Ladies and gentlemen,
[0:01]
good evening. I hereby
[0:02]
call a regular
[0:03]
meeting of the Canton
[0:05]
Township Board of Trustees for
[0:07]
September 22, 2026
[0:08]
at 7:00 p.m. Please
[0:10]
stand for the
[0:11]
Pledge of
[0:12]
Allegiance.
[0:15]
I pledge allegiance to the
[0:17]
flag of the United
[0:18]
States of America and to
[0:19]
the republic for which it
[0:20]
stands, one
[0:21]
nation under God,
[0:22]
indivisible, with
[0:23]
liberty and
[0:24]
justice for
[0:25]
all.
[0:28]
Thank you. Mr. Secretary
[0:30]
Segers, could
[0:31]
you please hold a roll call
[0:32]
vote?
[0:36]
Tonight should
[0:38]
be easy. Uh, Madam
[0:39]
Chief, oh,
[0:41]
wait. We don't
[0:42]
do that. Uh,
[0:43]
Chief Gramlich.
[0:47]
Yes, thank you. Here.
[0:48]
Good. Let it
[0:50]
be recorded that
[0:51]
Secretary Segers
[0:52]
is present and Treasurer
[0:53]
Slavens is absent.
[0:56]
Ganguly's proxy is absent and
[0:58]
Ansari's proxy is absent.
[1:00]
Mr. Foster?
[1:01]
Good evening.
[1:02]
And Mr. President
[1:03]
Borninski?
[1:03]
Good evening.
[1:04]
Thank you. Can I
[1:05]
make a motion
[1:06]
to approve the
[1:07]
agenda,
[1:08]
please?
[1:08]
Madam Chief, I
[1:09]
propose to adopt the
[1:10]
agenda as
[1:11]
presented
[1:12]
. I
[1:13]
support.
[1:14]
The motion was made by
[1:15]
Clerk Siegrist,
[1:16]
seconded by Trustee
[1:17]
Foster. All "for" - "
[1:18]
I". "
[1:19]
Against" - "no".
[1:20]
The proposal is accepted. Are
[1:22]
there any council
[1:23]
or commission reports? Kate,
[1:26]
let me know.
[1:28]
Hmm, yes, PR AS. I'm not
[1:34]
sure what we
[1:36]
call ourselves now,
[1:37]
previously LSEC. Hmm, John
[1:39]
can correct me
[1:40]
if I'm wrong. We
[1:43]
met last
[1:44]
week, and, um, there were
[1:46]
some updates, um,
[1:47]
from John and me. You
[1:50]
know them all because
[1:51]
they all relate to
[1:52]
things that, um,
[1:53]
happen. Hmm, but
[1:55]
I think the most important thing
[1:56]
we did at
[1:57]
our meeting
[1:58]
last week was that
[2:00]
we adopted a new
[2:01]
charter.
[2:02]
Oh, okay. Good. Anything
[2:05]
specific that
[2:06]
stood out?
[2:08]
No, mostly
[2:09]
just an update because it's
[2:10]
been a while.
[2:12]
Good. Thank you. Are there any
[2:14]
items for
[2:15]
public
[2:15]
discussion only from the
[2:16]
agenda items
[2:17]
? We will hold a
[2:19]
public discussion
[2:20]
at the end of the meeting. Are there
[2:21]
any comments just
[2:22]
on the agenda items
[2:23]
? Okay, I
[2:24]
have two participants online
[2:26]
. If you would like to
[2:27]
make a public
[2:28]
comment on the
[2:29]
agenda items
[2:29]
, please like
[2:31]
me on
[2:32]
air. Okay, I don't see
[2:33]
any. Great,
[2:34]
thank you. Okay, we're
[2:36]
moving on to
[2:37]
approving
[2:38]
the minutes of
[2:39]
September 8, 2026, and
[2:41]
September 15, 2020.
[2:42]
So, it is proposed. I
[2:44]
support.
[2:44]
The motion was made by
[2:45]
Secretary Seeger,
[2:46]
seconded by Trustee
[2:47]
Chairman Berninsky.
[2:48]
All "for" - "I". Against - "
[2:50]
no". The proposal
[2:51]
is accepted.
[2:53]
Bill payment.
[2:54]
Madam Manager, I
[2:55]
propose to pay the
[2:56]
bills.
[2:59]
Can I express my
[3:00]
support? I
[3:02]
support.
[3:02]
The motion was made by
[3:03]
Secretary Seeger,
[3:04]
seconded by Trustee
[3:05]
Chairman Berninski
[3:06]
and Foster. All "for" - "I
[3:08]
".
[3:08]
Against - "no".
[3:09]
The proposal is accepted.
[3:12]
Approval calendar.
[3:13]
Madam Chair, I
[3:14]
propose that the council
[3:15]
adopt the
[3:16]
approval calendar as
[3:17]
presented
[3:18]
. MC1 is considering
[3:19]
approving an annual
[3:21]
contract renewal
[3:22]
with the
[3:23]
Michigan Police Legal Consulting Group. C2
[3:24]
is considering
[3:26]
approving the
[3:27]
use of funds
[3:28]
for the reconstruction of the
[3:29]
Zip Was Natural Area. C3
[3:32]
consider the
[3:33]
reading question.
[3:34]
Excuse me, second
[3:35]
reading on
[3:37]
Township Code of Ordinances,
[3:38]
Chapter 46, Article 8,
[3:40]
Division 1, Section
[3:42]
46-509,
[3:43]
Kratom
[3:44]
and Dangerous
[3:45]
Psychoactive
[3:46]
Substances Regulation Ordinance, and then
[3:48]
finally, Item C4
[3:49]
will consider
[3:49]
approving a
[3:51]
purchase order for the
[3:52]
sealing of the
[3:57]
C&J asphalt parking lot. I
[3:58]
support.
[3:59]
The motion was made by
[4:00]
Clerk Seeger, seconded by
[4:01]
Trustee
[4:02]
Berninski. All
[4:03]
"for": Me.
[4:05]
Against? No. The proposal
[4:07]
is accepted. General
[4:08]
calendar. G1 is considering
[4:10]
purchasing a
[4:12]
Toro Links satellite system for
[4:14]
Pheasant Run Golf Club.
[4:18]
Madam Chair, I
[4:19]
move to cancel the
[4:20]
bidding process and
[4:21]
approve the purchase of a
[4:30]
Toro Links irrigation system from Spartan Distributors for
[4:33]
$195,216.65
[4:36]
for the year 2027. I
[4:38]
support.
