[10:35] funding sources for Eons Park. As you

[10:38] all know, that's a big development. you

[10:39] are doing um up by the old movies um

[10:44] movie site. And so um we are doing two

[10:47] grants and we'll start with the land and

[10:49] water conservation. So that is a um we

[10:52] can request um $500,000 with that. And

[10:56] um it is to redo to do a park a

[10:59] playground where on the top half of

[11:03] where the concrete um place was for lack

[11:06] of a better terminology. So hopefully

[11:08] you all know um where we're describing

[11:09] and so um it will be an um equipment,

[11:14] park equipment, play equipment um some

[11:16] parking and then the um road to go up to

[11:19] that second tier. So um that is the one

[11:22] project uh land of water conservation

[11:25] and um fortunately you all um applied

[11:28] for a grant program grant grant um with

[11:31] the state of Kentucky which will pay a

[11:33] huge portion of that um funding and so

[11:36] again that will cut down on the costs

[11:38] that the city has to do. And so that's

[11:40] the first one. Um that grant grant was

[11:42] for $250,000 and so that will help with

[11:45] the matching on that. The second grant

[11:47] is um rail uh rail control trail um

[11:52] program which is through the highway

[11:54] transportation um authority authority.

[11:56] Um again there are a lot of

[11:58] abbreviations and I will do my best not

[12:00] to um use those but um the trail one is

[12:04] looking at multi- modal there on either

[12:08] road or um Sigmal tree lane. They are

[12:10] both um they those names are used

[12:13] interchangeable. I did notice that you

[12:14] are uh we're cutting um shutting that

[12:16] road down um back in end of May. And so

[12:20] um this is to take that and add

[12:23] additional um footage to one of the

[12:26] sides to make it um really accessible

[12:29] not uh and expand this accessibility for

[12:31] walking and bicycling and all that

[12:33] stuff.

[29:16] PDS staff reviewed the application and

[29:18] recommended the proposed map amendment.

[29:19] And at the Kenton County Planning

[29:21] Commission, they voted to recommend the

[29:23] zone change. Um the uh zone change is uh

[29:28] being recommended generally based on the

[29:31] proposed map amendment is in agreement

[29:33] with the adopted comprehensive plan. The

[29:35] submitted concept development plan meets

[29:37] the minimum requirements of the Erlanger

[29:38] zoning ordinance. Um and there are a

[29:41] couple conditions. Uh if you remember

[29:43] when Andy was here last week that we uh

[29:47] are recommending approval of this

[29:49] ordinance based um on complying with the 22 footwide

[29:55] requirement for drive aisles uh for to

[29:58] make sure it's consistent with two-way

[30:00] traffic and that a sidewalk would be

[30:02] required along Cave Run Drive adjacent

[30:04] to the subject lot.
