ORDINANCE NO. 721 REESTABLISHING AND MODIFYING THE CITY COUNCIL DISTRICTS ENACTED BY THIS COUNCIL’S PASSAGE OF ITS ORDINANCE NO. 684 ON NOVEMBER 8, 2016 - It is recommended the City Council conduct a Public Hearing to receive input from the community regarding the redrawing of election district boundaries and adopt Ordinance No. 721 reestablishing and modifying the City Council Districts enacted by this Council’s passage of its Ordinance No. 684 on November 8, 2016.

TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 82582, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 330, ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT NO. 52, A SITE PLAN REVIEW, AND THE ASSOCIATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION TO: CONSOLIDATE TWO PARCELS INTO ONE; CONSTRUCT A 70,092 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO THE EXISTING BUILDING; AND INSTALL TWO EXTERIOR GROUND MOUNTED CARBON DIOXIDE TANKS AT 14405 ARTESIA BOULEVARD, WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL (M-2) ZONING DISTRICT - It is recommended the City Council conduct a Public Hearing as prescribed by law; affirm the findings of the Negative Declaration; and adopt Resolution No. 21-33 approving Tentative Parcel Map No. 82582, Conditional Use Permit No. 330, Administrative Adjustment No. 52, a Site Plan Review, and the associated Negative Declaration to: consolidate two parcels into one; construct a 70,092 square foot addition to the existing building; and install two exterior ground mounted carbon dioxide tanks at 14405 Artesia Boulevard, within the Industrial (M-2) Zoning District.