[4:39]
The motion was made by
[4:40]
Clerk Seager,
[4:41]
seconded by Trustee
[4:42]
Foster. Spartan
[4:43]
Distributors provided a
[4:45]
quote for a
[4:46]
Toro Link system to
[4:47]
replace the
[4:48]
Toro LTC satellite system. The
[4:49]
LTC system is obsolete and will no longer
[4:51]
be supported
[4:52]
for service
[4:53]
and parts.
[4:54]
Toro
[4:54]
recommended
[4:55]
replacing it
[4:56]
as soon as possible to
[4:57]
eliminate any
[4:58]
service and
[4:59]
support interruptions. These
[5:00]
satellite units
[5:01]
control
[5:02]
approximately 1,500
[5:03]
sprinkler heads
[5:04]
. The irrigation system
[5:05]
ensures that we
[5:06]
provide a great
[5:07]
lawn for our
[5:08]
customers. Pleasant Run
[5:09]
serves over 200
[5:10]
acres of land, all of which is
[5:12]
irrigated by this
[5:13]
system. This new
[5:14]
technology
[5:14]
will ensure less
[5:15]
loss in
[5:16]
water distribution for
[5:17]
maintenance and more
[5:18]
efficient
[5:18]
water supply.
[5:19]
In addition to the need to
[5:20]
repair old,
[5:21]
outdated parts
[5:22]
and equipment,
[5:24]
the likelihood of
[5:25]
lawn damage is also reduced.
[5:26]
Let me see. And
[5:27]
also, let me
[5:28]
see. The
[5:30]
2027 budget will be amended
[5:31]
to reflect this
[5:32]
purchase of
[5:33]
capital machinery and
[5:35]
equipment. You see,
[5:36]
this is Director of the Fever, do you
[5:38]
want to add anything?
[5:39]
Uh, just wanted to
[5:40]
add that if it
[5:42]
is approved, it will
[5:43]
be the first of two RBAs
[5:44]
. The second RBA
[5:45]
is for
[5:46]
hardware. And we will
[5:47]
issue an RFP, if
[5:48]
approved,
[5:50]
to find
[5:50]
a vendor who will
[5:52]
actually do
[5:53]
the installation to
[5:54]
do the actual work.
[5:55]
So you will see
[5:56]
another RBA
[5:57]
offering a much
[5:58]
smaller amount in
[5:59]
the future for its
[6:00]
installation. But this
[6:02]
applies to the
[6:03]
equipment itself from the
[6:04]
Toro distributor.
[6:07]
Good. Thank you. Good.
[6:09]
Okay, did you have a
[6:10]
question?
[6:11]
Yeah, I just wanted
[6:12]
to ask,
[6:18]
maybe it's already in
[6:19]
your second
[6:20]
kit, but, uh,
[6:21]
since it's
[6:22]
about
[6:23]
equipment, does that
[6:24]
include, uh,
[6:25]
sprinkler heads
[6:26]
and piping, or is
[6:27]
it just the controllers?
[6:33]
Uh, these are controllers, uh
[6:35]
, and these are, uh, yes,
[6:36]
boxes for, uh, all over the
[6:38]
field. So, uh,
[6:43]
it's not individual heads
[6:45]
as such, but it's, uh,
[6:46]
there are boxes all over the
[6:48]
hole all over the field,
[6:49]
uh, that help
[6:50]
control all
[6:51]
the heads, if that
[6:53]
makes sense.
[6:56]
Yes. I just wanted to
[6:58]
ask because I
[6:59]
thought if we
[7:01]
had to do
[7:02]
separate
[7:02]
sprinkler heads and
[7:03]
piping, etc., it would be
[7:05]
pretty
[7:07]
serious and
[7:08]
hopefully we wouldn't be
[7:09]
doing this for
[7:10]
very long.
[7:11]
Yes.
[7:12]
On this field.
[7:13]
Yes. Okay, thank you. Are
[7:15]
there any other questions
[7:16]
or comments? No? Everyone
[7:18]
who is in favor of the proposal
[7:19]
says:
[7:20]
Yes.
[7:20]
Those against, no. The proposal
[7:22]
is accepted. Item G2.
[7:24]
Madam Chair, I move to
[7:26]
authorize the
[7:27]
Canton Township Clerk to
[7:29]
sign a permit for
[7:30]
Ace Pyro LLC to store,
[7:35]
transport, and
[7:36]
display
[7:37]
fireworks at the
[7:39]
Festival of Lights on
[7:40]
October 9, 2026.
[7:42]
I have support.
[7:43]
The proposal was made by
[7:44]
Clerk Seeger, and
[7:45]
seconded by Trustee
[7:46]
Berninski. The
[7:46]
Arts
[7:47]
and Humanities Partnership is
[7:48]
collaborating with
[7:49]
several
[7:49]
community groups
[7:50]
to host a
[7:52]
Festival of Lights celebration on
[7:53]
Friday, October 9th, at
[7:53]
Heritage Park.
[7:54]
The Festival of Lights is a
[7:55]
cultural celebration of
[7:56]
lights that
[7:57]
symbolizes the victory of
[7:58]
light over darkness.
[8:00]
This free
[8:00]
event is open to
[8:01]
all community members
[8:02]
so they can
[8:03]
learn and
[8:04]
celebrate together through
[8:05]
Native American cultural
[8:06]
dance, a DJ,
[8:06]
Indian food, and henna.
[8:08]
The evening ends with
[8:09]
fireworks. The fire
[8:11]
inspector reviewed the
[8:14]
fireworks display permit application and
[8:14]
accompanying documentation
[8:16]
from Ace Pyro LLC of Salina,
[8:17]
Michigan, and
[8:18]
found it to be in
[8:18]
compliance with all
[8:19]
requirements of the National
[8:20]
Fire
[8:21]
Protection Association and all
[8:22]
state and
[8:23]
federal
[8:24]
fireworks laws. Therefore, the
[8:25]
fire inspector
[8:26]
recommends issuing a
[8:27]
permit for the Festival of
[8:30]
Lights fireworks for 2026.
[8:31]
Director Figer, do you have
[8:32]
anything to add? Well
[8:34]
, nothing more
[8:35]
to add.
[8:36]
Okay, so
[8:37]
permission is needed, and they are
[8:38]
asking for it. Any
[8:39]
questions or
[8:40]
comments? No. Everyone is “for
[8:42]
” the proposal, say
[8:44]
Ya.
