[4:04:14] parkway from State Route 12

[4:04:19] in Suisun, through Fairfield,

[4:04:20] and then to the city

[4:04:21] of Vacaville

[4:04:22] all the way north to

[4:04:23] Interstate Route 80.

[4:04:24] There are over 20,000

[4:04:25] daily trips that are taken along

[4:04:28] this section

[4:04:29] of the Jepson Parkway.

[4:04:30] This project creates

[4:04:31] these improvements.

[4:04:32] The construction of a center

[4:04:33] median-landscaped.

[4:04:36] On the west side, meandering

[4:04:37] pedestrian and bike trail,

[4:04:40] as well as improvements

[4:04:40] to sewer line and storm

[4:04:43] drainage, in addition

[4:04:44] to striping and lighting along

[4:04:48] the new parkway.

[4:04:49] The funding for this project

[4:04:49] comes from three sources

[4:04:49] local

[4:04:51] transportation impact fee, sewer

[4:04:52] impact fee and federal funds.
