[12:57] Um no questions.
[12:59] Are we all agreed for the six
[13:00] month extension?
[13:01] But I just want to note it's
[13:05] been six years, so um, on this
[13:06] project.
[13:09] So hopefully uh, six months
[13:10] from now we won't be talking
[13:13] about this uh, or when we
[13:13] continue on.
[13:15] But other than that, uh, no
[13:17] questions there.
[13:17] Great.
[13:19] Just wanted to make sure that
[13:20] there's prior progress.
[13:21] Excuse me.
[13:23] Um, between these extensions,
[13:26] um, you know so again, want to
[13:28] see this, uh, project to say
[13:31] uh, to substantial parcel um,
[13:32] and the Roxbury neighborhood
[13:35] and I understand, um, that, you
[13:36] know, we just want to be
[13:37] mindful of the constituency in
[13:38] this case as well.
[13:41] So, um, not leaving a bigger
[13:42] parcel they can't be any much
[13:43] longer.
[13:45] So I've never seen a new
[13:47] progress open that uh, they can
[13:48] do that with this extension.
[13:49] So I do agree as well,
[13:49] Commissioner.
[13:53] Uh, we wholeheartedly uh,
[13:57] motion to approve the roll call
[13:58] and is what I call your name.