[8:45]
Against–no. The proposal
[8:47]
is accepted. G3.
[8:49]
Madam Chair, I
[8:51]
move that
[8:53]
Resolution 2026-53 be approved,
[8:57]
approving the
[8:58]
revised
[8:59]
preliminary
[9:00]
development plan for Silver Creek
[9:01]
Estates, formerly known
[9:03]
as Everton Reserve, in this
[9:04]
planning application. I
[9:07]
support.
[9:08]
The motion was made by
[9:09]
Clerk Seeger,
[9:10]
seconded by
[9:11]
Trustee Foster. Silver
[9:12]
Creek Estates, formerly
[9:13]
known as Everton Reserve,
[9:14]
is a proposed
[9:15]
detached condominium
[9:16]
consisting of 62
[9:17]
single-family
[9:18]
homes on a
[9:19]
34.68-acre site
[9:20]
located on the
[9:21]
north side of
[9:22]
Cherry Hill and the
[9:23]
west side of Back
[9:25]
Road.
[9:26]
Two entrances are proposed: one
[9:27]
public entrance from
[9:28]
Cherry Hill Road and
[9:29]
one gated emergency exit
[9:30]
from Back Road.
[9:32]
Since the apartments
[9:33]
will be separate
[9:34]
condominiums,
[9:34]
the areas outside
[9:35]
the buildings will be
[9:36]
common elements
[9:37]
, not separate
[9:38]
areas. The allowable
[9:39]
density for
[9:41]
single-family homes in the
[9:42]
current R2 district
[9:44]
is up to 2.17
[9:45]
units per acre, and
[9:46]
the applicant is proposing a
[9:47]
density of 1.79 units
[9:48]
per acre. At my
[9:50]
meeting on March 3,
[9:52]
2020, I assume it is
[9:54]
2025 or 2026.
[9:56]
Hmm, that's a
[9:57]
typo. This is from...
[9:58]
the planning commission
[9:59]
previously recommended
[10:00]
approval of a preliminary
[10:01]
version of this plan on
[10:03]
that date, but, uh, as for the
[10:04]
current
[10:05]
version that
[10:05]
is before the
[10:06]
council
[10:07]
tonight, it was
[10:08]
recommended by the
[10:09]
planning commission on
[10:10]
July 6, 2026.
[10:11]
July 6th, okay. On July 6,
[10:13]
2026, the planning commission
[10:14]
recommended
[10:15]
approval of the
[10:16]
preliminary
[10:17]
site plan. Director
[10:18]
Norwood, do you have
[10:19]
anything to add?
[10:20]
Hmm, thank you, Madam
[10:21]
Manager. I have nothing to
[10:22]
add. Uh,
[10:23]
however, you heard from
[10:24]
community planner Patrick
[10:25]
Sloan. He is also here to
[10:26]
answer
[10:27]
any questions.
[10:28]
Thank you, Patrick. Do
[10:30]
you have anything to add? Uh
[10:31]
, yes. A little
[10:32]
history of the project. So
[10:34]
, uh, that original
[10:35]
typo
[10:36]
that was in the main
[10:38]
text, uh, that I
[10:39]
had there, uh, that was a
[10:40]
previous version of the
[10:42]
same plan. And, uh,
[10:43]
so this is a plan that has
[10:44]
already been considered by the
[10:46]
planning commission and the council.
[10:48]
And, uh, this project
[10:49]
was previously called the
[10:50]
Everton
[10:51]
Preserve. The
[10:53]
preliminary
[10:54]
site plan was
[10:55]
approved by the
[10:56]
township board of trustees on
[10:58]
May 13, 2025. And since then,
[11:00]
the applicant
[11:01]
has been working to
[11:02]
obtain
[11:03]
state, county, and
[11:04]
town permits, as well as
[11:05]
engineering department approval,
[11:07]
before
[11:08]
applying for final
[11:10]
site plan review for this
[11:11]
condominium project
[11:12]
. During this
[11:14]
process, the applicant
[11:15]
applied to the
[11:16]
Eagle Department of State for a
[11:18]
wetland permit review.
[11:20]
And during this
[11:21]
review, Eagle looked for
[11:22]
ways to minimize
[11:23]
any impact on
[11:24]
wetlands.
[11:27]
And the previous version of
[11:28]
the plan showed
[11:29]
full access to the
[11:30]
road. And
[11:32]
during the wetland survey
[11:33]
, in
[11:34]
an attempt to minimize the
[11:35]
impact on the
[11:36]
wetlands on the
[11:37]
eastern side of
[11:38]
the site, it was
[11:39]
determined that it would be
[11:40]
better to have access to
[11:41]
the secondary road
[11:42]
for emergency vehicles only
[11:44]
.
[11:45]
This allowed
[11:47]
this access to be narrowed and significantly
[11:48]
reduced the impact on the
[11:49]
wetlands
[11:50]
on the eastern side of the
[11:51]
site. And having a
[11:54]
closed emergency
[11:56]
access on a
[11:56]
secondary road
[11:57]
would still allow
[11:58]
emergency services
[11:59]
to approach from Back
[12:00]
Road, but all
[12:01]
public
[12:02]
transport traffic would be
[12:03]
from Cherry Hill Road.
[12:06]
So, the applicants
[12:07]
revised their plans from
[12:09]
2025. We
[12:10]
are still in the
[12:11]
preliminary
[12:12]
development plan stage,
[12:13]
as it is the same
[12:14]
development, the same
[12:15]
number of apartments, the
[12:16]
same density,
[12:17]
even the same
[12:17]
development layout.
[12:19]
However, due to the change
[12:20]
in access, the change in
[12:21]
traffic patterns, this issue
[12:22]
had to be brought back
[12:23]
to the
[12:24]
planning commission and board of
[12:25]
trustees for
[12:26]
preliminary
[12:27]
development plan review. The last thing
[12:29]
I will mention regarding the
[12:30]
significant changes to the
[12:31]
project itself is that
[12:32]
due to the increase in
[12:34]
traffic on Cherry Hill
[12:35]
Road, the applicants added a
[12:36]
dedicated
[12:38]
detour signal to allow
[12:40]
left turns to the east,
[12:41]
left turns into the
[12:42]
area, and then
[12:43]
installed a
[12:45]
detour signal on the
[12:46]
south side of
[12:47]
Cherry Hill Road so that during
[12:48]
rush hour or if there are
[12:50]
vehicles
[12:51]
waiting to make a
[12:52]
left turn, any
[12:53]
vehicles
[12:54]
traveling east would
[12:55]
have a detour signal around them
[12:57]
. So,
[12:58]
the signal light
[12:59]
for the detour along
[13:00]
Cherry Hill Road and the
[13:01]
change to emergency vehicle-only access to Back
[13:02]
Road
[13:05]
are two major changes
[13:06]
since the
[13:08]
site plan was previously approved. So, with that in
[13:09]
mind, I'd be
[13:10]
happy to answer
[13:11]
any questions.
