[1:41] design and it is expected to be

[1:44] completed within four to five

[1:45] months. Funky Buddha opened

[3:30] Santa. There is a huge event

[3:35] that was enjoyed by way all I

[3:37] think the upcoming music down

[3:49] de Silva and the Midnight How

[3:51] Joel is an Oak Park resident.

[3:55] We held a our culinary arts

[3:59] showcase last night actually

[4:02] stat Bar and Grill provided us

[4:05] with some delicious food. The

[4:06] mayor was there and then he it

[4:09] was it was the most out

[4:12] unbelievable bread pudding I've

[4:13] ever tasted in my life. >> Our

[4:17] next showcase will be our Gwen

[4:19] Iko which is a restaurant up on

[4:21] Prospect the Prospect Plaza

[4:26] parking lot. We had our first

[4:28] pre construction meeting with

[4:30] npr that can the contractor on

[4:32] October 14th and we held a

[4:37] owner and business meeting and

[4:40] the meeting with the owners and

[4:42] business owners in early

[4:45] November and one of the things

[4:47] that we discussed with them was

[4:50] the the signage the. This is a

[4:56] the West parking lot section,

[4:58] the Green is is the trellis

[5:03] sign the blue is the

[5:06] directional sign and the red is

[5:09] the monument sign. This is the

[5:13] east parking lot with the same

[5:16] color graphics indicating the

[5:19] monument sign, the directional

[5:21] sign and the trellis sign. This

[5:24] is a rendering of the monument

[5:28] sign. It is 14 by seven. It is

[5:31] three sided and the same logo

[5:37] and design appears on all three

[5:39] signs. This is the >> location

[5:44] of those signs in the

[5:45] orientation of the signs.

[5:49] During the design process the

[5:50] signs were moved north to

[5:52] facilitate views from all four

[5:53] directions and to avoid any

[5:56] conflicts with the the line.

[5:59] The transmission line poles and

[6:02] there is the signal equipment

[6:03] box on the northwest corner >>

[6:06] at that but that cabinet is six

[6:08] foot tall in the bottom. The

[6:10] sign is at eight point five

[13:07] renovation inside and outside

[13:30] recommends that approval are

[16:35] this facade grant award to that

[16:40] which a business on their own

[16:42] went and did the facade

[16:43] improvement without any program

[16:46] and then the program was

[16:47] created specially for the

[16:48] business. I think there's

[16:49] that's a little bit of a

[16:49] problematic scenario but this

[16:52] one I wholeheartedly support
