement database presentation on city, county, and county
[1:09:03]
and county projects.
[1:09:04]
And then we'll have a standing item after that of every agenda to update where our
[1:09:13]
and what is your goal and what is your goal?
[1:09:18]
What is your mission?
[1:09:19]
Plan for the liver.
[1:09:20]
Thank you.
[1:09:26]
Thank you.
[1:09:27]
He's hearing?
[1:09:28]
Have that.
[1:09:29]
On the fly.
[1:09:29]
We're going to go to the fly here.
[1:09:31]
We're going to get the big banner.
[1:09:32]
We're going to go to the fly.
[1:09:34]
We're going to go to the fly.
[1:09:41]
Okay, we have a report to work.
[1:09:45]
She is at the transportation planning conference in Walnut Creek.
[1:09:54]
We still predict the other presence.
[1:10:02]
Okay, with that, I'm the rating is a German.
[1:10:05]
Next schedule we get to the college is June 7th at 5.30 here in these chambers. Thank you very much
[1:10:18]
I don't want to make people jump