[13:12]
Summer, anything from the
[13:14]
planning commission?
[13:15]
There is nothing to add
[13:16]
other than what is in the
[13:18]
planning commission minutes.
[13:20]
Are there any questions from the
[13:21]
council?
[13:21]
A.
[13:22]
Okay.
[13:25]
Um, yes. So, I
[13:30]
noticed that, um, in the
[13:32]
planning commission minutes and, um, in the
[13:34]
ZBA minutes as well,
[13:40]
there were concerns
[13:41]
about, um, flooding and
[13:42]
wetlands.
[13:49]
Um, and I noticed that Mr.
[13:51]
Constantino mentioned
[13:52]
Mott Drain. And I'm
[14:00]
wondering, um, this isn't
[14:02]
directly related to the
[14:03]
site plan, but I'm
[14:05]
wondering if, um, we mean
[14:06]
, can
[14:07]
the administration
[14:08]
find out when the
[14:09]
last time there was
[14:11]
dredging there.
[14:17]
Yes, we can, we can
[14:18]
do it. And as part of
[14:20]
this site plan, the
[14:22]
applicant is proposing
[14:23]
an easement over Mott
[14:24]
Drain, and that is a requirement of
[14:25]
Wayne County. Mott
[14:27]
Drain is
[14:28]
under the jurisdiction of
[14:29]
Wayne County, so we
[14:30]
can contact the
[14:31]
county to find out
[14:32]
when they last
[14:33]
performed
[14:34]
maintenance there or
[14:35]
if they have allowed
[14:36]
any
[14:37]
maintenance there.
[14:38]
Right. Right.
[14:40]
Yes, I mean it would be
[14:41]
good to know
[14:42]
when this last
[14:43]
happened, and if
[14:44]
it hasn't happened
[14:46]
in the last
[14:47]
few years, we
[14:48]
should make sure
[14:49]
it happens. Um,
[14:56]
and then I'm also
[14:57]
wondering, um, does it look like the
[14:59]
previous
[15:00]
site plan shows
[15:01]
that there's a large, um, pond or wetland on the east side,
[15:02]
directly
[15:04]
adjacent to
[15:05]
Dodson Elementary School.
[15:08]
And, um, even though my
[15:16]
kids attended
[15:17]
Dodson, it's been
[15:19]
a few years now. My
[15:22]
youngest is 25. So I'm
[15:23]
wondering if there's any kind of
[15:25]
fence there, as far as
[15:26]
we know.
[15:28]
Yes. The site plan
[15:33]
shows that there
[15:36]
is a fence along the line bordering Dodson.
[15:40]
Good. Do we know
[15:46]
if there is also a fence
[15:47]
that runs
[15:48]
along the property line
[15:49]
near the house to the
[15:51]
east? Or near
[15:56]
houses? Because I just wouldn't want
[16:00]
any
[16:02]
child to have access to
[16:03]
that pond.
[16:08]
I can zoom in on the
[16:09]
aerial image,
[16:11]
and looking at the
[16:23]
last
[16:24]
aerial shot, it's hard
[16:25]
to tell because there's a
[16:26]
pretty thick
[16:27]
tree line. And some of the
[16:29]
recent
[16:30]
aerial photos have foliage, so
[16:32]
it's hard to see if
[16:33]
this fence extends
[16:34]
along the contour of the school.
[16:37]
Good. I just want
[16:39]
to ask if
[16:40]
we can first...
[16:48]
Who is part of
[16:49]
the resolution that you're
[16:50]
asking about?
[16:53]
Well, I mean, you
[16:55]
need to discuss
[16:56]
this with the school. Um, and I,
[17:04]
um...So, if we
[17:11]
approve the
[17:12]
preliminary
[17:13]
site plan tonight, what are the
[17:14]
next steps,
[17:15]
Patrick?
[17:17]
Um, the
[17:18]
applicant's next steps
[17:19]
will be to undergo an
[17:20]
engineering
[17:21]
examination at the
[17:22]
town's Engineering Department.
[17:26]
They will approach
[17:27]
Wayne County for
[17:28]
county consideration
[17:29]
regarding
[17:30]
stormwater management,
[17:31]
soil erosion,
[17:32]
public road accesses. Um
[17:34]
, they will apply to the
[17:36]
Michigan Eagle State Office for
[17:39]
utility permits and wetland permits
[17:41]
. Um, and this
[17:43]
process can take,
[17:44]
um, several months, and
[17:45]
then, um, once
[17:46]
they get
[17:47]
approval from, um,
[17:48]
state, county,
[17:49]
and local
[17:51]
governments, they
[17:51]
go back to the
[17:53]
Canton Township Planning Commission and the
[17:55]
Township Board of Trustees for
[17:56]
final review of the
[17:57]
site plan. So,
[17:59]
um, when they
[17:59]
come back with the
[18:00]
final review of the
[18:01]
site plan, it
[18:02]
will be reviewed again by, um
[18:03]
, the
[18:04]
planning commission and the board of
[18:05]
trustees.
[18:06]
Right.
[18:06]
Um, and then looking at
[18:07]
, um, some of the
[18:08]
Google Street
[18:09]
View photos, it looks like there's a chain-link fence running along the
[18:10]
north side of the
[18:11]
school boundary
[18:13]
. Hmm,
[18:14]
I can see it from Back
[18:15]
Road and a good
[18:16]
portion of the school
[18:17]
grounds, but there's a
[18:18]
lot of vegetation there,
[18:19]
so it's a little hard
[18:20]
to tell if
[18:21]
it runs along the entire boundary of the
[18:22]
site. So this is something
[18:23]
we can investigate
[18:24]
and find out.
[18:25]
Good. That would be good
[18:29]
, because I just
[18:30]
want to make sure that
[18:31]
we don't have, um,
[18:32]
any kids
[18:33]
accessing this
[18:35]
area from the
[18:35]
school grounds.
