[1:04] Resolution Authorizing the City of Elgin to Apply for an Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development Grant (OSLAD) for the Rehabilitation of Millennium Park (No cost) Objective:  Rehabilitate Millennium Park on the west side of Elgin using an OSLAD grant to offset 50 percent of the project cost.
[2:04] Citizen Survey Presentation ETC Institute will present an overview of the responses from the City’s recently completed community survey.
[34:20] Construction Engineering Services Agreement with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. for the 2021 Northeast Area Resurfacing Project ($116,810) Objective: Provide field inspection, design interpretation, contract administration including all required Motor Fuel Tax documentation, and general coordination and control of the day-to-day construction activities for the resurfacing of various collector streets for the 2021 Northeast Area Resurfacing Project.
[35:24] Construction Engineering Services Agreement with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc. for the 2021 Columbine Square Resurfacing Project ($100,832) Objective: Provide field inspection, design interpretation, contract administration including all required Motor Fuel Tax documentation, and general coordination and control of the day-to-day construction activities for the resurfacing of various residential streets, improvements to the Leo Nelson Riverside Water Treatment Plant access drive and parking lot and the construction of a new bike path at Lords Park for the 2021 Columbine Square Resurfacing Project.
[36:39] Amendment Agreement No. 1 with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. for the Dundee Avenue Reconstruction Phase I Design Study ($39,308) Objective: Complete drainage studies required by Illinois Department of Transportation as part of the preliminary/phase I design efforts necessary to properly plan and budget for future roadway reconstruction and apply for federal transportation funding assistance.
[38:54] Engineering Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. for the Dundee Avenue Reconstruction Phase II Design Study ($668,682) Objective: Complete the final/phase II design efforts necessary to prepare plans, specifications and estimates for future roadway reconstruction.
[39:40] Contract with B & F Construction Code Services, Inc. for Supplementary Building Inspection Services ($45,000) Objective: Ensure the provision of timely building inspections during periods of unusually high demand and/or prolonged staffing vacancies.
[42:01] Downtown On-Street Parking Regulations (No cost) Objective: Provide for clean, accessible and serviceable downtown streets.
