[1:20:54] To request approval of the following budget amendments and transfers. In Fiscal year 2020 - 1) make the following adjustments related to year-end audit and budget close-out: a) in the General Fund M & O, Special Service District, Special Revenue, Internal Service, Capital Improvement, and Enterprise Funds, increase revenues and expenditures as documented on the resolutions. 2) In the General Fund a) transfer $2,000,000 from fund balance to the Capital Improvement Fund. b) transfer $2,000,000 from fund balance to Debt Service. 3) In the Special Service District transfer $3,000,000 to the Capital Improvement Fund. 4) In the Multiple Grant Fund, increase revenues and expenditures $2,063. 5) In the Sales Tax VI fund transfer budgets between projects as listed. In Fiscal Year 2021 - 1) In the General Fund, transfer $16,600 from Contingency to Board of Assessors operating budget. 2) In the Multiple Grant Fund Increase revenue and expenditures $1,213,764.06 for various grants as listed. 3) In the Confiscated Revenue fund transfer $2,000,000 from contingency to DA - Confiscated.
[1:23:54] Request Board approval to create a full-time grant funded Project Specialist position for a duration of twenty-four (24) months for the Chatham County Police Department (CCPD) as a result of receiving a U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of Targeted Violence and Terrorism Grant. [1:24:54] District Attorney $2M Asset Forfeiture Distribution to Victim Services Non-Profits.
[1:30:54] Request Board approval to accept a grant award from Center for Tech and Civic Life up to $572,264. (NOTE: No matching funds required.)

[1:34:54] Claims vs. Chatham County for the period of September 10, 2020 through September 30, 2020.
[1:34:54] Request Board acceptance of a non-matching grant through the Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA) for $85,000 to purchase equipment and training for the newly formed SWAT Unit.
[1:34:54] Request Board approval to accept the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention Grant for $430,000 for twenty-four months. (NOTE: No matching funds required.)
[1:34:54] Request approval to apply for and open an account with Georgia Fund 1 for the new Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax 7 proceeds.
[1:34:54] Request Board approval of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) and the Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) for the purpose of providing storage space in Warehouse 83B for the Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC).
[1:34:54] Request Board approval of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA), the Chatham County Animal Services and The Atlanta Humane Society for the purpose of providing resources to support the evacuation of household pets during emergency or disaster events.
[1:34:54] Request Board approval of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) and Big Red, Inc for the purpose of offering resource support during an emergency event.
[1:34:54] Request Board approval of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Savannah Chatham County Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) for the State Route 307 Corridor Study.
[1:34:54] Request from Doug Hill for the County to declare a portion of the unopened right-of-way (ROW) on Second Avenue as surplus and to quitclaim the ROW. [District 4.]
[1:34:54] Request Board approval to record the subdivision plat for Cottonvale, Phase 1, accept the Owner’s Warranty agreement and financial guarantee, approve the constructed improvements, initiate the twelve-month warranty period and create a new streetlight assessment district. [District 5.]
[1:34:54] Request Board approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with each participating municipality for the County-wide Canal Maintenance Program.