[18:39]
And if it looks like it is, and
[18:40]
it's an out-of-
[18:41]
area condition where there's a
[18:42]
hole in the fence that's
[18:43]
not adjacent to the site
[18:44]
, we can
[18:45]
contact the school
[18:46]
and let them know and
[18:47]
work with them
[18:48]
to let them know, uh
[18:49]
, about future
[18:51]
development proposals and what
[18:52]
might be in their
[18:53]
best interest
[18:54]
from a safety perspective.
[18:55]
Good. I appreciate it.
[18:58]
Thank you. Are there any more
[19:00]
questions, Michael?
[19:02]
Hmm, I have no
[19:04]
questions. Hmm, but I want to
[19:11]
express my
[19:12]
gratitude to the
[19:13]
planning commission, Eagle, and, um, the
[19:14]
ZBA, because I think
[19:16]
this final
[19:17]
site plan is better
[19:18]
than the original one that
[19:19]
was adopted with the
[19:20]
secondary
[19:21]
access road
[19:22]
that was supposed to be in the
[19:23]
wetland easement
[19:24]
. I
[19:27]
think sometimes, um,
[19:28]
we have a hard time when our
[19:30]
standards conflict with
[19:31]
each other, and, um,
[19:32]
we have conflicting
[19:34]
values about what is the
[19:35]
right thing to do in a
[19:36]
particular situation.
[19:41]
I understand access and
[19:42]
the need for multiple
[19:44]
entrances and exits for
[19:45]
safety reasons, ahem
[19:46]
, but I also share
[19:47]
many of the concerns,
[19:49]
ahem, of community members
[19:50]
about the unnecessary
[19:51]
loss of
[19:52]
wetlands and, ahem,
[19:53]
forests. Hmm, I think it's
[19:59]
hard for us to, um,
[20:03]
see these
[20:03]
standards and
[20:04]
see this loss of
[20:05]
wetlands
[20:07]
due to having a
[20:08]
paved
[20:09]
surface, um, within the
[20:10]
easement. Uh, and
[20:12]
then ask yourself
[20:13]
why this community has
[20:14]
so many
[20:15]
floods.
[20:16]
This is, um, almost absurd
[20:18]
. As? So, in this
[20:20]
case, I think, um,
[20:22]
this is a good
[20:22]
use of, um, the
[20:24]
planning process.
[20:26]
Um, and a much better, plan,
[20:28]
based on that
[20:30]
standard.
[20:31]
I hope that through
[20:33]
the work we have
[20:34]
done over the
[20:35]
past few
[20:36]
years, Canton will be
[20:37]
known as much for its
[20:38]
green spaces and
[20:39]
environmental
[20:40]
assets as for its
[20:41]
development.
[20:43]
Still, I think it's,
[20:45]
um, optimal
[20:46]
use and a
[20:47]
good, good, plan. So
[20:50]
I have no questions.
[20:52]
My kids drive a Datsun.
[20:56]
I know, um, I feel like I
[20:58]
feel like I'm
[20:59]
less concerned about
[21:00]
safety because this,
[21:02]
um, area is very, um
[21:03]
, inaccessible, um, from
[21:04]
this
[21:05]
playground, based on
[21:07]
my experience
[21:08]
being near these
[21:09]
swings. My daughter
[21:15]
Sloan loves this
[21:16]
swing set that will go next to this one
[21:17]
. Um, but
[21:21]
I, I definitely appreciate those
[21:23]
concerns. You know,
[21:27]
with that in mind, I
[21:28]
think the
[21:29]
ZBA variances and I think the
[21:31]
plan amendments
[21:32]
look pretty
[21:33]
good. So I
[21:35]
will vote "yes".
[21:38]
Thank you. Summer, do you have anything
[21:39]
to add?
[21:41]
Thank you. I have a
[21:42]
question. So, these
[21:43]
will be private
[21:44]
roads, is that
[21:45]
correct?
[21:45]
That's right. It's a
[21:46]
private road, and I
[21:48]
can see that there will be
[21:49]
sidewalks. You
[21:51]
're going to put
[21:52]
sidewalks all the way to the edge of the
[21:54]
lot along the
[21:54]
creek, and then all the way to
[21:56]
Back Road and all the way to Cherry
[21:57]
Hill before that, is that
[21:58]
correct? Good. And
[22:03]
then what benefits
[22:04]
for the community did you, I know
[22:05]
, propose?
[22:09]
Hmm, of course. Some of the
[22:12]
benefits of this
[22:13]
development are
[22:14]
that, um, they
[22:15]
exceed some of the
[22:16]
standards for, um,
[22:17]
Wayne County for
[22:19]
road access.
[22:22]
Their, um,
[22:23]
traffic study did not
[22:24]
show that the level of
[22:26]
traffic, um, required an
[22:27]
overtaking lane or a
[22:28]
speeding light
[22:29]
along Cherry Hill
[22:30]
Road. Uh, based on
[22:33]
our extensive
[22:34]
experience during
[22:35]
the morning and evening rush hours, um,
[22:36]
we felt that, um, both
[22:38]
at the staff level and
[22:39]
at the
[22:40]
planning commission level, a
[22:41]
ramp light
[22:42]
would be appropriate on
[22:43]
Cherry Hill Road,
[22:45]
consistent with the other
[22:46]
developments along
[22:47]
this stretch of Cherry
[22:48]
Hill. So, the applicant,
[22:50]
um, was offered to
[22:52]
include this in
[22:53]
the project, um, which
[22:54]
exceeded the limits of
[22:55]
the resolution. And then, um
[22:57]
, since the project is not a
[22:58]
planned
[22:59]
development area, um, there is no
[23:01]
minimum
[23:02]
open
[23:03]
space requirement. But one of the
[23:04]
things we're
[23:05]
looking to do with the
[23:06]
developer is
[23:07]
try to, um,
[23:08]
try to
[23:09]
minimize the
[23:10]
development area, um, with a
[23:11]
base zoning of
[23:12]
about two
[23:13]
units per acre, um,
[23:14]
they're going to want to
[23:15]
try to get
[23:16]
as
[23:17]
close to that
[23:18]
density as possible, but
[23:19]
at the same time, um, the site
[23:20]
has a lot of, um,
[23:21]
environmental issues
[23:22]
and access issues
[23:24]
. So, um, the developer
[23:25]
worked to,
[23:26]
um, make the most of
[23:27]
that in
[23:28]
terms of
[23:29]
providing
[23:30]
density in the
[23:31]
development zones,
[23:32]
embracing the natural
[23:33]
features as much as possible. Um,
[23:35]
the project still required a
[23:37]
waiver application for
[23:38]
some of the setbacks. Um,
[23:39]
if it was a PDD, it would
[23:41]
be, um, otherwise it would be
[23:42]
treated as a
[23:43]
change request within the
[23:44]
PDD process.
