[9:33] the postcertification through Missouri. Uh since he already had the hours

[9:44] comes with high recommendations. So I just uh would appreciate the

[13:50] there is threat. I talked to some other emergency management directors and

[13:55] decided that we would leave that out. As long as there was a threat, why are we

[14:00] waiting three minutes to reset the sirens? Somebody may have just stepped

[14:05] outside and get the first.

[14:17] » Is that tag supplied by the National Weather Service? Is that who would put

[14:22] that tag on the forecast? >> Yeah. And it actually came from a month

[14:27] and a half, couple of months ago. Uh was the first time I'd seen it and they had

[14:32] it out of Cherokee County or maybe Otto County. It was Cherokee County. They

[14:37] added the possible tornado tag to a severe thunderstorm warning. Uh no

[14:42] sirens were set off anywhere uh because of that and a I think is an EF0 or EF1

[14:49] touchdown and second ship at Echer. Uh so that started a conversation of well

[14:55] now that they're doing this then there's obviously a threat. Uh you know it's a

[14:59] step below thunderstorm or tornado watcher warning but it's a step above

[15:04] the severe thunderstorm warning and obviously something can happen in that

[15:08] time. So we decided to make the change. Okay.

[18:43] on because some are police codes that will have to go to the chief. Some will

[18:46] need to go to Mr. Tally for attorney input. Um we have training here and then

[18:52] but it is a zoom call. So if you want to attend the training to see what's going

[19:34] make, and then adopt everything at one time and be done.

[21:10] drone with them, so they took some drone shots of it. Um we looked at the

[21:15] commercial property down on Fur Road. Uh even looked at the uh property north of

[21:22] Ivy that is zoned uh for manufacturing or industrial use. um

[21:30] gave them some contact information for um a couple of realators uh in our area.

[21:39] Uh their next suggestion is that we uh get the property listed. Uh so we will

[21:48] find a commercial realer a little bit different than a you know a

[21:53] residential realator. So, we'll find one of those, somebody we think is uh

[21:59] a go-getter, you know, so we can get it get the

[22:03] property listed. At some point before that though, we will have to make some

[22:08] decisions about uh pricing on it. Uh we have

[22:14] approximately 31

[22:19] » $31,250 per acre in it. uh as it sits now. Uh so

[22:26] at some point we'll have to do that with the council too and we'll get a uh when

[22:32] we get that decided then we'll get together and we'll get a contract for uh

[22:36] getting it on the MLS. Um that will help uh retail strategies

[22:47] uh real estate divisions can actually go on to the MLS and they can look at uh

[22:52] everything on it too and They'll have all that information done

[22:56] before they'll ever come to town. So, it was and we've got a couple other things

[23:02] to do. I'll get with u Alga Martin. Uh we have one concept drawn up already. Uh

[23:10] they want another concept and so uh we'll get that drawn up too. U

[23:17] just so that we can show options uh for what can happen at the property. Um, and

[33:19] intersection there. There's already a road that Sherry Lane should run across

[33:24] and catch uh the back third of that property for access into it as opposed

[33:28] to in front of u existing houses. There's no houses in front of Sherry

[33:33] Lane directly. So, as an option, I I'd like you to think about that if

[33:38] necessary. So, you're talking about doing another plat. So, that's why I
