closed session announcement. Yes, and just as a reminder, we

are convened as the accessory agency. We have one item
[1:26]
for closed session discussion. Conference with rural property negotiators pursuant
[1:30]
to government code section 549 - 56. 8. The parcels
[1:34]
are identified on the agenda. They are the Lake Elson
[1:37]
or Diamond Stadium property. Agency Negotiators or Executive Director Simpson,
[1:44]
Assistant Executive Director Buckley and myself negotiating parties are the
[1:48]
successor agency, the Lake Elsomer Storm in Golden State Concession
[1:52]
in catering under negotiation price in terms of payment. Very
[1:57]
good. We are going to recess into closed session, and

then we will reconvene and report out.

have no reportable action. The successor agency met to discuss

one item of real property negotiations pursuant to government code

section 54956. 8 regarding the stadium properties, the APNs are

identified on the agenda, the negotiating parties are the successor
[3:49]
agency. The Lake Elsomer Storm in Golden State concessions and
[3:53]
catering under negotiation price in terms of payment. And again,
[3:56]
no reportable action. I do want to make sure for
[3:59]
the record that agency members Sheridan has a conflict of
[4:03]
interest on this item and did not participate in the
[4:06]