[23:45]
Um, but the process
[23:46]
of deviating from the
[23:48]
site plan is somewhat similar.
[23:50]
Hmm, not necessarily the
[23:52]
site plan and
[23:52]
variation process has
[23:53]
the same benefits,
[23:54]
but
[23:55]
the development has
[23:56]
preserved significant
[23:57]
open space,
[23:59]
many natural
[24:00]
features, and
[24:00]
through
[24:02]
access management, sidewalks have appeared
[24:03]
along both
[24:04]
sides of the interior
[24:05]
streets, filling the
[24:06]
gaps between the
[24:07]
sidewalks along
[24:08]
Cherry Hill and Beck. And
[24:11]
while there
[24:12]
doesn't
[24:12]
necessarily have to be a
[24:14]
sidewalk from Back Road to the development, with this 20-
[24:14]
foot
[24:15]
emergency-only access
[24:16]
, we expect
[24:17]
a lot of foot traffic to
[24:19]
use it, just like
[24:20]
in other
[24:21]
developments where it's
[24:22]
used
[24:23]
for emergency
[24:24]
services only.
[24:24]
Hmm. Good. Of course.
[24:27]
Okay, yes, of course,
[24:29]
yes, there will still be a
[24:30]
gap just
[24:31]
north of the school with a
[24:32]
sidewalk in front of this
[24:33]
building. This area
[24:35]
also has a lot of
[24:36]
Phragmites, and it is an
[24:37]
invasive species that
[24:38]
we are trying
[24:39]
to remove from our
[24:40]
drainage areas. Is it
[24:41]
possible
[24:42]
that some of them
[24:43]
will also be removed
[24:45]
along Cherry Hill
[24:46]
Road during this time? You know, there's a lot right in
[24:49]
front of Dodson School
[24:51]
, and I'm
[24:52]
sure it's
[24:53]
probably near Chippewa
[24:54]
Court, where
[24:55]
Chippewa
[24:56]
Court is also shown. There are some
[24:57]
Phragmites just, um, and
[24:59]
, apparently, even on the
[25:00]
site. You can't see them here
[25:02]
, but I know that
[25:04]
when I drive by
[25:05]
, I see a lot of
[25:06]
Phragmites.
[25:07]
Um, we can
[25:08]
work with the
[25:09]
applicant and the district
[25:10]
to see to what
[25:12]
extent, um, they can
[25:13]
do that.
[25:14]
Good. Thank you.
[25:17]
Good evening, Mike
[25:19]
Knowles from Ambler Group. Well,
[25:20]
glad to be here. So,
[25:23]
um, the frontage along
[25:24]
Cherry Hill will be, um,
[25:25]
substantially built up.
[25:30]
So, of course, we will
[25:31]
eradicate Phragmites
[25:32]
along the frontage, um,
[25:33]
of the development,
[25:34]
by installing an
[25:35]
overtaking lane, um, and an
[25:36]
acceleration and
[25:37]
deceleration lane, um, a
[25:39]
frontage path, and the
[25:40]
necessary embankments in
[25:41]
that location. I think
[25:44]
we'll
[25:45]
fix it well, at least
[25:46]
across the entire territory.
[25:47]
Good. Okay, thank you.
[25:50]
Okay, are there
[25:51]
any more questions? Okay,
[25:54]
everyone who is in favor of
[25:55]
the proposal, say
[25:56]
YES. I. I.
[25:57]
Against, no. The proposal
[25:59]
is accepted. Thank you.
[26:01]
Our last
[26:05]
question is G4.
[26:08]
Madam Chair, I
[26:10]
propose to cancel the
[26:11]
bidding process and
[26:13]
approve the
[26:15]
purchase order for Spartan
[26:16]
Distributors for
[26:18]
$72,202.26 for a
[26:20]
fairway mower for
[26:22]
Fellows Creek Golf Club. I
[26:25]
support.
[26:26]
A proposal.
[26:27]
The motion was made by
[26:28]
Clerk Seeger,
[26:28]
seconded by Trustee
[26:30]
Chairman Berdinsky.
[26:31]
Fellows Creek Golf Club
[26:32]
needs a new
[26:33]
fairway mower to replace
[26:34]
one of two existing
[26:35]
mowers that have
[26:37]
reached the end of their service life. Troon Golf
[26:38]
Corporation, a third-party
[26:39]
management company that
[26:40]
operates the course on behalf of
[26:42]
the township, has
[26:42]
an arrangement with Spartan
[26:44]
Distributors, a regional
[26:45]
sales
[26:46]
representative for Toro, which
[26:47]
provides national
[26:48]
pricing. This usually
[26:49]
provides a significant
[26:50]
discount from their
[26:51]
standard prices and the
[26:52]
prices of any
[26:53]
similar
[26:53]
suppliers. The Toro
[26:54]
Reelmaster 3555D meets
[26:56]
industry standards
[26:58]
and was used in
[26:59]
demonstrations at Fellows
[27:01]
Creek. This lawn mower is
[27:02]
only available
[27:03]
through this
[27:04]
distributor in the
[27:05]
Michigan region. This
[27:06]
stylish
[27:06]
lawn mower
[27:07]
allows
[27:08]
golf course staff to
[27:08]
mow
[27:10]
fairways evenly, and its
[27:10]
design makes it
[27:11]
easy
[27:12]
to use
[27:12]
on flat and sloping
[27:13]
surfaces. The
[27:16]
Fellows Creek Golf Course Administration budget for
[27:17]
2026 includes
[27:18]
capital expenditures
[27:19]
for the purchase of machinery
[27:21]
and equipment. In
[27:22]
light of these
[27:23]
considerations, PRCS
[27:24]
requests that the
[27:26]
bidding
[27:27]
process be waived and
[27:28]
recommends approval of
[27:30]
the acquisition of Toro Reelmaster for
[27:31]
$72,202.26. And
[27:34]
this would be due to the fact that
[27:35]
funds are
[27:35]
available for
[27:36]
capital expenditures
[27:37]
on machinery and
[27:38]
equipment.
[27:39]
Director Lefebvre, do you have
[27:40]
anything to add?
[27:42]
Nothing to add,
[27:43]
but always happy to
[27:44]
answer
[27:44]
questions.
[27:45]
or
[27:46]
comments? No? Everyone
[27:49]
who is in favor of the proposal,
[27:50]
say "I do." Against - "no"
[27:52]
. The offer is accepted
[27:53]
. Okay, now is the time for
[27:55]
any additional
[27:56]
public comments
[27:57]
. I'll look
[27:58]
online. Let me
[27:59]
see.
[28:02]
Please raise your hand
[28:03]
if you would like to
[28:03]
leave a comment.
[28:05]
Not available online.
[28:06]
Okay, sir, please
[28:07]
come to the podium and
[28:08]
state your name and
[28:09]
comment. Thank you.
[28:14]
My name is Gerald
[28:16]
Keith Dotson. 2370
[28:19]
Westgate Court, Canton
[28:21]
, Michigan. I strongly
[28:25]
support the brave
[28:27]
men and women of the
[28:28]
Canton Police. This is
[28:34]
not a photograph. This is a
[28:35]
memory. I got lost
[28:37]
on a main street in
[28:39]
Royal Oak, New York,
[28:45]
at night, and a
[28:46]
Royal Oak police officer
[28:47]
rescued me.
[28:52]
He brought me to the
[28:53]
police
[28:54]
station. And when
[28:57]
my
[28:58]
uncle came to pick me up, I was sitting on the
[28:59]
table, my
[29:00]
legs dangling, eating vanilla
[29:01]
ice cream. That's what
[29:04]
police officers do.
[29:06]
They help us.
[29:08]
Day and night,
[29:09]
around the clock, they
[29:10]
protect us. If
[29:12]
you don't like
[29:13]
the police, if you
[29:14]
need help,
[29:15]
call the criminal
[29:17]
. I'm sure they
[29:18]
will come and
[29:18]
help you. I don't
[29:20]
believe in
[29:21]
defunding our
[29:22]
police officers. These are
[29:24]
shameful idiots who
[29:26]
think this won't
[29:27]
win. These brave
[29:30]
men and women of the
[29:32]
Canton Police
[29:33]
deserve our
[29:34]
support and
[29:35]
gratitude. We
[29:38]
support them 100%,
[29:39]
and no one, no one,
[29:40]
comes here to
[29:42]
Canton, Michigan
[29:43]
, and attacks a
[29:45]
Canton police officer. This is not in New
[29:47]
York. If I'm out there
[29:49]
on the sidewalk, I guarantee
[29:51]
you I won't stand
[29:52]
there and
[29:53]
watch.
[29:56]
There is no
[29:57]
tolerance in this community for
[29:58]
attacks on our
[29:59]
police officers. And I
[30:01]
want, because they are
[30:03]
my heroes, I honor them
[30:04]
all. Thank you.
[30:07]
very much. Uh, there are no other
[30:08]
comments in the room
[30:10]
. Okay, thank you.
[30:11]
Public discussion
[30:12]
is closed. Okay, we're
[30:13]
moving on to the
[30:14]
administrative
[30:15]
part. Patrick,
[30:16]
is there something?
[30:17]
Eh, nothing more
[30:18]
to add. Thank you.
[30:19]
Ashley? Nothing? Good.
[30:24]
Rochelle, Mrs. Rochelle?
[30:26]
No? John?
[30:28]
We have Oktoberfest this
[30:29]
Saturday, uh, at
[30:30]
Preservation Park, from 12:00 to
[30:32]
4:00 p.m. We hope
[30:33]
to see everyone there. Uh
[30:34]
, big event,
[30:35]
lots of vendors. So
[30:36]
we will also
[30:37]
consider, uh, your
[30:38]
thoughts on our
[30:38]
master plan
[30:39]
during this time.
[30:40]
So we have a
[30:41]
temporary meeting there and
[30:42]
a lot of, uh, events
[30:43]
for people to
[30:44]
express their
[30:45]
opinions and, uh, a lot of
[30:46]
different ways. So
[30:47]
, I hope to see
[30:48]
everyone there.
[30:49]
We also have an
[30:50]
Agent Orange
[30:51]
5K race. We're having a
[30:53]
fun, uh, fun
[30:54]
run, a walk, uh
[30:55]
in the morning, uh, and also a
[30:57]
5K run. So
[30:58]
registration for it is
[30:59]
still open, and, uh
[31:00]
, you can
[31:00]
register until
[31:01]
Saturday morning. So
[31:03]
come,
[31:03]
enjoy, and
[31:04]
support a good
[31:05]
cause.
[31:06]
And this is on Saturday morning?
[31:07]
yes
[31:08]
.
[31:08]
In the village of Cherry Hill.
[31:09]
Yes, the village of Cherry Hill.
[31:11]
It starts in the reserve park and
[31:12]
ends in the
[31:12]
Art Warehouse.
[31:13]
Well, if someone
[31:14]
wants to go for a nice
[31:14]
run or
[31:15]
walk, this is the
[31:15]
place.
[31:16]
Yes.
[31:16]
Thank you. Good job.
[31:19]
Officer Andis?
[31:21]
No.
[31:22]
Thank you. Dr. Norwell
[31:24]
? No. Deputy
[31:26]
Chief? No. Kate?
[31:33]
Well, at 8:05 it will be the first
[31:35]
day of fall.
[31:36]
A.
[31:37]
So, happy
[31:38]
autumnal equinox
[31:39]
.
[31:39]
It feels like
[31:40]
autumn. Yes.
[31:43]
Today yes.
[31:45]
Thank you. Summer?
[31:47]
Well, I was going to
[31:48]
say "happy
[31:49]
autumnal equinox
[31:50]
," so Kate stole my
[31:52]
thunder.
[31:52]
You could say "
[31:53]
Happy
[31:54]
Hobbit Day."
[31:55]
Of course. What
[31:57]
kind of thing is this?
[31:59]
How is Michael? We know
[32:01]
you have a lot to do
[32:03]
with the upcoming
[32:04]
elections.
[32:04]
We have a lot of things to do.
[32:07]
It seems like I'm having the
[32:08]
autumnal
[32:09]
equinox more often today
[32:10]
than I've ever had in my entire life.
[32:11]
This is exciting. Hmm, we'll
[32:18]
send out absentee
[32:19]
ballots on Thursday.
[32:24]
2 days later, September 24th.
[32:29]
And we have 25,000 of the 72,000
[32:31]
active
[32:31]
registered
[32:33]
voters in Canton who
[32:35]
are on that list. So
[32:40]
, this speaks about you.
[32:42]
Okay, Mr. Dodson is
[32:44]
one of them. So that's
[32:45]
about a third of
[32:46]
our registered
[32:48]
voters. Hmm, they
[32:51]
should get
[32:52]
their ballots
[32:53]
anytime starting
[32:55]
Monday, like the
[32:56]
28th. Hmm, it might still take them
[33:00]
a little while to
[33:01]
get there. Um, we're
[33:03]
asking people, if
[33:05]
you don't find your
[33:06]
ballot in your
[33:07]
mailbox by October 9th, to
[33:09]
contact my
[33:10]
office. Maybe not in
[33:12]
the next few days.
[33:13]
Give it some
[33:14]
time. Uh, some
[33:15]
local post
[33:16]
offices like to
[33:17]
redirect mail
[33:19]
to larger ones. Um, in
[33:20]
big
[33:20]
bureaucratic
[33:21]
systems you
[33:22]
have to
[33:22]
make excuses,
[33:23]
so they increase the
[33:24]
volume of mail. And so
[33:25]
a lot of these, um,
[33:26]
U.S. Postal Services,
[33:28]
they send mail to
[33:29]
larger centers to
[33:30]
then send it
[33:31]
back, um, to
[33:33]
adjust their
[33:34]
statistics a little bit, which I
[33:35]
understand. This is what
[33:36]
happens when you
[33:37]
work in government. Um,
[33:38]
but, um, yeah, just
[33:40]
remember that the
[33:41]
ballots may take a
[33:43]
few more days to arrive. Um, but
[33:44]
keep an eye on this. Please
[33:45]
contact us if you don't
[33:47]
receive them by the 9th
[33:48]
. Additionally, if
[33:50]
you are traveling
[33:51]
within the next 2
[33:52]
weeks, election mail will
[33:53]
not be forwarded.
[33:56]
So, your ballot will not
[33:57]
be delivered, um, to
[33:58]
whatever
[33:59]
destination you
[34:01]
are headed to, and it will also,
[34:02]
um, not be
[34:03]
delayed. He
[34:05]
will come back. This is a
[34:06]
security feature, um,
[34:08]
to make sure that
[34:09]
only individuals, um, who
[34:10]
are eligible to
[34:11]
receive ballots
[34:12]
receive them. So,
[34:14]
please
[34:14]
contact my
[34:15]
office if you
[34:16]
are traveling within the
[34:17]
next 2 weeks
[34:18]
so we can
[34:19]
make sure we
[34:19]
have a
[34:20]
valid address for you,
[34:21]
or we can
[34:22]
keep your
[34:22]
newsletter here and we won't have to
[34:24]
deal with
[34:25]
mailing it. So,
[34:26]
just remember
[34:27]
that. Early
[34:29]
voting
[34:30]
will begin in a
[34:31]
couple of weeks, on October 24th.
[34:33]
This is 9 days before
[34:34]
the election. So, while it
[34:38]
may seem like a long way off to you all
[34:39]
,
[34:40]
the election has already
[34:41]
begun in my
[34:42]
office. So, we
[34:45]
work there. We will also be
[34:50]
sending out little
[34:51]
cards to every
[34:52]
household in Canton that has a
[34:53]
registered
[34:54]
voter, because for
[34:55]
those who choose not to
[34:56]
vote absentee,
[34:57]
or for those who
[34:58]
choose not to
[34:59]
vote
[34:59]
early at
[35:00]
Summit in the Park,
[35:01]
that is, for those who
[35:02]
choose
[35:03]
to vote on
[35:04]
Election Day at their
[35:05]
precinct, many of
[35:06]
these locations have changed.
[35:10]
If you participated
[35:11]
in the August election and
[35:12]
voted on
[35:14]
Election Day, you probably
[35:15]
found out where
[35:16]
your
[35:17]
polling place was. And
[35:18]
we sent a new
[35:19]
voter ID to
[35:20]
every voter in
[35:21]
Canton. However, I
[35:23]
also live a busy
[35:25]
life and don't pay
[35:26]
attention to all my
[35:27]
mail. And I often
[35:29]
find myself in the same
[35:30]
place I usually
[35:32]
go, because I'm a person of
[35:33]
habit. So we are
[35:36]
sending out a flyer,
[35:37]
informing people on
[35:39]
one hand of their
[35:41]
early
[35:42]
voting opportunities at
[35:43]
the summit from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 9
[35:44]
days before the election, and on the
[35:46]
other hand
[35:46]
informing them of
[35:48]
their new
[35:49]
voting location. Not
[35:53]
just the address, but
[35:54]
a photo of the building
[35:55]
and a small map
[35:56]
to help them
[35:58]
get there. So we
[36:00]
do everything we can
[36:02]
to provide voters with
[36:03]
all the
[36:04]
information they need to
[36:05]
vote the way
[36:06]
they choose.
[36:08]
Nevertheless, please
[36:09]
come and
[36:10]
vote.
[36:12]
Thank you.
[36:13]
Please.
[36:14]
So, today I had
[36:15]
lunch at Waltonwood. They
[36:17]
had a
[36:17]
centennial party there for
[36:19]
people who had
[36:19]
turned 100 years old.
[36:20]
They are trying to
[36:21]
break the record for
[36:22]
the number of
[36:23]
centenarians in
[36:23]
one place. Hmm, there
[36:25]
were 11 centenarians,
[36:27]
ranging in age from 999 to 105. Um,
[36:29]
they didn't break the record
[36:30]
, there were only 11 of them.
[36:32]
The record still
[36:33]
stands in Macomb.
[36:36]
So next year
[36:37]
they will try again
[36:38]
. So we're going to
[36:39]
advertise this widely. But it
[36:41]
was...They opened
[36:42]
it to the public.
[36:43]
They had one person
[36:44]
from the public.
[36:44]
Most of them
[36:45]
came from other
[36:46]
nursing homes
[36:47]
. But it
[36:48]
was a lot of fun.
[36:49]
Very fun. Okay, is there
[36:51]
anything else I
[36:52]
missed? Good.
[36:53]
So, Happy Centennial Day. Happy
[36:55]
first day of autumn.
[36:56]
Um, can I
[36:57]
ask for a
[36:57]
postponement of the
[36:58]
meeting?
[36:58]
So I'm trying. I
[36:59]
support.
[37:00]
The motion was made by
[37:01]
Clerk Siegrist,
[37:01]
seconded by Trustee
[37:02]
Foster. All "for" - "I".
[37:04]
"Against" - "
[37:05]
no". The meeting
[37:06]
has been postponed. Thank you.
[37:07]
Good night.
